DESCRIPCIÓN DESCRIPTION
MECANISMO PARA BOLSAS DE SANGRE MECHANISM FOR BLOOD BAGS
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention, as indicated in the title, refers to a mechanism applicable to blood bags, very simple but very useful, since it would allow improving the use of a vital resource such as blood.
The object of this invention is to provide a hitherto unknown solution for several drawbacks that will be discussed later, mainly, it is intended to achieve a final result that allows a patient to take advantage of all the blood available in a blood bag, while less blood is required from the donor.
The element in question provides essential characteristics of novelty and notable advantages with respect to the means known and used for the same purposes in the current state of the art.
Unfortunately, the need for blood transfusions has increased both in hospitals and in all types of health care centers.
Whether due to an operation, or due to accidents or illnesses, it is necessary to transfuse patients on a daily basis.
As is known, blood is a limited vital resource, so it is essential to make the most of it.
For this reason, at present, physiological serum is introduced in the transfusion circuits so as not to waste any blood.
However, on the other hand, this maximum utilization system does not apply to blood bags since, until now, due to the structure of said bags, there was no way to do it.
This has the drawback that unused blood remains in the bags, which is not only depriving the patient receiving the transfusion of blood, but also, on the other hand, requires the donor to donate even more blood, which it does not encourage donations and can cause the donor to start feeling unwell.
Until now, a mechanism was not known that allows the proper use of blood bags, with all the inconveniences that this entails.
The system that the invention proposes solves the aforementioned problems in a fully satisfactory manner, providing a series of advantageous and novel characteristics, and without implying any reduction in its benefits in other aspects.
The proposed invention aims to provide an economical, practical, simple and easy-to-use solution, the effect of which would be the maximum use of the blood available in the bags used for transfusions.
The present invention has its field of application in the health sector, and more specifically in that of blood transfusions.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Por otro lado, en el documento ES 2 055 716 se aporta un método para dividir una fase previamente elegida de una muestra de líquido que comprende las etapas de: contener en una cámara alargada que tiene un área en sección transversal virtualmente constante, una muestra de líquido que tiene una pluralidad de fases de densidades diferentes; ordenar las fases de la muestra haciendo girar la cámara alrededor de un eje; y, mientras se ordenan las fases, reducir el volumen de la cámara reduciendo la longitud de la cámara, caracterizado por las etapas de: contener la muestra de líquido en un elemento alargado del tamaño de un tubo de centrifugadora; ordenar zonalmente la pluralidad de las fases haciendo girar la cámara alrededor de su eje longitudinal; reducir el volumen de la cámara en respuesta a una señal de control de separación; recibir de la cámara, en orden de fase, la porción del volumen de la muestra que sobrepase el volumen de capacidad de reducción de la cámara;
On the other hand, document ES 2 055 716 provides a method for dividing a previously chosen phase of a liquid sample comprising the steps of: containing in an elongated chamber that has a virtually constant cross-sectional area, a sample of liquid having a plurality of phases of different densities; order the phases of the sample by rotating the camera around an axis; and, while ordering the phases, reducing the volume of the chamber by reducing the length of the chamber, characterized by the steps of: containing the liquid sample in an elongated element the size of a centrifuge tube; zonally arranging the plurality of phases by rotating the chamber about its longitudinal axis; reducing the volume of the chamber in response to a separation control signal; receiving from the chamber, in phase order, the portion of the sample volume that exceeds the volume reduction capacity of the chamber; deriving phase separation information regarding the portion of the sample that is received from the chamber; and modifying the separation control signal by comparing the derived information with reference information to further reduce, hold constant, or increase the volume of the chamber.
In these documents we find methods and systems related to biological fluids, however, none resolves the drawbacks discussed throughout this specification.
Thus, we see that until now an accessory was not known that, due to its innovative characteristics, resolves the aforementioned drawbacks both in terms of the documents cited and other inventions or traditional articles that we find in the state of the art.
