Le procédé de traitement d'informations selon les modes de réalisation de la présente demande comprend les étapes suivantes : un terminal transmet un message de demande à un dispositif côté réseau, et reçoit, du dispositif côté réseau, un message de réponse à la demande, le dispositif côté réseau étant situé dans un premier réseau ; le message de demande comprend au moins un des éléments suivants : une information indiquant qu'un premier service est utilisé en tant que centre, et une information indiquant que le terminal ne peut pas prendre en charge un second réseau ; le message de réponse à la demande comprend une valeur de cause ; et la valeur de cause est utilisée pour indiquer que le terminal ne peut pas avoir recours au second réseau pour obtenir le premier service parce que le terminal n'a pas la capacité de prendre en charge le second réseau.
