Description

随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对于用水的质量也越来越高。自然水源都要经过多次的处理才能被人们饮用。净水机就是其中一种应用广泛的水处理装置。
净水机通常包括机体和收容于机体内的滤瓶,待过滤的水经由滤瓶过滤后流出。由于滤瓶在使用一段时间后,位于其内的滤芯需要进行更换,以保证净水机正常工作,因此通常将滤瓶与机体可拆卸连接,以方便更换滤芯。现有技术中,滤瓶与机体间通常采用螺纹紧固件连接,在拆装过程中,需要移动机体以及使用额外工具才能进行更换,过程繁琐。还有一些净水机将滤瓶与机体旋转连接,通过旋转滤瓶以自机体取出或锁紧在机体中。但是采用旋转方式,旋转行程、力度、方式等难以把握,容易造成机体或滤瓶损坏。由此可见,上述滤瓶更换方式十分不利于非专业人员的更换。
因此,有必要对现有技术予以改良以克服现有技术中的所述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种锁紧装置及具有其的净水机,滤瓶更换方便、快捷。

此外,本发明还提供一种净水机,包括:滤瓶;滤瓶座;锁紧装置,用于将所述滤瓶安装与所述滤瓶座上;支撑架,所述支撑架内形成有收容并支撑所述滤瓶的第一安装空间、以及收容并支撑所述按压杆的第二安装空间;以及水路板,所述滤瓶座固定安装在所述水路板上,且所述第一插接部与所述水路板相配接,所述滤瓶经所述第一插接部与所述水路板相连 通。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明通过采用按压杆驱使第一锁止板和第二锁止板相向运动或背向运动的方式来锁紧或松脱滤瓶,可靠性高,且滤瓶拆装步骤简单,操作方便,极大增强了用户体验。

请参阅图1和图2所示,对应于本发明一种较佳实施例的锁紧装置,该锁紧装置可以用于将滤瓶2固定在滤瓶座1上。
结合图3和图4所示,锁紧装置100包括第一锁止板3a、第二锁止板3b、弹性结构以及按压杆4。第一锁止板3a和第二锁止板3b均活动设于滤瓶座1上,按压杆4活动设于滤瓶座1上,且同时与第一锁止板3a和第二锁止板3b相配接。在本实施例中,第一锁止板3a滑动位于第二锁止板3b的上方,使得二者相对错位设置,并形成用于夹持滤瓶2的空间。
进一步,按压杆4具有初始位置和下压位置,第一锁止板3a和第二锁止板3b响应于按压杆4由初始位置向下压位置的变化而背向运动,以松脱滤瓶2,当按压杆4由下压位置复位至初始位置时,第一锁止板3a和第二锁止板3b响应于弹性结构而相向运动,以卡紧滤瓶2。
本发明通过采用按压杆4驱使第一锁止板3a和第二锁止板3b相向运动或背向运动的方式来锁紧或松脱滤瓶2,可靠性高,且滤瓶2拆装步骤简单,操作方便,极大增强了用户体验。
进一步地,第一锁止板3a和第二锁止板3b可沿着垂直于滤瓶2的轴线2a方向移动。弹性结构包括第一弹性件5a和第二弹性件5b,第一弹性件5a沿着垂直于轴线2a的方向连接在第一锁止板3a和滤瓶座1之间,第二弹性件5b沿着垂直于轴线2a的方向连接在第二锁止板3b和滤瓶座1之间。
第一锁止板3a和第二锁止板3b均开设有长度方向与其移动方向一致的腰槽30a和/或腰孔30b,滤瓶座1凸出设置有穿设在腰槽30a和/或腰孔30b中的导向柱(图未示),导向柱与腰槽30a和/或腰孔30b滑动配接,第一锁止板3a和第二锁止板3b可在腰槽30a和/或腰孔30b的导向下移动。
第一锁止板3a和第二锁止板3b围合有供滤瓶2穿设的限位孔3c,第二锁止板3b和第二锁止板3b可在背向运动时扩展限位孔3c,以松开滤瓶2,以及在相向运动时收缩限位孔3c,以卡紧滤瓶2。
第一锁止板3a包括第一推动部32a,第二锁止板3b包括第二推动部32b,按压杆4分别与第一推动部32a和第二推动部32b相抵接,以推动第一锁止板3a和第二锁止板3b相向运动或背向运动。
