Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'assistance audiovisuelle (1) et un procédé pour supporter des travaux de maintenance, des travaux de réparation ou des travaux d'installation dans un système industriel (11), comprenant : au moins un dispositif mobile (2) pour un membre du personnel de maintenance (3) dans le système industriel (11), avec un premier dispositif de sortie graphique (4) pour afficher des informations relatives à des tâches à effectuer par l'élément de personnel de maintenance (3) et au moins une caméra (5) pour capturer l'environnement autour du dispositif mobile (2), en particulier le champ de vision du membre du personnel de maintenance (3), au moins un ordinateur (6) pour un expert externe (7) pour réaliser des travaux dans le système industriel (11), avec un second dispositif de sortie graphique (8) pour afficher l'environnement autour du dispositif mobile (2) capturé par la caméra (5) du dispositif mobile (2), en particulier le champ de vision du membre du personnel de maintenance (3) ; et un réseau (9) par l'intermédiaire duquel le ou les dispositifs mobiles (2) et le ou les ordinateurs (6) peuvent échanger des informations, en particulier des données ; caractérisé en ce que ledit ou lesdits ordinateur(s) (6) comprend/comprennent un dispositif (10) pour capturer et suivre la position et le mouvement des mains de l'expert externe (7), la position et le mouvement capturés des mains de l'expert externe (7) étant transmis au(x) dispositif(s) mobile(s) (2) du membre du personnel de maintenance (3) et affichés pour le membre du personnel de maintenance (3) au moyen du premier dispositif de sortie graphique (4) du ou des dispositifs mobiles (1).
