本发明涉及草本植物制品技术领域,尤其涉及一种过滤元件和发烟制品。
背景技术
过滤烟嘴(Filter cigarette holder)也称健康烟嘴,其能滤去发烟制品(烟草或非烟草)中大部分的有害物质,保护人体健康的烟嘴,其还能提高烟的品质,降低烟草焦油含量或非烟草中的其他有害物质。
外接过滤嘴是在现有的发烟制品(烟草/非烟草)的基础上再单独外接一个过滤嘴,增加过滤效果,减少有害物质,携带方便,使用灵活;上述外接过滤嘴包括一次性过滤嘴、清洗型过滤嘴和换芯型过滤嘴;一次性过滤嘴通常由塑料/硅胶外壳包裹吸附材料,优点是可过滤焦油和颗粒物,用完即抛,缺点是塑料/硅胶材质受热会产生塑料/硅胶异味,对身体有害,污染环境;清洗型过滤嘴使用多支常规卷烟后,可拆开过滤仓清洗内部组件,优点是焦油滤除明显、可反复使用,缺点是需要频繁清洗,过滤嘴结构相对复杂,成本高;换芯型过滤嘴是在过滤仓中放入滤芯,依据滤芯不同规格可使用多支常规卷烟,优点是更换方便免清洗,缺点是长期使用后,滤芯中滤除的焦油等物质,会残留在过滤仓中,需要定期检测过滤仓内部,过滤嘴结构相对复杂,成本高,不方便携带。
因此,亟需解决上述外接过滤元件材质受热易分解产生有害物质、其结构复杂、使用繁琐的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例提供了一种过滤元件和发烟制品,主要目的是解决过滤元件结构复杂和使用不方便的技术问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明主要提供了如下技术方案:
一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种过滤元件,所述过滤主体的至少一部分部位设于所述套筒内,所述过滤主体与所述套筒同轴向设置,所述套筒的材料包括纸质,所述过滤元件的一端为插接端,所述插接端用于插接和容纳发烟体,与所述插接端相对的另一端为抽吸端,所述抽吸端用于抽吸所述发烟体。
本发明的套筒作为过滤元件的外壳,其内部结构至少需满足:可放置过滤主体、抽吸端可进行正常抽吸动作、发烟体加热后产生的烟气通过抽吸力可从抽吸端穿过以及插接端可被发烟体插入其中;过滤主体的直径需略小于套筒的直径,过滤主体可以一部分插入套筒内, 也可全部插入套筒内,即过滤主体的近口端面在轴向上可与套筒的近口端面重合,也可高于或低于套筒的近口端面。本发明的套筒材料优选纸质材料,其优点是对环境友好,成本低,组装简单。
作为优选,所述过滤主体的过滤材料包括植物纤维(例如:纸)或醋酸纤维素或聚乳酸或聚丙烯。
本发明中的上述植物纤维和非植物纤维优选适用于烟用的纤维材料,即适用于滤嘴棒的纤维,主要用于过滤烟气中有害物质,上述各植物纤维和/或各非植物纤维可复合使用;上述过滤材料中可添加活性炭或海泡石,可提高过滤效果。
作为优选,所述过滤主体的全部部位设于所述套筒内,所述过滤主体的外壁面与所述套筒的内壁面紧密贴合;所述套筒的轴向长度大于所述过滤主体的轴向长度,所述套筒在轴向比所述过滤主体长出的一部分筒体内形成插接腔,所述插接腔用于容纳插入的发烟体。
本发明的所述套筒的插接腔优选开放式插接腔,以利于插接发烟体,也可用一层薄膜/薄纸进行封闭,其有利于卫生和防潮,但薄膜/薄纸的材料需要环保并且可容易的被发烟体穿破插入。
本发明的过滤主体与所述套筒紧密贴合的方式可通过水基胶、热熔胶等粘结固定也可以通过其他方式固定。
作为优选,所述套筒为两端敞口且内部中空的圆筒体,优点是结构简单,容易生产组装,使用方便。
作为优选,所述套筒的插接腔内设有插接筒,所述插接筒的筒壁设有多个通孔;所述插接筒为两端敞口且内部中空的圆筒体,所述插接筒与所述过滤主体同轴设置。
作为优选,所述插接筒的外壁面与所述插接腔的内壁面粘合固定。
本发明插接筒的长度可小于或大于所述插接腔的长度,所述插接筒的直径略小于所述套筒的直径;所述通孔是为了进气,利用空气稀释烟气中的有害成分,使烟气浓度降低,有利于抽吸者健康。

