Abstract
본 개시는 감각신경성 난청의 원인 특이적 치료 효과 예측 또는 진단을 예측 또는 진단할 수 있는 키트 및 정보제공 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 키트 및 방법은 감각신경성 난청의 원인 특이적 치료 효과를 조기에 진단하여 가장 적절한 치료방식을 선택하게 할 수 있다.

본 명세서에는 감각신경성 난청의 원인 특이적 치료 효과 예측 또는 진단을 위한 정보제공방법 및 이에 사용되는 진단 키트가 개시된다.

점차적으로 진행되는 감각신경성 난청(sensorineural hearing loss, SNHL)은 널리 퍼져있는 감각 결손(sensory defect)이다. 발생 2-3일 이내 악화되는 돌발성 감각신경성 난청부터, 그 기간보다는 더 길게 수개월에 걸쳐 아급성으로 악화되는 난청은 병인이 다양하여 단일질환이라기보다는 증후군이라고 할 수 있다.
이러한 감각신격성 난청은 그 원인을 밝히기가 쉽지 않아 때문에, 일반적인 치료로 스테로이드를 전신적 또는 국소적으로 사용하고 있다. 그러나, 원인 특이적이지 않은 스테로이드 치료는 그 효과가 충분하지 않은 경우가 많고, 스테로이드 치료 자체에 저항을 보이는 한계가 있다.
이러한 배경을 감안하여 본 발명자는 감각신경성 난청의 여러 병인을 검토하고 감각신경성 난청 진행의 잠재적인 바이오마커와 효율적인 치료를 위한 예측 인자를 연구하여 본 발명을 완성하였다.
일 측면에서, 본 발명은 감각신경성 난청의 원인 특이적 치료 효과 예측 또는 진단을 위한 정보제공 방법을 제공하고자 한다.
다른 측면에서, 본 발명은 감각신경성 난청의 원인 특이적 치료 효과 예측 또는 진단용 키트를 제공하고자 한다.
일 측면에서, 본 발명은, (a) 개체로부터 분리된 샘플로부터 IL-1β의 분비를 유도하는 단계; (b) (a)단계에서 유도된 IL-1β 분비 양상을 측정하는 단계; 및 (c) (b) 단계에서 측정된 IL-1β 분비 양상을 정상 개체 샘플과 비교하는 단계를 포함하는 감각신경성 난청의 원인 특이적 치료 효과 예측 또는 진단을 위한 정보제공 방법을 제공한다.
다른 측면에서, 본 발명은 IL-1β 분비 유도 제제 및 IL-1β 분비 양상을 측정하는 제제를 포함하는 감각신경성 난청의 원인 특이적 치료 효과 예측 또는 진단용 키트를 제공한다.
일 측면에서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 방법 또는 키트는 감각신경성 난청의 원인 특이적 치료 효과를 예측 또는 진단하는 효과가 우수하다.
일 측면에서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 방법 또는 키트는 감각신경성 난청의 원인 특이적 치료 효과를 조기에 진단하여 가장 적절한 치료방식을 선택함으로써 치료를 결정하기 위해 임상적으로 사용될 수 있다.

이하, 본 발명을 상세하게 설명한다.
일 측면에서, 본 발명은 (a) 개체로부터 분리된 샘플로부터 IL-1β의 분비를 유도하는 단계; (b) (a)단계에서 유도된 IL-1β 분비 양상을 측정하는 단계; 및 (c) (b) 단계에서 측정된 IL-1β 분비 양상을 정상 개체 샘플과 비교하는 단계를 포함하는, 감각신경성 난청의 원인 특이적 치료 효과 예측 또는 진단을 위한 정보제공 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 측면에서, "감각신경성 난청의 원인 특이적 치료 효과 예측 또는 진단"이란 피험자에 대하여 감각신경성 난청의 원인인자가 무엇인지, 또는 피험자의 감각신경성 난청이 IL-1β 길항제(antagonist) 치료에 효과를 보이는지 여부를 예측 또는 진단하는 것을 의미할 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 방법 또는 키트는 감각신경성 난청의 원인 특이적 치료 효과를 조기에 진단하여 가장 적절한 치료방식을 선택함으로써 치료를 결정하기 위해 임상적으로 사용될 수 있다.
