例如,如图1至图3所示,壳体100可以大致成为长方体结构,壳体100限定了一个容纳腔,容纳腔内用于容纳发光电子雾化器的内部组件。壳体100表面设有凸起部110和凹陷部120,凸起部110和凹陷部120交替设置。壳体100为透明材质,通常采用聚碳酸酯透明材料、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物透明树脂、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯透明塑料等。光线在壳体100中进行传播,其中,由于凸起部110接收到的光线较少,因此凸起部110为低亮度区域;而凹陷部120接收到的光线较多,因此凹陷部120为高亮度区域。
烟嘴200设置于壳体100的一端,烟嘴200的横截面呈梯形结构,烟嘴200与壳体100连接的端面面积大于远离壳体100一侧的端面面积。烟嘴200端面面积从靠近壳体100的一侧到远离壳体100的一侧逐渐减小,更加方便用户的使用。
在壳体100限定的容纳腔内部设置有发光组件300,发光组件300发出的光束经过反射、折射后由壳体100表面输出,在壳体100表面形成交替出现的高亮度区域和低亮度区域,从而实现发光电子雾化器的表面整体发光。
根据本申请实施例的发光电子雾化器,通过在壳体设置凸起部和凹陷部,能够将发光组件发出的光束多次反射、折射,再由壳体输出,从而实现了发光电子雾化器的整体发光,提高了光束利用率,有效减小了电量的消耗,并且无需增加额外的导光器件,减小了发光电子雾化器的体积大小,便于用户携带;同时,该发光电子雾化器结构简单,提高了整体的美观性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,发光组件包括电池和至少一个LED灯板,电池设置于容纳腔内部远离烟嘴的一侧;LED灯板设置于容纳腔内,与电池连接。例如,如图3所示,发光组件300包括电池310和LED灯板,电池310形状为长方体,设置于壳体100内部远离烟嘴200的一端。电池310用于给发光组件300供电、给发光电子雾化器加热提供能源。LED灯板设置于壳体100限定的容纳腔内部,一个LED灯板包括十二个LED灯珠,LED灯珠设置于电路板边缘位置。LED灯板与电池310连接后,设置于壳体100两端,LED灯板发出的光束在发光电子雾化器内部进行传播。此外,LED灯珠的数量可以根据需求进行设置。当LED灯板发光时,光束在发光电子雾化器内部进行传播,在壳体100发生多次反射、折射后输出,从而实现发光电子雾化器的整体发光。
在本申请的一些实施例中,LED灯板为两个,包括第一LED灯板和第二LED灯板,第一LED灯板设置于容纳腔内靠近烟嘴的一侧;第二LED灯板设置于电池远离烟嘴的一侧。例如,如图3所示,发光电子雾化器包括第一LED灯板320和第二LED灯板330,第一LED灯板320和第二LED灯板330设置于容纳腔内,与发光电子雾化器轴向方向垂直设置。其中,第一LED灯板320设置于容纳腔内靠近烟嘴200的一侧,第二LED灯板330设置于电池310远离烟嘴200的一侧,第一LED灯板320和第二LED灯板330灯珠的方向相对设置。第一LED灯板320和第二LED灯板330发出的光线在发光电子雾化器壳体100内部进行传播,光线在透明壳体100进行多次反射、折射后传输到发光电子雾化器外部,从而实现发光电子雾化器的整体发光。
在本申请的一些实施例中,发光电子雾化器还包括反光层,反光层设置于容纳腔内,与壳体之间设置有空隙,用于对LED灯板发出的光束进行传输和反射。例如,如图4所示,反光层400设置于容纳腔内,并与壳体100之间留有一定空隙,第一LED灯板320与第二LED灯板330灯珠所在的位置位于空隙内,使得光束经过反光层400的反射后,由壳体100传输 到发光电子雾化器外。第一LED灯板320与第二LED灯板330的灯珠发出各个角度的光线,光线到达反光层400后会发生反射,反光层400将光线反射至壳体100内表面。由于壳体100是透明材料制成,因此光束会在壳体100内表面同时发生反射与折射,发生折射的光线会传输至发光电子雾化器外。通过设置反光层400与透明壳体100,光束会发生多次反射与折射作用,由此,实现发光电子雾化器的整体发光作用;同时无需设置导光板等导光结构,减小了发光电子雾化器的体积,便于携带。
在本申请的一些实施例中,发光电子雾化器还包括咪头,咪头设置于电池靠近烟嘴的一侧,用于向发光电子雾化器内部引入气体。例如,如图3和图5所示,咪头500设置于电池310靠近烟嘴200的一侧,大致形状为圆柱体结构,气流会控制咪头500的膜片与发热丝900接触或断开,从而实现对吸烟动作的响应。当用户吸气时,气流会穿过咪头500,使得膜片与发热丝900接触,发光电子雾化器开始工作,从而产生蒸汽;当用户停止吸气时,咪头500的膜片与发热丝900断开,发光电子雾化器停止工作。同时,当咪头500膜片与发热丝900接触时,LED灯板会亮起,光束由反光层400反射后,从壳体100折射出发光电子雾化器内部,从而实现整体发光。
在本申请的一些实施例中,凸起部与壳体的长轴呈锐角设置。例如,如图1所示,凸起部110与壳体100长轴所在方向成锐角设置。由于凸起部110接收的光线较少,因此会成为低亮度区域。
在本申请的一些实施例中,发光电子雾化器还包括充电接口,充电接口设置于第二LED灯板远离电池的一侧,用于对发光电子雾化器进行充电。例如,如图3和图5所示,在发光电子雾化器与烟嘴200相对的一端设置有充电接口600,充电接口600与电池310电连接,用于给发光电子雾化器进行充电。在本实施例中使用的充电接口600为USB接口,还可以使用TYPE-C接口、lighting接口等。当电池310电量达到最低值时,LED灯板开始闪烁,由此提醒用户进行充电;当电池310电量过低时,则LED灯板不再开始发光。
在本申请的一些实施例中,发光电子雾化器还包括导气管,导气管设置于容纳腔内部,导气管一端与烟嘴连接。例如,如图5所示,在壳体内部还设置有导气管700,导气管700的一端与烟嘴200连接,为中空结构,导气管700用于将发光电子雾化器产生的烟雾传输给使用者。
