可选地,所述第一卡接部1001为凹槽,所述第二卡接部1002为凸起,以使所述第二卡接部1002卡入所述第一卡接部1001内,如图2A所示;或,所述第一卡接部1001为凸起,所述第二卡接部1002为凹槽,所述第一卡接部1001卡入所述第二卡接部1002内;或,所述第一卡接部1001与所述第二卡接部1002采用卡扣结构设计,如图2B所示,所述第一卡接部1001贯穿所述延伸板1011b,所述第二卡接部1002包括引导部和定位部,所述引导部用于引导所述定位部顺利安装于所述延伸板1011b远离所述第二背板1021的一侧1011e,在所述第二背板1021安装于所述开口101a内时,所述定位部安装于所述延伸板1011b远离所述第二背板1021的一侧1011e。可以理解的,在俯视视角下,所述开口101a为圆形时,所述第一卡接部1001与所述第二卡接部1002还可采用螺纹连接设计。具体地,所述第二背板1021的外侧设置有外螺纹,所述延伸板1011b靠近所述开口101a的一侧设置有与所述外螺纹相配合的内螺纹,即所述第一卡接部1001设置为外螺纹的形式,所述第二卡接部1002设置为内螺纹的形式。
可以理解的,所述第一卡接部1001与所述第二卡接部1002采用卡扣结构的设计不限于图2B所示的形式。可选地,所述第二卡接部1002具有第一凸起高度h1,所述第一凸起高度h1等于1.5mm,以避免所述第二背板1021可拆卸地安装于所述开口101a内时,所述第二背板1021出现不可逆变形,损伤所述第二背板1021。
可选地,所述第一背板1011上可设有多个所述第一卡接部1001,相应地,所述第二背板1021外侧设有多个所述第二卡接部1002,以保证所述第二背板1021安装于所述开口101a内时,所述第二背板1021不会与所述第一背板1011发生脱离,提高安装的可靠性。
进一步地,为避免在所述第二背板1021可拆卸地安装于所述开口101a内时,损伤所述第二背板1021,所述第二背光模组102还包括第二胶框1024,所述第二胶框1024固定于所述第二背板1021外侧,并可拆卸地安装于所述开口101a内,以实现所述第二背板1021的可拆卸安装。在安装时,所述第二胶框1024发生微变形,直至所述第二卡接部1002与所述第一卡接部1001对准时,所述第二胶框1024的微变形消失,所述第二胶框1024被安装至所述开口101a内。
更进一步地,所述第二卡接部1002设置于所述第二胶框1024远离所述第二背板1021的一侧,所述第二光源1022位于所述第二背板1021远离所述第二胶框1024的一侧。
可选地,所述第二胶框1024为注塑件,所述第二胶框1024的制备材料包括热塑性树脂。进一步地,所述第二胶框1024的制备材料包括聚碳酸酯。
请继续参阅图1C,所述第一背光模组101还包括第一胶框1014,所述第一胶框1014包括第一连接部1003和第一支撑部1004,所述第一连接部1003位于所述主体1011a外侧,即所述第一连接部1003位于所述第一主体部1011c外侧。所述第一支撑部1004自所述第一连接部1003的远离所述主体1011a的一端朝向所述第一背板1011的中心延伸而出,即所述第一支撑部1004自所述第一连接部1003的远离所述第二主体部1011d的一端朝向所述延伸板1011b的一侧延伸而出。所述第二胶框1024包括第二连接部1005和第二支撑部1006,所述第二连接部1005固定于所述第二背板1021外侧并可拆卸地安装于所述开口101a内,所述第二支撑部1006自所述第二连接部1005的远离所述第二主体部1011d的一端朝向所述第二背板1021的中心延伸而出,所述第一支撑部1004远离所述第一背板1011的一侧表面1004a和所述第二支撑部1006远离所述第二背板1021的一侧表面1006a位于同一水平面,以为后续安装面板主体提供支撑。
此外,所述第一背光模组101还可为侧入式背光模组,所述第二背光模组102为采用整体控制或分区控制的直下式背光模组,在此不再进行赘述。可以理解的,所述第一背光模组101与所述第二背光模组102实现单独发光的方式不限于通过所述第一背光模组101和所述第二背光模组102的类型不同实现。在所述第一背光模组101和所述第二背光模组102的类型相同的情况下,还可通过设置不同的控制电路或不同的控制类型实现,在此不再进行赘述。其中,所述第一背光模组101和所述第二背光模组102的类型相同包括以下情况:所述第一背光模组101可为采用分区控制的直下式背光模组,所述第二背光模组102为采用整体控制或分区控制的直下式背光模组;或,所述第一背光模组101为采用整体控制的直下式背光模组,所述第二背光模组102为采用整体控制或分区控制的直下式背光模组;或,所述第一背光模组101与所述第二背光模组102均为侧入式背光模组。
本申请的实施例还提供一种车载显示面板,所述车载显示面板包括任一上述的背光模组。
如图3A~图3B是本申请实施例提供的车载显示面板的结构示意图。本发明的实施例还提供一种车载显示面板,所述车载显示面板包括上述的背光模组及面板主体300。
所述面板主体300包括第一显示部300a和第二显示部300b,所述第一显示部300a位于所述背光模组的所述第一背光模组101的上方,所述第二显示部300b位于所述背光模组的所述第二背光模组102上方。
其中,由于所述第一背光模组101和所述第二背光模组102可分别独立为所述第一显示部300a和所述第二显示部300b提供背光,因此在所述第一背光模组101或所述第二背光模组102中的一者出现故障时,可利用所述第一背光模组101或所述第二背光模组102中的另一者配合所述面板主体300保证所述车载显示面板仍具有一定的显示功能。