일 구현예에 있어서, (a) 단계는 LPS, ATP 및 CaCl2로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상으로 IL-1β의 분비를 유도하는 것일 수 있다.
일 구현예에 있어서, (a) 단계의 샘플은 전혈(whole blood), 전혈에서 추출된 PBMC(peripheral blood mononuclear cell), 혈청(serum) 또는 타액(saliva)일 수 있다.
일 구현예에 있어서, (b) 단계에서 IL-1β 분비 양상 측정은 ELISA(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay), RT-PCR 또는 신속항원 검사 키트와 같은 신속 테스트 키트(rapid test kit)로 수행될 수 있다. 여기서, IL-1β 분비 양상 측정이란 IL-1β 분비 여부를 정성적으로 측정하거나 또는 IL-1β 분비 수준을 정량적으로 측정하는 것을 포함하는 의미이다.
다른 측면에서, 본 발명은 IL-1β 분비 유도 제제 및 IL-1β 분비 양상을 측정하는 제제를 포함하는 감각신경성 난청의 원인 특이적 치료 효과 예측 또는 진단용 키트를 제공한다.
일 구현예에 있어서, 상기 IL-1β 분비 유도 제제는 LPS, ATP 및 CaCl2로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함할 수 있다.
일 구현예에 있어서, 상기 IL-1β 분비 양상을 측정하는 제제는 프라이머, 프로브 및 항체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함할 수 있다.
본 명세서에서 "프라이머(primer)"란 유전자의 표적 부위에 해당하는 특정 영역을 PCR을 이용하여 증폭하기 위하여 사용하는 유전자 특정 영역의 말단에 상보적으로 결합할 수 있는 서열의 염기를 갖는 폴리뉴클레오티드 또는 그 변이체를 의미한다. 상기 프라이머는 특정 영역 말단과 완전히 상보적일 것을 요구하지 않으며, 상기 말단에 혼성화되어 이중사슬 구조를 형성할 정도로 상보적이라면 사용될 수 있다.
본 명세서에서 "프로브(probe)"란 유전자의 표적 부위와 상보적으로 결합할 수 있는 서열의 염기를 갖는 폴리뉴클레오티드, 그 변이체, 또는 폴리뉴클레오티드와 이에 결합된 표지 물질을 포함하는 것을 의미한다.
본 명세서에서 "혼성화(hybridization)"란 2개의 단일 가닥 핵산이 상보적인 염기 서열들의 페어링(pairing)에 의하여 이합체 구조(duplex structure)를 형성하는 것을 의미한다. 혼성화는 단일 가닥 핵산 서열 간의 상보성이 완전할 경우(perfect match) 뿐 아니라 일부 미스매치(mismatch) 염기가 존재하여도 일어날 수 있다.
일 구현예에 있어서, 상기 항체는 다클론 항체, 단클론 항체, 재조합 항체 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상일 수 있다. 구체적으로, 상기 항체는 다클론 항체, 단클론 항체, 재조합 항체 및 2개의 전체 길이의 경쇄 및 2개의 전체 길이의 중쇄를 가지는 완전한 형태뿐만 아니라 및 항체 분자의 기능적인 단편, 예를 들어, Fab, F(ab'), F(ab')2 및 Fv를 모두 포함하는 것일 수 있다. 항체 생산은 본 발명이 속하는 분야에 널리 공지된 기술을 이용하여 용이하게 제조할 수 있고, 제조되어 상업적으로 판매되는 항체를 이용할 수 있다.
일 구현예에 있어서, 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 키트는 상기 IL-1β 분비 유도 제제 및 IL-1β 분비 양상을 측정하는 제제뿐만 아니라, 항원-항체 복합체의 형성을 정량 또는 정성적으로 측정 가능하게 하는 라벨, 면역학적 분석에 사용되는 통상적인 도구, 시약 등을 더 포함할 수 있다.