具体的,按压杆4包括相对设置的第一斜面41和第二斜面42。第一推动 部32a对应设有与第一斜面41贴合接触的第三斜面321a,第二推动部32b对应设有与第二斜面42贴合接触的第四斜面321b。按压杆4下压时,第一斜面41和第二斜面42分别推动第三斜面321a和第四斜面321b,以使第一锁止板3a和第二锁止板3b背向运动;当撤去对按压杆4的下压力时,受弹性结构作用,第一锁止板3a和第二锁止板3b复位,同时,第三斜面321a和第四斜面321b推动第一斜面41和第二斜面42,以使按压杆4也同步复位。
优选的,为了提高卡接的可靠性,滤瓶2外侧凸设有挡位结构21,第一锁止板3a和/或第二锁止板3b包括抵接部,抵接部用于与挡位结构21相勾连,以限制滤瓶2脱离滤瓶座1。在本实施例中,为了提高连接可靠性,第一锁止板3a上设置有第一抵接部31a,第二锁止板3b上设置有第二抵接部31b。
挡位结构21可以是沿着滤瓶2的周向凸出成型的一圈凸沿;或者挡位结构21也可以是相对滤瓶2凸出成型的凸块,凸块数量为两个,且分别与第一抵接部31a和第二抵接部31b相对应。
优选的,第一抵接部31a和第二抵接部31b被配置成可在受到滤瓶2安装方向的作用力时背向运动,以使滤瓶2通过第一抵接部31a和第二抵接部31b。具体的,第一抵接部31a具有第五斜面311a,第二抵接部31b具有第六斜面311b,第五斜面311a和第六斜面311b与挡位结构21相对应。当滤瓶2沿安装方向向着滤瓶座1移动时,挡位结构21首先与第五斜面311a和第六斜面311b相接触,继续移动滤瓶2,第五斜面311a和第六斜面311b受作用力而使第一抵接部31a和第二抵接部31b向着远离挡位结构21的方向移动,当挡位结构21与第五斜面311a和第六斜面311b脱离接触时,第一抵接部31a和第二抵接部31b在弹性结构的作用下复位并与挡位结构21相勾连,以限制滤瓶2脱离第一锁止板3a和第二锁止板3b。优选的,为了使滤瓶2安装更为顺畅,挡位结构21对应第五斜面311a、第六斜面311b一面也为斜面,以在安装时挡位结构21与第五斜面311a和第六斜面311b贴合接触。
滤瓶座1对应滤瓶2位置处设置有第一插接部11,第一插接部11为两端开口的中空结构,滤瓶2与第一插接部11插接导通。滤瓶座1上固定设置有位于第一锁止板3a和第二锁止板3b一侧的压板12,压板12用于避免第一锁 止板3a和第二锁止板3b沿着轴线2a方向脱离滤瓶座1。
进一步地,结合图2和图3所示,滤瓶2包括瓶体22、滤芯23和盖体24。瓶体22为两端开口的中空结构,瓶体22包括第一开口(图未示)和第二开口(图未示)。第一开口位于远离滤瓶座1的一端,第一开口用于供滤芯23装入瓶体22,盖体24可拆卸设置在第一开口处并封闭第一开口。在本实施例中,盖体24与瓶体22间采用螺纹配接,盖体24可旋入或旋离瓶体22,以保证第一开口的密封性。优选的,盖体24与瓶体22之间设置有至少一个第一密封件25,以进一步提高二者的密封效果。第一密封件25具体为密封圈。诚然,在其他实施例中,盖体24与瓶体22间也可采用卡接或者其他可拆卸方式实现配接,本申请在此不作限定。
瓶体22远离第一开口的一端成型有瓶颈221。第二开口设于瓶颈221上,滤瓶2的瓶颈221与滤瓶座1的第一插接部11相适配。当需要安装滤瓶2时,瓶颈221插接在第一插接部11外,以使第二开口与第一插接部11相连通。此外,在本实施例中,瓶颈221与锁紧装置100相适配,挡位结构21凸出成型在瓶颈221上。
在本实施例中,瓶颈221内成型有多条与瓶体22连通的滤瓶通道(图未示),滤瓶通道远离瓶体22的端部形成前述的第二开口。在本实施例中,滤瓶通道数量为三条,相应的,第二开口数量为三个,其分别为原水口(图未示)、浓水口(图未示)以及纯水口(图未示),其中,原水口用于供原水流入,浓水口和纯水口分别用于供经滤芯23过滤后的浓水和纯水流出。相应的,第一插接部11数量也为三个,以分别与多个第二开口相对应。
