配置有置物篮的晾衣组件及晾衣系统 技术领域
本发明涉及一种晾衣领域，尤其涉及一种晾衣系统及带置物篮的晾衣组件。
背景技术
晾衣机包括安装于天花板上的主机部件和位于主机部件下方的晾衣架，晾衣架通过钢丝绳与主机部件联接，以实现晾衣架的升降。
现有市面上，出现了一种带篮筐的晾衣架，即在晾衣架的两根晾衣杆之间可拆卸式地挂一个篮筐；篮筐的两侧各设有两个挂钩，挂钩挂在对应的晾衣杆上；篮筐内可晾晒些袜子、内衣类等小件衣物等。
公开号为CN110016793A的晾晒框和晾衣组件，可拆卸地安装于可伸缩式晾衣杆上，包括框体，框体上设有与固定杆联接的至少一个活动端和与伸缩杆联接的至少一个定位端；活动端上设有可在固定杆上顺畅移动的滑动部件。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种带置物篮的晾衣组件，进一步地提供一种具有上述晾衣组件的晾衣系统。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：配置有置物篮的晾衣组件，包括固定晾杆、伸缩组件和置物篮，所述的伸缩组件可伸缩地设于所述的固定晾杆的端部，所述的置物篮的外侧端连接在所述的伸缩组件上，所述的固定晾杆上设有沿其长度方向延伸的滑槽，所述的置物篮的内侧端设有与所述的滑槽配合的滑动件，所述的置物篮可跟随所述的伸缩组件内外移动。
本发明进一步的优选技术方案为：所述的固定晾杆的内侧设有两条高度不同的滑槽，所述的置物篮的内侧端的滑动件选择其中一条滑槽与之配合。
本发明进一步的优选技术方案为：所述的伸缩组件包括与固定晾杆可相对移动的两个伸缩杆，所述的置物篮的外横梁的两端连接在伸缩杆的外端。

如图1至图3所示，晾衣系统，晾衣机及带置物篮的晾衣组件20，带置物篮的晾衣组件20连接于晾衣机的下方。

带置物篮的晾衣组件20通过连接组件安装在晾衣机的主机部件下方，连接组件在动力源的驱动下带动带置物篮的晾衣组件20上升或下降；优选地，带置物篮的晾衣组件20与主机部件的两端连接有X型伸缩组件，以提高晾衣组件20上升或下降时的稳定性。

如图9和图10所示，滑槽h包括内腔h1及开口h2，开口h2的宽度小于内腔h1的宽度。当滑动件41安装到滑槽h内后，较小口径的开口h2能够避免滑动件41脱出，进一步提高置物篮40的滑动稳定性。
伸缩组件30包括与固定晾杆21可相对移动的两个伸缩杆31，置物篮40的外横梁43的两端连接在伸缩杆31的外端。
固定晾杆21的端部设有供伸缩杆31插入的伸缩孔。
优选地，本实施例中的伸缩杆31底部安装有挂钩部，当伸缩杆31展开时可以供用户挂置衣物。
置物篮40的内侧端设有内横梁42，滑动件41设于内横梁42的两端。优选地，本领域技术人员可以在置物篮40的外横梁43的两端也安装有滑动件41，以与实施例中的滑槽h相互匹配，进一步提高置物篮40滑动时的稳定性。
展开伸缩组件30以带动置物篮40向外移动时，杆座70位于置物篮40的内横梁42的内端，以限定置物篮40向外移动的最大距离。

内横杆02与内横梁42之间通过第一螺钉组件t1连接，外横杆03与外横梁43之间通过第二螺钉组件t2连接。
内横梁42的底部开设有沿其长度方向分布的插入槽，插入槽的槽口口径与内横杆02的宽度相互匹配，在实际安装时，先将内横杆02插入至该插入槽内，然后再通过第一螺钉组件t1进行安装固定，以更便于生产者或用户进行组装。同样地，外横梁43与外横杆03也可以预先通过插入槽进行连接固定，当然本领域技术人员可以通过其他常规手段进行固定安装。
内横梁41的插入槽上部开设有安装槽，滑动件41的内端通过挤压、卡嵌的方式固定在该安装槽上。滑动件41的外端为滑动端，滑动端在滑槽h内滑动以进一步带动置物篮40内外移动。
如图4、图6、图7和图10所示，搁置杆04上设有可拆卸的挂钩连杆50，挂钩连杆50下方设有挂钩组件60，挂钩组件60包括挂钩联接体61及多个并列的挂钩62，多 个并列的挂钩62固定在挂钩联接体61的下方，挂钩连杆50包括与搁置杆04配合的第一定位槽a和与挂钩联接体61配合的第二定位槽b。
实际安装时，可以先通过挂钩联接体61与第二定位槽b的配合，将挂钩组件60安装至该挂钩连杆50上，然后再将挂钩连杆50通过第一定位槽a安装至搁置杆04上；当然本技术方案的保护范围不限于上述安装顺序。该技术手段意在说明，挂钩组件60、挂钩连杆50及搁置杆04之间是可拆卸式组装的。
固定晾杆21的外壁向下延伸设有延伸壁c，延伸壁c的下方设有晾衣挂孔d，晾衣挂孔d包括连续挂孔d1或圆孔d0，连续挂孔d1包括相互连通的至少两个并列的挂槽d2及连通槽d3，连通槽d3位于所有的挂槽d2的上方。
优选地，本实施例中的固定晾杆21为铝合金材料制成。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的配置有置物篮的晾衣组件，其特征在于所述的伸缩组件包括与固定晾杆可相对移动的两个伸缩杆，所述的置物篮的外横梁的两端连接在伸缩杆的外端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的配置有置物篮的晾衣组件，其特征在于所述的置物篮的内侧端设有内横梁，所述的滑动件设于内横梁的两端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的配置有置物篮的晾衣组件，其特征在于所述的置物篮包括由金属杆组成的置物篮、内横梁和外横梁，所述的置物篮包括外横杆、内横杆及多根搁置杆，所述的多根搁置杆连接于所述的外横杆与内横杆之间，所述的内横杆与内横梁连接，所述的外横杆与外横梁连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的配置有置物篮的晾衣组件，其特征在于所述的内横杆与内横梁之间通过第一螺钉组件连接，所述的外横杆与外横梁之间通过第二螺钉组件连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的配置有置物篮的晾衣组件，其特征在于所述的搁置杆上设有可拆卸的挂钩连杆，所述的挂钩连杆下方设有挂钩组件，所述的挂钩组件包括挂钩联接体及多个并列的挂钩，所述的多个并列的挂钩固定在挂钩联接体的下方，所述的挂钩连杆包括与搁置杆配合的第一定位槽和与挂钩联接体配合的第二定位槽。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的配置有置物篮的晾衣组件，其特征在于所述的固定晾杆的端部设有供伸缩杆插入的伸缩孔。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的配置有置物篮的晾衣组件，其特征在于所述的固定晾杆的外壁向下延伸设有延伸壁，所述的延伸壁的下方设有晾衣挂孔，所述的晾衣挂孔包括连续 挂孔，所述的连续挂孔包括相互连通的至少两个并列的挂槽。
  10. 晾衣系统，其特征在于晾衣机及如权利要求1-9任一所述的配置有置物篮的晾衣组件，所述的晾衣组件连接于所述的晾衣机的下方。
