Abstract
This invention presents a pair of manual and mechanical shoes which are used in moving objects. This automatic device performs up and down operations by using an articulated arm, a lifting lever and a tread screw. This lifter also takes advantage of moving on wheels and uses electromotor to move between different places. Moreover, it is possible to use electrical drill to raise and lower the height level of this lifter. When the user stands on the lifter, a protector is fastened on the heel and another on the instep so as to keep the user fixed and immune. When the joint arm is rotated, the joint arm which is connected to tread screw starts to move on the tread screw, which results in raising and lowering of the lifter. The main body of the said device is made of rods connected to bolts by zigzag rods.

The current invention relates to electrical and mechanical engineering, and to manual - mechanical lifters.
A Chinese invention on mechanical type climbing shoes for preventing falling, with registration number 207940390, provides a mechanical type climbing shoes for preventing falling which is characterized as “mechanical type climbing shoes of preventing falling mainly end to weigh down the hook by personnel, fixed rail, from the hydraulic buffer stop, the telescopic band, the regulator, strengthen connecting the body, the movable pulley, a spring, shoes hold in the palm to be constituted, personnel end to weigh down the hook and link together with the operating personnel safety belt and prevent to fall. The other Chinese invention , Auxiliary shoe wearing device ,with registration number WIPO patent application NO.212415420 relates to an auxiliary shoe wearing device which comprises a base, two shoe clamps, two shoe wearing auxiliary pieces and a supporting plate, the supporting plate is installed on the base and is in sliding fit with the base, the supporting plate can slide left and right on the base, the shoe wearing auxiliary pieces are installed on the rear side of the base, and the two shoe clamps are symmetrically arranged left and right and are installed on the front side of the base. The base is provided with a moving mechanism A and a moving mechanism B which respectively drive the shoe clamp and the shoe wearing auxiliary part to move front and back, the moving mechanism A and the moving mechanism B are driven by the driving part A to move towards each other or away from each other, and the base is provided with a lifting mechanism which drives the shoe wearing auxiliary part to lift. In order to assist the elderly who are inconvenient to bend down in wearing shoes, the shoes can be debugged according to the shoe sizes of the elderly, and have an automatic shoe changing function.
This automatic invention operates with an articular arm, lifting lever and a 3-way thread screw which are all installed in the center of the device. Due to security issues in different places such as airports, malls and shops a lot of time is wasted to move objects. On the other hand, moving heavy objects is a big problem that’s because the load occupy a lot of space and moving the goods may cause damage on them in the long run. So the problem of setting the shelves in a perfect way is of great importance that should be considered.
Considering problems in lifting objects to a height of several meters, the inventor has studied different cases and eventually invented this automatic lifter which can be installed on wheel and use electric motor to move objects. In the said invention the collection of an articulated arm, a lifting lever and a 3-way thread screw are installed in the center of the device to consume less energy.
This lifter is lightweight, safe and durable. This automatic system benefits from emergency landing system. It can be installed anywhere and even one person can carry it. Its raw materials are available. Above all, it enjoys from shock-free movement.
Fig. 1 shows the overall assembly of the invention from isometric view.
The present invention is best understood by the description set forth herein. To achieve the foregoing and in accordance with the purpose of the invention, and to overcome the problems and shortcomings associated with the prior art a variety of embodiments are described here.
In the said invention the collection of an articulated arm 6, a lifting lever 5 and a 3-way thread screw (a so-called "tee") 2 are installed in the center of the device.
In this automatic invention shoe holder mold1 is placed at the top part of the device, it is devised on the retaining rail 3. Screw 2 transfers the rotational motion to the mil screw 5 which are installed on arms 6. The raising arms are installed on pulley 8 which is devised on wheel 9 to raise the device. The system also contains a 12 DC motor 10 to transfer the system motion and a controller 11.
A control modem wherein 220v power supply is connected uses a transformer to set the power to 12 volts. There is a manual key which causes the shoes to move up and down. The shoes can also be moved by a remote control.
This automatic invention presents a pair of shoes for moving equipment in different places. It is used in repairing equipment, damaged devices, and instruments in factories. Moreover, for wiring in local places.
Claims (15)
- This invention presents a pair of lifting shoes which are used by an articular arm and a lifting lever to lift up goods and place them on the shelves. It is comprised of following parts: folding joints which are used in connecting sliding arms, Cardan shaft cross joint used in 90-degree power transmission, Trapezoidal arm used in vertical transmission of the vertical handle to the center of the 3-way thread screw, 3-way screw used in high speed transmission, four wheels used in lifter transfer in flat seats, sliding rod used in gentling movements, Shoe seat holder, Retaining rods, Control modem for manual or automatic movements
- According to claim 1, shoe seat holder is made of aluminum and pressed plastic.
- According to clime 1, retaining rods are connected in zig-zag mode.
- According to claim 1, bolts are used to connect rods.
- According to claim 1, retaining rods are placed in front of each other by smaller rods.
- According to claim 1, the articulated lever arm is devised on the upper shoe seat.