具体地,所述面板主体300安装于所述第一支撑部1004远离所述第一背板1011的一侧表面1004a和所述第二支撑部1006远离所述第二背板1021的一侧表面1006a上,以通过所述第一支撑部1004、所述第二支撑部1006为所述面板主体300提供支撑。
进一步地,所述车载显示面板还包括泡棉胶301,所述泡棉胶301位于所述面板主体300与所述第一支撑部1004之间,以及位于所述面板主体300与所述第二支撑部1006之间。
进一步地,在所述第一背光模组101为分区控制的背光模组,所述第二背光模组102为采用整体控制的背光模组时,所述第一显示部300a相较于所述第二显示部300b具有更高的对比度,在外部环境光线较强的情况下,所述第一显示部300a的显示的内容较所述第二显示部300b的显示的内容更清晰。可选地,所述第一显示部300a用于显示车速、里程等信息,所述第二显示部300b可用于固定显示胎压、油耗等信息。其中,所述第一显示部300a的显示内容可根据实际需求进行调整,在此不再进行赘述。
更进一步地,为具有相同显示面积的所述面板主体300提供背光时,所述第一背光模组101所包括的所述第一光源1012的数量会大于所述第二背光模组102所包括的所述第二光源1022的数量,由此会致使所述背光模组的制造成本增大。但所述第一背光模组101所包括的所述第一光源1012的数量越多,所述第一显示部300a的显示画质越细腻。因此为兼顾制造成本及显示效果,所述第二显示部300b的显示尺寸小于或等于所述车载显示面板的显示尺寸的0.5倍。如所述车载显示面板的显示尺寸为12.3英寸时,所述第二显示部300b的显示尺寸为4.2英寸或3.5英寸;所述车载显示面板的显示尺寸为26.3英寸时,所述第二显示部300b的显示尺寸为7英寸或8英寸。可选地,在俯视视角下,所述开口101a的设置位置不限于所述第一背板1011的中部。可以理解的,所述开口101a的数量不限于一个。具体地,所述开口101a还可以包括第一开口、第二开口等,所述第二背光模组102包括安装所述第一开口内的第一子背光模组、安装于所述第二开口内的第二子背光模组等,所述第二显示部300b包括位于所述第一子背光模组上方的第一子显示部、位于所述第二子背光模组上方的第二子显示部等。其中,所述第一子背光模组、所述第二子背光模组等中的至少一个采用的背光控制类型与所述第一背光模组101采用的背光控制类型不同。进一步地,所述第一子背光模组、所述第二子背光模组等中的至少一个与所述第一背光模组101的类型不同,在此不再进行赘述。
如图4是本申请实施例提供的面板主体的结构示意图,所述面板主体300包括阵列基板302、彩膜基板303、偏光片304及位于所述阵列基板302与所述彩膜基板303之间的框胶305和液晶306。可选地,所述液晶306包括正性液晶、负性液晶。进一步地,所述面板主体300还包括公共电极、像素电极、触控电极、配向层、彩膜层等未示出部分。
本申请的实施例还提供一种车辆,所述车辆包括任一上述的车载显示面板,通过所述第一背光模组、所述第二背光模组配合所述面板主体实现显示。在所述第一背光模组或所述第二背光模组中的一者出现故障时,利用所述第一背光模组或所述第二背光模组中的另一者配合所述面板主体保证所述车载显示面板仍具有一定的显示功能,可有利于提高所述背光模组的容错性,提高所述车载显示面板的可靠性和稳定性,有利于保证行车安全。
可选地,所述车载显示面板可用作中控显示、仪表显示、后视镜显示、抬头显示等。
本文中应用了具体个例对本申请的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本申请的方法及其核心思想;同时,对于本领域的技术人员,依据本申请的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本申请的限制。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种背光模组,其中,包括:
    第一背光模组,所述第一背光模组设有开口;
    第二背光模组,所述第二背光模组安装于所述开口内;
    其中,所述第一背光模组与所述第二背光模组的类型不同。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一背光模组为直下式背光模组或侧入式背光模组的其中一者,所述第二背光模组为直下式背光模组或侧入式背光模组的其中另一者。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其中,所述直下式背光模组为分区控制的背光模组。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一背光模组包括第一背板,所述第二背光模组包括第二背板;其中,所述开口设置于所述第一背板上,所述第二背板可拆卸地安装于所述开口内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一背板包括第一主体部、第二主体部和延伸板,所述第二主体部位于所述第一主体部和所述延伸板之间,所述第一主体部和所述延伸板分别与所述延伸板垂直相接;所述第一主体部、所述第二主体部及所述延伸板环绕所述开口,所述第二背光模组还包括第二胶框,所述第二胶框固定于所述第二背板外侧并可拆卸地安装于所述开口内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一背光模组包括第一胶框,所述第一胶框包括第一连接部和第一支撑部,所述第一连接部固定于所述第一主体部的外侧,所述第一支撑部自所述第一连接部的远离所述第二主体部的一端朝向所述第一背板的中心延伸而出;所述第二胶框包括第二连接部和第二支撑部,所述第二连接部固定于所述第二背板外侧并可拆卸地安装于所述开口内,所述第二支撑部自所述第二连接部的远离所述第二主体部的一端朝向所述第二背板的中心延伸而出。