现在,日常生活用的睡觉床的床脚与床挺(也叫床添、床听,在床面的两侧通过床桓固定连接,床桓也叫床横)的连接都是固定硬连接,由于床脚之间的加工误差和地面的不完全平整,导致一张床的几个床脚的下端不能够与地面完全接触落实,因此,在安床时,经常采用不同厚度的片来把与地面之间有间隙的床脚垫起来。为了解决床脚之间的加工误差和地面的不完全平整的问题,市场上出现了落地床,落地床的床挺的下面直接与地面接触而采用整体承载的方式,基本上解决了脚之间的加工误差和地面的不完全平整的问题;但因为落地床的床挺把床下面的地面全部罩住,床下面的湿气挥发不出来,导致寒冷季节睡在床上感觉床很冰冷。并且,传统的床不能根据使用者感觉最舒适的卧姿来调整床面的倾斜度。
目前市场上的座椅有三脚座椅、单脚座椅、四脚座椅,也有五脚的座椅和六脚的座椅,这些座椅中有能够升降的,也有不能升降的。能够升降的座椅多以单脚升降的座椅为主,也有多脚升降的座椅。一、单脚升降的座椅,(一)有采用转动齿轮单向拨动支撑内柱上的齿条向上滑动并用舌齿锁住转动齿轮不回转来使支撑内柱不下滑来进行升高,采用让舌齿离开转动齿轮而使自动齿轮回转来使支撑内柱下降;(二)也有采用人工液压泵或电动液压泵带动液压缸伸长,采用回压螺钉泄压来降低;(三)也有采用螺杆和螺套配合,通过转动螺杆来让椅脚伸长和缩短。二、多脚升降的座椅,(一)有采用滑动套接式的,通过内套镶嵌在外套内的方式形成套接式的配合,通过拉动外套与内套来伸长,通过推动外套向内套移动来缩短,并通过卡销插入卡孔中锁定伸长或缩短后的椅脚的长度不发生改变;(二)也有采用固定套接式的,通过固定的外套套在固定的内套下端来使椅脚伸长,通过拆除外套来缩短椅脚;(三)也有采用螺杆和螺套配合,通过转动螺杆来让椅脚伸长和缩短。但这些座椅的椅脚的伸长和缩短并不能够满足座椅在野外倾斜的坡面和凹凸不平的地面上安放平稳落实,也不能让座椅根据使用者喜欢的坐姿来调整座椅的倾斜角度和座靠姿势。
目前,市场上能够调整餐桌的支撑脚的高度的有:采用更换横向凸块在横向凹卡位中的位置来调整支撑脚的高度、采用滑筒式的支撑脚来调整支撑脚高度的餐桌、采用电动调整支撑脚的高度三种。一、采用更换横向凸块在横向凹卡位中的位置来调整支撑脚的高度的餐桌:支撑脚采用带有横向凹卡位的竖向凹槽与带有横向凸块的竖向柱配合,竖向柱在竖向凹槽中、横向凸块在横向凹卡位上锁定支撑脚的高度,调整高度时,横向凸块更换到更高或更低的横向凹卡位中,来实现调整支撑脚的高度,由于横向凹卡位之间有间隙,导致支撑脚的下端不能平稳的安置在倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面上来保证餐桌的桌面在水平的面上。二、 采用滑筒式的支撑脚来调整支撑脚高度的餐桌:滑筒式的支撑脚的外筒和内筒上设有卡孔,通过卡销插入外筒和内筒的卡孔中进行固定,通过调整外筒与内筒上的卡孔的位置来进行调整支撑脚的高度,由于卡孔之间有一定的距离,导致支撑脚的下端不能平稳的安置在倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面上来保证餐桌的桌面在水平的面上。三、采用电动调整支撑脚的高度:采用电动的方式来让支撑脚伸长和缩短,但在野外没有电线的铺架和电源的供应,而导致不能在野外使用。
随着社会的进步和发展,热爱野外悠闲生活的人越来越多,而在野外舒适的睡觉首先需要有适应倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面上安放平稳落实的床,在野外舒适的休闲首先需要有适应倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面上安放平稳落实的座椅;但传统的床和座椅的四只脚的高度是固定不变的,根本不能改变床挺的高度来适应倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面上;因此,传统的床和座椅根本不能用于野外休息和休闲生活使用。