일 구현예에 있어서, 상기 항원-항체 복합체의 형성을 정성 또는 정량적으로 측정 가능하게 하는 라벨에는 효소, 형광물, 리간드, 발광물, 미소입자(microparticle), 산화환원 분자 및 방사선 동위원소 등이 있으며, 반드시 이로 제한되는 것은 아니다. 검출 라벨로 이용 가능한 효소에는 β글루쿠로니다제, β글루코시다제, β갈락토시다제, 우레아제, 퍼옥시다아제, 알칼라인포스파타아제, 아세틸콜린에스테라제, 글루코즈옥시다제, 헥소키나제와 GDPase, RNase, 글루코즈옥시다제와루시페라제, 포스포프럭토키나제, 포스포에놀피루베이트카복실라제, 아스파르테이트아미노트랜스페라제, 포스페놀피루베이트데카복실라제, β라타마제 등이 있으며 이로 제한되지 않는다. 형광물에는 플루오레신, 이소티오시아네이트, 로다민, 피코에리테린, 피코시아닌, 알로피코시아닌, o-프탈데히드, 플루오레스카민 등이 있으며 이로 제한되지 않는다. 리간드에는바이오틴 유도체 등이 있으며 이로 제한되지 않는다. 발광물에는 아크리디늄에스테르, 루시페린, 루시퍼라아제 등이 있으며 이로 제한되지 않는다. 미소입자에는 콜로이드 금, 착색된 라텍스 등이 있으며 이로 제한되지 않는다. 산화환원 분자에는 페로센, 루테늄착화합물, 바이올로젠, 퀴논, Ti 이온, Cs 이온, 디이미드, 1,4-벤조퀴논, 하이드로퀴논, K4 W(CN)8, [Os(bpy)3]2+, [RU(bpy)3]2+, [MO(CN)8]4- 등이 있으며 이로 제한되지 않는다. 방사선동위원소에는 3H, 14C, 32P, 35S, 36Cl, 51Cr, 57Co, 58Co, 59Fe, 90Y, 125I, 131I, 186Re 등이 있으며 이로 제한되지 않는다.
일 구현예에 있어서, 상기 도구 또는 시약의 일 예로, 적합한 담체, 용해제, 세정제, 완충제, 안정화제 등이 포함되나 이에 제한되지 않는다. 표지물질이 효소인 경우에는 효소 활성을 측정할 수 있는 기질 및 반응 정지제를 포함할 수 있다. 담체는 가용성 담체, 불용성 담체가 있고, 가용성 담체의 일 예로 당 분야에서 공지된 생리학적으로 허용되는 완충액, 예를 들어 PBS가 있고, 불용성 담체의 일 예로 폴리스틸렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 불소 수지, 가교 덱스트란, 폴리사카라이드, 기타 종이, 유리, 금속, 아가로오스 및 이들의 조합일 수 있다.
일 구현예에 있어서, 상기 키트는 개체로부터 분리된 샘플로부터 IL-1β의 분비를 유도하는 테스트부; 상기 유도된 IL-1β 분비 양상을 측정하는 측정부; 및 상기 측정된 IL-1β 분비 양상을 정상 개체 샘플과 비교하는 분석부;를 포함할 수 있다.
일 구현예에 있어서, 상기 테스트부는, 예를 들어, LPS, ATP, CaCl2 등과 같은 IL-1β 분비 유도 제제를 통해 샘플로부터 IL-1β의 분비를 유도할 수 있다. 이때 상기 샘플은 전혈, 전혈에서 추출된 PBMC, 혈청 또는 타액일 수 있다.
일 구현예에 있어서, 상기 키트는 PBMC 분리 추출부를 추가로 포함할 수 있다.
일 구현예에 있어서, 상기 측정부는, 예를 들어, ELISA, RT-PCR, 신속항원 검사 등으로 IL-1β 분비 양상을 측정할 수 있다.
일 구현예에 있어서, 상기 키트는 IL-1β 분비를 유도하기 전 및 후의 IL-1β 분비 양상의 차이 또는 분비 비율 변화를 표시하는 표시부를 추가로 포함할 수 있다.
일 구현예에 있어서, 상기 키트는 자가면역성 질환 또는 FTA-ABS(fluorescent treponemal antibody absorption test) 검사부를 추가로 포함할 수 있다. 상기 자가면역성 질환은 Wegener 육아종(Granulomatosis with polyangiitis), Cogan 증후군, 결절성 다발 동맥염 등을 포함하나 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다.
