- 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,至少两个时域单元下的所述第二系数不同。
- 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述监测能力与如下至少之一相关:所述控制信道所在的调度小区是否包含横跨多个时域单元的控制信道资源限制;所述控制信道所在的调度小区的SCS与参考SCS是否相同;所述调度小区的SCS的每个时域单元的控制信道资源限制满足第一条件。
- 根据权利要求12至17任一项所述的方法,其中,所述处理时间的粒度是根据参考SCS确定的。
- 根据权利要求12至17任一项所述的方法,其中,所述处理时间包括如下至少之一:所述控制信道的处理时间;所述控制信道调度的下行数据信道的处理时间;所述控制信道调度的上行数据信道的准备时间;所述控制信道调度的CSI的计算或上报时间;所述控制信道调度的A-CSI-RS的准备或接收时间;所述控制信道调度的A-SRS的准备或发送时间。
- 根据权利要求12至17任一项所述的方法,其中,所述调度限制包括如下至少之一:在所述第一小区为自调度的情况下,第一时间点与第二时间点之间的时间间隔存在第一限制,所述第一时间点包括所述控制信道占用的时间点,所述第二时间点包括所述控制信道调度的资源占用的时间点;在所述第一小区为跨载波调度,且所述调度小区的载波和所述第一小区的载波满足第二条件下,对所述第一限制进行调整得到的第二限制。
- 根据权利要求12至17任一项所述的方法,其中,所述调度时间指示定义包括如下之一:所述控制信道调度的资源的时间点为:n1+K0/K1/K2+deta1;其中,n1为所述控制信道占用的时间点,deta1为所述终端上报的值、预定义的值或网络侧设备配置的值;所述控制信道调度的资源的时间点为:n2+deta2;其中,n2为所述控制信道占用的时间点在参考SCS的调度小区上所对应的时域单元,deta2为所述终端上报的值、预定义的值或网络侧设备配置的值;其中,K0为所述控制信道与所述控制信道调度的下行数据信道之间的时间间隔;K1为所述控制信道调度的下行数据信道与所述下行数据信道的反馈信息之间的时间间隔;K2为所述控制信道与所述控制信道调度的上行数据信道之间的时间间隔。
- 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述确定终端对控制信道的监测能力之后,所述方法还包括:根据所述监测能力发送所述控制信道。
- 一种控制信道监测装置,包括:第一确定模块,用于确定控制信道的监测能力;其中,所述控制信道用于调度第一小区,所述第一小区能够被至少两个调度小区调度;第二确定模块,用于根据所述监测能力确定与所述控制信道相关的如下至少之一:处理时间;调度限制;调度时间指示定义。
- 根据权利要求23所述的装置,其中,所述至少两个调度小区属于第一调度小区组,所述第一确定模块,用于:根据如下至少之一确定控制信道 的监测能力:第二调度小区组的小区的第一控制信道资源限制,所述第一控制信道资源限制包括基于参考SCS的每个时域单元的总控制信道资源限制,其中,所述第二调度小区组为:所述第一调度小区组,或所述第一调度小区组的部分小区;所述第一调度小区组的至少一个小区的第二控制信道资源限制,所述第二控制信道资源限制包括基于参考SCS的每个时域单元的控制信道资源限制;所述第一调度小区组的至少一个小区的第三控制信道资源限制,所述第三控制信道资源限制包括基于所述至少一个小区的SCS的每个时域单元的控制信道资源限制;基于参考SCS的时域单元结构,所述第一调度小区组的至少一个小区包含N个基于所述至少一个小区的SCS的时域单元,N个时域单元中的每个时域单元有独立的第四控制信道资源限制;N是大于2的整数。
- 根据权利要求24所述的装置,其中,所述第一控制信道资源限制、所述第二控制信道资源限制、所述第三控制信道资源限制以及所述第四控制信道资源限制是通过如下至少之一得到:所述参考SCS的每个时域单元的控制信道资源限制乘以第一系数;所述至少一个小区的SCS的每个时域单元的控制信道资源限制乘以第二系数;所述装置上报的值;预定义的值;网络侧设备配置的值。

- 一种控制信道监测装置,包括:第一确定模块,用于确定终端对控制信道的监测能力;其中,所述控制信道用于调度第一小区,所述第一小区能够被至少两个调度小区调度;第二确定模块,用于根据所述监测能力确定与所述控制信道相关的如下至少之一:处理时间;调度限制;调度时间指示定义。
- 根据权利要求27所述的装置,其中,所述至少两个调度小区属于第一调度小区组,所述第一确定模块,用于:根据如下至少之一确定终端对控制信道的监测能力:第二调度小区组的小区的第一控制信道资源限制,所述第一控制信道资源限制包括基于参考SCS的每个时域单元的总控制信道资源限制,其中,所述第二调度小区组为:所述第一调度小区组,或所述第一调度小区组的部分小区;所述第一调度小区组的至少一个小区的第二控制信道资源限制,所述第二控制信道资源限制包括基于参考SCS的每个时域单元的控制信道资源限制;所述第一调度小区组的至少一个小区的第三控制信道资源限制,所述第三控制信道资源限制包括基于所述至少一个小区的SCS的每个时域单元的控制信道资源限制;基于参考SCS的时域单元结构,所述第一调度小区组的至少一个小区包含N个基于所述至少一个小区的SCS的时域单元,N个时域单元中的每个时域单元有独立的第四控制信道资源限制;N是大于2的整数。

- 一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储程序或指令,所述程序或指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至11任一项所述的控制信道监测方法,或者实现如权利要求12至22任一项所述的控制信道监测方法。
