Therefore, it is possible to prevent interference with the slat support device 11 by the airflow separated on the surface of the innerboard end surface 225 and the hump portion 224 . As a result, it is also possible to reduce the noise caused by the interference between the airflow (eddy) separated at the inboard end portion 230 of the slat body 210 and the slat support device 11 .
- the fence member 41 is made of, for example, a metal material such as aluminum alloy or stainless steel, or a composite material such as CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) or GFRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic).
- the fence member 41 is not limited to being configured as a separate member from the slat body 210 , and may be integrally formed as a part of the slat body 210 .
- the fence member 41 may be made of a flexible material that deforms so as to be accommodated in the gap between the slat body 210 and the main wing 10 when retracted into the main wing leading edge 10a. As a result, the slats 20B can be stowed in the main wing 10 more easily.

- the porous layer 51 is composed of a porous material in which a plurality of pores are interconnected within the layer.
- the porous material is typically composed of an inorganic material such as a metal material or a metal oxide material, but is not limited to this, and may be composed of a synthetic resin material, a ceramic material, or the like.
- the porous layer 51 may be a plate member installed on the innerboard end surface 225 of the slat body 210, or may be a porous structural surface formed by surface processing the innerboard end surface 225. good.
- the porous layer 51 reduces the speed of the flow passing through the porous layer 51 by being provided over the entire or substantially the entire inner side end surface 225 of the slat body 210 . Thereby, the pressure fluctuation of the airflow on the innerboard end surface 225 can be reduced. In addition, since the flow velocity on the inboard end surface 225 can be reduced, the separation of the flow on the surface of the hump portion 224 can be reduced, thereby reducing the occurrence of the vortex V2 on the surface of the hump portion 224 . As a result, pressure fluctuations at the inboard end 230 of the slat body 210 are reduced, and noise can be reduced.
- the present embodiment it is possible to prevent the interference of the airflow separated on the surface of the innerboard end surface 225 and the hump portion 224 with the slat support device 11 . As a result, it is also possible to reduce the noise caused by the interference between the airflow (eddy) separated at the inboard end portion 230 of the slat body 210 and the slat support device 11 .
- the porous layer 51 may be selectively provided only on a partial region of the inboard end surface 225 of the slat body 210 .
- the chord length of the slat 20C (slat body 210) is Cs, as shown in FIGS. It is preferably provided within a length range of 80% of the chord length Cs in the chord direction).
- the porous layer 51 is preferably provided so as to cover the boundary portion between the inner side end surface of the slat body 210 and the hump portion 224 .
- the porous layer 51 may be provided at a position separated from the peripheral edge portion of the inboard end surface 225 by about half of the length corresponding to the projection amount of the skin portion 225s.
- the arrangement area of the porous layer 51 set in this manner is an area where the pressure fluctuation of the airflow is likely to occur on the innerboard end surface 225 . Therefore, by installing the porous layer 51 in this area, it is possible to minimize the area where the porous layer 52 is installed and to reduce pressure fluctuations on the inboard end surface 225 most effectively.
- FIG. 20 is a schematic diagram of the slat 20D of the present embodiment for explaining configuration example 1-4, and is a schematic sectional view perpendicular to the wing thickness direction of the slat 20D on the left wing side.
- FIG. 21 is a view showing one configuration example of the slat 20D on the right wing side, and is a partial perspective view seen from the inboard rear side.
- the slat 20D of this embodiment includes a slat main body 210 and a porous layer 52 as a buffer section provided on the inboard side surface 224s of the hump section 224 thereof. Since the slat main body 210 is the same as that of the first embodiment, its detailed description is omitted.

- the porous layer 52 may be a plate-shaped member installed on the inboard side surface 224s of the hump portion 224, or a porous structural surface formed by surface processing the inboard side surface 224s of the hump portion 224. may be
- the porous layer 52 is provided on the entire or partial area of the inboard side surface 224s of the hump portion 224, thereby reducing the speed of the flow passing through the porous layer 52 and reducing the vortices on the surface of the hump portion 224. Reduces the production of V2. As a result, pressure fluctuations on the inboard side surface 224s of the hump portion 224 are reduced, so noise on the inboard side surface 224s of the hump portion 224 can be reduced.
- interference with the slat support device 11 by the airflow separated on the surface of the hump portion 224 can be prevented, so noise caused by interference with the slat support device 11 can also be reduced.
- this embodiment may be combined with the third embodiment described above.
- a porous layer 51 is provided on the inboard end face 225 of the slat body 210, like the slat 20E shown in FIG.
- the area of the inboard side surface 224s of the hump portion 224 where the porous layer 52 is provided can be set arbitrarily. For example, as shown in FIG. 21, a range of about the chord length (Cs) of the slat 20D in the span direction (span direction) from the inboard end surface 225 in the hump portion 224 is covered with an inboard side surface 224s of the hump portion 224. may be set as Since the region set in this manner is a region where airflow pressure fluctuations are likely to occur in the hump portion 224, by installing the porous layer 52 in this region, the pressure on the inboard side surface 224s of the hump portion 224 is reduced. Variation can be reduced most effectively.
- the porous layer 52 is not limited to the case where it is provided in the entire region, but is partially arranged in a region having a length of about 0.5Cs in the span direction from the inboard end surface 225 as shown in the figure. A sufficient reduction effect of the pressure fluctuation can be obtained also by being set.
- the hump portion 224 is oriented from the cusp portion 223 side toward the trailing edge portion 222, for example
- the porous layer 52 may be provided in a region within a length range of 80% of the blade chord length Cs. By installing the porous layer 52 in this region, pressure fluctuations on the inboard side surface 224s of the hump portion 224 can be most effectively reduced while minimizing the installation region of the porous layer 52 .