当所述套筒的纸质材料的克重小于20g/m 2时,需小心缓慢地将发烟体插入套筒的插接腔以避免套筒变形,当套筒变形时仍不影响使用,只要能将发烟体插入套筒内即可。
当所述套筒的纸质材料的克重大于200g/m 2时,可方便省力插入发烟体并发挥其功能;但制作套筒工艺和成本较高,不易组装,不利于大量生产和经济效益。
当所述套筒的材料为硬质纸时(优选克重为60-200g/m 2)不必要安装插接筒,其刚性足够承受发烟体插入套筒时对其筒壁的挤撑力且不变形,组装方便。
当所述套筒的材料为薄质纸时(优选克重为20-60g/m 2),也可以用于插接发烟体且不会损坏套筒,但操作起来不及硬质纸套筒方便省力省时,此时优选方案是在所述套筒的插接腔处安装满足使用要求的纸质材料(克重60-300g/m 2)的插接筒。
本发明的过滤元件中是否需要设置插接筒,可根据套筒材料、插接发烟体的难易程度、操作的灵活性、成本、可量产性等方面综合考虑。本发明的所述套筒和所述插接筒的纸质材料为制烟领域常规材料,纸质厚度可根据实际需要选用。
作为优选,所述过滤主体的内部设有增香胶囊,所述增香胶囊的外壳材料为脆性材料,所述增香胶囊中设有香料或香精;所述香料或香精可吸附、中和或减少烟气中的有害物质。
本发明的上述增香胶囊(或香型胶囊)在本领域称为爆珠,里面包含增香物质,其外壳为脆性材料,用手挤压胶囊会破裂,增香胶囊破裂后其内增香物质散出香味。
作为优选,所述增香胶囊中添加茶多酚或维生素C。
本发明的上述增香胶囊除了添加香料或香精外,创新性的添加了茶多酚或维生素C,该技术方案在本技术领域中为首次提出,在增香胶囊中添加茶多酚或维生素C可吸附有害物质、有利于人体健康和提高抽吸综合品质。其中,茶多酚主要成分是儿茶素类,其具有很强的抗氧化活性和较强的吸附作用,可与烟气中一些有害物质生成复合物,从而达到吸附有害物质、降低吸烟危害和改善发烟制品的抽吸品质的作用,但其多酚结构的反应活性大,易受环境温度和光线等因素影响而降低抗氧化活性,将茶多酚或维生素C直接加到过滤主体中易被氧化而减弱其抗氧化和吸附特性;为了解决上述技术问题,本发明人将茶多酚或维生素C材料添 加到封闭的胶囊中,这样可避免或降低茶多酚或维生素C被氧化的现象;通过实验研究表明在增香胶囊中添加茶多酚或维生素C后可明显减少烟气中的刺激性和杂气,提高抽吸口味的总体品质,该创新技术有利于人体健康和环境安全。
作为优选,所述香料或香精包括草莓提取物、香蕉提取物、西瓜提取物、水蜜桃提取物、蓝莓提取物、菠萝提取物、芒果提取物、丁香提取物、沉香提取物、哈密瓜提取物、苹果提取物、柑桔提取物、咖啡提取物、辛葵酸甘油酯、薄荷醇、薄荷油、薄荷提取物、植物胶及动物胶中的至少一种。优选的,将上述提取物和植物胶(或动物胶)复配作为香料或香精使用。
作为优选,所述活性炭设置于远离所述抽吸端的所述过滤主体的过滤材料中(例如活性炭颗粒内嵌于聚乳酸材料中);或者,所述套筒内在所述过滤主体与所述插接端之间设置活性炭材料(将活性炭制作为独立体并设置于过滤主体的下方)。
本发明的所述过滤主体的内部设有活性炭,用于提高过滤效果。过滤材料中添加活性炭可提高过滤效果,将活性炭添加在远离抽吸端的过滤主体的过滤材料中,可避免口腔接触或误吸过滤材料中的活性炭颗粒或粉末,上述活性炭的设置位置相对健康安全。
另一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种发烟制品,包括发烟体和外接过滤嘴,所述外接过滤嘴为上述过滤元件,所述外接过滤嘴用于插接在所述发烟体上抽吸并对所述发烟体产生的烟气进行过滤。
作为优选,所述发烟体的发烟材料包括烟草或非烟草;所述非烟草包括茶叶;所述茶叶包括绿茶、红茶、白茶、黑茶、黄茶、花茶、乌龙茶、果茶或药茶。
本发明提供的过滤元件的使用方法:将上述过滤元件的插接端套接到发烟体上,在上述过滤元件的抽吸端进行抽吸,抽吸结束后可废弃,理论上为一次性用品;上述发烟体为独立制品,所述独立制品本身可带过滤嘴,也可不带过滤嘴(纯发烟段,无过滤嘴),上述插接了过滤元件的发烟制品的过滤效果比未插接过滤元件的发烟体的过滤效果显著。