随着社会的进步和对物质生活的享受的要求越来越高,人们对睡觉用的床的舒适度和对休闲的座椅的舒适度的要求越来越高。由于现在睡觉用的床的四只脚的高度是固定不变的,有的人为了满足自己的舒适要求,将部分床脚垫高来实现床的高低斜度来满足自己睡觉舒适度;也由于座椅的四只脚的高度是固定不变的,有的人为了满足自己的舒适要求,将部分椅脚垫高来实现床的高低斜度来满足自己舒适的坐姿;但将部分床脚垫高后或将比分椅脚垫高后,床脚与床挺不垂直而产生了倾斜度而使床脚在与床挺的连接处容易折断而容易发生安全事故,椅脚与座椅架不垂直而产生了倾斜度而使椅脚在与座椅架的连接处容易折断而容易发生安全事故。
随着社会的进步和物质生活越来越丰富以及交通的快速发展,热爱旅游的人越来越多,自己驾车旅游又成为了旅游的重要方式。自己驾车旅游出行过程中,野外山地用餐基本上是在倾斜的山坡上和凹凸不平的山坡上。而,传统的收折餐桌打开为桌子时几只脚的下端要求基本在同一个平面上,才能让餐桌安放得稳妥;传统的固定脚桌子的几只脚的下端也是要求基本在同一个平面上,才能让餐桌安放得稳妥;同时,要想使桌面上摆放的盘碗中的汤水不溢出,餐桌的桌面必要在水平的面上。而传统用餐的收折餐桌和传统的固定脚餐桌在斜坡上摆放时桌面是倾斜的,导致盛装食物的盘碗在倾斜的桌面上容易让盘碗中的汤水因倾斜溢出,继而导致传统用餐的收折餐桌安放在斜坡上不能摆放盛装食物的盘碗。因此,在自己驾车旅游出行过程中,人们在凹凸不平和倾斜山地用餐时,基本上都是采用在倾斜的地面上铺一张塑料膜来摆放餐具和食物,用餐的人基本上都是尊在地上吃饭,没有优雅感,又极为不方便。
为了让家具的支脚能够适应不同的地面落实,让倾斜的地面和凹凸不同的地面上摆放的桌子的桌面基本达到水平、摆放的座椅能够根据使用者的舒适程度来调整坐姿和靠姿、摆放的床能够根据使用者的舒适程度来调整卧姿和躺姿,几个大学生校友经过长期的研究,设 计出了能够让支脚能够随意伸长和随意压缩缩短的、能够快速锁定伸长和缩短后的支脚的长度的、能够安放在倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面上落实平稳的自适应地面环境的家具支脚。
作为几个大学生校友的老师,目睹了几个大学生从研究复杂的技术结构开始出发到技术结构的最为简单的最后的成功,历经了三年之久的锲而不舍和坚忍不拔的研发历程,这也是人们常说的所谓的大道至简的一个过程;作为一个致力于力的转换研究了三十多年的大学老师深知,研究出复杂的技术结构不难,难的是把复杂的技术结构变成简单的技术结构,只有把复杂的技术结构变成简单的技术结构才能算是真正的大道至简,在这一生的教书生涯中能有这样具有创新能力和研发能力的学生也很欣慰和自豪。
技术问题
存在的技术问题:一、传统的有支脚的家具安放在倾斜的地面上和凹凸不平的地面上时,安放不平稳,容易发生摇晃;二、传统的有支脚的家具安放在倾斜的地面上安放不平稳,支脚容易折断,而导致家具容易倾覆而造成安全威胁;三、传统的有支脚的家具安放在凹凸不平的地面上不平稳的,而导致家具容易摇晃而影响休闲、休息、心情和睡眠;四、传统的有支脚的家具不能调整支脚的伸长和缩短,而不能根据倾斜的坡面和凹凸不平的地面来让家具的多个支脚在平稳安放的同时又让使用者有最合适的舒适姿势;五、传统有支脚的家具的几只脚的下端也是要求基本在同一个平面上才能让家具安放得稳妥,而不能让支脚适应与倾斜的坡面完全接触落实,而使传统的有支脚的家具安放在倾斜的坡面上时支脚容易折断和家具会发生倾覆;六、传统有支脚的家具的支脚与支脚之上的家具主体之间不能采用全浮式的支撑,而使支脚的下端不能与倾斜的坡面和凹凸不平的地面完全接触落实,而使传统有支脚的家具不能安放在倾斜的坡面上休闲、休息和睡眠,传统有支脚的家具安放在凹凸不平的地面上时会产生摇晃而影响休闲、休息、心情和睡眠;七、传统有支脚的家具不能通过在家具的上面采用卧压或按压或按压的方式来调整各个支脚的高度的技术问题;八、传统的桌子安放在倾斜的坡面上和凹凸不平的地面上时不能让桌面保持水平,而使桌面上放置的盘碗中的汤水从盘碗中溢出;九、传统的桌子不能通过按压桌面的方式来调整各个桌脚的高度;十、传统的施工架只能通过垫高低处的施工架下端的地面来让施工架下端的地面完全接触落实,而导致的使用不方便。
本发明解决的技术问题:
