Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Arzneimittels, wobei ein Prodrug mit Bioaktivierung durch Cytochrom-P450 Enzyme mit mindestens einer Peroxygenase versetzt, und das erhaltene Produkt isoliert wird. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung hierzu ausgewählte Prodrugs, wie Thienopyridine und die erfindungsgemäß erhaltenen Produkte und deren Verwendung.
