本申请涉及扬声器技术领域,具体涉及一种升降扬声器机构。
背景技术
为了提高汽车内饰的高级感和科技感,以迎合消费者更高的要求,出现了一种可升降的汽车扬声器,此类扬声器一般安装于汽车门板或仪表台面板上,在不使用时为收缩状态,在汽车行驶或打开音乐时向外伸出,一改传统汽车扬声器隐藏在汽车内的面貌。在汽车启动时,扬声器可随着运动机构上升,并且可增加氛围灯或者背景音乐进行衬托;汽车关闭时,扬声器随着运动机构下降,增加了科技感和仪式感,尤其受到很多年轻消费者的喜爱。
现有技术方案中扬声器在升降过程中,会发生轻微抖动倾斜,出现异响,导致扬声器磨损严重。
申请内容
本申请要解决的技术问题是扬声器在升降过程中容易发生抖动,噪音较大的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请公开了一种升降扬声器机构,所述升降扬声器机构包括安装支架、外壳、扬声器和驱动组件,所述安装支架容设在所述外壳内,所述安装支架一端用于支撑所述扬声器,所述安装支架的另一端与所述驱动组件连接,所述驱动组件驱动所述安装支架在所述外壳内上下运动;
所述安装支架上设置有至少两个第一导向单元,所述外壳上对应设置有至少两个第二导向单元,所述第一导向单元沿所述安装支架的周向布置,所述第二导向单元沿所述外壳的周向布置,所述第一导向单元被设置为,当所述驱动组件驱动所述安装支架在所述外壳内上下运动时,所述第一导 向单元相对于所述第二导向单元上下运动。
进一步的,所述安装支架通过传输单元与所述驱动组件连接。
在一种可实施的方案中,所述传输单元与所述安装支架一体成型。
在另一种可实施的方案中,所述传输单元与所述安装支架可拆卸连接。
进一步的,所述驱动组件包括驱动电机和驱动单元,所述驱动单元一端与所述驱动电机电连接,所述驱动单元的另一端与所述传输单元配合。

具体的,本申请公开了一种升降扬声器机构,如图1至图4所示,所述升降扬声器机构包括安装支架1、外壳2、扬声器3和驱动组件4,所述 安装支架1容设在所述外壳2内,所述安装支架1一端用于支撑所述扬声器3,所述安装支架1的另一端与所述驱动组件4连接,所述驱动组件4驱动所述安装支架1在所述外壳2内上下运动;
所述安装支架1上设置有至少两个第一导向单元11,所述外壳2上对应设置有至少两个第二导向单元21,所述第一导向单元11沿所述安装支架1的周向布置,所述第二导向单元21沿所述外壳2的周向布置,所述第一导向单元11被设置为,当所述驱动组件4驱动所述安装支架1在所述外壳2内上下运动时,所述第一导向单元11相对于所述第二导向单元21上下运动。通过在安装支架1和外壳2上分别设置相互配合的导向单元,实现扬声器3升降过程中的导向,减弱扬声器3升降过程中的抖动现象,降低噪音,并且,直接在安装支架1和外壳2上形成导向单元,不需要额外配置导向件,使得扬声器3机构的整体结构更加紧凑,空间占用更少。
具体的,如图3所示,所述第一导向单元11被构造为导向槽,所述第二导向单元21被构造为与所述导向杆配合的导向块。优选的,所述导向块凸出于所述外壳2的内侧壁设置,所述导向槽的槽深自所述安装支架1的外侧壁向远离所述安装支架1的外侧壁的的方向凹陷。
优选的,所述安装支架1上设置有三个第一导向单元11,所述三个第一导向单元11在垂直投影面上的投影以及所述驱动组件4在垂直投影面上的投影非共线。当第一导向单元11为两个时,设置三个第一导向单元11在垂直投影面上的投影以及驱动组件4在垂直投影面上的投影非共线,可以使得三个第一导向单元11中的每个第一导向单元11均与驱动组件4之间角度设置,从而进一步降低扬声器3升降过程中的抖动。可以理解的是,垂直投影面为与齿条结构垂直的平面。
进一步的,所述安装支架1通过传输单元12与所述驱动组件4连接。
在一种可实施的方案中,所述传输单元12与所述安装支架1一体成型。即所述传输单元12直接形成于所述安装支架1上。通过将传输单元12直接形成于安装支架1上,不需要增加额外的安装部件,节省了扬声器3的整体占用空间。
进一步的,所述驱动组件4包括驱动电机41和驱动单元42,所述驱动 单元42一端与所述驱动电机41电连接,所述驱动单元42的另一端与所述传输单元12配合。
在一种可实施的方案中,所述传输单元12为齿条结构,所述驱动单元42为齿轮结构。通过齿轮齿条传动,相较于现有技术中的齿轮-齿轮之间的传动,节省空间。