本领域现有技术中包括传统发烟制品(不含增香胶囊的传统香烟),其设备和生产工艺已为现有且成本较高,但随着消费者的体验需求,传统香烟已经不能满足消费者的抽吸需求,例如市场常见的较为先进和受消费者欢迎的带增香胶囊的发烟制品,其需要专业的设备和工艺才能制作出一个整体的带增香功能的发烟制品,而对于传统发烟制品,如传统香烟,其为了迎合市场,满足消费者需求,可能也需要在传统香烟上增加增香胶囊,为了达到上述目的,很多生产工厂不得已引进合适的设备、工艺和技术人员等,其造价较高,不利于市场效益;为了解决上述问题,本发明人研发了上述外接式的过滤元件,其加工设备和工艺相对简单, 成本较低;当插接在任何直径匹配的发烟体上即可使用,其操作方便灵活,在不需要新的或昂贵的设备和工艺技术的情况下即可满足消费者对新型发烟制品的需求;甚至以后出现更新型的发烟制品时,采用本发明分离式外接过滤元件的创新技术,只要在过滤元件中添加新型元件,同样也可简便灵活的达到新技术新体验的效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明针对现有过滤元件结构复杂、材料受热易产生有害物质、危害健康、污染环境、成本高、过滤效果待提高等技术问题,采用以纸质作为过滤元件的外壳材料、以醋酸纤维/聚乳酸/聚丙烯/植物纤维等作为过滤主体材料以及将过滤主体设置于外壳材料内的技术手段,达到简化过滤元件结构、提高过滤效果、减少外壳材料受热分解产生的有害物质、减少人体危害、降低生产成本、使用灵活方便、可以较少成本升级更新现有产品结构以及可满足消费者更多的抽吸体验等技术效果。

本发明以下实施例设计的套筒、过滤主体、插接筒和发烟体的尺寸仅以本领域常规尺寸为例,设计时需满足互相匹配,各元件具体尺寸也可根据实际需求进行设计;本发明下述过滤元件的尺寸主要包括两种常见方案:
1、套筒长20mm,直径8.6mm;过滤主体长12mm,直径8.4-8.5mm;插接筒长8mm,直径8.4-8.5mm;发烟体直径7.8mm,该尺寸适用于粗支香烟。
2、套筒长30mm,直径6.2mm;过滤主体长15mm,直径6.0-6.1mm;插接筒长15mm,直径6.0-6.1mm;发烟体直径5.4mm,该尺寸适用于细支香烟。

一种发烟制品3,如图5A所示,包括发烟体2(普通香烟,一段发烟体,无过滤嘴,材料为烟草)和实施例1-实施例13中任一过滤元件1(本领域称为外接过滤嘴),将过滤元件1的插接端插接在上述发烟体2上(发烟体插入过滤元件1的插接腔体内,无插接筒,两者直径匹配,)进行抽吸,形成13种不同的发烟制品(依次标记1号样品-13号样品);上述过滤元件1可对上述发烟体2产生的烟气进行再次过滤。
实施例27
本实施例27与实施例26不同之处在于,一种发烟制品3,如图5B所示,所述过滤元件1为实施例14-实施例25任一过滤元件,将过滤元件1的插接端(插接腔内设有插接筒)插接在上述发烟体2外部(发烟体插入过滤元件1的插接筒体内)进行抽吸,形成11种不同的发烟制品;上述过滤元件1可对上述发烟体2产生的烟气进行再次过滤。
实施例28
本实施例28与实施例14不同之处在于,上述发烟体的材料为茶叶(本领域称为茶烟)。
本发明实施例28中的上述茶叶可从绿茶、红茶、白茶、黑茶、黄茶、花茶、乌龙茶、果茶或药茶中选用。
对比例
本对比例只有发烟体(与实施例26的发烟体相同,即对比样品),不包含过滤元件1。
将对比例的发烟体(取三个样品)和实施例26组装成的13件不同的发烟制品进行抽吸对比。
邀请100名本领域烟草爱好者对上述对比例的发烟体和实施例26的13件发烟制品进行感官评吸,采用本领域技术检测过滤前后烟气中有害物质含量,实验结果如表1所示。

通过表1可知,本发明实施例1-13的13种样品的综合性能优于对比例的3种对比样品。
通过样品1与对比样品1-3的对比,样品1不带增香胶囊,但由于其带有外接过滤嘴,改善了烟气的综合品质,且明显提高了过滤效果。
