Abstract
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 블록 체인 네트워크 플랫폼 시스템은, 비-랜덤 합의체 증명 기반 블록 체인 네트워크; 및 상기 비-랜덤 합의체 증명 기반 블록 체인 네트워크로부터 전파된 블록 데이터를 이용하여, 랜덤 합의체 증명 기반의 뉴럴 합의체 유효성 검증 데이터가 결합된 신규 블록을 생성하는 뉴럴 합의체 증명 모듈 클러스터를 포함하고, 상기 신규 블록은 상기 비-랜덤 합의체 증명 기반 블록 체인 네트워크를 통해 전파된다.