解决了传统的有支脚的家具不能平稳的安放在倾斜的地面上,支脚在倾斜的地面上倾斜而使有支脚的家具的安放不平稳和支脚容易折断,导致:家具容易倾覆而造成安全威胁;
解决了传统的有支脚的家具不能平稳的安放在凹凸不平的地面上,而使家具的安放不平稳,导致:家具容易摇晃而影响休闲、休息、心情和睡眠;
解决了传统的有支脚的家具不能调整支脚的伸长和缩短,而不能根据倾斜的坡面和凹凸不平的地面来让家具的多个支脚在平稳安放的同时又让使用者有最合适的舒适姿势;
解决了有支脚的家具的几只脚的下端也是要求基本在同一个平面上才能让家具安放得稳妥,而不能让支脚适应与倾斜的坡面完全接触落实,而使传统的有支脚的家具安放在倾斜的坡面上时支脚容易折断和家具会发生倾覆;

在用于坡地平稳桌时,还解决了传统的桌子不能平稳的安放在倾斜的坡面上和凹凸不平的地面上,而不能让桌面保持水平,而使桌面上放置的盘碗中的汤水从盘碗中溢出;
在用于坡地平稳桌时,还解决了电动伸缩桌脚只能在有电线铺设和有电源的地方使用,而在野外没有电线铺设和没有电源的地方不能使用带来的技术问题;
在用于坡地平稳桌时,还解决了传统的桌子不能通过按压桌面的方式来调整各个桌脚的高度的技术问题。
在用于工地施工架时,还解决了传统的施工架只能通过垫高低处的施工架下端的地面来让施工架下端的地面完全接触落实,而导致的使用不方便的技术问题。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的是提供一种通过卧压或坐压或按压家具的上面来进行调整支脚高度来让支脚的下端自动适应倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面平稳安放落实的、能够根据自己使用者想要的舒适度来调整家具的倾斜角度和使用姿势的自适应地面环境的家具支脚及其方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明所述的自适应地面环境的家具支脚,采用高度调整伸缩缸来全浮式支撑之上的家具主体部分和承载的重量;各个高度调整伸缩缸之间通过截留多通阀或截留阀来相互连通,来让各个高度调整伸缩缸的液体能够在各个高度调整伸缩缸之间流通,通过各个高度调整伸缩缸之间液体流通来让支脚的下端与倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面接触落实,并通过截留多通阀或截留阀来切断支脚的下端与倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面接触落实后的各个高度调整伸缩缸之间的液体流通来保证与倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面接触落实后的椅脚长度不发生变化;
支脚与家具的支脚之上的部分的连接方式包括但不仅限于可变角度活动连接和角度固定连接,采用在家具的上面卧压或坐压或按压相对位置的支脚来自动调整各个高度调整伸 缩缸的伸缩长度来让每个支脚下端与倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面接触落实,来让家具安放平稳;采用可变角度活动连接时,采用活转总成来连接支脚的上端和家具的支脚之上的部分,采用竖向垂直保持架与各个支脚配合来让各个支脚基本垂直于水平面;采用角度固定连接时,支脚的上端直接与家具的支脚之上的部分连接。
支脚与家具的支脚之上的部分采用可变角度活动连接时,采用竖向垂直保持架的竖向套筒滑动套装在支脚上能够滑动或竖向垂直保持架的卡套滑动卡装在支脚上的导滑槽上能够滑动或采用竖向垂直保持架的导轨固定在支脚上后竖向垂直保持架的导套套卡在导轨上能够滑动,来让支脚在倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面上始终保持竖向垂直于水平面,并通过竖向垂直保持架的伸缩套节来适应座活转总成与活转连接杆的角度发生变化时各个高度调整伸缩缸之间的距离变化;采用在家具的上面卧压或坐压或按压来自动调整各个高度调整伸缩缸的伸缩长度来调整各个支脚下端的高度来适应倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面,让每个支脚的下端都能够与倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面接触落实,来让家具安放平稳、和将家具调整到使用者感觉最舒适的卧躺姿势或坐靠姿势或坐姿或斜靠姿势或仰靠姿势相匹配的家具使用面的倾斜角度和姿势位置;