通过样品2和对比样品1-3的对比,本发明样品2外接过滤嘴带增香胶囊,明显改善了烟气中的香气等综合品质,且明显提高了过滤效果。
通过样品3与样品4和对比样品1-3的对比,本发明样品3和样品4外接过滤嘴种带增香胶囊,胶囊种含有茶多酚或维生素C,均明显改善了烟气中的香气等综合品质,且明显提高了过滤效果。
通过实施例5和对比样品1-3对比,本发明样品5的外接过滤嘴种含增香胶囊,过滤主体中设活性炭,明显提高了过滤效果。
通过实施例1-5的对比,样品1的综合品质<样品2<样品/3样品4/样品5;样品3(增香胶囊含茶多酚)和样品4(增香胶囊含维生素C)在香气、余味、杂气、刺激性等烟气综合品质上较为突出,样品5的过滤效果较为突出。
实施例6-实施例13的样品仅改变了套筒纸质材料的克重,对过滤元件的综合品质无明显影响。但在生产和组装上述套筒时,材料克重不同,成本不同,组装难易程度不同;当所述套筒的纸质材料的克重为15g/m 2、20g/m 2或60g/m 2,材料较薄,插入发烟体需要缓慢仔细以免破坏套筒壁或使其变形,在组装过程中,可以插接成功,但较为费力,随着套筒材料越厚,插接到发烟体是越容易;当所述套筒的纸质材料的克重为60g/m 2-200g/m 2,随着材料越厚,插接组装越容易,当超过200g/m 2,将制作套筒不易卷制,成本也高;因此,考虑到插接发烟体的难易程度、材料成本和制备套筒的难易程度等因素,制备套筒的纸质材料克重选 择20-200g/m 2即可实现其功能,进一步优选30-200g/m 2,进一步优选40-200g/m 2,进一步优选50-200g/m 2,进一步优选60-200g/m 2,进一步优选70-200g/m 2,进一步优选80-200g/m 2,进一步优选90-200g/m 2,进一步优选100-200g/m 2,进一步优选110-200g/m 2,进一步优选120-200g/m 2,进一步优选130-200g/m 2,进一步优选140-200g/m 2,进一步优选150-200g/m 2,进一步优选160-200g/m 2,进一步优选170-200g/m 2,进一步优选180-200g/m 2,进一步优选190-200g/m 2,进一步优选80-180g/m 2,进一步优选80-160g/m 2,进一步优选90-180g/m 2,进一步优选100-180g/m 2,进一步优选120-170g/m 2,进一步优选130-160g/m 2,进一步优选140-160g/m 2,最优选150g/m 2
实施例14-实施例24的样品在套筒纸质克重均为30g/m 2,插接筒的纸质克重为40-320g/m 2,考虑到插接筒卷制难度、成本和插接性能,其克重优选为60-300g/m 2,进一步优选80-300g/m 2,进一步优选90-300g/m 2,进一步优选100-300g/m 2,进一步优选110-300g/m 2,进一步优选120-300g/m 2,进一步优选130-300g/m 2,进一步优选140-300g/m 2,进一步优选150-300g/m 2,进一步优选160-300g/m 2,进一步优选170-300g/m 2,进一步优选180-300g/m 2,进一步优选190-300g/m 2,进一步优选200-300g/m 2,进一步优选150-280g/m 2,进一步优选180-260g/m 2,进一步优选190-250g/m 2,进一步优选190-230g/m 2,进一步优选200-220g/m 2,进一步优选250-290g/m 2,进一步优选250-280g/m 2,进一步优选250-270g/m 2,进一步优选250-260g/m 2,进一步优选200-280g/m 2,进一步优选200-250g/m 2,进一步优选210-270g/m 2,进一步优选220-260g/m 2,进一步优选230-260g/m 2,进一步优选240-260g/m 2,最优选200g/m 2
