For example, the required amount of rights may be changed according to the type of product, the required amount of rights may be changed according to the store 3, or the required amount may be changed according to the area. The amount of right to do may vary.
When the user rents the product, it may be configured so that the charged amount is consumed instead of consuming the right. In this case, in the rights consumption process described above, the amount given to the user, that is, the amount charged by the user or the amount accepted for purchase, is used instead of the right given to the user. Here, if the amount charged by the user is greater than the rental price of the product, the computer 10 consumes the amount charged by the user. On the other hand, if the amount charged by the user is less than the rental price of the product, the computer 10 calculates the amount of the shortage, accepts the purchase of the amount of the shortage, and adds the amount of the accepted purchase to the user. , consumes the charged amount and the added amount.
This is the rights consumption process.
[Purchase Acceptance Process Executed by Computer 10]
Based on FIG. 14, the purchase acceptance process executed by the computer 10 will be described. This figure is a diagram showing a flow chart of purchase acceptance processing executed by the computer 10 . Processing executed by each module described above will be described together with this processing. This process is performed after the right consumption process described above, and is performed while the user is renting the product.
The purchase acceptance module accepts the purchase of the product being rented from the user (step S80).
The user terminal 20 receives an input from the user regarding purchase of the product currently being rented by the user. The user terminal 20 transmits to the computer 10 a purchase request meaning input of this purchase, product information of this product, and the user's identifier.
The purchase acceptance module receives the purchase request, the product information of the product, and the user's identifier to accept the purchase of the product being rented from the user.
The price at which the user purchases the item being rented is the second-hand sales price under the rental conditions registered in the above-described item registration process.
The purchase wish notification module notifies the store 3 that the user wishes to purchase the product as a purchase wish notification (step S81).
The purchase request notification module transmits the acquired purchase request, the product information of the product, and the user's identifier as a purchase request notification to the store terminal 21 .
The store terminal 21 receives the purchase request notification and displays it on its own display unit or the like.
The purchase request notification module notifies the store 3 of the purchase request notification by causing the store terminal 21 to display the purchase request notification.
The purchase permission acquisition module acquires purchase permission permitting the purchase of merchandise from the store 3 (step S82).
The shop terminal 21 accepts an input of permission to purchase in response to the received purchase request notification. The store terminal 21 receives an input regarding purchase permission from the store 3, and transmits the received purchase permission to the computer 10 as purchase permission for this product.
By receiving this purchase permission, the purchase permission acquisition module obtains a purchase permission permitting the purchase of the product from the store 3 .
By obtaining purchase permission from the store 3, the computer 10 considers that the store 3 has permitted the purchase of the product. On the other hand, if purchase permission cannot be obtained from the store 3, it is assumed that the store 3 does not permit purchase of the product.
If the purchase permission acquisition module does not obtain purchase permission from the store 3 for a predetermined period of time (for example, several hours, one day, or several days), the computer 10 notifies the user that the purchase is not permitted. We will notify you and end this purchase acceptance process.
The computer 10 does not execute the purchase request notification notification process (step S81) and the purchase permission acquisition process (step S82) described above, and directly permits the purchase when accepting the purchase of the product being rented from the user. You can In this case, purchase of the product being rented is received from the user, and processing necessary for purchasing the product, which will be described later, is executed (step S83).
The purchase processing module executes processing necessary for purchasing the product (step S83).
The processing necessary for purchasing is, for example, settlement of the purchase price of the product and updating of the product registered in the store account.
This is the purchase acceptance process.