이하, 실시예를 들어 본 발명의 구성 및 효과를 보다 구체적으로 설명한다. 그러나 아래 실시예는 본 발명에 대한 이해를 돕기 위해 예시의 목적으로만 제공된 것일 뿐 본 발명의 범주 및 범위가 그에 의해 제한되는 것은 아니다.
[실시예 1] 피험자 선정
임상적으로 진단된 크리오피린 관련 주기적 증후군(Cryopyrin-associated periodic syndrome, CAPS) 환자 17명과 자가염증성 난청(autoinflammatory type hearing loss, AIHL)로 분류된 환자 2명을 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 연구에 피험자로 등록하였다. 피험자를 대상으로 검사하고 증상을 특성화하여 CINCA(chronic infantile, neurological, cutaneous and articular) 증후군, MWS(Muckle-Wells syndrome), FCAS(familial cold autoinflammatory syndrome) 또는 DFNA34(비증후군성 SNHL)인지를 평가하였다. 또한, 가족력이 없는 2명의 '겉보기 AIHL(seemingly AIHL)'환자가 CAPS 환자와 비교하기 위해 등록되었다.
모든 피험자로부터 서면 동의를 얻었으며, 미성년자의 경우 부모 또는 보호자로부터 서면 동의를 얻었다. 본 연구에 모든 단계는 서울대학교 병원 및 분당 서울대학교 병원의 기관 심의위원회의 승인을 받았다.
[실시예 2] 피험자 감각신경성 난청의 원인 특이적 치료 효과 진단
상기 실시예 1에서 선정된 피험자들의 성별, 연령, 병력, 신체 검사, 청력 검사 결과를 포함한 임상 데이터가 얻어졌다. 청력 임계값은 0.5, 1, 2 및 4 kHz의 임계값을 평균하여 계산되었으며, 청력수준은 다음의 4개의 카테고리로 분류되었다: mild (26-40 dB), moderate (41-55 dB), moderately severe (56-70 dB), severe (71-90 dB), 및 profound (>90 dB). 상기 임상 데이터를 얻은 구체적인 방법은 다음과 같다.
분자 유전자 진단
게놈 DNA는 제조업체의 프로토콜에 따라 피험자들의 말초 혈액 또는 구강 면봉에서 추출되었다. 그 후 전체 NLRP3 유전자를 스크리닝하여 원인 변이를 확인하였다. NLRP3 스크리닝을 통해 잠재적인 변이 후보가 확인된 경우 유전적 진단을 위해 분리 연구가 수행되었다. 잠재적 병원성인 NLRP3 변이가 검출되지 않은 경우 다른 가능한 후보 유전자를 조사하기 위해 액솜 시퀀싱을 수행한 후 생물정보학적 분석을 통해 필터링 과정을 거쳤다.
임상 평가: 청력 및 방사선 데이터 검토
임상적 특징들을 문서화하고 2명의 경험이 풍부한 소아 류머티즘 전문의와 두 명의 이과 전문의가 CAPS를 진단하기 위해 신체 검사를 실시하였다. 청력학적 평가는 테스트 적격성(연령에 따라 다름)에 따라 수행되었다: 순음 청력 측정 및/또는 청각 뇌간 반응, 및/또는 청각 정상 상태 반응. FLAIR 시퀀스를 포함한 내무 이도 프로토콜 MRI를 수행하여 종양 상태 또는 염증이 대뇌 폰틴 각도, 내부 이도 또는 달팽이관에 존재하는지를 평가했다.
통계 분석
통계 분석은 Windows용 Prism v.8.0 소프트웨어(GraphPad Software, Inc. San Diego, CA, USA) 및 Statistics v.24 (IBM, Armonk, NY, USA)를 사용하여 수행되었다. Fisher의 정확한 테스트는 뇌 MRI에 대한 달팽이관 향상과 청력 결과 간의 연관성을 결정하는 데 사용되었다. Kruskal-Wallis 검사는 LPS와 LPS + CaCl2 치료에 대한 각 개인의 의학적 상황 (정상 대조군, DFNA34, AIHL)에 따른 IL-1β 분비를 비교하기 위해 사용되었으며, 사후 검사를 위해 Bonferroni 조정을 수행했다. P <0.05는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 간주되었다.
