根据本发明的一些实施例,所述锁紧机构包括弹性件、移动件以及固定件,所述弹性件一端与所述移动件的一端连接,所述弹性件的另一端与所述固定件连接,所述移动件的另一端设有与所述锁紧件相配合的配合部,在外力所用下所述移动件能够相对所述固定件滑动,以使所述弹性件的移动端位于第一位置时所述配合部和所述锁紧件锁紧,且所述弹性件的移动端位于第二位置时所述配合部和所述锁紧件解锁。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述固定件包括安装部、固定部以及限位部,所述安装部与所述主机连接,所述固定部和所述限位部设于所述安装部顶部,所述弹性件的所述另一端与所述固定部连接,所述限位部用于限制所述移动件沿所述弹性件的轴向方向的移动距离。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述移动件的侧面设有凸起,所述限位部中设有限位槽,所述凸起能够在所述限位槽中移动。
根据本发明的一些实施例,还包括保护罩,所述保护罩相对所述主机可拆卸连接,并封装所述第一开口。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述保护罩的相对两侧各设有卡块,所述卡块用于卡接于所述主机上。

请参阅图1至图9,为本发明实施例提供的加热不燃烧装置100,包括主机110、加热组件120以及固定组件130。
请参阅图1至图4,其中,主机110具有有加热腔111、第一开口112和第二开口113,第一开口112、第二开口113分别与加热腔111相连通;固定组件130收容于加热腔111内,用于对烟弹200进行固定,固定组件130与主机110可拆卸连接,并能够经第二开口112中移出主机110;加热组件120收容于加热腔111内且部分加热组件120置于至固定组件130内,能够与主机110电导通,用于对烟弹200进行加热,且与主机110可拆卸连接,并能够从第一开口112中移出主机110。
上述加热不燃烧装置100,在主机110中设有加热腔111,并且能够收容加热组件120和固定组件130,通过将加热组件120与主机110可拆卸连接,并能够从第一开口112中移出主机110,固定组件130与主机110可拆卸连接,并能够从第二开口113中移出主机110,并且由于加热组件120部分置于固定组件130内,从而将固定组件130和加热组件120依次相对主机110拆卸之后,可以对固定组件130和加热组件120进行单独清洗,使得固定组件130和加热组件120的清洁更方便和更彻底,并且能够对加热腔111进行清洗,使主机110更清洁。
请参阅图1至图3,在本发明的一个实施例中,主机110包括壳体114、蓄电池115、弹针116以及显示屏等常规部件,其中蓄电池115和弹针116收容于于壳体114内,显示屏嵌入在壳体114的外壁上,用于显示电量等信息,其中弹针116用于和蓄电池115电导通,并且弹针116用于将蓄电池115的电能传递至加热组件120,以使加热组件120对烟弹200进 行加热。
可以理解地,主机110内还可以设有供电接口,以用于向蓄电池115进行供电。
其中,请参阅图4,壳体114形成加热腔111、第一开口112和第二开口113,从而加热组件120能够经第一开口112中置于加热腔111内,固定组件130能够经第二开口113置于加热腔111内,并能够方便的将加热组件120、固定组件130分别拆卸移出。
请参阅图3至图5,在本发明的一个实施例中,加热组件120收容于加热腔111内,能够与主机110电导通,用于对烟弹200进行加热,与主机110可拆卸连接,并能够从第一开口112中移出。
具体地,请参阅图4,加热组件120包括安装座121和加热针122,加热针122部分收容于安装座121内以与主机110电连接,部分凸出于安装座121并伸入固定组件130内以对烟弹200进行加热,主机110上设有导向件117,导向件117伸入加热腔111内,安装座121设有插入件1211,插入件1211能够沿着导向件118插入以使加热组件120可拆卸的安装至主机110上,在需要拆卸时,对安装座121沿着相反的方向拔出即可。
具体地,请参阅图4,其中箭头a所指的方向为插入方向,插入件1211沿着导向件117的轴向方向进行插入,从而在插入件1211和导向件117的配合下将加热组件120安装在主机11上。
具体地,请参阅图6和图7,安装座121包括座体1212、正极导电件1213、第一支撑件1215、第二支撑件1216、密封件1217以及负极导电件1218,其中座体1212采用耐高温的材料制备而成,例如采用聚醚醚酮材料制备而成。正极导电件1213收容于座体1212内,密封件1218收容于座体1212内并环绕于正极导电件1213外,负极导电件1218收容于座体1212内并环绕于密封件1218外,密封件1218用于分隔正极导电件1213和负极导电件1218,其中正极导电件1213通过引线与加热针122实现电导通,从而将蓄电池115的电量传递给加热针122,其中密封件1218可用硅胶等不导电的材料制备而成。其中第一支撑件1215和第二支撑件1216可采用相同的材料制备而成,并且能够耐受高温,例如采用聚醚醚酮材料制备而成。具体地,第一支撑件1215环绕于加热针122外并卡在座体1212形成的卡槽内,表面露出于座体1212,第二支撑件1216收容于座体1212内,并支撑加热针122,从而在第一支撑件1215和第二支撑件1216的支撑作用下固定加热针122。