在本申请的一些实施例中,发光电子雾化器还包括导油棉、芯管和隔油管,导油棉与导气管的另一端连接;芯管包覆导油棉;隔油管包覆于所述芯管。例如,如图3所示,在壳体100内部还设置有导油棉810、芯管820和隔油管830。导油棉810为中空的圆柱体结构,导 油棉810的一端与导气管700连接,另一端与发热丝900连接,用于使烟油与发热丝900充分接触。在导油棉810外表面包覆有芯管820,在芯管820外表面则设置有隔油管830,通过设置隔油管830限制烟油的流速。
在本申请的一些实施例中,发光电子雾化器还包括硅胶垫和硅胶圈,硅胶垫设置于导气管与导油棉之间;硅胶圈设置于芯管远离导气管的一侧。例如,如图3所示,硅胶垫840设置于导气管700与导油棉810之间,用于使导气管700与导油棉810紧密连接,防止烟油从连接处进入导油棉810。硅胶圈850设置于芯管820远离导气管700的一侧,其中,导油棉810完全放置于芯管820内部。
在本申请的一些实施例中,发光电子雾化器还包括发热丝,发热丝一端与咪头相对设置,另一端嵌入导油棉内。如图3所示,发热丝900一端为网状部910,另一端为引出部920,其中发热丝900的引出部920与咪头500相对设置,在引出部920与咪头500之间留有一定的距离。当用户未使用时,咪头500不会与发热丝900接触;当用户吸气时,咪头500的膜片会鼓起,从而与发热丝900的引出部920接触,使得发光电子雾化器开始工作。发热丝900的网状部910嵌入导油棉810内,呈网状的发热丝900可以增大与导油棉810的接触面积,从而能够使得烟油尽快发生雾化。
上面结合附图对本申请实施例作了详细说明,但是本申请不限于上述实施例,在所属技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本申请宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。此外,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。

Claims (10)

  1. 发光电子雾化器,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体限定一容纳腔,所述壳体包括凸起部和凹陷部,所述凸起部和所述凹陷部交替设置;
    烟嘴,设置于所述壳体的一端;
    发光组件,设置于所述容纳腔内部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发光电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述发光组件包括:
    电池,所述电池设置于所述容纳腔内部远离所述烟嘴的一侧;
    至少一个LED灯板,所述LED灯板设置于所述容纳腔内,与所述电池连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发光电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述LED灯板为两个,所述LED灯板包括:
    第一LED灯板,设置于所述容纳腔内靠近所述烟嘴的一侧;
    第二LED灯板,设置于所述电池远离所述烟嘴的一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的发光电子雾化器,其特征在于,还包括:
    反光层,所述反光层设置于所述容纳腔内,与所述壳体之间设置有空隙,用于对所述LED灯板发出的光束进行传输和反射。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发光电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述凸起部与所述壳体的长轴呈锐角设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发光电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述发光电子雾化器还包括:
    充电接口,所述充电接口设置于所述第二LED灯板远离所述电池的一侧,用于对所述发光电子雾化器进行充电。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发光电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述发光电子雾化器还包括:
    导气管,设置于所述容纳腔内部,所述导气管一端与所述烟嘴连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的发光电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述发光电子雾化器还包括:
    导油棉,所述导油棉与所述导气管的另一端连接;
    芯管,所述芯管包覆所述导油棉;
    隔油管,所述隔油管包覆于所述芯管。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的发光电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述发光电子雾化器还包括:
    硅胶垫,所述硅胶垫设置于所述导气管与所述导油棉之间;
    硅胶圈,所述硅胶圈设置于所述芯管远离所述导气管的一侧。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的发光电子雾化器,其特征在于,所述发光电子雾化器还包括:
    发热丝,所述发热丝一端与所述咪头相对设置,另一端嵌入所述导油棉内。
