Abstract
The "De gusto" method-system provides an integrated digital map of products, recipes, historical-cultural itineraries, events and companies for the online booking, valorisation and sale of food products and cultural, tourist and food and wine routes/itineraries connected to a territory or connected to a geographical area or an area of homogeneous interest. The "De gusto" method-system envisages a computer system capable of conveying, in a proactive and social collaborative manner, contents of a historical-cultural nature connected with the production of food and wine heritage of a given place, region or country, or an area of homogeneous interest, in order to make them susceptible to further entrepreneurial speculation and/or collective interest. The modules interact and a light GIS (Geographic Information System) is also created, containing specific GPS positions as well as the identification of naturalistic and cultural points of interest in a given territory, geographical area or an area of homogeneous interest.

§§§
Subject matter of the present patent is a method-system providing an integrated and correlated digital map of products, recipes, itineraries, events, companies for online booking, enhancement and sale of agri-food products, and of cultural, tourist and food and wine routes/itineraries connected to a territory. A method/computer system designed to convey, in a proactive and social- collaborative manner, contents of a historical-cultural nature also connected with the production and the food and wine heritage of a given place, region or country, or a geographical area or an area of homogeneous interest, in order to make them susceptible to further business speculation and/or collective interest).
In this case, there is a multifactorial for:
- the exploitability, also in terms of identification (branding), of the peculiarities of wine and food production of a given place, region or State;
- the identifiability (other branding) of production and commercial players (by way of example and not limited to producers, restaurateurs);
- the (geographical) mappability of a multiplicity of thematic (historical-gastronomic) routes that can be variously packaged.
- Online identification and sale of products, also by territory and producer
Specifically, a number of modules interact with each other with a system of data interconnection and recognition of the words entered:
1 . Container of traditional food and wine products, recipes, itineraries, events, companies, in a dynamic perspective of User Generated Content (by way of example and not limited to Wikipedia)
and closely integrated with all the most popular social networks (by way of example and not limited to Facebook, Instagram);
2. light GIS (Geographic Information System), containing specific GPS positions as well as the identification of naturalistic and cultural points of interest in a given geographical area or a homogeneous area of interest accessible by:
1 . general users, business entities and the Managers of Mast ICC SB Sri ;
2. local authorities (including but not limited to Regional PromoTurism - Business To Government) and Trade Associations;
3. third parties identified by the managers (Business To Business).
In the "De gusto" system two types of "role" are identified, which are not mutually exclusive (each user can cover one or more roles) but further types of "role" and/or user aggregation can also be identified:
1 . Private" users: persons who use the services offered by the platform free of charge: itinerary bookings, event bookings, reviews, comments. The user will have at his disposal a budgeting system of points/medals;
2. Users "Companies": subjects, identified by the Managers, who can add/associate their production and/or marketing site(s) to the stories and places published by the "Experts" and "Collaborators".
The system consists in the progressive accumulation of significant contents, by way of example and not limited to accompanied by textual and photographic contents, precise GPS positions and itineraries ("light" GIS) that can also be manipulated if necessary, in order to map as much as possible, and as precisely as possible, the entities constituting the food and wine, historical and cultural offer, regional or a geographical area or an area of homogeneous interest, events or those linked to a specific territory or a homogeneous area of interest.
The novelty lies in the interaction among the all, or two or more, different modules of the system: Products, Recipes, Itineraries, Events, Company. The Back end consists of a management panel where the system administrator interacts with the various modules. The Front end consists of five main modules, all of which have a search system interconnected between the various modules, in order to make the search of interest simple and intuitive.
The originality of the method applied (inventive activity) consists in the creation of a computer system consisting of a management panel (Backend) and a panel (Front end) that interact through a system of recognition between links and keywords, able to automatically identify the correlations among the various modules. The Front end is designed and optimised for use in various technological tools (including, but not limited to, iSO-Android Smartphones, tablets, PC-MCs), without the need for, or with, the installation of Apps.
Industrial application consists in the possibility of applying to any regional or state of different territories or a geographical area or an area of homogeneous interest website/informatic structures/means (including without limitation to APP), in order to enhance and promote them, by means of an innovative method with a technical effect that entails an interconnection among all the, or two or more, sections/functions of the system and improves the functionality of the system itself.