- the combination of configuration examples 1-3 and 1-4 is , respectively correspond to the slats 20E according to the combination of the third embodiment and the fourth embodiment.
- the noise reduction effect was recognized in almost all frequency bands.
- FIG. 24 is a diagram showing the configuration of the slat 20F of the present embodiment for explaining configuration example 2-1, and is a partial perspective view of the inboard end of the slat 20F on the left wing side as seen from the rear side.
- the slat 20F of this embodiment includes a slat body 210 and a blade member 61 as a cushioning portion forming a cusp portion 223 thereof. Since the slat main body 210 is the same as that of the first embodiment, its detailed description is omitted.
- the blade member 61 corresponds to the blade seal BS, and is a plate-shaped member that protrudes from the lower edge of the front edge portion 221 of the slat body 210 toward the main wing 10 .
- a normal blade seal BS has a right-angled corner 223c on its inboard side (fuselage 1 side of the fuselage). Therefore, the corner portion 223c generates a relatively strong eddy in the flow from the front edge portion 221 toward the cusp portion 223, forming a noise source. Therefore, in the present embodiment, by changing the shape of the corner portion on the inboard side of the blade seal BS, generation of a strong vortex from the corner portion 223c is suppressed.
- the blade member 61 of this embodiment has a shape in which the corner on the main wing 10 side of the airframe is notched on the inboard side (body 1 side of the airframe).
- the notched corner portion on the inboard side is formed by a curved portion 223r having a smooth curved shape, as indicated by the solid line in FIG.
- a multi-stepped corner 223v may be formed by combining a plurality of corners with obtuse internal angles, or as shown by a dashed line in FIG. , a straight portion 223s obtained by straightly cutting off a corner.
- the cushioning member 31 described in the above-described first embodiment is installed on the inboard end face of the slat body 210 .

- the cushioning member 31 according to Configuration Example 1-1 is installed on the innerboard end surface of the slat body 210, and the end portion of the blade member 61 is formed with a straight portion 223s.
- generation of vortices in region C1 is effectively suppressed as compared with FIG. This is due to the rectifying effect of the cushioning member 31 .
- the formation of the straight portion 223s on the blade member 61 can reduce the generation of vortices (the vortices indicated by the arrow C2 and the region C3 in FIG. 8) at the inboard end of the cusp portion 223. , the interference between the generated vortex and the slat support device 11 can also be reduced.

- FIG. This figure shows the frequency characteristics of the noise reduction effect in the direction directly below the fuselage of the inboard end of the inboard slat after conversion to the actual aircraft.
- configuration example 2-1 corresponds to the slat 20F without the cushioning member 31
- “combination of configuration examples 2-1 and 1-1" is the slat 20F with the cushioning member 31 ( 24).
- FIG. 27 is a view showing the configuration of the slat 20G of this embodiment for explaining configuration example 2-2, and is a partial perspective view of the inboard end of the slat 20G on the left wing side as seen from the rear side.
- the slat 20G of this embodiment includes a slat body 210 and a porous layer 62 as a buffer portion formed on the inboard side of the blade seal BS (fuselage 1 side of the fuselage). Since the slat main body 210 is the same as that of the first embodiment, its detailed description is omitted.

- the porous layer 62 is made of a porous material in which a plurality of pores communicate with each other in the same manner as the porous layers 51 and 52 described in the third and fourth embodiments.
- the porous material is typically composed of an inorganic material such as a metal material or a metal oxide material, but is not limited to this, and may be composed of a synthetic resin material, a ceramic material, or the like.
- the porous layer 62 may be a plate member installed on the inboard side surface of the blade seal BS, or may be a porous structural surface formed by surface processing the inboard side surface of the blade seal BS. may
- the blade seal BS has a right-angled corner 223c on its inboard side (fuselage 1 side of the fuselage). Therefore, the corner portion 223c generates a relatively strong eddy in the flow from the front edge portion 221 toward the cusp portion 223, forming a noise source. Therefore, in the present embodiment, by changing the material of the corners on the inner side of the blade seal BS to a porous material, generation of strong vortices from the corners 223c is suppressed.

As shown in the figure, each structural example was confirmed to have a noise reduction effect of 1 dB or more compared to the slats of the basic shape. In addition, a greater noise reduction effect was observed in Configuration Example 2-1 than in Configuration Example 1-1. Abstract