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一支撑部远离所述第一背板的一侧表面和所述第二支撑部远离所述第二背板的一侧表面位于同一水平面。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一背光模组还包括位于所述第一背板上的第一光源,以及位于所述第一光源上的扩散板;所述第二背光模组还包括位于所述第二背板上的一侧的第二光源,以及位于所述第二背板上的导光板,所述导光板的侧部正对所述第二光源。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一光源包括次毫米发光二极管或微型发光二极管。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一背板的导热系数大于所述第二背板的导热系数。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一背板为铸铝件,所述第二背板为钣金件。
  12. 根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,其中,所述延伸板靠近所述开口的一侧设置有第一卡接部,所述第二背板的外侧设置有与所述第一卡接部配合的第二卡接部,所述第二背板通过所述第一卡接部和所述第二卡接部可拆卸地安装于所述开口内。
  13. 一种车载显示面板,其中,包括如权利要求1所述的背光模组及面板主体;所述面板主体包括第一显示部和第二显示部,所述第一显示部位于所述第一背光模组的上方,所述第二显示部位于所述第二背光模组的上方。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的车载显示面板,其中,
    所述第一背光模组包括第一背板和第一胶框;所述第一背板包括第一主体部、第二主体部和延伸板,所述第二主体部位于所述第一主体部和所述延伸板之间,所述第一主体部和所述延伸板分别与所述延伸板垂直相接;所述第一胶框包括第一连接部和第一支撑部,所述第一连接部固定于所述第一主体部的外侧,所述第一支撑部自所述第一连接部的远离所述第二主体部的一端朝向所述第一背板的中心延伸而出;
    所述第二背光模组包括第二背板和第二胶框,所述第二胶框包括第二连接部和第二支撑部,所述第二连接部固定于所述第二背板外侧,所述第二支撑部自所述第二连接部的远离所述第二主体部的一端朝向所述第二背板的中心延伸而出;其中,所述面板主体安装于所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部上。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的车载显示面板,其中,还包括泡棉胶,所述泡棉胶位于所述面板主体与所述第一支撑部之间,以及,位于所述面板主体与所述第二支撑部之间。
  16. 一种车辆,其中,包括车载显示面板,所述车载显示面板包括如权利要求1所述的背光模组及安装于所述背光模组上的面板主体。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的车辆,其中,所述第一背光模组为直下式背光模组或侧入式背光模组的其中一者,所述第二背光模组为直下式背光模组或侧入式背光模组的其中另一者。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的车辆,其中,所述第一背光模组包括第一背板,所述第二背光模组包括第二背板;其中,所述开口设置于所述第一背板上,所述第二背板可拆卸地安装于所述开口内。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的车辆,其中,所述第一背板包括第一主体部、第二主体部和延伸板,所述第二主体部位于所述第一主体部和所述延伸板之间,所述第一主体部和所述延伸板分别与所述延伸板垂直相接,所述第一背光模组还包括第一胶框,所述第一胶框包括第一连接部和第一支撑部,所述第一连接部固定于所述第一主体部的外侧,所述第一支撑部自所述第一连接部的远离所述第二主体部的一端朝向所述第一背板的中心延伸而出;
    所述第二背光模组还包括第二胶框,所述第二胶框包括第二连接部和第二支撑部,所述第二连接部固定于所述第二背板外侧,所述第二支撑部自所述第二连接部的远离所述第二主体部的一端朝向所述第二背板的中心延伸而出;其中,所述面板主体安装于所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部上。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的车辆,其中,所述第一背板的导热系数大于所述第二背板的导热系数。