通过支脚与家具的支脚之上的部分采用可变角度活转连接,通过活转总成来适应支脚与家具的支脚之上的部分连接的角度随地面的平整度和倾斜度的不同而发生的变化,和适应支脚与家具的支脚之上的部分连接的角度随使用者在家具上调整的最舒适的使用姿势和角度位置的变化而发生的变化。
通过家具的支脚之上的部分在高度调整伸缩缸的上面采用全浮式支撑,来使支脚的下端与倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面接触落实;通过竖向垂直保持架的竖向套筒滑动套装在支脚上或通过竖向垂直保持架的导轨固定在支脚上后竖向垂直保持架的导套套卡在导轨上,来让支脚竖向基本垂直于水平面;通过使用者在家具的上面卧压或坐压或按压相对位置的支脚,让需要降低部位的支脚所在的高度调整伸缩缸中的液体被压送流入到没有被卧压或坐压或按压部位的家具上面部位所对应的支脚所在的高度调整伸缩缸中,来让家具的支脚的下端与倾斜的地面或凹凸不平的地面平稳接触落实、和让使用者在家具的上面卧压或按压或坐压调整到适合使用者最舒适的使用姿势相匹配的家具的倾斜角度和使用姿势位置;并通过截留多通阀或截留阀来分别锁定家具处于使用者最舒服位置后的各个高度调整伸缩缸的长度不变,来保证支脚的下端平稳的落实在倾斜的地面或凹凸不平的地面上,和保证家具始终保持在使用者最舒适的使用姿势的位置不变。
所述的自适应地面环境的家具支脚,包括但不仅限于支脚、高度调整伸缩缸、截留多通阀、总阀、储液箱,截留多通阀的各个出液孔分别与各个高度调整伸缩缸的液体连通管路连接,截留多通阀的进液孔与储液箱的液体连通管路连接,在截留多通阀与储液箱的液体连通管路之间安装有总阀,储液箱固定在支脚之上的家具主体部分的下面;所述的支脚包括但 不仅限于能够伸长或缩短的高度调整伸缩缸和脚垫,脚垫安装在高度调整伸缩缸的下端,脚垫与高度调整伸缩缸是一个整体或是一个组合体。
支脚与家具的支脚之上的部分采用可变角度活动连接时,支脚在家具的支脚之上的部分上的连接角度根据地形情况会发生变化;所述的自适应地面环境的家具支脚还包括活转总成和竖向垂直保持架,活转总成上端的活转座固定在家具的支脚之上的部分上、活转总成下端的球头连杆固定在高度调整伸缩缸在上端而使支脚与家具的支脚之上的部分形成活动连接;竖向垂直保持架的中间部分吊装在支脚之上的家具主体部分的下面,竖向垂直保持架的每个竖向套筒分别套装在不同的支脚上能够滑动/或竖向垂直保持架的卡套滑动卡装在支脚上的导滑槽上能够滑动/或竖向垂直保持架的每个导轨分别固定在支脚上后竖向垂直保持架的导套套卡在导轨上能够滑动,来让支脚始终保持基本垂直于水平面;采用支脚与活转总成、竖向垂直保持架、截留多通阀、液体连通管路组成平衡调整系统;
支脚与家具的支脚之上的部分采用角度固定连接时,支脚在支脚之上的家具主体部分的下面的固定角度不变,高度调整伸缩缸的上端组装在支脚之上的家具主体部分的下面一面或高度调整伸缩缸的上端直接固定在支脚之上的家具主体部分的下面一面形成固定连接,采用支脚与截留多通阀、液体连通管路组成平衡调整系统;
同一家具的支脚与家具的支脚之上的部分可以全部采用角度固定连接,也可以全部采用可变角度活动连接,也还可以同时采用角度固定连接和角度活动连接两种混合连接的方式;同一家具的支脚与家具的支脚之上的部分全部采用可变角度活动连接,家具的使用面可以沿使用面四周的任意方向的倾斜,来适应使用者感觉最舒适的使用姿势和使用方式相匹配的家具的倾斜角度和使用姿势位置。
所述的截留多通阀还可以采用中央多通和截留阀来进行组合替代;