进一步的,所述外壳2上还设置有齿条导向孔22,所述齿条结构一端与所述安装架连接,所述齿条结构的另一端穿过所述齿条导向孔22。
在一种可实施的方案中,所述安装支架1和所述外壳2均通过自润滑材料制作。通过自润滑材料制作安装支架1和外壳2,可以使得第一导向单元11和第二导向单元21在相互运动的过程中降低磨损,运动更加平顺。优选的,自润滑材料可以是聚四氟乙烯、聚缩醛、聚甲醛、聚碳酸脂、聚酰胺等材料。
进一步的,根据本申请的另一方面,本申请公开了一种升降扬声器机构的另一种结构,具体的,如图2、图4和5所示,所述升降扬声器机构包括安装支架1、外壳2、扬声器3和驱动组件4,所述安装支架1容设在所述外壳2内,所述安装支架1一端用于支撑所述扬声器3,所述安装支架1的另一端与所述驱动组件4连接,所述驱动组件4驱动所述安装支架1在所述外壳2内上下运动;
所述安装支架1上设置有至少两个第一导向单元11,所述外壳2上对应设置有至少两个第二导向单元21,所述第一导向单元11沿所述安装支架1的周向布置,所述第二导向单元21沿所述外壳2的周向布置,所述第一导向单元11被设置为,当所述驱动组件4驱动所述安装支架1在所述外壳2内上下运动时,所述第一导向单元11相对于所述第二导向单元21上下运动。通过在安装支架1和外壳2上分别设置相互配合的导向单元,实现扬声器3升降过程中的导向,减弱扬声器3升降过程中的抖动现象,降低噪音,并且,直接在安装支架1和外壳2上形成导向单元,不需要额外配置导向件,使得扬声器3机构的整体结构更加紧凑,空间占用更少。
具体的,所述第一导向单元11被构造为导向块,所述第二导向单元21被构造为与所述导向块配合的导向槽。优选的,所述导向槽的槽深自所述 外壳2的内壁向靠近所述外壳2的外侧壁的方向延伸,所述导向块自所述安装支架1的外侧壁向远离所述安装支架1的外侧壁的方向凸出延伸。
优选的,在本实施例中,所述安装支架1上设置有三个第一导向单元11,所述三个第一导向单元11沿所述外壳2的周向布置,所述三个第一导向单元11在垂直投影面上的投影以及所述驱动组件4在垂直投影面上的投影非共线。当第一导向单元11为三个时,设置三个第一导向单元11在垂直投影面上的投影以及驱动组件4在垂直投影面上的投影非共线,可以使得三个第一导向单元11中的每个第一导向单元11均与驱动组件4之间角度设置,从而进一步降低扬声器3升降过程中的抖动。可以理解的是,垂直投影面为与齿条结构垂直的平面。
进一步的,所述安装支架1通过传输单元12与所述驱动组件4连接。
进一步的,所述传输单元12可以与所述安装支架1可拆卸连接。通过将安装支架1与传输单元12可拆卸连接,可以在安装支架1挥着传输单元12更换时方便拆卸,提高用户更换体验。且,当安装支架1或者传输单元12中的任意一个损坏时,仅进行单零件的更换即可,不需要整体结构更换,节省成本。
进一步的,所述驱动组件4包括驱动电机41和驱动单元42,所述驱动单元42一端与所述驱动电机41电连接,所述驱动单元42的另一端与所述传输单元12配合。
在一种可实施的方案中,所述传输单元12为齿条结构,所述驱动单元42为齿轮结构。通过齿轮齿条传动,相较于现有技术中的齿轮-齿轮之间的传动,节省空间。
进一步的,所述外壳2上还设置有齿条导向孔22,所述齿条结构一端与所述安装架连接,所述齿条结构的另一端穿过所述齿条导向孔22。

所述安装支架1上设置有至少两个第一导向单元11,所述外壳2上对应设置有至少两个第二导向单元21,所述第一导向单元11沿所述安装支架1的周向布置,所述第二导向单元21沿所述外壳2的周向布置,所述第一导向单元11被设置为,当所述驱动组件4驱动所述安装支架1在所述外壳2内上下运动时,所述第一导向单元11相对于所述第二导向单元21上下运动。通过在安装支架1和外壳2上分别设置相互配合的导向单元,实现扬声器3升降过程中的导向,减弱扬声器3升降过程中的抖动现象,降低噪音,并且,直接在安装支架1和外壳2上形成导向单元,不需要额外配置导向件,使得扬声器3机构的整体结构更加紧凑,空间占用更少。
具体的,所述第一导向单元11被构造为导向孔,所述第二导向单元21被构造为与所述导向孔配合的导向杆(图中未示出)。优选的,所述导向孔设置在所述安装支架1的底板上,所述第二导向杆21设置在所述外壳2的底板上。
