一种卡祖笛装配装置 技术领域

卡祖笛(KAZOO)是一个极为特殊的管乐器,它通过人声哼唱发出的声音,依靠自身的膜片和共鸣管的声音放大,发出嘶哑的音色,类似萨克斯管。
卡祖笛(KAZOO)属于管乐器中的气鸣乐器,是一种古老的乐器,常用于庆典或特殊节日时的吹奏。演奏者只要能哼唱歌曲,就可以用卡祖笛演奏,很快便可以掌握演奏技巧。演奏卡祖笛不需要学乐理,不用背谱子,甚至不用练习。卡祖笛的声音类似萨克斯和小号,可随时演奏,是很多国外乐手及歌手演出的客串乐器。
卡祖笛一头大,一头小,演奏时把大头含在口中,不需吹气,用嗓子哼曲调,声带的震动带动卡祖笛上声膜的震动从而发声。
常见的卡祖笛材质一般有三种:木质、塑料材质以及金属。根据卡祖笛材质的不同,哼出来的音色也不一样。木头的声音最洪亮,但声色线条粗。塑料的声线较细,音调精准。金属的音量偏小,但是音色最细腻。
图1为现有卡祖笛的结构示意图,其包括木制共鸣管3、固定在木制共鸣管3上的木制笛膜套1以及位于木制笛膜套1下的膜片2。其中膜片2可替换,采用保鲜膜或笛膜等。
图2为现有另一种卡祖笛的结构示意图,其包括塑料(或者铝)共鸣管3、固定在塑料(或者铝)共鸣管3上的塑料(或者铝)笛膜套1以及位于塑料(或者铝)笛膜套1下的膜片2。
技术问题
现有卡祖笛大都采取一体结构的,组装困难,故有必要设计一种新的卡祖笛。
技术解决方案
本发明的主要目在于提供一种易于组装和增加观赏性的卡祖笛。
本发明提供一种卡祖笛,其包括铝合金型材共鸣管、组装在所述铝合金型材共鸣管一端的笛头塑胶件、组装在所述铝合金型材共鸣管另一端的笛尾塑胶件、设置在所述铝合金型材共鸣管内的安装孔、安装在所述安装孔内的塑胶笛膜套内牙件、位于所述塑胶笛膜套内牙件内的膜片以及安装在的塑胶笛膜套内牙件内且压持所述膜片上的塑胶笛膜套外牙件。