采用中央多通和截留阀来进行组合替代截留多通阀后,中央多通分别与各个高度调整伸缩缸的液体连通管路连接和与储液箱的液体连通管路连接,在中央多通与各个高度调整伸缩缸的液体连通管路之间安装有截留阀,在中央多通与储液箱的液体连通管路之间安装有总阀;支脚与家具的支脚之上的部分采用角度固定连接时,支脚与中央多通、截留阀、液体连通管路组成平衡调整系统;支脚与家具的支脚之上的部分采用可变角度活动连接时,支脚与活转总成、竖向垂直保持架、中央多通、截留阀、液体连通管路组成平衡调整系统。
在所述的自适应地面环境的家具支脚的技术方案中,还可以单独减少总阀,也还可以减少总阀和储液箱;
在自适应地面环境的家具支脚的技术方案中减少了总阀后,在截留多通阀与储液箱的液体连通管路之间没有总阀,或者,在中央多通与储液箱的液体连通管路之间没有总阀;
在自适应地面环境的家具支脚的技术方案中减少了总阀和储液箱后,截留多通阀没有连接总阀和储液箱的管路,或者,中央多通没有连接总阀和储液箱的管路。
家具主体部分可以采用整体家具,也可以采用单折式的折叠式家具,也还可以采用双折式的折叠式家具,当然也可以采用三折式的折叠式家具和四折式的折叠式家具,三折式和四折式的折叠式家具与双折式的折叠式家具只是在多出的折叠处增加一组对称的支脚而已。
有益效果
采用自适应地面环境的家具支脚的创造性和有益效果:
支脚之上的家具主体在高度调整伸缩缸的上面采用全浮式支撑,来使支脚的下端与倾斜的地面接触落实,使家具不会发生倾覆;
支脚之上的家具主体在高度调整伸缩缸的上面采用全浮式支撑,来使支脚的下端与凹凸不平的地面接触落实,使家具不会发生摇晃;
通过高度调整伸缩缸的上面部分的缸体浮在了高度调整伸缩缸下面部分的伸缩杆上,在连接高度调整伸缩缸的截留多通阀或所有截留阀打开后,各个高度调整伸缩缸之间相互连通,使高度调整伸缩缸形成了全浮式的支撑支脚之上的家具主体部分,便于脚垫的下端与倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面接触落实,来保证自适应地面环境的家具支脚不会发生摇晃;
家具安放在倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面上支脚能够平稳落实,并能够根据使用者喜欢的姿势调整家具的倾斜角度和姿势位置;
通过截留阀分别锁定家具处于使用者最舒服位置后的各个高度调整伸缩缸的长度不变,来保证支脚的下端平稳的落实在倾斜的地面或凹凸不平的地面上,和保证家具始终保持在使用者最舒适的使用姿势的位置不变;

通过储液箱来接收高度调整伸缩缸中的液体和将储液箱中的液体流进液体中,来降低和升高自适应地面环境的家具支脚的整体高度,来适应所处环境和使用者需要的高度;
各个高度调整伸缩缸之间通过截留多通阀或截留阀来相互连通,使高度调整伸缩缸的伸缩长度能够根据使用者的需要来进行变化;

在用于坡地平稳桌时,通过按压桌面来自动调整各个高度调整伸缩缸的伸缩长度来调整各个支脚下端的高度来适应野外倾斜的坡面和凹凸不平的地面,让每个支脚的下端都能够与野外倾斜的坡面和凹凸不平的地面接触落实的同时,照常让桌面保持在水平面上;
在用于坡地平稳桌时,只需要在桌面的上面按压相对位置的支撑脚,就能够让把桌面顶高的支撑脚降低高度,经过几次按压就能让坡地平稳桌的桌面处于水平的位置,使坡地平稳桌适应在倾斜的山坡的坡面和凹凸不平的地面平稳安放的调整简单、快捷。

支脚与家具主体1采用角度固定连接时,有储液箱9结构的,要先关闭总阀8来让高度调整伸缩缸3之间进行伸长高度的调整;没有储液箱9结构的,高度调整伸缩缸3之间直接进行伸长高度的调整;打开截留多通阀7或打开所有的截留阀20,让所有的高度调整伸缩缸3全部连通,在家具主体1的上面按压或坐压或卧压相对位置的支脚,让被或坐压或卧压高家具主体1的支脚所在的高度调整伸缩缸3中的液体流入到其它的支脚所在的高度调整伸缩缸3中,来适应家具主体1的支脚上端所处位置的高度降低或增加高度,来调整家具主体1处于最佳适应位置;在调整到家具主体1处于最佳适应位置后,关闭截留多通阀7或所有的截留阀20,使截留多通阀7或截留阀20分别锁定家具主体1处于最佳适应位置后的各个高度调整伸缩缸3的长度不变,来保证各个支脚的下端平稳的落实在倾斜的地面或凹凸不平 的地面上。
