Description

一种干式变压器放电接地保护装置 技术领域
本发明属于变压器制造领域,具体涉及一种干式变压器放电接地保护装置。
背景技术
变压器试验、检修时,断电后需要接地放电保护。现有技术中干式变压器放电接地保护措施,通常是通过地线连接变压器各相线圈的端部铜排和支柱绝缘子的端部铜排,地线与端部铜排用螺栓固定,这种接地操作工作人员接线时间长,操作复杂,甚至需要现场制作附件使用,存在意外触电的危险,操作安全性差。因此,在变压器上设置一种结构简单、操作方便的放电接地保护装置是非常必要的。
技术问题
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种干式变压器放电接地保护装置,该装置结构简单,直接安装在干式变压器上,其接地操作方便,能有效防止变压器试验和检修时意外触电的危险。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种干式变压器放电接地保护装置,包括6个导电接地球和6个导电接线端子;每个导电接线端子两端有安装孔,其中3个导电接线端子的一端分别连接固定在变压器高压侧各相线圈首端接线头的U、V、W处,另一端分别连接固定其中3个导电接地球;另3个导电接线端子的一端分别连接固定在变压器低压侧各相支柱绝缘子与相应铜排连接的a,b,c连接处,另一端分别连接固定另3个导电接地球。
进一步优选地,所述导电接地球为一体结构的铜材制成,其连接端有内螺纹孔,接地端为球形,其通过与内螺纹孔配合使用的导电螺栓固定在导电接线端子另一端上。
进一步优选地,所述导电接地球由六角黄铜棒制成,表面镀锡,各导电接地球的接地端的球形平均直径公差不超0.1mm。
有益效果
本发明接地保护装置结构简单,直接安装在干式变压器上,接地时由放电装置接线端子直接套在导电接地球的球形接地端,无需其它操作,其安装方便,即接即走,工作人员接线时间非常短,能有效防止变压器试验和检修时意外触电的危险,操作安全性强。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施对本发明做进一步的描述。
如图1至图6所示,本实施例包括6个导电接地球5和6个导电接线端子4。每个导电接线端子4两端有安装孔41。其中3个导电接线端子4的一端和三相铜排3的一端分别通过导电螺栓2固定在变压器6高压侧各相线圈首端接线头1的U、V和W处,另一端分别连接固定其中3个导电接地球5。优选地,所述导电接地球5为一体结构的铜材制成,其连接端有内螺纹孔51,接地端52为球形,其通过与内螺纹孔51配合使用的导电螺栓固定在导电接线端子4另一端上。优选地,所述导电接地球5由六角黄铜棒制成,表面镀锡,各导电接地球5的接地端52的球形平均直径公差不超0.1mm。另3个导电接线端子4的一端分别通过另一导电螺栓8连接固定在变压器6低压侧各相支柱绝缘子与相应铜排7连接的a,b,c连接处,另一端分别连接固定另3个导电接地球5。
当然,本发明还有其它多种实施例,在不违背本发明精神和实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本发明作出相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于等同技术的改进,属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

  1. 一种干式变压器放电接地保护装置,其特征在于:包括6个导电接地球和6个导电接线端子;每个导电接线端子两端有安装孔,其中3个导电接线端子的一端分别连接固定在变压器高压侧各相线圈首端接线头的U、V、W处,另一端分别连接固定其中3个导电接地球;另3个导电接线端子的一端分别连接固定在变压器低压侧各相支柱绝缘子与相应铜排连接的a,b,c连接处,另一端分别连接固定另3个导电接地球。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的干式变压器放电接地保护装置,其特征在于:所述导电接地球为一体结构的铜材制成,其连接端有内螺纹孔,接地端为球形,其通过与内螺纹孔配合使用的导电螺栓固定在导电接线端子另一端上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的干式变压器放电接地保护装置,其特征在于:所述导电接地球由六角黄铜棒制成,表面镀锡,各导电接地球的接地端的球形平均直径公差不超0.1mm。