优选的,瓶颈221的滤瓶通道内设置有控制通道内水流通断的第一止水阀26,第一止水阀26被配置成在滤瓶2与滤瓶座1配接时导通,在滤瓶2拆离滤瓶座1时闭合,从而避免安装滤瓶2时,灰尘或者细菌从第二开口进入滤瓶2内,以及避免在拆离滤瓶2时,滤瓶2内的水流由第二开口流出。第一止水阀26具体可采用弹簧式止水阀,其内设有弹簧(图未示)和与弹簧相接的阀芯(图未示),当阀芯受到抵压时导通阀门,当未受抵压时,阀芯受弹簧作用力而抵住阀口,弹簧式止水阀为现有技术,本发明在此不再赘述其结构。
优选的,第一插接部11内设置有控制第一插接部11内水流通断的第二止水阀13,第二止水阀13也被配置成在滤瓶2与滤瓶座1配接时导通,以及在滤瓶2拆离滤瓶座1时闭合,以避免灰尘或者细菌进入第一插接部11中,以及避免在拆离滤瓶2时,滤瓶座1内的水流从第一插接部11流出。第二止水阀13的结构和第一止水阀26的结构类似,本发明在此不再赘述。当滤瓶2与滤瓶座1配接后,瓶颈221插接在第一插接部11外,第一止水阀26与第二止水阀13相抵,以实现第一止水阀26和第二止水阀13的导通。
滤芯23包括滤芯本体231和设置在滤芯本体231端部的滤芯端盖232,滤芯端盖232用于与瓶体22的内壁相接触,滤芯端盖232位于远离盖体24的一端,以配合盖体24抵紧滤芯本体231。滤芯端盖232的中部朝着瓶颈221延伸有第一管接部2321,第一管接部2321为与滤芯本体231相连通的贯通结构。瓶颈221朝向滤芯端盖232的一侧向着第一管接部2321延伸有第二管接部2211,第二管接部2211为与瓶颈221相连通的贯通结构,第一管接部2321与第二管接部2211相适配。安装滤芯23时,将滤芯23具有滤芯端盖232的一端朝着瓶体22方向装入滤瓶2,以使第一管接部2321插入第二管接部2211中,进而实现滤芯23与瓶颈221相配接。优选的,第一管接部2321与第二管接部2211之间设置有至少一个第二密封件27,以提高二者之间的密封性。第二密封件27为固定套设在第一管接部2321上的密封圈。
进一步地,锁紧装置100还包括第三弹性件6,第三弹性件6被配置成提供驱使滤瓶2脱离滤瓶座1的推力,使得在下压按压杆4时,滤瓶2可自滤瓶座1弹出,以进一步提高拆换的便捷性。
此外,参照图3和图5所示,本发明还提供一种净水机,包括:滤瓶2、滤瓶座1、锁紧装置,用于将滤瓶安装于滤瓶座上、支撑架7以及水路板8。支撑架7内形成有收容并支撑滤瓶2的第一安装空间71、以及收容并支撑按压杆4的第二安装空间72。第二安装空间72内固定有至少一个与按压杆4滑动配接的滑块73,以便按压杆4可顺畅的在第二安装空间72内下压和复位。
滤瓶座1固定安装在水路板8上。水路板8内设置有多条水路通道(图未示),以与多条滤瓶通道相对应。水路板8朝着滤瓶座1延伸有多个第二插接部81,第二插接部81为两端开口的中空结构,多个第二插接部81分别与不 同的水路通道相连通。第二插接部81与第一插接部11相对应,当滤瓶座1固定安装在水路板8上后,第一插接部11套设在第二插接部81外,以使水路板8内的水路通道与滤瓶2的滤瓶通道相连通。
优选的,第三弹性件6设置在第二插接部81内,其部分伸出第二插接部81并与第二止水阀13相抵,第二止水阀13滑动设置在第一插接部11内。当锁紧装置100锁紧滤瓶2时,第三弹性件6提供驱使第二止水阀13向着第一止水阀26移动的推力,以使第二止水阀13与第一止水阀26紧密抵持,防止水流从第一止水阀26和第二止水阀13间泄漏。当下压按压杆4时,锁紧装置100与滤瓶2相分离,第三弹性件6可推动第二止水阀13向着滤瓶2移动,以推动第一止水阀26向着远离滤瓶座1的方向移动,进而使滤瓶2弹出滤瓶座1。