当家具需要整体升高高度时,打开总阀8和截留多通阀7或所有的截留阀20,抬高家具让高度调整伸缩缸3的伸缩杆5在自身的重力拉动下而让储液箱9中的液体流入高度调整伸缩缸3中使高度调整伸缩缸3伸长,或者通过向下拉动高度调整伸缩缸3伸长而把储液箱9中的液体吸入高度调整伸缩缸3中来使高度调整伸缩缸3伸长,来升高支脚的整体高度,当达到需要的高度时,关闭总阀8,再采用前述的调整家具到使用者感觉最舒适的使用姿势相匹配的使用面的倾斜角度和使用姿势位置的方式进行调整。

将高度调整伸缩缸和高度调整伸缩缸之间连接的平衡调整系统及阀控锁止系统连接到桌子中替换支脚后,形成自适应地面环境的坡地平稳桌,既能适应野外使用,也能适应室内使用;所述的坡地平稳桌在野外倾斜的地面或凹凸不平的地面上安放时,将支脚朝下安放;有储液箱9结构的,要先关闭总阀8来让高度调整伸缩缸3之间进行伸长高度的调整;没有储液箱9结构的,高度调整伸缩缸3之间直接进行伸长高度的调整;打开截留多通阀7或打开所有的截留阀20,让所有的高度调整伸缩缸3全部连通,在桌面板27的上面按压相对位置的支脚,让顶高桌面板27或连接架33的支脚所在的高度调整伸缩缸3中的液体流入到桌面板27的上面一面偏低部位连接的支脚所在的高度调整伸缩缸3中,来把桌面板27或连接架33顶高的支脚的高度降低、让桌面板27或连接架33偏低部位连接的支脚所在的高度调整伸缩缸3伸长而增加高度,来调整桌面处于水平位置(这种调整桌面达到水平的方式,相当于摇晃桌面板来调整支脚的长度进行平衡来让桌面达到水平);在调整到桌面处于水平位置后,关闭截留多通阀7或所有的截留阀20,使截留多通阀7或截留阀20分别锁定桌面处于水平位置后的各个高度调整伸缩缸3的长度不变,来保证水平保持架下端的各个脚垫6的下端平稳的落实在倾斜的地面或凹凸不平的地面上,和保证桌面处于在水平面上;当然,所述的坡地平稳桌的支脚与地面接触落实的调整和桌面处于水平位置的调整,还能够采用摇晃支脚或桌面的方式来进行调整;为了方便桌面调整到水平面,还能够在桌面板上增加水平仪来辅助调整桌面处于水平的位置。
还能够将自适应地面环境的家具支脚的高度调整伸缩缸和高度调整伸缩缸之间连接的平衡调整系统及阀控锁止系统插入连接到施工架的支脚中,让施工架就成为能够适应倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面及平整的地面上安放的坡地平稳施工架;坡地平稳施工架的架面调整到处于水平面的方式与坡地平稳桌的方式基本一样,可以采用按压架面或摇晃施工架的支脚的方式进行调整。坡地平稳施工架具备了方便、快捷调整施工架的架面处于水平状态的功能。
支脚采用全浮式支撑的家具,还能够改换家具的形态方式,只要形成支脚采用全浮式 支撑支脚之上的家具主体部分,都属于本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
所述的高度调整伸缩缸上面部分的缸体浮在了高度调整伸缩缸下面部分的伸缩杆上,在连接高度调整伸缩缸的截留多通阀或所有截留阀打开后,各个高度调整伸缩缸之间相互连通,使高度调整伸缩缸形成了全浮式的支撑支脚之上的家具主体部分,便于脚垫的下端与倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面接触落实,来保证自适应地面环境的家具支脚不会发生摇晃;
支脚之上的家具主体部分在高度调整伸缩缸的上面采用全浮式支撑,来使支脚的下端与倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面接触落实,使自适应地面环境的家具支脚不会发生摇晃;
通过使用者在家具的上面卧压或坐压或按压相对位置的支脚,来把家具的使用面顶高的支脚的高度降低,让需要降低部位所对应的支脚所在的高度调整伸缩缸中的液体被压送流入到没有被坐压或按压部位所对应的支脚所在的高度调整伸缩缸中,使家具的支脚调整到使用者感觉最舒适的使用姿势相匹配的使用面的倾斜角度和使用姿势位置的调整简单、可靠、方便、快捷;
