背景技术
鞋子已经成为人们日常生活中的必需品,因运动或天气的关系容易导致脚底出汗严重,从而整个鞋腔都闷热潮湿,造成脚感不适,而市场上的现有鞋子一般通过网格鞋帮面实现增强鞋子的透气性,虽然能起到一定的透气性,但是脚部是从脚底开始出汗,其透气效果不好,还是容易造成出汗,同时造成鞋垫的浸湿,使使用者使用时舒适度下降。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供了一种透气效果好的透气鞋底。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种用于运动鞋的透气鞋底,包括鞋底主体以及与鞋底主体相贴合设置的鞋垫,其特征在于,所述的鞋底主体的上端面上开设有轴向向下凹陷且用于空气流通的流通腔,所述鞋底主体位于流通腔的腔底面呈符合人体脚部的曲面,所述鞋垫主体位于鞋跟部处的两侧外周壁上均开设有若干道使流通腔与鞋垫主体外部相连通的连通流道,所述的流通腔的腔底面上设置有将流通腔分隔形成多个独立腔体的分隔单元,所述的分隔单元由若干根横条以及与横条交错设置的若干根竖条组成,并呈网格状分布,若干根所述横条的上端面均低于所述鞋底主体的上端面,若干根所述竖条的上端面均与所述鞋底主体的上端面相平齐。
在上述的一种用于运动鞋的透气鞋底中,所述的鞋垫的端面上开设有若干个透气孔。
在上述的一种用于运动鞋的透气鞋底中,所述的连通流道均呈弧形设置。
在上述的一种用于运动鞋的透气鞋底中,所述的鞋垫主体位于相对应连通流道处设置有与其相固连,且具有弹性,并用于过滤杂质的透气网布。
在上述的一种用于运动鞋的透气鞋底中,所述的鞋底主体位于外边缘处的上端面上均设置有轴向向上凸起且呈弧形设置的防护条。
在上述的一种用于运动鞋的透气鞋底中,所述的横条的上端面呈弧形设置,所述的竖条的上端面也呈弧形设置。
在上述的一种用于运动鞋的透气鞋底中,若干根所述竖条位于鞋跟部处的侧壁上均开设有连通孔,所述的竖条位于连通孔处也设置有透气网布。
与现有技术相比,本用于运动鞋的透气鞋底具有以下优点:
1、鞋底主体的上端面上开设有轴向向下凹陷且用于空气流通的流通腔,鞋底主体位于流通腔的腔底面呈符合人体脚部舒适度的曲面设置,鞋垫主体位于鞋跟部处的两侧外周壁上均开设有若干道使流通腔与鞋垫主体外部相连通的连通流道,流通腔的腔底面上设置有将流通腔分隔形成多个独立腔体的分隔单元,分隔单元由若干根横条以及与横条交错设置的若干根竖条组成,并呈网格状分布,若干根所述横条的上端面均低于所述鞋底主体中相对应连接处的上端面,若干根所述竖条的上端面均与所述鞋底主体中相对应沿的上端面相平齐,上述结构的设置,使其在鞋垫下方进行透气,增加鞋内气体的流动,减少脚部出汗。

如图1所示,本用于运动鞋的透气鞋底,包括鞋底主体1以及与鞋底主体1相贴合设置的鞋垫2,该鞋垫2主体由前到后依次为鞋掌部、鞋弓部和鞋跟部,鞋底主体1的上端面上开设有轴向向下凹陷且用于空气流通的流通腔3,鞋底主体1位于流通腔3的腔底面呈符合人体脚部舒适度的曲面设置,鞋垫2主体位于鞋跟部处的两侧外周壁上均开设有若干道使流通腔3与鞋垫2主体外部相连通的连通流道4,流通腔3的腔底面上设置有将流通腔3分隔形成多个独立腔体5的分隔单元6,分隔单元6由若干根横条7以及与横条7交错设置的若干根竖条8组成,并呈网格状分布,若干根所述横条7的上端面均低于所述鞋底主体1中相对应连接处的上端面,若干根所述竖条8的上端面均与所述鞋底主体1中相对应沿其长度方向的上端面相平齐。
进一步细说,为了使鞋内透气性更好,鞋垫2的端面上开设有若干个透气孔9。
进一步细说,为了使其在运动时具有弹性,同时保证透气效果,连通流道4均呈弧形设置,鞋垫2主体位于相对应连通流道4处设置有与其相固连,且具有弹性,并用于过滤杂质的透气网布10。
作为优选结构,鞋底主体1位于外边缘处的上端面上均设置有轴向向上凸起且呈弧形设置的防护条11。
进一步细说,为了使使用者更舒适,横条7的上端面呈弧形设置,竖条8的上端面也呈弧形设置。
进一步细说,为了保证鞋内的透气性,若干根所述竖条8位于鞋跟部处的侧壁上均开设有连通孔12,竖条8位于连通孔12 处也设置有透气网布10。
进一步细说,为了使其运动时具有减震效果,鞋底主体1位于鞋跟部处的腔体5内设置有缓冲单元,缓冲单元为缓冲弹簧。