本发明的过滤元件主要由纸质外壳的套筒和过滤主体组成,受热后不会产生有害物质,对环境友好,生产成本较低,使用方便(直接套插使用),相对无外接过滤嘴的发烟制品其过滤效果显著提高,具有较高的经济效益,具有较好的市场前景,可量产和推广使用。
本发明的过滤元件不限于与香烟配合使用,也可与其他发烟制品配合使用。
本发明实施例的上述发烟制品所采用的材料均为现有技术。
本发明实施例中未尽之处,本领域技术人员均可从现有技术中选用。
以上公开的仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以上述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种过滤元件,其特征在于,所述过滤元件包括套筒和过滤主体,所述过滤主体的至少一部分部位设于所述套筒内,所述过滤主体与所述套筒同轴向设置,所述套筒的材料包括纸质,所述过滤元件的一端为插接端,所述插接端用于插接和容纳发烟体,与所述插接端相对的另一端为抽吸端,所述抽吸端用于抽吸所述发烟体。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种过滤元件,其特征在于,所述过滤主体的过滤材料包括植物纤维或醋酸纤维素或聚乳酸或聚丙烯。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种过滤元件,其特征在于,所述过滤主体的全部部位设于所述套筒内,所述过滤主体的外壁面与所述套筒的内壁面紧密贴合,所述套筒的轴向长度大于所述过滤主体的轴向长度,所述套筒在轴向比所述过滤主体长出的一部分筒体内形成插接腔,所述插接腔用于容纳插入的发烟体。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种过滤元件,其特征在于,所述套筒内设置插接筒,所述插接筒是两端敞口且内部中空的圆筒体,所述插接筒与所述过滤主体同轴向设置,所述插接筒的外壁面与所述套筒的内壁面粘合固定。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种过滤元件,其特征在于,所述插接筒的筒壁设有多个通孔;所述插接筒的纸质材料的克重为60-300g/m 2
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种过滤元件,其特征在于,所述套筒是两端敞口且内部中空的圆筒体;所述套筒的纸质材料的克重为20-200g/m 2
  7. 如权利要求4所述的一种过滤元件,其特征在于,所述套筒的纸质材料的克重为60-180g/m 2,所述插接筒的纸质材料的克重为150-250g/m 2
  8. 如权利要求4所述的一种过滤元件,其特征在于,所述套筒的纸质材料的克重为120-160g/m 2,所述插接筒的纸质材料的克重为200-250g/m 2
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种过滤元件,其特征在于,所述过滤主体的内部设置增香胶囊和/或活性炭,所述活性炭设置于远离所述抽吸端的所述过滤主体的过滤材料中;或者,所述套筒内在所述过滤主体与所述插接端之间设置活性炭材料。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种过滤元件,其特征在于,所述增香胶囊中的物质包括茶多酚或维生素C或草莓提取物或香蕉提取物或西瓜提取物或水蜜桃提取物或蓝莓提取物或菠萝提取物或芒果提取物或丁香提取物或沉香提取物或哈密瓜提取物或苹果提取物或柑桔提取物或咖啡提取物或辛葵酸甘油酯或薄荷醇或薄荷油或薄荷提取物或植物胶或动物胶。
  11. 一种发烟制品,包括发烟体和外接过滤嘴,其特征在于,所述外接过滤嘴为权利要求1-10任一项所述的过滤元件,所述外接过滤嘴用于插接在所述发烟体上抽吸并对所述发烟体 产生的烟气进行过滤;所述发烟体的发烟材料包括烟草或绿茶或红茶或白茶或黑茶或黄茶或花茶或乌龙茶或果茶或药茶。