其中,座体1212形成插入件1211,主机110上形成导向件117,从而通过将插入件1211沿着导向件117中插入,使得整个加热组件120可拆卸的安装在主机110上。
在本发明的一个实施例中,为了使得整个加热不燃烧装置100结构更紧凑,导向件118 伸入加热腔111内,从而使得安装时整个加热组件120能够收容于加热腔111内。
请参阅图5,在本发明的一个实施例中,导向件117包括第一连接部1171和第二连接部1172,其中第一连接部1171往加热腔111的方向竖直延伸,第二连接部1172垂直设置于第一连接部1171顶部,即第二连接部1172往加热腔111的中心方向进行水平延伸,从而第一连接部1171、第二连接部1172和主机110之间围设形成安装插入件1211的限位空间,插入件1211沿着第一连接部1171和第二连接部1172的侧壁进行插入后在第二连接部1172的限制下避免相对主机110脱离。
其中,在本实施例中,主机110的两对两侧均形成有导向件117,两个导向件117中的两个第二连接部1172相向设置,座体1212的相对两侧对应形成有两个插入件1211,从而一个插入件1211对应插入至导向件117内,以实现加热组件120稳定的安装在主机110上,当需要对加热组件120进行拆卸时,导向件117按照图3中箭头a所指的方向的相反方向进行拔出即可。
请阅图6,在本发明的一个实施例中,与导向件117的形状相适配,插入件1211呈长条形,沿导向件117的长度方向进行延伸,其中座体1212的相对两端各设有一个插入件1211,一个插入件1211与对应的一个导向件117向配合。
其中,为了便于插入件1211插入至导向件117当中,插入件1211在其沿导向件117插入的初始端形成有导向角12111,通过楔形角的设计,方便的将插入件1211沿着导向件117当中插入。
请参阅图3至图5及图7,在本发明的一个实施例中,安装座121设有卡槽1214,主机110设有卡紧件118,卡紧件118具有伸缩部1181和弹性部件(图中未示出),伸缩部1181在外力的作用下能够压缩弹性部件,从而能够相对主机110向下移动,当外力消失时弹性部件具有恢复原状的弹力而使伸缩部1181向上移动,从而使得伸缩部1181卡紧于卡槽118内,在外力作用下对弹性部件进行压缩而使伸缩部1181相对卡槽118分离。
其中,上述座体1212形成卡槽1214,具体地,部分座体1212往第二开口113的方向凹陷形成卡槽1214。
其中,本实施例中的卡槽1214呈半圆形,对应的伸缩部1181呈半球形,从而在加热组件120沿着导向件118当中推入时,呈半球形的伸缩部1181对加热组件120产生的阻力较小,在加热组件120推动到达终点后,伸缩部1181伸入至卡槽1214内。
请参阅图3,在本发明的一个实施例中,固定组件130包括固定座131和收容筒132,收容筒132安装于固定座131内,收容筒132用于放置烟弹200,固定座131部分抵持于加热 组件120上方,且部分加热组件120伸入至收容筒132内,固定座131的底部设有锁紧件1311,主机110上设有锁紧机构119,锁紧机构119能够与锁紧件1311配合以将固定组件130和主机110相锁紧或分离。
具体地,加热针122伸入至收容筒132内,从而对放置于收容筒132的烟弹200进行加热,由于加热针122的末端为尖部,因此烟弹200从收容筒132中插入时,能够使得加热针122快捷的插入至烟弹200中。
请参阅图8和图9,在本发明的一个实施例中,锁紧机构119包括弹性件1191、移动件1192以及固定件1193,弹性件1191的一端与移动件1192的一端,弹性件1191的另一端与固定件1193连接,移动件1192的另一端设有与锁紧件1311相配合的配合部1194,在外力所用下移动件1192能够相对固定件1193滑动,以使弹性件1191的移动端位于第一位置时配合部1194和锁紧件1311锁紧,弹性件1191的移动端位于第二位置时配合部1194和锁紧件1311检索。其中,本实施例中弹性件1191的移动端处于第一位置时为自然状态,弹性件1191的移动端处于第二位置时为压缩状态。
其中,本实施例中的弹性件1191为弹簧,在其他实施例中也可以设置为弹片等弹性部件。
此外,为了方便对弹性件1191进行按压,锁紧机构119还包括按钮1195,按钮1195和移动件1192连接,通过按压按钮1195以方便的推动移动件1192相对固定件1193移动,使得配合部1194和锁紧件1311相分离。
具体地,固定件1193包括安装部11931、固定部11932以及限位部11933,安装部11931与主机110连接,固定部11932和限位部11933设于安装部11931顶部,弹性件1191的另一端与固定部11932连接,限位部11933用于限制移动件1192沿弹性件1191的轴向反向的移动距离,从而避免过度压缩弹性件1191。
请参阅图9,具体地,移动件1192的侧面设有凸起11921,限位部11933中部形成限位槽11934,凸起11921能够在限位槽11934中移动,从而由限位槽11934的长度限制弹性件1191被压缩的距离。
其中,本实施例中,移动件1192的相对两侧面均设有凸起11921,限位部11933的相对两侧均设有限位槽11934,一个凸起11921对应在一个限位槽11934中移动。
具体地,请参阅图4,其中固定组件130相对主机110的安装方向为箭头b所指的方向,当需要对固定组件130进行拆卸时,移动件1192移动时使锁紧件1311和配合部119相分离,沿着箭头b所指的方向的相反方向将固定组件130拔出即可。
