11 is a view of the conventional mounting structure 210 and the indoor unit 20 mounted by the conventional mounting structure 210 as viewed in the first horizontal direction X. FIG. As shown in FIG. 11 , the conventional mounting structure 210 includes a frame member 230 and hanging bolts 250 . The frame member 230 has the same structure as the frame member 30 except that the size of the frame formed by the first support member 31 and the second support member 32 is smaller than that of the frame member 30 in the above-described embodiment. is. The frame member 230 is fixed to the ceiling slab CS with a plurality of bolts 260. As shown in FIG. Frame member 230 is positioned above indoor unit 20 . The suspension bolts 250 are directly fixed to respective intersections of the frame member 230 where the first support member 31 and the second support member 32 overlap in the vertical direction. The hanging bolt 250 extends in the vertical direction and fixes the frame member 230 and the fixture 23 . The hanging bolt 250 protrudes upward from the frame member 230 .
As described above, in the conventional mounting structure 210, the suspension bolt 250 is directly fixed to the frame member 230. Therefore, when the horizontal position of each suspension bolt 250 is aligned with the horizontal position of the fixture 23 of the indoor unit 20, the frame size of the frame member 230 tends to be smaller than the size of the indoor unit 20 in plan view. As a result, the indoor unit 20 cannot be arranged inside the frame member 230, and the frame member 230 needs to be arranged above the indoor unit 20. Therefore, it is necessary to dispose the indoor unit 20 downward from the ceiling slab CS by the amount of the frame member 230 arranged upward.
Also, in the conventional mounting structure 210 , the suspension bolt 250 tends to protrude upward from the frame member 230 . Therefore, in order to secure a space for arranging the upper ends of the hanging bolts 250, the position of the frame member 230 also needs to be arranged at a certain distance downward from the ceiling slab CS. As a result, it becomes necessary to dispose the indoor unit 20 further downward from the ceiling slab CS.
From the above, for example, if the ceiling space CA has a relatively small height H1 like the ceiling C in the above-described embodiment, the lower end of the indoor unit main body 21 is formed into a through hole as shown in FIG. It may protrude below the ceiling plate CB from CBa. In other words, part of the indoor unit main body 21 may protrude into the room. In this case, the cover 270 that covers the outer periphery of the portion of the indoor unit main body 21 protruding into the room needs to be arranged between the ceiling plate CB and the decorative panel 22 in the vertical direction. In this case, the installation cost of the indoor unit 20 is increased by the amount that the cover 270 needs to be installed, and the workability of installing the indoor unit 20 is deteriorated. Moreover, there is a problem that the appearance of the indoor unit 20 when viewed from inside the room is deteriorated.
Also, when the cover 270 cannot be provided, it is necessary to change the installation location of the indoor unit 20. Specifically, it is necessary to change the installation location of the indoor unit 20 to a location where the ceiling space CA is large enough to install the ceiling plate CB at the position indicated by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 11 . The height of the ceiling space CA having the ceiling plate CB indicated by the two-dot chain line is a height H2 that is greater than the height H1.
In order to solve the above problem, according to the present embodiment, the mounting structure 10 is provided with the hanger main body 41 fixed to the frame member 30 which is fixed to the ceiling C and has a frame shape in a plan view. . The hanger main body 41 has first bolt holes 44 through which fixing bolts 61 for fixing the frame member 30 and the hanger main body 41 are passed, and for fixing the indoor unit 20 and the hanger main body 41. and a second bolt hole 45 through which the hanging bolt 50 is passed. A portion of the hanger main body 41 where the second bolt hole 45 is provided is located inside the frame member 30 in a plan view when the hanger main body 41 is fixed to the frame member 30 . Therefore, the horizontal position of the suspension bolt 50 can be inside the frame member 30 in plan view. As a result, the horizontal position of the suspension bolt 50 can be aligned with the horizontal position of the fixing member 23 of the indoor unit 20 while making the size of the frame of the frame member 30 larger than that of the indoor unit 20 in plan view. Therefore, a configuration in which at least part of the indoor unit 20 is inserted inside the frame member 30 can be adopted. In other words, the frame member 30 does not have to be arranged above the indoor unit 20, and the indoor unit 20 can be arranged closer to the ceiling slab CS.
Also, the hanging bolt 50 is not directly fixed to the frame member 30, but is fixed to the hanging tool 40. Therefore, by fixing the hanger 40 to the lower side of the frame member 30 , the hanger bolt 50 can be easily arranged downward, and the hanger bolt 50 can be prevented from protruding above the frame member 30 . Thereby, the frame member 30 can be arranged closer to the ceiling slab CS. Therefore, even if a part of the indoor unit 20 cannot be placed inside the frame member 30, the indoor unit 20 can be placed closer to the ceiling slab CS together with the frame member 30.
As described above, with the mounting structure 10 using the hanger 40 of the present embodiment, the indoor unit 20 can be arranged closer to the ceiling slab CS than the conventional mounting structure 210. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, even if the height of the ceiling space CA is relatively small, the indoor unit 20 can be attached to the ceiling C while preventing the indoor unit body 21 from protruding from the ceiling space CA. Therefore, there is no need to provide a member such as the cover 270 described above, so that an increase in the installation cost of the indoor unit 20 can be suppressed, and deterioration in the workability of installing the indoor unit 20 can be suppressed. Moreover, it is possible to prevent the appearance of the indoor unit 20 from being deteriorated when viewed from inside the room. That is, it is possible to improve the design of the indoor unit 20 when viewed from inside the room. Moreover, it is possible to suppress the need to change the installation location of the indoor unit 20 .