자가염증성 난청 환자의 유전형 특성
임상적으로 진단된 CAPS 또는 DFNA34를 갖는 모든 피험자의 유전형 및 표현형 특성들을 도 1에 나타내었다. 19명의 피험자 중 18명의 피험자(94.7%)에서 유전자 진단이 이루어졌으며, 3개의 NLRP3의 새로운 변이가 발견되었으며, 유전적으로 관련이 없는 두 피험자에서 2회 발생하는 한 변이가 발견되었다(c.1217T>C, Case 5 및 9). 또한 다른 변이인 c.1709A>G가 관련이 없는 두 피험자에서 발견되었다(Case 2 및 6). 어머니로부터 아이로의 NLRP3 변이의 상염색체 우성 유전이 다른 두 가계에서 나타났으며(Case 15 및 17), 이중 하나는 CINCA 증후군(Case15)이고 다른 하나는 비증후군성 (DFNA34) (Case 17)이였다.
질병의 심각성과 치료 반응을 예측하는 잠재적인 바이오 마커로서의 청각 학적 표현형
19명의 피험자 중 2명(Case 1 (FCAS) 및 4 (CINCA 증후군))은 청력 검사를 받은 적이 없으며, 7명 (Cass 5, 8, 11, 12, 13-1, 15 및 16)은 전체적으로 정상적인 청력 역치를 가졌으나, 상기 7명 중 4명(Case 5, 8, 13-1 및 15)은 고주파로만 제한된 경미한 청력 손실을 보였으며, 이는 CAPS 환자에서 고주파 청력이 가장 취약하다는 것을 시사할 수 있다. 흥미롭게도 4명의 피험자 (Case 3, 5, 6 및 13-2)는 비대칭 청력 손실을 보였다(오른쪽 귀와 왼쪽 귀 사이에> 15dB의 차이). 이용가능한 청력도 및 실험실 데이터가 있는 13명의 피험자를 대상으로 염증 표지자와 관련된 청력 표현형을 분석했다(Case 2-3, Case 5-14). ESR 및 CRP를 포함한 청력 역치 및 염증 마커의 변화는 질병 진행 및 항-IL1 요법에 대한 반응에 대한 잠재적인 바이오 마커로서 청력 역치의 역할을 조사하기 위해 IL-1β 길항제인 아나킨라(anakinra) 사용에 초점을 맞춘 시간 도메인 (클리닉 방문)에 플롯되었다(도 2a-2m). 치료에 대한 염증 표지자의 즉각적이고 일관된 반응과는 달리 청력 역치는 아나킨라에 대한 차등 반응을 나타냈다. 구체적으로, 7명의 유전적으로 확인된 NLRP3 관련 증후군 환자(Case 5, 6, 8, 9, 11, 12 및 13-1)는 처음에 정상 또는 경미한 청력 상실로 시작하여 아나킨라 요법에 반응하여 안정되거나 약간 개선된 청력 상태를 보였다. 또한 초기에 심한 SNHL이 있는 MWS 피험자(case 14)는 아나킨라 치료가 지연 되었음에도 불구하고 점진적인 청력 향상을 보였다. 요약하면, NLRP3 관련 CAPS를 가진 3 명의 피험자, 경미한 청력 상실에서 정상으로(Case 11), 중등도에서 경미한 청력 상실 (Case 6) 및 중증에서 완화된 중증 청력 상실(Case 14)로 청력 상태가 아나킨라에 반응하여 분명히 한 단계 개선되었습니다.
