在一些实施例中,还包括水泵7,所述水泵7具有水泵进水管8和水泵出水管9,水泵进水管8的一端与水容器100内出水管3的出水口301连通,水泵进水管的8的另一端与水泵7连接;水泵出水管9的其中一端与水泵7连接,另一端被配置为向地面清洁设备提供清水,例如水泵出水管9的另一端具有喷嘴,该 喷嘴用于在水泵7的吸力作用下,将清水喷洒在地面清洁设备的清洁头组件17上,以达到实现湿润清洁头组件17的目的。
在一些实施例中,第二箱体2包括卡扣10、弹性元件11以及卡扣盖12,所述弹性元件11通过所述卡扣10限位,例如在第二箱体2的内部设置有安装槽,安装槽的一面开口,弹性元件8的一端固定在安装槽内,弹性元件8的另一端与卡扣7连接,所述卡扣7通过卡扣盖9固定在第二箱体2的底面,在第二箱体2与卡扣7的限位作用下,水容器100可沿弹性元件8的弹力方向上下运动,用户可以非常方便地安装或取出水容器100,弹性元件8例如可以是弹簧。
本发明中,第一箱体1和第二箱体2为可分离式或一体式,一实施例中,参见图2,第一箱体1和第二箱体2是可分离式,第一箱体1、第二箱体2可以相对分离,或合并在一起,当两者合并在一起后,两者的内部中空部分共同合围成容纳腔18,用于储存清水;另一实施例中,参见图3,第一箱体1和第二箱体2为一体式,两者组合成为水容器100,本领域技术人员可以理解的是,无论第一箱体1和第二箱体2为可分离式或一体式,只要满足具有能够储存清水的容纳腔18,均能实现本发明的目的,这里不作限制。
由于水容器100内的清水也可能存在杂质、微小颗粒物等,在自然状态下,这些杂质、微小颗粒物等会沉淀在水容器100的底部,在避免杂质、微小颗粒物等的吸入堵塞出水管3的前提下,为了尽可能多的将水容器100底部的水导入出水管3内,进水端302与第二箱体2的底端201距离不应过大,以一小段距离为宜,优选为2~15mm,本领域技术人员可以理解的是,当水容器100内的杂质较少、颗粒物粒径较小时,进水端302与第二箱体2的底端201距离可以适当缩小,例如2~5mm,一实施例中,该距离为3mm;另一方面,当水容器100内的杂质较多、颗粒物粒径较大时,进水端302与第二箱体2的底端201距离可以适当增大,例如5~15mm,一实施例中,该距离为6mm,用户可以通过观察水容器100内水中杂质的实际情况,根据需要来调节进水端302与第二箱体2的底端201的距离。
请参阅图5、图6,本实施例提供一种地面清洁设备,采用前述的水容器100,具体地,该地面清洁设备还包括手柄组件13、控制面板14、机身组件15、集尘箱组件16以及清洁头组件17,水容器100安装在所述机身组件15上。
作为优选,在控制面板14的底部一侧设置有锁扣(图中未示出),所述锁扣 用于控制第一箱体1的锁紧与松开,用户可以通过外力作用解锁锁扣,从而实现第一箱体1的安装与取出。
本发明的工作原理如下:安装水容器100时,首先将第一箱体1和第二箱体2盖合,在密封胶圈的作用下,实现第一箱体1和第二箱体2的密封,然后将弹性元件11的一端固定在第二箱体2的安装槽内,弹性元件11的另一端与卡扣10连接,在弹性元件11的弹力作用下推动第二箱体2至合适位置,以实现进水端302与第二箱体2的底端201距离的调节,最后在卡扣10的限位作用下,通过卡扣盖12实现第二箱体2的固定;取出水容器100时,锁扣在拉力的作用下上移解锁,然后将水容器100拉出,由于出水口301方向是朝上的,因此避免了发生水滴掉下打湿水容器100安装面的问题。
本发明中,由于水容器的出水口位于第一箱体上方,出水口方向是朝上的,避免了发生水滴掉下打湿水容器安装面的问题,大大地提高了用户体验;出水管在水容器内的进水端距离水容器底端有一小段距离,可以防微小颗粒物吸入,避免堵塞出水管;由于出水口是上置的,水中的杂质会在重力的作用下沉底,因此不会存在杂质物质堵塞出水阀和使出水阀失效的问题,在水泵不工作的时候,容器内的水不会自动通过水泵和出水阀流出(即使在出水阀失效的情况下);第二箱体通过卡扣安装在机身组件上,第一箱体通过锁扣安装在控制面板的下方,由于第二箱体和第一箱体均通过弹性元件与外部弹性连接,水容器的安装或拆卸将十分方便,大大提高了用户的体验感。
以上实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不可以理解为对发明保护范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 地面清洁设备用水容器,其特征在于,包括:
    第一箱体,所述第一箱体的内部中空;
    第二箱体,所述第二箱体与所述第一箱体之间形成容纳腔,该容纳腔用于储存清水,所述第二箱体具有底端;
    出水管,所述出水管位于所述容纳腔内,所述出水管包括出水口和进水端,所述出水口位于所述第一箱体的顶部,所述进水端与所述第二箱体的底端具有一定距离;
    注水孔,位于所述第一箱体上,用于向所述水容器注水。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水容器,其特征在于,包括注水孔盖,所述注水孔盖安装在所述第一箱体的顶部,所述注水孔盖用于所述第一箱体的密封。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的水容器,其特征在于,所述注水孔盖具有开口,所述开口与注水孔通过进气阀连通,所述进气阀用于控制导入所述注水孔的气体气压。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的水容器,其特征在于,还包括水泵,所述水泵具有水泵进水管和水泵出水管,所述水泵进水管的一端与所述出水管的出水口连通,所述水泵出水管的另一端被配置为向地面清洁设备提供清水。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的水容器,其特征在于,所述第二箱体包括卡扣、弹性元件以及卡扣盖,所述弹性元件通过所述卡扣限位,所述卡扣通过卡扣盖固定在第二箱体上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的水容器,其特征在于,所述第一箱体和第二箱体为可分离式或一体式。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的水容器,其特征在于,所述进水端与所述第二箱体的底端距离为2~15mm。
  8. 地面清洁设备,其特征在于,采用如权利要求1-7任一项所述的水容器。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的地面清洁设备,其特征在于,还包括手柄组件、控制面板、机身组件、集尘箱组件以及清洁头组件,所述水容器安装在所述机身组件上。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的地面清洁设备,其特征在于,所述控制面板的底部一侧设置有锁扣,所述锁扣用于控制所述第一箱体的锁紧与松开。
