一种可拆眼镜结构 技术领域
本发明涉及眼镜技术领域,特别是指一种可拆眼镜结构。
背景技术
眼镜是一种为了矫正视力或保护眼睛而制作的简单光学器件,主要由镜片和镜架组成,其中镜片具有调节进入眼睛的光度、矫正视力、保护眼睛安全和临床治疗眼病等作用,而眼镜架则与镜片配套构成眼镜戴在人的眼睛上并起到支架作用。
眼镜架通常由镜框和镜脚组成,镜框的两侧均枢接安装有镜脚。目前市场上常见的眼镜架,在对镜脚组装时,大部分是通过螺丝将镜脚的端部直接固定安装镜框的侧边,在拆装时需要用到小型螺丝刀来拧转螺丝,无论是组装还是拆卸都需要借助专用的小型螺丝刀,导致镜框或镜脚的拆换很不方便。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种可拆眼镜结构,无需拧转螺丝即可实现镜框与镜脚的拆装,方便快捷。
技术解决方案
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:一种可拆眼镜结构,包括镜框、绞头、镜脚、限位块和复位件;所述镜框的端部设置有第一插槽,所述第一插槽的侧壁设置有第一穿孔,所述第一穿孔贯穿至所述镜框的前后面;所述绞头的一端与所述镜脚连接,其另一端的周面上设置有限位槽;所述限位块活动配合在所述第一插槽中,其设置有与所述第一穿孔同向的第二穿孔;所述复位件设置在所述第一插槽与所述限位块之间以向所述第一插槽外推出所述限位块,同时所述第一插槽内设置有限位机构以防止所述限位块脱离所述第一插槽;组装时,所述绞头的另一端依次穿过所述第一穿孔、第二穿孔直至所述限位块与所述限位槽相对,所述复位件提供弹力使得所述限位块嵌设在所述限位槽中,以对所述绞头实现限位。
所述第一插槽与所述限位块相匹配,所述绞头与所述第一穿孔、第二穿孔相匹配,且所述第一插槽的截面、所述绞头的截面均为方形。
所述第一插槽设置在所述镜框的左右端面上。
所述镜脚的端部设置有第二插槽,所述绞头的一端插设在所述第二插槽中,并采用第一铆钉进行固定。

有益效果
采用上述技术方案后,本发明的限位块和复位件配合在镜框的第一插槽中,对绞头的另一端实现可控制的限位功能,通过按压限位块以抵抗复位件的作用力,使得绞头可以相对限位块进行移动,从而实现绞头与镜框的安装和拆卸,相关结构中不采用螺丝,无需借用工具进行操作,使得产品的拆装更加便捷、效率更高,方便用户自行进行镜框、镜脚的拆换,满足用户对于镜框/镜脚不同款式的使用需求。

本发明的实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
本发明为一种可拆眼镜结构,包括镜框1、绞头2、镜脚3、限位块4和复位件5。
镜框1的端部设置有第一插槽11,第一插槽11的侧壁设置有第一穿孔12,第一穿孔12贯穿至镜框1的前后面。
绞头2的一端与镜脚3连接,其另一端的周面上设置有限位槽221。
限位块4活动配合在第一插槽11中,其设置有与第一穿孔12同向的第二穿孔41。
复位件5设置在第一插槽11与限位块4之间以向第一插槽11外推出限位块4,同时第一插槽11内设置有限位机构以防止限位块4脱离第一插槽11。
组装时,绞头2的另一端依次穿过第一穿孔12、第二穿孔41直至限位块4与限位槽221相对,复位件5提供弹力使得限位块4嵌设在限位槽221中,以对绞头2实现限位。
参考图1至图8所示,示出了本发明的具体实施例。
上述第一插槽11与限位块4相匹配,绞头2与第一穿孔12/第二穿孔41相匹配,且第一插槽11的截面、绞头2的截面均为方形,使得相关的配合结构具有周向限位的功能,可以保证安装后各零部件不会相对晃动,提高用户佩戴眼镜的舒适感。
上述第一插槽11设置在镜框1的左右端面上,则按压限位块4时是向眼镜的中部,方便施力,操作更加方便。
参考图6所示,上述镜脚3的端部设置有第二插槽31,绞头2的一端插设在第二插槽31中,并采用第一铆钉6进行固定。
参考图6所示,上述绞头2包括互相枢接配合的第一枢接件21和第二枢接件22,第一枢接件21与镜脚3连接(即插设在第二插槽31中),第二枢接件22设置有上述的限位槽221,两者的枢接端采用螺丝7进行固定,螺丝7作为两者相对转动的枢轴。
上述限位机构为穿入第一插槽11侧壁的第二铆钉8,限位块4上设置有供第二铆钉8穿设的腰孔42,腰孔42的长轴方向与第一插槽11的方向相平行,则限位块4在第一插槽11内移动时,腰孔42与第二铆钉8的配合关系实现对限位块4的限位,腰孔42的长度即限位块4的行程。本实施例中,第二铆钉8是从镜框1的后侧面穿入第一插槽11中,则眼镜的正面方向看不到第二铆钉8,实现眼镜外观简洁、美观的表现力;第二铆钉8的数量设置有两根,对应的腰孔42也设置有两个,两个腰孔42呈上下关系设置在限位块4上,以提高限位块4移动和受力的稳定性。
上述复位件5为弹簧,也可以是其他类似可以提供弹力的部件或装置,其中以弹簧的结构最为简单、常见,成本更低。
上述第一插槽11的底部与限位块4的相对面上分别设置有第一安装槽13、第二安装槽43,复位件5(即弹簧)的两端分别配合在第一安装槽13、第二安装槽43中,对复位件5起到限位作用,防止复位件5在多次压缩、伸展后脱离应在的位置,从而提高产品的功能稳定性和使用寿命。
通过上述方案,本发明的限位块4和复位件5配合在镜框1的第一插槽11中,对绞头2的另一端实现可控制的限位功能,通过按压限位块4以抵抗复位件5的作用力,使得绞头2可以相对限位块4进行移动,从而实现绞头2与镜框1的安装和拆卸,相关结构中不采用螺丝,无需借用工具进行操作,使得产品的拆装更加便捷、效率更高,方便用户自行进行镜框1、镜脚3的拆换,满足用户对于镜框1/镜脚3不同款式的使用需求。