综上所述,本发明采用按压杆驱使第一锁止板和第二锁止板相向运动或背向运动的方式来锁紧或松脱滤瓶,可靠性高,滤瓶拆装步骤简单,操作方便,极大增强了用户体验,避免厂家不必要的上门服务,减少厂家及用户换芯成本,且使得净水机易做造型,外形更为美观简洁;
滤瓶和滤瓶座均设置有止水阀,以在拆离滤瓶时闭合滤瓶座和滤瓶,避免在更换滤瓶过程中净水机漏水渗水等一些意外情况发生。

Claims (10)
- 一种锁紧装置,用于将滤瓶固定在滤瓶座上,其特征在于,包括:第一锁止板、第二锁止板,所述第一锁止板和所述第二锁止板至少部分相对错位设置,且活动设于所述滤瓶座上;弹性结构;以及按压杆,活动设于所述滤瓶座上,且同时与所述第一锁止板和所述第二锁止板相配接;其中,所述按压杆具有初始位置和下压位置,所述第一锁止板和所述第二锁止板响应于所述按压杆由初始位置向下压位置的变化而背向运动,以松脱所述滤瓶,当所述按压杆由下压位置复位至初始位置时,所述第一锁止板和所述第二锁止板响应于所述弹性结构而相向运动,以卡紧所述滤瓶。
- 如权利要求1所述的锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述滤瓶外侧凸设有挡位结构,所述第一锁止板和/或所述第二锁止板与所述挡位结构相勾连,并限制所述滤瓶脱离所述滤瓶座。
- 如权利要求1所述的锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述弹性结构包括第一弹性件和第二弹性件,所述第一弹性件连接在所述第一锁止板和所述滤瓶座之间,所述第二弹性件连接在所述第二锁止板和所述滤瓶座之间。
- 如权利要求1所述的锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述滤瓶与滤瓶座安装结构还包括第三弹性件,所述第三弹性件被配置成提供驱使所述滤瓶脱离所述滤瓶座的推力。
- 如权利要求2所述的锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述第一锁止板和/或所述第二锁止板包括抵接部,所述挡位结构与所述抵接部卡接配合,以在所述滤瓶的轴向方向上限位所述滤瓶。
- 如权利要求2所述的锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述第一锁止板包括第一推动部,所述第二锁止板包括第二推动部,所述按压杆分别与所述第一推动部和所述第二推动部相抵接。
- 如权利要求1所述的锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述滤瓶内设有第一止水阀,所述第一止水阀被配置成在所述滤瓶与所述滤瓶座配接时导通所述滤瓶,以及在所述滤瓶拆离所述滤瓶座时封闭所述滤瓶。
- 如权利要求7所述的锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述滤瓶座包括与所述滤瓶插接导通的第一插接部,所述第一插接部内设置有第二止水阀,所述第二止水阀被配置成在所述滤瓶与所述滤瓶座配接时导通所述第一插接部,以及在所述滤瓶拆离所述滤瓶座时封闭所述第一插接部。
- 如权利要求8所述的锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述滤瓶与滤瓶座安装结构还包括第三弹性件,所述第二止水阀滑动设置在所述第一插接部内,所述第三弹性件被配置成推动所述第二止水阀抵向所述第一止水阀。
- 一种净水机,其特征在于,包括:滤瓶;滤瓶座;锁紧装置,用于安装所述滤瓶和所述滤瓶座;支撑架,所述支撑架内形成有收容并支撑所述滤瓶的第一安装空间、以及收容并支撑所述按压杆的第二安装空间;以及水路板,所述滤瓶座固定安装在所述水路板上,且所述第一插接部与所述水路板相配接,所述滤瓶经所述第一插接部与所述水路板相连通。
