Abstract

一种具有压缩作用的自动充气垫结构,包括有一外覆体(1),外覆体(1)内部的空间容置有一常态时呈立体造型的内填充体(2);外覆体(1)设置有一气阀单元(12)。充气垫不使用状态下能压缩以缩小体积,要使用时,外部空气能够进入外覆体(1)内部,配合内填充体(2)的膨胀复形,可达到自动充气状态,从而在人体侧躺时能提供柔软的支撑辅助功能,收纳时则节省空间。

Description

具有压缩作用的自动充气垫结构 技术领域
本发明的涉及一种人体侧躺时能辅助支撑用的柔软垫体技术,特别是一种充气垫具有压缩与自动充气的技术。
背景技术
综观许多久卧病床的病人,常因年老力衰或疾病问题,无法自行在床上翻身或活动;若长时间维持仰躺姿势,背后肌肉与皮肤极易因长时间受压而有褥疮的现象。因此,照护人员往往必须定时对病人进行左、右侧翻身侧躺的动作,甚至在将病人侧身后于其背后、臀部置放多个枕头,以便辅助身躯维持侧躺状态,以轮流纾解肌肤压力。现有技术的这种方式最令人诟病与困扰的就是一般枕头体积不小,若不需使用时,枕头收纳极占空间,令人头痛。并且,枕头结构与形状原本是为了提供头部睡觉支撑用,将之挪为辅助身躯维持侧躺的垫体时,往往需要频繁调整摆放的数量、位置与形状,才能达到所需的支撑作用,相当不便;而且,越来越多枕头并非以棉花或羽绒制成,若是以发泡棉或乳胶材料制作,厚度不足且无法调整形状,不适合作为人体的侧躺支撑用。
技术问题
本发明的提出,改进现有照护病人使用枕头作为侧躺支撑物的缺点,使得侧躺支撑用的物体功能得以臻致完善且理想,符合实际需求。
技术解决方案
为改善前述现有技术照护病人均使用枕头作为侧躺支撑物的缺失,本发明主要目的之一在于:提供一种具有压缩作用的自动充气垫结构,具有不使用时压缩、要使用时自动充气膨胀的功能;以达到收纳时体积减小,不占空间的优点。
本发明的另一个主要目的在于:其充气垫的形状是专门设计给人体侧躺支撑用,特别是设计成楔形结构;因此,将之置放于人体身后进行侧躺支撑时,能完全符合需求,效果极佳,不需像现有技术使用枕头要多次调整形态或增减堆叠数量。
本发明的又一个主要目的为:一种具有压缩作用的自动充气垫结构,其于要使用时,只需利用压力差使外部空气进入,配合内填充体的膨胀复形,就能达到自动充气状态,使用极为方便。
为达成上述诸多目的,本发明具体的手段为:一种具有压缩作用的自动充气垫结构,结构包括有一外覆体,该外覆体内部容置有一常态时呈立体造型的内填充体;该外覆体设置有一气阀单元。
较佳的其中一种实施例,该外覆体,由不透气的材料制成一立体袋状结构。
较佳的其中一种实施例,该外覆体与该内填充体,以均制成楔形结构为佳。
较佳的其中一种实施例,该外覆体适当处,开设有一开口。
较佳的其中一种实施例,该外覆体的开口处,设置有一气阀单元。
较佳的其中一种实施例,该内填充体,以PU材料(Polyurethane,聚氨酯)制成为佳,但不以此为限;该以PU制成的内填充体结构具有无数透气孔隙,空气能很容易流通。
较佳的其中一种实施例,该气阀单元,内部设置有一滤材,该滤材能用以阻绝灰尘、异物进入该外覆体内部。
较佳的其中一种实施例,该气阀单元,包括有一基座,该基座中央开设有一穿口,该穿口提供空气流通作用;该基座旁还连设有一套体与一套盖,其中该套体具有单向流通的逆止作用,该套体能用以套置于该穿口内;至于该套盖则是能用以翻合罩覆于该基座外部,以便封合穿口。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供一种具有压缩作用的自动充气垫结构,具有不使用时压缩、要使用时自动充气膨胀的功能;具有收纳时体积减小,不占空间的优点。其充气垫的形状是专门设计给人体侧躺支撑用,特别是设计成楔形结构;因此,将之置放于人体身后进行侧躺支撑时,完全符合需求,效果极佳,不需像现有技术使用枕头要多次调整形态或增减堆叠数量。使用时,只需利用压力差使外部空气进入,配合内填充体的膨胀复形,就能达到自动充气状态,使用极为方便。

