具体的,如图4-6所示,卡接组件包括凸块55和环形扣槽56,四个凸块55依次设置在按键安装座5前端的环形管壁的周向方向上,环形扣槽56设置在按键51的内侧壁处,凸块55与环形扣槽56卡合连接,能够使按键51与按键安装座5的轴向相对固定。使按键51不会轻易从按键安装座5上脱离,影响开关的正常使用,提高其稳定性。
其中,凸块55底部具有弹性,所述凸块55底部受外力作用发生弹性变形,能够使凸块55的凸端与所述环形扣槽56卡合连接;进而能够使按键固定在按键安装座上。优选地,如图6所示,按键51的一侧还设有与环形扣槽56连接的凹槽59,能够使按键51与按键安装座5之间拆卸或安装方便,便于后续维护。
优选地,如图1-2所示,本实用新型还包括装饰盖7,装饰盖7安装在旋钮3内部前端,装饰盖7与旋钮3之间设有密封圈8,可起到密封作用;装饰盖7嵌套着按键51,使按键产品整体整洁、美观。
采用上述技术方案,本实用新型通过把干簧管41设于旋钮安装座4上并安装在按压阀芯2上,通过卡槽部53将环形磁铁52固定在按键安装座5上,进而将安装部件整合到旋钮3内部,使其占用产品的空间小,易于安装。采用的 干簧管41和环形磁铁52的防潮防湿性能好,两者可以在潮湿环境中配合使用,受外界环境影响小,使其提供的信号灵敏度高,寿命长。而且按键总成驱动按压阀芯2开启或关闭的同时能够驱动磁铁52同步前后移动,以使受控模块工作或停止工作。
以上所述是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于按键产品的电磁行程开关,包括开关主体、按压阀芯和旋钮,所述按压阀芯安装在所述开关主体上;其特征在于,
    所述按压阀芯外侧壁设有旋钮安装座,以及设于所述旋钮安装座内侧的干簧管;
    所述干簧管和受控模块相连接,所述干簧管前方设有与所述按压阀芯相连接的按键总成;
    所述旋钮安装座前端设有旋钮,所述旋钮嵌套连接着所述按键总成,所述按键总成后端设有磁铁;
    所述按键总成驱动所述按压阀芯开启或关闭的同时能够驱动所述磁铁同步前后移动,以使所述受控模块工作或停止工作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于按键产品的电磁行程开关,其特征在于,所述按键总成包括按键安装座和按键,所述按键安装座与所述按压阀芯相连接,所述按键嵌套在所述按键安装座前端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于按键产品的电磁行程开关,其特征在于,所述按键安装座后端设有至少两个卡槽部,所述卡槽部与所述磁铁卡合连接,能够使所述磁铁固定在所述按键安装座后端。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于按键产品的电磁行程开关,其特征在于,所述按压阀芯包括旋转杆和按压导杆,所述旋钮和所述旋转杆相连接,以实现所述旋钮旋转所述旋转杆;所述按键安装座与所述按压导杆相连接,以实现所述按键按压所述按压导杆。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于按键产品的电磁行程开关,其特征在于,所述旋钮内部设有套筒,所述套筒与所述旋转杆螺纹连接,使所述旋钮和所述旋转杆的周向相对固定,以实现所述旋钮旋转所述旋转杆;所述按键安装座中部设有套管,所述套管嵌套着所述按压导杆,使所述按键安装座与所述按压导 杆的轴向相对固定,以实现所述按键按压所述按压导杆。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的一种用于按键产品的电磁行程开关,其特征在于,所述按压导杆与所述旋转杆之间设有限位环套,所述限位环套与所述旋转杆之间设有分隔片;所述限位环套前端端面低于所述按压导杆的前端端面,所述限位环套能够对所述按键总成的预设行程进行限位。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于按键产品的电磁行程开关,其特征在于,所述受控模块与控制元件相连接,所述受控模块可为灯光元件、数码显示屏和音响装置中的一种或多种。
  8. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种用于按键产品的电磁行程开关,其特征在于,所述按键安装座和所述按键之间设有卡接组件,所述卡接组件能够使所述按键固定在所述按键安装座上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种用于按键产品的电磁行程开关,其特征在于,所述卡接组件包括凸块和环形扣槽,至少两个所述凸块设置在所述按键安装座前端,所述环形扣槽设置在所述按键的内侧壁处,所述凸块与所述环形扣槽卡合连接,能够使所述按键固定在所述按键安装座上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种用于按键产品的电磁行程开关,其特征在于,所述凸块底部具有弹性,所述凸块底部受外力作用发生弹性变形,能够使所述凸块的凸端与所述环形扣槽卡合连接,进而能够使所述按键固定在所述按键安装座上。