Also, according to the present embodiment, a plurality of first bolt holes 44 are provided. Therefore, rotation of the hanger 40 about the central axis of the fixing bolt 61 with respect to the frame member 30 can be suppressed. Thereby, the hanger 40 can be stably fixed to the frame member 30 . Therefore, the indoor unit 20 can be stably attached by the attachment structure 10 .
In addition, according to the present embodiment, the hanger 40 has flange portions 42, 42, 42, 42, 42, 42, 42, 42, 42, 42, 42, 42, 42, 42, 42, 42, 42, 41, 41, 41, 41, 41, 41, 41, 41, 41, 41, 41, 41, 41, 41, 41, 41, 41, 41, and 41. 43. Therefore, the strength of the hanger 40 can be improved by the flange portions 42 and 43 . As a result, deformation of the hanger 40 can be suppressed, and the indoor unit 20 can be more stably attached via the hanger 40 .
Further, according to the present embodiment, the flange portions 42 and 43 extend along the direction from the first bolt hole 44 toward the second bolt hole 45, and are provided as a pair with the first bolt hole 44 interposed therebetween. It is Therefore, even if the pair of flange portions 42 and 43 do not provide a flange portion on the outer edge portion of the hoisting device 40 in the direction orthogonal to the direction in which the pair of flange portions 42 and 43 sandwich the first bolt hole 44, the hoisting device 40 can be It is easy to secure the strength of As a result, as shown in FIG. 10, when the fixing bolt 61 passed through the first bolt hole 44 is fixed to the sling main body 41, the spanner S for tightening the nut 62 is held between the pair of flanges 42 and 43. It can escape in the direction perpendicular to the direction in which the first bolt hole 44 is sandwiched. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the wrench S from interfering with the pair of flange portions 42 and 43 when tightening the nut 62 . Therefore, the movable range of the spanner S can be easily secured, and the nut 62 can be easily tightened. Therefore, the fixing bolt 61 can easily fix the hanger 40 to the frame member 30 .
Further, according to the present embodiment, the portion of the hanger main body 41 in which the second bolt hole 45 is provided is provided at a position farther from the first bolt hole 44 than the pair of flange portions 42 and 43. It is In other words, the flange portions 42 and 43 are not provided in the portions of the outer edge portions 41c and 41d that sandwich the portion provided with the second bolt hole 45 in the first horizontal direction X. As shown in FIG. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10 , when the suspension bolt 50 passed through the second bolt hole 45 is fixed to the sling body 41, the wrench S for tightening the nut 51a does not interfere with the flanges 42 and 43. can be suppressed. This makes it easy to secure the movable range of the spanner S and to easily tighten the nut 51a. Therefore, the hanging bolt 50 can be easily fixed to the hanging tool 40 . As described above, the fixing bolts 61 and the hanging bolts 50 can be easily fixed to the hanger 40, and the installation work of the indoor unit 20 can be facilitated.
Further, according to the present embodiment, the width of the sling main body 41 in plan view decreases from the portion where the first bolt hole 44 is provided toward the portion where the second bolt hole 45 is provided. . Therefore, the width of the portion of the hanger main body 41 where the second bolt hole 45 is provided can be made relatively small. As a result, while suppressing interference of the hanger main body 41 with the indoor unit main body 21 , the portion of the hanger main body 41 provided with the second bolt hole 45 can be secured to the fixture provided on the indoor unit main body 21 . 23 can be easily arranged. Therefore, it is possible to easily attach the indoor unit 20 via the hanger 40 while arranging at least part of the indoor unit main body 21 inside the frame member 30 .
Also, according to the present embodiment, at least part of the indoor unit 20 is inserted inside the frame member 30 . Therefore, regardless of the vertical position of the frame member 30, the indoor unit 20 can be arranged close to the ceiling slab CS. Thereby, as described above, the indoor unit 20 can be attached to the ceiling C while preventing the indoor unit main body 21 from protruding from the ceiling space CA.
Further, according to the present embodiment, the sling main body 41 is fixed to the lower side of the frame member 30 . Therefore, it is easy to lower the vertical position of the hanger body 41 . As a result, the vertical position of the first bolt hole 44 and the vertical position of the second bolt hole 45 can be more easily lowered. Therefore, the vertical position of the fixing bolt 61 passed through the first bolt hole 44 and the vertical position of the hanging bolt 50 passed through the second bolt hole 45 can be more easily lowered. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the fixing bolt 61 and the suspension bolt 50 from protruding above the frame member 30 . This makes it easier to bring the frame member 30 closer to the ceiling slab CS. Therefore, even if the indoor unit 20 cannot be inserted inside the frame member 30, it is possible to prevent the indoor unit main body 21 from protruding from the ceiling space CA.
Also, according to the present embodiment, the upper end of the fixing bolt 61 and the upper end of the hanging bolt 50 are positioned at the same vertical position as the upper end of the frame member 30 . Therefore, the fixing bolt 61 and the hanging bolt 50 do not protrude above the frame member 30 . This makes it easier to bring the frame member 30 closer to the ceiling slab CS. Therefore, it is possible to further prevent the indoor unit main body 21 from protruding from the ceiling space CA.