本发明的最佳实施方式
现谨就本发明的结构与组成,及所能产生的功效,配合附图,举一本发明的较佳实施例详细说明如下。
首请参阅图1与图2所示,本发明的具有压缩作用的自动充气垫结构,包括有一外覆体1,该外覆体1内部容置有一常态下呈立体造型的内填充体2;另外的,该外覆体1设置有一气阀单元12。其中,该外覆体1由不透气的材料制成一立体袋状结构,该外覆体1与该内填充体2,以均制成楔形结构为佳。该外覆体1适当处,开设有一开口11;所述该外覆体1的开口11处,设置有一气阀单元12,该气阀单元12,内部设置有一滤材13,该滤材13能用以阻绝灰尘、异物进入该外覆体1内部。又该气阀单元12,包括有一基座121,该基座121中央开设有一穿口1211,该穿口1211提供空气流通作用;该基座121旁还连设有一套体122与一套盖123,其中该套体122具有单向流通的逆止作用,该套体122能用以套置于该穿口1211内;至于该套盖123则是能用以翻合罩覆于该基座121外部,以便封合穿口1211。该内填充体2以PU材料(Polyurethane,聚氨酯)制成为佳,但不以此为限。
本发明产品于工厂制作完成时,通过在该外覆体1外部施压,以使内部的空气几乎完全排出,同时将内填充体2压缩,通过闭合该气阀单元12,以使该整个充气垫薄形压缩化(即如图3上方所示),以缩小体积,方便运送、储存与贩售。
当要使用时,外掀该套体122与套盖123以便开启该气阀单元12,利用压力差使外部空气进入外覆体1内部,配合内填充体2的膨胀复形,就能达到内部自动充气状态(即如图3下方所示);而后通过闭合气阀单元12后,由于充气垫内部充满了空气,宛如一柔软的气囊,通过将其置放于呈侧躺状的人体3的后方时(图4),配合特殊设计的楔形结构,即能提供人体3舒适的限位与辅助支撑作用;特别是当该充气垫不使用时,又能轻易排气压缩后薄形化,易于收纳,相当理想实用。
本发明虽通过前述实施例来描述,但仍可变化其形态与细节,于不脱离本发明的精神而达成,并由本领域技术人员可了解。前述本发明的较佳实施例,仅是通过本发明的原理可以具体实施的方式之一,但并不以此为限制,应依前述的申请专利范围所界定为准。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种具有压缩作用的自动充气垫结构,其特征在于,包括有一外覆体,该外覆体设置有一开口,该开口处设置有一气阀单元;且该外覆体内部容置有一常态下呈立体造型的内填充体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有压缩作用的自动充气垫结构,其特征在于,该外覆体为由不透气的材料制成的一立体袋状结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有压缩作用的自动充气垫结构,其特征在于,该外覆体与该内填充体均为楔形状结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有压缩作用的自动充气垫结构,其特征在于,该内填充体为PU材料。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的具有压缩作用的自动充气垫结构,其特征在于,该气阀单元内部设置有一滤材。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的具有压缩作用的自动充气垫结构,其特征在于,该气阀单元包括有一基座,该基座中央开设有一用于空气流通的穿口;该基座旁连设有一套体与一套盖。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有压缩作用的自动充气垫结构,其特征在于,具有单向流通逆止作用的该套体套置于该穿口内;该套盖翻合罩覆于该基座外部。
