保护箱体1的内腔中滑动安装有滑动板7,滑动板7位于两个转动杆22的上方且底部与两个转动杆22活动连接,滑动板7的上方安装有录波仪本体6,通过转动杆22发生转动,来控制滑动板7的升降,从而当打开闭合板2时,使得滑动板7能够上滑伸出保护箱体1的外部,方便人工拿取并进行操作。
为了保证转动杆22能够始终对滑动板7进行支撑,滑动板7的底部开设有用于安装转动杆22的凹槽71,凹槽71内部开设有对转动杆22起到限位作用的限位槽711,转动杆22与凹槽71相接触的一端转动安装有与限位槽711相匹配的限位柱221,限位槽711和限位柱221的配合使用,将转动杆22与滑动板7连接成一个整体,从而保证转动杆22始终对滑动板7进行支撑,同时转动杆22与滑动板7之间形成了一个近似三角形的稳定结构,保证滑动板7的稳定性。
现有的技术采用丝杆和蜗杆来实现升降功能的机构,比如专利申请号为CN202010865201.3的一种便携式录波仪及使用方法,其中通过多个丝杆和多个蜗杆之间配合使用来控制录波仪本体6的升降功能,其结构较为复杂且所需作用力较大,操作起来费时费力,本发明只需通过倾斜支杆21和转动杆22的配合使用即可完成对录波仪本体6的升降,并且操作起来十分简单,只需通过翻转闭合板2即可完成录波仪本体6的上升和下降。
为了延长转动杆22和倾斜支杆21的使用寿命,倾斜支杆21与转动杆22相接触的一端设置为弧形且外壁套接有柔性垫圈,使得倾斜支杆21对转动杆22之间留有一定的缓冲间隙,避免用力过大,导致转动杆22和倾斜支杆21发生断裂。
为了对闭合板2限位效果更好,从而使得在受外界因素影响时,录波仪本体6不会受损,闭合板2的上方通过铰支座转动安装有伸缩杆3,伸缩杆3远离铰支座的一端通过转动轴转动安装有L型插接块31,保护箱体1的两侧开设有与L型插接块31相配匹配的插接槽13。
当需要对闭合板2进行限位时,拉动伸缩杆3,使得L型插接块31与插接槽13插接,伸缩杆3内部设置有提供拉力压缩弹簧,受压缩弹簧作用下,使得L型插接块31与插接槽13插接效果更好,完成对闭合板2的限位。
本实施例中,转动轴外壁套接有复位弹簧,使得L型插接块31与插接槽13插接更加稳固,插接槽13设置为弧形结构,使得插接槽13能够使用不同角度的L型插接块31的插接。
当闭合板2转动到竖直角度时,也可以拉动伸缩杆3,带动L型插接块31与插接槽13插接,完成对闭合板2的限位,此时录波仪本体6滑出保护箱体1体外且位于两个闭合板2之间,两个闭合板2对录波仪本体6的两侧进行遮挡,起到一定的防风防尘的作用。
为了能够替转动杆22分担滑动板7的重力,从而延长转动杆22的使用寿命,保护箱体1的内腔底部设置有弹性伸缩架5,弹性伸缩架5为菱形结构,且菱形结构的连接处均转动连接,其对角线连接有压缩弹簧,此处压缩弹簧无论水平放置还是竖直放置均能起到拉伸的效果。
弹性伸缩架5的上方固定连接有支撑板51,支撑板51位于两个转动杆22之间且与转动杆22内壁相贴合,通过弹性伸缩架5来替转动杆22分担滑动板7一定的重力,来降低转动杆22所受的承载力,从而延长转动杆22使用寿命,并且当外界发生抖动时,弹性伸缩架5也能起到一定的缓冲作用。
实施例2
请参阅图1和图3-4,在实施例1上做的进一步改进:当需要手持录波仪本体6进行监测时,为了能够快速取出录波仪本体6,滑动板7的上方开设有用于安装录波仪本体6的安装槽72,录波仪本体6的底部固定安装有与安装槽72相匹配的安装块61,安装槽72和安装块61的配合使用,方便插销块721和插销槽的卡接。
安装槽72的两侧滑动安装有插销块721,安装块61的两侧开设有与插销块721相匹配的插销槽,插销块721和插销槽的配合使用,来对录波仪本体6进行限位,使得录波仪本体6放置更加稳定。
当需要取出录波仪本体6时,可以拔动插销块721,从而不再对录波仪本体6进行限位,达到快速拿取的目的。
本实施例中,安装槽72和安装块61均设置为梯形结构,插销块721的上表面设置为倾斜,位于滑动板7内部的插销块721的外壁套接有用于复位的压缩弹簧,使得当需要对录波仪本体6限位时,只需对准后下压录波仪本体6,受重力影响下,插销块721收缩,然后受压缩弹簧作用复位,与插销槽插接,完成对录波仪本体6的限位功能。
实施例3
请参阅图1-3和图5,在实施例2上做的进一步改进:为了能够对万向轮进行收纳,当无需使用或将录波仪本体6放置在车上进行输送时,防止保护箱体1滑动,导致录波仪本体6受损,保护箱体1的底部两侧均转动安装有两个对称设置的转动块4,转动块4的底部设置有万向轮,通过对转动块4的收纳,完成对万向轮的收纳。
两个相邻的转动块4的内侧壁均铰接有连杆41,保护箱体1的底部滑动安装有滑动柱42,两个连杆41均与滑动柱42铰接,保护箱体1的底部开设有用于安装转动块4和连杆41的放置槽12,留有对转动块4和连杆41收纳的空间。
通过滑动柱42滑动,来带动连杆41偏转,从而令转动块4发生转动收纳入放置槽12中,达到将万向轮收纳的目的,从而当无需搬运时,能够节省空间,当需要放置在车上进行输送时,能够提升稳定性。
为了使得万向轮能够正常使用,且保证收纳完成后,万向轮不会转动出放置槽12,保护箱体1的底部开设有用于滑动柱42滑动的滑动槽11,滑动槽11与放置槽12相连通,方便滑动柱42带动连杆41发生偏转。
滑动柱42的两端贯穿保护箱体1的外壁且转动安装有限位卡块421,滑动槽11的外壁开设有与限位卡块421相匹配的限位卡槽111,限位卡块421和限位卡槽111的配合使用,完成对滑动柱42的限位功能。