반대로 초기에 중등도의 청력 손실 범위에 있던 한 CINCA 증후군 환자 (Case 2)와 MWS 환자 (Case 7)의 청력 역치는 결국 아나킨라 치료에도 불구하고 심각한 청력 손실로 진행되어 결국 CI가 필요하게 되었다. 명백한 CINCA 증후군 발현을 보이지만 명확한 NLRP3 병원성 변이가 없는 또 다른 환자 (Case 3)는 처음에는 경미한 청력 손실을 보였으며, 이후 아나킨라 치료를 계속 했음에도 불구하고 나중에 중등도의 청력 손실로 진행되었습니다. 더 흥미롭게도, 동일한 NLRP3 변이에 의한 CINCA 증후군을 가진 두 개의 일란성 쌍둥이 (Case 13-1 및 13-2)는 서로 다른 청각학적 표현형과 아나킨라 치료에 대한 다양한 반응을 나타냈다. 구체적으로 Case 13-2는 청력 상태가 추적 기간 내내 안정된 Case 13-1과 달리 아나킨라 치료를 받더라도 한쪽에서 점차적으로 청력이 악화되는 것으로 나타났다.
배양된 PBMC에서 IL-1β의 ELISA 분석
4명의 피험자[정상 대조군 1(NC01), Case 17-1 및 17-2, AIHL 2]의 말초 정맥 혈액 샘플로부터 PBMC를 수집하였다. 플라스틱 부착 PBMC가 -80도의 냉동 용기에서 저장되었으며 무혈청 RPMI 배지와 함께 12-웰 배양 플레이트(웰당 2 x 106 세포)에서 20분 동안 배양되었다. 배지를 LPS를 포함하거 포함하지 않는 10% FBS가 포함된 RPMI 1ml로 3시간 동안 교체하였다. 그 후, 배지를 60분 동안 1mM CaCl2를 포함하거나 포함하지 않는 500 μl 무혈청 RPMI로 교체하였다. 샘플 상층액을 수집하고 IL-1β ELISA 키트(BMS224-2, Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, USA)를 사용하여 450 nm에서 흡광도를 측정해 샘플을 분석하였다. 분석 결과가 정상 대조군(NC01)에 의해 표준화된 배수로 계산하여 도 3에 나타내었다.
혈청 사이토카인 측정 (ELISA 분석)
배양된 PBMC의 IL-1β 분비 수준을 대조군(NC-01), 비증후군성 자가염증성 난청군(DFNA34) 및 AIHL 피험자(AIHL 2) 사이에서 다음의 세 가지 조건하에 비교했다: 자극 없음, LPS로 자극 또는 LPS + CaCl2로 자극. Case 17-2에서 LPS로 자극했을 때 IL-1β 수준은 NC01과 Case 17-1에서보다 유의하게 높았다(각각 P = 0.008 및 P = 0.016). 마찬가지로 LPS + CaCl2에 대한 Case 17-2의 IL-1β 분비는 NC01보다 높았다(Kruskal-Wallis 테스트 및 Bonferroni 보정에 의한 P = 0.031) (도 3).
종합적으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 정상 대조군과 비교하여 IL-1β 가 과분비되는 감각신경성 난청의 경우 IL-1β 길항제 치료에 반응하여 청력이 호전되었다. 이를 통해 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 방법 또는 키트를 이용하면 감각신경성 난청의 원인이 NLRP3 변이에 의한 것인지, 또는 피험자의 감각신경성 난청이 IL-1β 길항제 치료에 효과를 보이는지 여부를 예측 또는 진단할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.
Claims (11)
- (a) 개체로부터 분리된 샘플로부터 IL-1β의 분비를 유도하는 단계;(b) (a)단계에서 유도된 IL-1β 분비 양상을 측정하는 단계; 및(c) (b) 단계에서 측정된 IL-1β 분비 양상을 정상 개체 샘플과 비교하는 단계를 포함하는, 감각신경성 난청의 원인 특이적 치료 효과 예측 또는 진단을 위한 정보제공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,(a) 단계는 LPS, ATP 및 CaCl2로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상으로 IL-1β의 분비를 유도하는 것인, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,(a) 단계의 샘플은 전혈(whole blood), 전혈에서 추출된 PBMC, 혈청(serum) 또는 타액(saliva)인 것인, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,(b) 단계에서 IL-1β 분비 양상 측정은 ELISA, RT-PCR 또는 신속항원 검사로 수행되는 것인, 방법.
- IL-1β 분비 유도 제제 및 IL-1β 분비 양상을 측정하는 제제를 포함하는 감각신경성 난청의 원인 특이적 치료 효과 예측 또는 진단용 키트.