优选的,在本实施例中,所述安装支架1上设置有三个第一导向单元11,所述三个第一导向单元11沿所述外壳2的周向布置,所述三个第一导向单元11在垂直投影面上的投影以及所述驱动组件4在垂直投影面上的投影非共线。当第一导向单元11为三个时,设置两个第一导向单元11在垂直投影面上的投影以及驱动组件4在垂直投影面上的投影非共线,可以使得三个第一导向单元11与驱动组件4之间角度设置,从而进一步降低扬声器3升降过程中的抖动。可以理解的是,垂直投影面为与齿条结构垂直的平面。
进一步的,所述安装支架1通过传输单元12与所述驱动组件4连接。
进一步的,所述传输单元12可以与所述安装支架1可拆卸连接。通过 将安装支架1与传输单元12可拆卸连接,可以在安装支架1挥着传输单元12更换时方便拆卸,提高用户更换体验。且,当安装支架1或者传输单元12中的任意一个损坏时,仅进行单零件的更换即可,不需要整体结构更换,节省成本。
进一步的,所述驱动组件4包括驱动电机41和驱动单元42,所述驱动单元42一端与所述驱动电机41电连接,所述驱动单元42的另一端与所述传输单元12配合。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种升降扬声器机构,其特征在于,所述升降扬声器机构包括安装支架(1)、外壳(2)、扬声器(3)和驱动组件(4),所述安装支架(1)容设在所述外壳(2)内,所述安装支架(1)一端用于支撑所述扬声器(3),所述安装支架(1)的另一端与所述驱动组件(4)连接,所述驱动组件(4)驱动所述安装支架(1)在所述外壳(2)内上下运动;
    所述安装支架(1)上设置有至少两个第一导向单元(11),所述外壳(2)上对应设置有至少两个第二导向单元(21),所述第一导向单元(11)沿所述安装支架(1)的周向布置,所述第二导向单元(21)沿所述外壳(2)的周向布置,所述第一导向单元(11)被设置为,当所述驱动组件(4)驱动所述安装支架(1)在所述外壳(2)内上下运动时,所述第一导向单元(11)相对于所述第二导向单元(21)上下运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的升降扬声器机构,其特征在于,所述安装支架(1)通过传输单元(12)与所述驱动组件(4)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的升降扬声器机构,其特征在于,所述传输单元(12)与所述安装支架(1)一体成型。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的升降扬声器机构,其特征在于,所述传输单元(12)与所述安装支架(1)可拆卸连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的升降扬声器机构,其特征在于,所述驱动组件(4)包括驱动电机(41)和驱动单元(47),所述驱动单元(47)一端与所述驱动电机(41)电连接,所述驱动单元(47)的另一端与所述传输单元(12)配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的升降扬声器机构,其特征在于,所述传输单 元(12)为齿条结构,所述驱动单元(47)为齿轮结构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的升降扬声器机构,其特征在于,所述外壳(2)上还设置有齿条导向孔(22),所述齿条结构一端与所述安装架连接,所述齿条结构的另一端穿过所述齿条导向孔(22)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的升降扬声器机构,其特征在于,所述第一导向单元(11)为第一导向杆或第一导向槽,所述第二导向单元(21)为与所述第一导向杆配合的第二导向槽或与所述第一导向槽配合的第二导向杆。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的升降扬声器机构,其特征在于,所述安装支架(1)上设置有两个第一导向单元(11),所述两个第一导向单元(11)在垂直投影面上的投影以及所述驱动组件(4)在垂直投影面上的投影非共线。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的升降扬声器机构,其特征在于,所述安装支架(1)和所述外壳(2)均通过自润滑材料制作。