通过截留阀分别锁定坐压处于使用者感觉最舒适的使用姿势相匹配的使用面的倾斜角度和使用姿势位置后的各个高度调整伸缩缸的长度不变,来保证支脚的下端平稳的落实在倾斜的地面或凹凸不平的地面上,保证了:在家具的上面任意坐压、卧压、按压,都不能让支脚缩短,也不能够使家具的发生摇晃和倾覆;
通过截留多通阀或截留阀锁定家具处于使用者感觉最舒适的使用姿势相匹配的使用面的倾斜角度和使用姿势位置后的各个高度调整伸缩缸的长度不变,来使各个支脚适应倾斜的山坡的坡面和凹凸不平的地面平稳安放;
通过储液箱来接收高度调整伸缩缸中的液体和将储液箱中的液体流进液体中,来降低和升高自适应地面环境的家具支脚的整体高度,来适应所处环境和使用者需要的高度而让睡觉休息的人有舒适感;
各个高度调整伸缩缸之间通过截留多通阀或截留阀来相互连通,使高度调整伸缩缸的伸缩长度能够根据使用者的需要来进行变化;
支脚与支脚之上的家具主体部分采用可变角度的活动连接,在支脚的下端与地面接触时,支脚与支脚之上的家具主体部分连接的角度能够随地面的平整度和倾斜度的不同而发生变化,支脚与支脚之上的家具主体部分连接的角度也能够随使用者在调整的最舒适的使用面的倾斜角度和使用姿势位置的变化而发生变化,从而让同一家具的每个支脚在凹凸不平的地面上和倾斜度不同的地面上接触落实时高度调整伸缩缸的中心线始终能够与所处地面的水平面垂直、和在使用者将同一家具调整到最舒适的使用面倾斜角度和使用姿势位置时高度调整伸缩缸的中心线始终能够与水平面垂直;
采用竖向垂直保持架的竖向套筒滑动套装在支脚上能够滑动或采用竖向垂直保持架 的卡套滑动卡装在支脚上的导滑槽上能够滑动或采用导轨分别固定在不同的支脚上后竖向垂直保持架的导套套卡在导轨上能够滑动,来让支脚在倾斜的坡面和凹凸不平的地面上始终能够保持竖向垂直于水平面,并通过竖向垂直保持架的伸缩套节来适应活转总成的活转座与活转连接杆的角度发生变化时各个支脚(高度调整伸缩缸)之间的距离变化;
通过在家具的上面卧压或坐压或按压来自动调整各个高度调整伸缩缸的伸缩长度来调整各个支脚下端的高度来适应倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面,让每个支脚的下端都能够与倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面接触落实;
通过关闭总阀来让高度调整伸缩缸之间进行高度调整,只需要在家具的上面坐压或卧压或按压相对位置的支脚,就能一次性的把家具调整到使用者感觉最舒适的使用姿势相匹配的使用面的倾斜角度和使用姿势位置,使家具的支脚适应在倾斜的山坡的坡面和凹凸不平的地面平稳安放的调整简单、快捷。
自适应地面环境的家具支脚,用于床时,形成自适应地面环境的坡地休闲床;用于沙发时,形成自适应地面环境的坡地休闲沙发;用于座椅时,形成能够适应环境地面的坡地休闲座椅;用于凳子时,形成能够适应环境地面的坡地休闲凳子;用于桌子时,形成能够适应环境地面的坡地平稳桌;用于施工架时,形成能够适应环境地面的坡地平稳施工架;
采用自适应地面环境的家具支脚的家具适应于倾斜角度小于30度的山坡上使用,也能够安放在家里使用;当然,在增加高度调整伸缩缸的整体长度和缸体与伸缩杆的单体长度后,也能够在倾斜度等于和大于30度的山坡上让使用者使用。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种自适应地面环境的家具支脚,其特征在于:采用高度调整伸缩缸来全浮式支撑支脚之上的家具主体部分的重量,各个高度调整伸缩缸之间通过截留多通阀或截留阀相互连通;采用在家具的上面卧压或坐压或按压来调整各个高度调整伸缩缸的伸缩长度,来让每个支脚下端与倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面接触落实。