当转动块4转动至竖直位置时,此时连杆41、转动块4和滑动柱42三者之间形成一个直角三角形,从而保证万向轮运动过程不会受到影响。
当转动块4转动至水平状态时,此时连杆41、转动块4和滑动柱42三者之间形成钝角三角形,且连杆41和转动块4均位于放置槽12的内部,从而保证了万向轮不会滑出放置槽12。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 具有便携功能的录波仪,包括保护箱体(1),所述保护箱体(1)的上方设置为开口且上方两侧均转动安装有闭合板(2),其特征在于:所述闭合板(2)的底部固定安装有倾斜支杆(21),所述保护箱体(1)的内腔中部通过转轴转动安装有两个对称设置的转动杆(22),所述倾斜支杆(21)远离闭合板(2)的一端与转动杆(22)上表面始终贴合,所述保护箱体(1)的内腔中滑动安装有滑动板(7),所述滑动板(7)位于两个转动杆(22)的上方且底部与两个转动杆(22)活动连接,所述滑动板(7)的上方安装有录波仪本体(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有便携功能的录波仪,其特征在于:所述滑动板(7)的底部开设有用于安装转动杆(22)的凹槽(71),所述凹槽(71)内部开设有对转动杆(22)起到限位作用的限位槽(711),所述转动杆(22)与凹槽(71)相接触的一端转动安装有与限位槽(711)相匹配的限位柱(221)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有便携功能的录波仪,其特征在于:所述倾斜支杆(21)与转动杆(22)相接触的一端设置为弧形且外壁套接有柔性垫圈。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有便携功能的录波仪,其特征在于:所述闭合板(2)的上方通过铰支座转动安装有伸缩杆(3),所述伸缩杆(3)远离铰支座的一端通过转动轴转动安装有L型插接块(31),所述转动轴外壁套接有复位弹簧,所述保护箱体(1)的两侧开设有与L型插接块(31)相配匹配的插接槽(13),所述插接槽(13)设置为弧形结构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有便携功能的录波仪,其特征在于:所述保护箱体(1)的内腔底部设置有弹性伸缩架(5),所述弹性伸缩架(5)的上方固定连接有支撑板(51),所述支撑板(51)位于两个转动杆(22)之间且与转动杆(22)内壁相贴合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的具有便携功能的录波仪,其特征在于:所述滑动板(7)的上方开设有用于安装录波仪本体(6)的安装槽(72),所述录波仪本体(6)的底部固定安装有与安装槽(72)相匹配的安装块(61),所述安装槽(72)的两侧滑动安装有插销块(721),所述安装块(61)的两侧开设有与插销块(721)相匹配的插销槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有便携功能的录波仪,其特征在于:所述安装槽(72)和安装块(61)均设置为梯形结构,所述插销块(721)的上表面设置为倾斜。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的具有便携功能的录波仪,其特征在于:所述保护箱体(1)的底部两侧均转动安装有两个对称设置的转动块(4),所述转动块(4)的底部设置有万向轮,两个相邻的所述转动块(4)的内侧壁均铰接有连杆(41),所述保护箱体(1)的底部滑动安装有滑动柱(42),两个所述连杆(41)均与滑动柱(42)铰接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的具有便携功能的录波仪,其特征在于:所述保护箱体(1)的底部开设有用于安装转动块(4)和连杆(41)的放置槽(12),所述保护箱体(1)的底部开设有用于滑动柱(42)滑动的滑动槽(11),所述滑动槽(11)与放置槽(12)相连通,所述滑动柱(42)的两端贯穿保护箱体(1)的外壁且转动安装有限位卡块(421),所述滑动槽(11)的外壁开设有与限位卡块(421)相匹配的限位卡槽(111)。
  10. 具有便携功能的录波仪的使用方法,采用权利要求5所述的具有便携功能的录波仪,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    T1、首先打开闭合板(2),将录波仪本体(6)放入安装槽(72)上,受挤压力影响插销块(721)与插销槽插接,完成对录波仪本体(6)的限位;
    T2、然后关闭闭合板(2),倾斜支杆(21)发生偏转,带动转动杆(22)转动,转动杆(22)远离倾斜支杆(21)的一端带动滑动板(7)下降,从而将录波仪本体(6)收纳进保护箱体(1)的内部;
    T3、再拉动伸缩杆(3),使得L型插接块(31)与插接槽(13)插接,完成对闭合板(2)的限位;
    T4、然后通过滑动柱(42)延水平方向滑动,带动连杆(41)发生偏转,进而连杆(41)带动转动块(4)收纳进入放置槽(12)的内部;
    T5、最后通过转动限位卡块(421)进入限位卡槽(111)内部万对对滑动柱(42)的限位。