可以理解地,本实施例中的加热组件120和固定组件130的拆卸顺序为:由于固定组件 130部分抵持于加热组件120上,因此首先将固定组件130拆卸后,使加热组件120中加热针122露出后将加热组件120沿着第一开口112拆出即可。
请参阅图1、图2及图4,在本发明的一个实施例中,加热不燃烧装置100还包括保护罩140,保护罩140相对主机110可拆卸连接,并封装第一开口112,从而通过保护罩140保护加热组件120避免长期接触灰尘等杂质,并且能够避免加热不燃烧装置100的在使用过程中烫伤用户。
此外,保护罩140的相对两侧各设有一个卡块141,卡块141用于卡接于主机110上,从而方便的将保护罩140安装至主机110上,并且方便拆卸。
请参阅图1至图4,在本发明的一个实施例中,加热不燃烧装置100还包括保护盖150,保护盖150能够相对固定组件130滑动,从而用于封装收容筒132的开口,避免灰尘等杂质进入收容筒132的空腔当中。在加热不燃烧装置100需要使用时,保护盖150能够相对主机110滑动移动,以将收容筒132打开。
上述加热不燃烧装置100,通过设有保护罩140,能够对加热组件120进行保护,避免长期接触灰尘等杂质,也能够避免用户被烫伤;通过设置保护盖150,避免灰尘等杂质进入到收容筒132的空腔当中,使加热不燃烧装置100保持整洁。
上面结合附图对本发明实施例作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施例,在所属技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。此外,在不冲突的情况下,本发明的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。

Claims (10)

  1. 加热不燃烧装置,其特征在于,包括:
    主机,具有加热腔、第一开口和第二开口,所述第一开口、所述第二开口均与所述加热腔相连通;
    固定组件,收容于所述加热腔内,用于对烟弹进行固定,所述固定组件与所述主机可拆卸连接,并能够经所述第二开口中移出所述主机;
    加热组件,收容于所述加热腔内且部分所述加热组件置于至所述固定组件内,所述加热组件能够与所述主机电导通,用于对所述烟弹进行加热,与所述主机可拆卸连接,并能够经所述第一开口中移出所述主机。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧装置,其特征在于,所述加热组件包括安装座和加热针,所述加热针部分收容于所述安装座内以与所述主机电连接,部分凸出于所述安装座,并伸入所述固定组件内以对所述烟弹进行加热,所述主机上设有导向件,所述安装座设有插入件,所述插入件能够沿着所述导向件插入以使所述加热组件可拆卸的安装至所述主机上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的加热不燃烧装置,其特征在于,所述插入件在其沿所述导向件插入的初始端形成有导向角。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的加热不燃烧装置,其特征在于,所述安装座设有卡槽,所述主机设有卡紧件,所述卡紧件具有伸缩部,所述伸缩部能够相对所述主机上下移动,向上移动以卡紧于所述卡槽内,向下移动以相对所述卡槽分离。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧装置,其特征在于,所述固定组件包括固定座和收容筒,所述收容筒安装于所述固定座内,所述收容筒用于放置所述烟弹,所述固定座抵持于部分所述加热组件上方,且部分所述加热组件伸入至所述收容筒内,所述固定座的底部设有锁紧件,所述主机上设有锁紧机构,所述锁紧机构能够与所述锁紧件配合以将所述固定组件和所述主机锁紧或解锁。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的加热不燃烧装置,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构包括弹性件、移动件以及固定件,所述弹性件一端与所述移动件的一端连接,所述弹性件的另一端与所述固定件连接,所述移动件的另一端设有与所述锁紧件相配合的配合部,在外力所用下所述移动件能够相对所述固定件滑动,以使所述弹性件的移动端位于第一位置时所述配合部和所述锁紧件锁紧,且所述弹性件的移动端位于第二位置时所述配合部和所述锁紧件解锁。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的加热不燃烧装置,其特征在于,所述固定件包括安装部、固定 部以及限位部,所述安装部与所述主机连接,所述固定部和所述限位部设于所述安装部顶部,所述弹性件的所述另一端与所述固定部连接,所述限位部用于限制所述移动件沿所述弹性件的轴向方向的移动距离。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的加热不燃烧装置,其特征在于,所述移动件的侧面设有凸起,所述限位部中设有限位槽,所述凸起能够在所述限位槽中移动。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧装置,其特征在于,还包括保护罩,所述保护罩相对所述主机可拆卸连接,并封装所述第一开口。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的加热不燃烧装置,其特征在于,所述保护罩的相对两侧各设有卡块,所述卡块用于卡接于所述主机上。