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自适应地面环境的家具支脚,其特征在于:采用高度调整伸缩缸来全浮式支撑之上的家具主体部分和承载的重量;各个高度调整伸缩缸之间通过截留多通阀或截留阀来相互连通,来让各个高度调整伸缩缸的液体能够在各个高度调整伸缩缸之间流通,通过各个高度调整伸缩缸之间液体流通来让支脚的下端与倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面接触落实,并通过截留多通阀或截留阀来切断支脚的下端与倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面接触落实后的各个高度调整伸缩缸之间的液体流通来保证与倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面接触落实后的椅脚长度不发生变化。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的自适应地面环境的家具支脚,其特征在于:支脚与家具的支脚之上的部分采用可变角度活动连接时,通过活转总成来适应支脚与支脚之上的家具的下面一面连接的角度随地面的平整度和倾斜度的不同而发生的变化,和适应支脚与支脚之上的家具的下面一面连接的角度随使用者在家具上调整的最舒适的使用姿势和角度位置的变化而发生的变化。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的自适应地面环境的家具支脚,其特征在于:支脚与家具的支脚之上的部分全部采用可变角度活动连接,家具可以沿家具四周的任意方向的倾斜,来适应使用者感觉最舒适的使用姿势和方式相匹配的家具的倾斜角度和使用姿势位置。
  5. 根据权利要求3和4所述的自适应地面环境的家具支脚,其特征在于:支脚与家具的支脚之上的部分采用可变角度活动连接时,采用竖向垂直保持架来让支脚在倾斜的地面和凹凸不平的地面上竖向直立和让多个支脚之间的支脚的高度调整伸缩缸部分平行一致,并通过竖向垂直保持架的伸缩套节来适应座活转总成与活转连接杆的角度发生变化时各个高度调整伸缩缸之间的距离变化;通过截留多通阀或截留阀来分别锁定家具处于使用者最舒服位置后的各个高度调整伸缩缸的长度不变,来让支脚的下端平稳的落实在倾斜的地面或凹凸不平的地面上的基础上,来让床安放平稳和保证将家具调整到使用者感觉最舒适的使用姿势后相匹配的床面的倾斜角度和卧床姿势位置不变。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的自适应地面环境的家具支脚,其特征在于:竖向垂直保持架的竖向套筒滑动套装在支脚上能够滑动,或者,竖向垂直保持架的卡套滑动卡装在支脚上的导滑槽上能够滑动,或者,竖向垂直保持架的导轨固定在支脚上后竖向垂直保持架的导套套卡在导轨上能够滑动。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的自适应地面环境的家具支脚,其特征在于:支脚与家具的支脚之上的部分采用可变角度活动连接时,平衡调整系统包括但不仅限于支脚、活转总成、竖向垂直保持架、截留多通阀、液体连通管路,或者,平衡调整系统包括但不仅限于支脚、活转总成、竖向垂直保持架、中央多通、截留阀、液体连通管路。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的自适应地面环境的家具支脚,其特征在于:支脚与家具的支脚之上的部分采用角度固定连接时,平衡调整系统包括但不仅限于支脚、截留多通阀、液体连通管路,或者,平衡调整系统包括但不仅限于支脚、中央多通、截留阀、液体连通管路。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的自适应地面环境的家具支脚,其特征在于:所述的自适应地面环境的家具支脚,
    用于床时,形成自适应地面环境的坡地休闲床;
    用于沙发时,形成自适应地面环境的坡地休闲沙发;
    用于座椅时,形成能够适应环境地面的坡地休闲座椅;
    用于凳子时,形成能够适应环境地面的坡地休闲凳子;
    用于桌子时,形成能够适应环境地面的坡地平稳桌;
    用于施工架时,形成能够适应环境地面的坡地平稳施工架;
    采用自适应地面环境的家具支脚的床、沙发、座椅、凳子、桌子,既能适应野外使用,也能适应室内使用;
    采用自适应地面环境的家具支脚的施工架,适用于工地上施工使用。
