本发明提供了一种基于GIS的土地整治设计系统,包括登录模块、设计模块和显示模块;所述登录模块用于对使用设计模块的用户进行权限验证管理;所述设计模块用于对整治区域进行规划设计,获得设计结果;所述显示模块用于对所述设计结果进行可视化展示。本发明实现了对整治区域的快速设计和对设计结果的直观展示,而且由于采用了GIS三维模型,因此,可以在不同的角度对设计结果进行查看。

一种基于GIS的土地整治设计系统 技术领域
本发明涉及土地整治设计领域,尤其涉及一种基于GIS的土地整治设计系统。
背景技术
土地综合整治是在一定的区域内,按照土地利用总体规划确定的目标和用途,以土地整理、复垦、开发和城乡建设用地增减挂钩为平台,推动田、水、路、林、村综合整治,改善农村生产、生活条件和生态环境,促进农业规模经营、人口集中居住、产业聚集发展,推进城乡一体化进程的一项系统工程。现有的土地整治设计一般是采用手工绘图的方式来进行,规划的结果不能够直观地进行展示。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种基于GIS的土地整治设计系统。
本发明提供了一种基于GIS的土地整治设计系统,包括登录模块、设计模块和显示模块;
所述登录模块用于对使用设计模块的用户进行权限验证管理;
所述设计模块用于对整治区域进行规划设计,获得设计结果;
所述显示模块用于对所述设计结果进行可视化展示。
优选地,所述对使用设计模块的用户进行权限验证管理,包括:
获取所述用户的生物特征信息;
基于所述生物特征信息判断所述用户是否具有使用设计模块的权限,若所述用户具有使用所述设计模块的权限,则允许所述用户使用所述设计模块,若所述用户不具有使用所述设计模块的权限,则不允许所述用户使用所述设计模块。
优选地,所述设计模块包括设计数据管理单元、规划设计单元和显示控制单元;
所述设计数据管理单元用于对整治区域的实体三维模型、GIS模型进行管理;
所述规划设计单元用于选择实体三维模型,并将所述实体三维模型设置在所述GIS模型中,获得设计结果;
所述显示控制单元用于将所述设计结果输出到所述显示模块。
优选地,所述实体三维模型包括房屋三维模型、车辆三维模型、树木三维模 型和桥梁三维模型。
优选地,所述GIS模型通过所述整治区域的遥感图像和DEM数据生成。
优选地,所述显示模块包括OLED显示器。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
本发明实现了对整治区域的快速设计和对设计结果的直观展示,而且由于采用了GIS三维模型,因此,可以在不同的角度对设计结果进行查看。

基于所述生物特征信息判断所述用户是否具有使用设计模块的权限,若所述用户具有使用所述设计模块的权限,则允许所述用户使用所述设计模块,若所述用户不具有使用所述设计模块的权限,则不允许所述用户使用所述设计模块。
优选地,所述获取所述用户的生物特征信息,包括:
获取所述用户的脸部图像。
优选地,所述基于所述生物特征信息判断所述用户是否具有使用设计模块的权限,包括:
提取所述脸部图像中包含的第一特征信息;
将所述第一特征信息与预存的第二特征信息进行匹配,若匹配成功,则表示所述用户具有使用所述设计模块的权限,若匹配失败,则表示所述用户不具有使用所述设计模块的权限。
所述第二特诊信息为具有使用所述设计模块的权限的人员的脸部图像的特征信息。
优选地,所述提取所述脸部图像中包含的第一特征信息,包括:
对所述脸部图像进行灰度化处理,获得第一图像;
对所述第一图像进行降噪处理,获得第二图像;
使用SIFT特征提取算法对所述第二图像进行特征提取,获得第一特征信息。
优选地,所述对所述第一图像进行降噪处理,获得第二图像,包括:
使用下述公式对第一图像中的像素点进行降噪处理:

式中,lf'(i)表示对第一图像中的像素点i进行降噪处理的结果,w 1(j)表示像素点j和像素点i之间的空间距离,w 2(j)表示像素点j和像素点i之间的灰度值的差的绝对值,lf(j)表示像素点j在第一图像中的灰度值,U i表示像素点i的k×k大小的邻域中的像素点的集合,j表示U i中包含的像素点。
本发明上述实施例,通过像素点i的邻域中的像素点对像素点i进行降噪处理,同时为不同的邻域像素点设置了不同的权重,权重的大小跟空间距离和灰度值差异有关,因而能够获得准确的降噪结果。
优选地,所述设计模块包括设计数据管理单元、规划设计单元和显示控制单元;
所述设计数据管理单元用于对整治区域的实体三维模型、GIS模型进行管理;
所述规划设计单元用于选择实体三维模型,并将所述实体三维模型设置在所述GIS模型中,获得设计结果;
所述显示控制单元用于将所述设计结果输出到所述显示模块。
优选地,所述实体三维模型包括房屋三维模型、车辆三维模型、树木三维模型和桥梁三维模型。
优选地,所述GIS模型通过所述整治区域的遥感图像和DEM数据生成。
优选地,所述显示模块包括OLED显示器。

  1. 一种基于GIS的土地整治设计系统,其特征在于,包括登录模块、设计模块和显示模块;
    所述登录模块用于对使用设计模块的用户进行权限验证管理;
    所述设计模块用于对整治区域进行规划设计,获得设计结果;
    所述显示模块用于对所述设计结果进行可视化展示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于GIS的土地整治设计系统,其特征在于,所述对使用设计模块的用户进行权限验证管理,包括:
    获取所述用户的生物特征信息;
    基于所述生物特征信息判断所述用户是否具有使用设计模块的权限,若所述用户具有使用所述设计模块的权限,则允许所述用户使用所述设计模块,若所述用户不具有使用所述设计模块的权限,则不允许所述用户使用所述设计模块。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于GIS的土地整治设计系统,其特征在于,所述设计模块包括设计数据管理单元、规划设计单元和显示控制单元;
    所述设计数据管理单元用于对整治区域的实体三维模型、GIS模型进行管理;
    所述规划设计单元用于选择实体三维模型,并将所述实体三维模型设置在所述GIS模型中,获得设计结果;
    所述显示控制单元用于将所述设计结果输出到所述显示模块。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种基于GIS的土地整治设计系统,其特征在于,所述实体三维模型包括房屋三维模型、车辆三维模型、树木三维模型和桥梁三维模型。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种基于GIS的土地整治设计系统,其特征在于,所述GIS模型通过所述整治区域的遥感图像和DEM数据生成。
