一种电动牙刷的升降机构,包括:外壳(1);震动件,震动件设置在外壳(1)内部,震动件的输出轴连接有齿轮(4),齿轮(4)啮合连接有齿轮条(5),震动件驱动齿轮(4)在齿轮条(5)上运动;声波马达(6),声波马达(6)设置在外壳(1)内部,且位于震动件上方,声波马达(6)的输出轴用于连接牙刷刷头。电动牙刷的升降机构,能够有效完成牙刷刷头的升降,将牙刷刷头固定于震动件,通过驱动件驱动齿轮(4)在齿轮条(5)上运动,能够完成升降过程可轻松解决牙刷刷头升降。不使用时可让牙刷刷头收回于电动牙刷手柄内部,使用时,只需将牙刷刷头升至外侧,即可使用,方便快捷,便于携带。
Description
本实用新型涉及电动牙刷技术领域,具体涉及一种电动牙刷的升降机构。
在目前,牙刷已成为人们必备的日常用品。牙刷的品种很多,尤其是电动牙刷,给人们刷牙带来了方便。电动牙刷通过电机的动力输出轴快速旋转或震动,使刷头产生高频震动,瞬间将牙膏分解成细微泡沫,深入清洁牙缝,与此同时,刷毛的颤动能促进口腔的血液循环,对牙龈组织有按摩效果。
现有的电动牙刷的升降结构组装程序繁琐,生产速度慢,不良率高,成本高,不能有效的完成升降。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种电动牙刷的升降机构,能够有效完成牙刷刷头的升降,方便快捷。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种电动牙刷的升降机构,包括:
外壳;
驱动件,所述驱动件设置在外壳内部,所述驱动件的输出轴连接有齿轮,所述齿轮啮合连接有齿轮条,所述驱动件驱动所述齿轮在所述齿轮条上运动;
震动件,所述震动件设置在外壳内部,且位于驱动件上方,所述 震动件的输出轴伸出所述外壳并用于连接牙刷刷头,以使牙刷刷头产生震动进行刷牙。
将牙刷刷头固定于震动件,通过所述驱动件驱动所述齿轮在所述齿轮条上运动,能够完成升降过程,此机构可轻松解决牙刷刷头升降,在不使用时可让牙刷刷头收回于电动牙刷手柄内部,实现携带方便,防尘,放污。在使用时,只需将牙刷刷头升至外侧,即可使用,方便快捷,便于携带。
优选的,所述驱动件为驱动马达,所述震动件为声波马达。
优选的,所述齿轮条的长度大于外壳的高度。通过设置齿轮条,可以有效提高升程与降程。
优选的,所述震动件上设有第一防水硅胶、限位圈,且所述第一防水硅胶位于限位圈上方。
优选的,所述驱动件外侧设有第二防水硅胶,且所述第二防水硅胶设置在外壳内部。
优选的,所述震动件外侧设有第三防水硅胶,且所述第三防水硅胶设置在外壳内部。
优选的,所述震动件上还设有磁铁,所述第二防水硅胶、外壳上设有与磁铁相对应的通孔(图中未标出)。
优选的,所述外壳上方设有凸起块,所述凸起块与外壳一体化设置,所述凸起块位于所述限位圈、第一防水硅胶外侧。
优选的,所述外壳下方设有底盖,且所述驱动件设置在底盖上。
优选的,所述第一防水硅胶、第二防水硅胶、第三防水硅胶均采 用防水减震硅胶。
防水减震材料的设置能够有效的起到防水、减震作用。
有益效果:本实用新型所述的电动牙刷的升降机构,能够有效完成牙刷刷头的升降,将牙刷刷头固定于震动件,通过所述驱动件驱动所述齿轮在所述齿轮条上运动,能够完成升降过程,此机构可轻松解决牙刷刷头升降,在不使用时可让牙刷刷头收回于电动牙刷手柄内部,实现携带方便,防尘,放污。在使用时,只需将牙刷刷头升至外侧,即可使用,方便快捷,便于携带。

外壳1;
驱动件,所述驱动件设置在外壳1内部,所述驱动件的输出轴连接有齿轮4,所述齿轮4啮合连接有齿轮条5,所述驱动件驱动所述齿轮4在所述齿轮条5上运动,所述驱动件外侧设有第二防水硅胶10,且所述第二防水硅胶10设置在外壳1内部。
震动件,震动件,所述震动件设置在外壳1内部,且位于驱动件上方,所述震动件的输出轴伸出所述外壳1并用于连接牙刷刷头,以使牙刷刷头产生震动进行刷牙,所述震动件上设有第一防水硅胶9、限位圈8,且所述第一防水硅胶位9于限位圈8上方,所述震动件外侧设有第三防水硅胶11,且所述第三防水硅胶11设置在外壳1内部,所述震动件上还设有磁铁7,所述第二防水硅胶10、外壳1上设有与磁铁7相对应的通孔。
进一步而言,所述驱动件为驱动马达3,所述震动件为声波马达6。
进一步而言,所述齿轮条5的长度大于外壳1的高度。
进一步而言,所述外壳1上方设有凸起块2,所述凸起块2与外壳1一体化设置,所述凸起块2位于所述限位圈8、第一防水硅胶9外侧。
进一步而言,所述外壳1下方设有底盖12,且所述驱动件设置在底盖12上。
进一步而言,所述第一防水硅胶9、第二防水硅胶10、第三防水硅胶11均采用防水减震硅胶。
将牙刷刷头固定于震动件,通过所述驱动件驱动所述齿轮4在所述齿轮条5上运动,能够完成升降过程,此机构可轻松解决牙刷刷头升降,在不使用时可让牙刷刷头收回于电动牙刷手柄内部,实现携带方便,防尘,放污。在使用时,只需将牙刷刷头升至外侧,即可使用,方便快捷,便于携带。

- 一种电动牙刷的升降机构,其特征在于,包括:外壳;驱动件,所述驱动件设置在外壳内部,所述驱动件的输出轴连接有齿轮,所述齿轮啮合连接有齿轮条,所述驱动件驱动所述齿轮在所述齿轮条上运动;震动件,所述震动件设置在外壳内部,且位于驱动件上方,所述震动件的输出轴伸出所述外壳并用于连接牙刷刷头,以使牙刷刷头产生震动进行刷牙。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷的升降机构,其特征在于,所述驱动件为驱动马达,所述震动件为声波马达。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷的升降机构,其特征在于,所述齿轮条的长度大于外壳的高度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷的升降机构,其特征在于,所述震动件上设有第一防水硅胶、限位圈,且所述第一防水硅胶位于限位圈上方。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电动牙刷的升降机构,其特征在于,所述驱动件外侧设有第二防水硅胶,且所述第二防水硅胶设置在外壳内部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷的升降机构,其特征在于,所述震动件外侧设有第三防水硅胶,且所述第三防水硅胶设置在外壳内部。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电动牙刷的升降机构,其特征在于, 所述震动件上还设有磁铁,所述第二防水硅胶、外壳上设有与磁铁相对应的通孔。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电动牙刷的升降机构,其特征在于,所述外壳上方设有凸起块,所述凸起块与外壳一体化设置,所述凸起块位于所述限位圈、第一防水硅胶外侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷的升降机构,其特征在于,所述外壳下方设有底盖,且所述驱动件设置在底盖上。
