参照图1至图3所示,为本申请提供的较佳实施例。
本申请提供的刷头组件1,包括清洁部11、柄部12以及颈部13,清洁部11设于柄部12,柄部12与颈部13连接,刷头组件1具有第一虚拟平面和第二虚拟平面,第一虚拟平面垂直于颈部13的中心轴14,且经过刷头组件1的长度平分线15,第二虚拟平面垂直于刷头组件1的长度平分线15,且经过颈部13的中心轴14,刷头组件1由第一虚拟平面和第二虚拟平面至少划分为第一区域A区和第二区域B区,第一区域A区和第二区域B区位于第一虚拟平面靠近清洁部11的一侧,第一区域A区位于第二虚拟平面远离清洁部11的一侧,第二区域B区位于第二虚拟平面靠近清洁部11的一侧,第一区域A区的质量大于第二区域B区的质量。
上述提供的刷头组件1,与现有技术相比,本申请提供的刷头组件1,通过将刷头组件1的质量做到合理分布,使惯量做到最小,从而减少动力消耗、提升工作效率,实现提升刷头组件1的清洁效益、减震降噪以及增强用户体验感的目的。
作为本申请的一种实施方式,刷头组件1由第一虚拟平面和第二虚拟平面还划分为第三区域C区和第四区域D区,第三区域C区和第四区域D区位于第一虚拟平面远离清洁部11的一侧,第三区域C区位于第二虚拟平面远离清洁部11的一侧,第四区域D区位于第二虚拟平面靠近清洁部11的一侧,第一区域A区和第二区域B区的质量之和大于第三区域C区和第四区域D区的质量之和。如此,可以确保第二区域B区工作摆动时的惯量有效地在第一区域A区的重力作用下得到吸收,从而第一区域A区、第二区域B区的惯量减小,同时动力可以有效地从第三区域C区和第四区域D区传递至第一区域A区和第二区域B区。
作为本申请的一种实施方式,刷头组件1由第一虚拟平面和第二虚拟平面还划分为第三区域C区和第四区域D区,第三区域C区和第四区域D区位于第一虚拟平面远离清洁部11的一侧,第三区域C区位于第二虚拟平面远离清洁部11的一侧,第四区域D区位于第二虚拟平面靠近清洁部11的一侧,第一区域A区和第三区域C区的质量之和大于第二区域B区和第四区域D区的质量之和。如此,动力可以有效地从第三区域C区和第四区域D区传递至第一区域A区和第二区域B区。
作为本申请的一种实施方式,刷头组件1由第一虚拟平面和第二虚拟平面还划分为第三区域C区和第四区域D区,第三区域C区和第四区域D区位于第一虚拟平面远离清洁部11的一侧,第三区域C区位于第二虚拟平面远离清洁部11的一侧,第四区域D区位于第二虚拟平面靠近清洁部11的一侧,第三区域C区的质量等于第四区域D区的质量。
本申请还提供了一种刷头组件1,包括清洁部11、柄部12以及颈部13,清洁部11设于柄部12,柄部12与颈部13连接,刷头组件1具有第一虚拟平面和第二虚拟平面,第一虚拟平面垂直于颈部13的中心轴14,且经过刷头组件1的长度平分线15,第二虚拟平面垂直于刷头组件1的长度平分线15,且经过颈部13的中心轴14,刷头组件1由第一虚拟平面和第二虚拟平面划分为第一区域A区、第二区域B区、第三区域C区和第四区域D区,第一区域A区和第二区域B区位于第一虚拟平面靠近清洁部11的一侧,第三区域C区和第四区域D区位于第一虚拟平面远离清洁部11的一侧,第一区域A区和第三区域C区位于第二虚拟平面远离清洁部11的一侧,第二区域B区和第四区域D区位于第二虚拟平面靠近清洁部11的一侧,第一区域A区和第二区域B区的质量之和大于第三区域C区和第四区域D区的质量之和。
上述提供的刷头组件1,第一区域A区和第二区域B区的质量之和大于第三区域C区和第四区域D区的质量之和,第三区域C区和第四区域D区的质量较小,刷头组件1工作时的动力在第三区域C区和第四区域D区衰减较小,且惯量较小。与现有技术相比,本申请提供的刷头组件1,通过将刷头组件1的质量做到合理分布,使惯量做到最小,从而减少动力消耗、提升工作效率,实现提升刷头组件1的清洁效益、减震降噪以及增强用户体验感的目的。
本申请还提供了一种刷头组件1,包括清洁部11、柄部12以及颈部13,清洁部11设于柄部12,柄部12与颈部13连接,刷头组件1具有第一虚拟平面和第二虚拟平面,第一虚拟平面垂直于颈部13的中心轴14,且经过刷头组件1的长度平分线15,第二虚拟平面垂直于刷头组件1的长度平分线15,且经过颈部13的中心轴14,刷头组件1由第一虚拟平面和第二虚拟平面划分为第一区域A区、第二区域B区、第三区域C区和第四区域D区,第一区域A区和第二区域B区位于第一虚拟平面靠近清洁部11的一侧,第三区域C区和第四区域D区位于第一虚拟平面远离清洁部11的一侧,第一区域A区和第三区域C区位于第二虚拟平面远离清洁部11的一侧,第二区域B区和第四区域D区位于第二虚拟平面靠近清洁部11的一侧,第一区域A区和第三区域C区的质量之和大于第二区域B区和第四区域D区的质量之和。
上述提供的刷头组件1,第一区域A区和第三区域C区的质量之和大于第二区域B区和第四区域D区的质量之和,可以确保第二区域B区工作摆动时的惯量有效地在第一区域A区的重力作用下得到吸收,从而第一区域A区、第二区域B区的惯量减小,同时动力可以有效地从第三区域C区和第四区域D区传递至第一区域A区和第二区域B区。与现有技术相比,本申请提供的刷头组件1,通过将刷头组件1的质量做到合理分布,使惯量做到最小,从而减少动力消耗、提升工作效率,实现提升刷头组件1的清洁效益、减震降噪以及增强用户体验感的目的。
需要指出的是,上述各实施方式中,刷头组件1由第一虚拟平面和第二虚拟平面进行的划分,是按照总体最大尺寸来划分的。除上述元件外,刷头组件1还可以包括有其他的元件,在此不一一列出。当刷头组件1还包括有其他元件时,仍按照总体最大尺寸划分得到上述各个区域。
作为本申请的一种实施方式,清洁部11包括清洁件111和植毛件112,植毛件112设于柄部12,植毛件112上设有通孔,清洁件111能够从通孔伸出。具体地,清洁件111可以为刷毛。清洁件111和植毛件112可通过无铜植毛技术熔接在一起。可以理解地,在其他实施例中,清洁件111和植毛件112还可以通过有铜植毛或注塑成型等工艺方式连为一体。
清洁件111和植毛件112组装在一起后,植毛件112再通过超声焊接方式安装于柄部12。
作为本申请的一种实施方式,柄部12包括底面121和设于底面121周边向上的环形壁122,底面121与环形壁122围设形成安装槽,植毛件112至少部分收容于安装槽。
具体地,植毛件112可完全收容于安装槽;或者,植毛件112部分收容于安装槽,部分自安装槽凸出。本实施例中,植毛件112完全收容于安装槽,植毛件112远离底面121一侧的表面低于环形壁122的上端面,以避免植毛件112外凸损伤牙龈或打伤牙齿。
此外,柄部12的外侧还可以包覆有软性件。利用软性件具有弹性缓冲的特点,可进一步在刷牙时保护牙龈和牙齿。软性件的材质包括但不限于热塑性弹性体(TPE)、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶(TPU)、橡胶料,硅胶或液态硅胶材质。
优选地,植毛件112通过超声焊接方式安装于柄部12;和/或清洁件111和植毛件112通过无铜植毛技术熔接在一起。
本申请还提供了一种牙刷,包括:手柄及刷头组件1,刷头组件1位于手柄的一端。具体地,牙刷可为电动式牙刷,其手柄设有振动电机。刷头组件1与振动电机的输出轴可拆卸连接,振动电机产生的振动能够经手柄传递至刷头组件1,以对口腔进行清洁。

Claims (10)

  1. 刷头组件,其特征在于,包括清洁部、柄部以及颈部,所述清洁部设于所述柄部,所述柄部与所述颈部连接,所述刷头组件具有第一虚拟平面和第二虚拟平面,所述第一虚拟平面垂直于所述颈部的中心轴,且经过所述刷头组件的长度平分线,所述第二虚拟平面垂直于所述刷头组件的长度平分线,且经过所述颈部的中心轴,所述刷头组件由所述第一虚拟平面和所述第二虚拟平面至少划分为第一区域和第二区域,所述第一区域和所述第二区域位于所述第一虚拟平面靠近所述清洁部的一侧,所述第一区域位于所述第二虚拟平面远离所述清洁部的一侧,所述第二区域位于所述第二虚拟平面靠近所述清洁部的一侧,所述第一区域的质量大于所述第二区域的质量。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的刷头组件,其特征在于,所述刷头组件由所述第一虚拟平面和所述第二虚拟平面还划分为第三区域和第四区域,所述第三区域和所述第四区域位于所述第一虚拟平面远离所述清洁部的一侧,所述第三区域位于所述第二虚拟平面远离所述清洁部的一侧,所述第四区域位于所述第二虚拟平面靠近所述清洁部的一侧,所述第一区域和所述第二区域的质量之和大于所述第三区域和所述第四区域的质量之和。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的刷头组件,其特征在于,所述刷头组件由所述第一虚拟平面和所述第二虚拟平面还划分为第三区域和第四区域,所述第三区域和所述第四区域位于所述第一虚拟平面远离所述清洁部的一侧,所述第三区域位于所述第二虚拟平面远离所述清洁部的一侧,所述第四区域位于所述第二虚拟平面靠近所述清洁部的一侧,所述第一区域和所述第三区域的质量之和大于所述第二区域和所述第四区域的质量之和。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的刷头组件,其特征在于,所述刷头组件由所述第一虚拟平面和所述第二虚拟平面还划分为第三区域和第四区域,所述第三区域和所述第四区域位于所述第一虚拟平面远离所述清洁部的一侧,所述第三区域位于所述第二虚拟平面远离所述清洁部的一侧,所述第四区域位于所述第二虚拟平面靠近所述清洁部的一侧,所述第三区域的质量等于所述第四区域的质量。

  7. 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的刷头组件,其特征在于,所述清洁部包括清洁件和植毛件,所述植毛件设于所述柄部,所述植毛件上设有通孔,所述清洁件能够从所述通孔伸出。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的刷头组件,其特征在于,所述柄部包括底面和设于所述底面周向上的环形壁,所述底面与所述环形壁围设形成安装槽,所述植毛件至少部分收容于所述安装槽。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的刷头组件,其特征在于,所述植毛件通过超声焊接方式安装于所述柄部;和/或
    所述清洁件和所述植毛件通过无铜植毛技术熔接在一起。
  10. 牙刷,其特征在于,包括:
    手柄;及
    权利要求1-9任意一项所述的刷头组件,所述刷头组件位于所述手柄的一端。
