Abstract

Description
AGRICULTURAL SPRINKLER PROVIDING ROTATIONAL IRRIGATION
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to an agricultural sprinkler that provides rotational irrigation developed to ensure that the rotational sprinkler irrigation to be made in agricultural lands and gardens is performed with high irrigation efficiency and that the sprinkler can be easily removed and installed by the users.
PRIOR ART
The sprinkler irrigation system is utilized most commonly in the agricultural irrigation systems. It is of great importance that the sprinkler irrigation system, which is made by distributing the water in the form of rain in fine droplets to a certain area, can be performed efficiently, especially today, where the shortage of clean water is increasing each passing day. Therefore, product development studies are continuous in order for sprinklers to provide irrigation with high efficiency.
In the state of the art, sprinklers in different types and sizes are utilized in agricultural lands and gardens with large cultivation areas. Sprinklers are selected in different types and sizes in accordance with the width of the area to be irrigated, the type of plant to be irrigated, and the size limits imposed by the irrigation water line and used in agricultural lands and gardens. While the flow efficiency of the nozzles on which the water outlet is provided on the sprinkler is of high importance for irrigation efficiency in sprinklers, it is important that the sprinkler is easily installed on the field by the users during irrigation and that it can be easily replaced when necessary.
An agricultural sprinkler that provides rotational irrigation, the technical details of which are explained in the detailed description of the invention, has been developed in order to provide high irrigation efficiency and ease of use in agricultural lands and gardens.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An agricultural sprinkler according to present invention has been developed that allows rotational irrigation, ease of use, and high irrigation efficiency in the agricultural lands and gardens to be irrigated with the sprinkler irrigation technique.
In the developed agricultural sprinkler, the sprinkler body (1) can preferably be manufactured from plastic material in a solid structure so as to include a connection pin (1.1 ).
In the developed agricultural sprinkler, at least one fixing hole (2.2) is formed on the sprinkler Impact Leaf (2). By means of said hole (2.2), it is possible to easily install and remove the sprinkler Impact Leaf (2) on the body (1) by the user.
In the developed agricultural sprinkler, at least one flow groove-set (3.5) is formed inside the sprinkler nozzle (3). Thus, the irrigation water is dispersed from the nozzle (3) and the irrigation efficiency is increased.

The sprinkler splitter (4) developed in the agricultural sprinkler according to the present invention providing rotational irrigation is the part that comprises thereon the nozzle seat (4.1) in which the nozzle (3) is positioned therein before its connection to the body, and at least one guide seat (4.2) connected with the nozzle centering guide (3.4) such that the nozzle (3) is centered in the Splitter (4) and remains in a fixed position.
The connection body (5) developed in the agricultural sprinkler according to the present invention providing rotational irrigation is the part that comprises thereon at least one tab Holder (5.1) comprising at least one tab slot (5.1.1), in which the centering tab (2.4) and the connection tab (2.5) that are formed on the sprinkler impact leaf (2) will be positioned therein, the spring (5.2) that creates the pressure force that will enable the sprinkler impact leaf (2) to return its previous position after the rotational movement, the pin holder (5.3) that has a guide seat (5.3.1) connecting with the connection guide (1.2) on the connection pin (1.1). The connection body (5) is the part that comprises, in case the connection pin is selected as the discrete connection pin (7), preferably made of metal material according to the usage preference, the metal pin holder (5.4) to which the discrete connection pin (7) is connected via the pin slot (5.4.1) by using the close-fitting connection technique. The pin slot (5.4.1) formed on the metal pin holder (5.4) is the section with a narrower diameter than the diameter of the pin (7) used so as to allow the discrete connection pin (7) to be connected with the close-fitting technique.
The sprinkler body (6) that is developed depending on the use preference in the agricultural sprinkler according to the present invention providing rotational irrigation is the part that comprises thereon the nozzle connection seat (6.1) that enables the nozzle (3) to be connected, and the nozzle connection seat (6.2) that enables the connection of the discrete connection pin (7), preferably made of metal material.
The discrete connection pin (7) that is developed depending on the use preference in the agricultural sprinkler according to the present invention providing rotational irrigation, the pin (7) surface is preferably formed in a jagged form in the sections corresponding to the nozzle connection seat (6.2), on which it is connected on the sprinkler body (6) and the pin slot (5.4.1), on which it is connected on the metal pin holder (5.4).
The sprinkler nozzle (3) that is developed in the agricultural sprinkler according to the present invention providing rotational irrigation, is primarily located in the nozzle seat (4.1) located on the sprinkler splitter (4). In the meanwhile, it is ensured that the nozzle (3) is centered with the splitter (4) and has a fixed position by positioning the centering guide (3.4) on the nozzle (3) inside the guide seat (4.2) on the splitter (4). Then, the nozzle (3), which is positioned in the splitter (4), is brought on the body (1) and the connection tab (3.2) is engaged to the nozzle connection seat (1.3) as a result of rotation movement, thereby providing the nozzle (3) and the splitter (4) are connected on the body (1). The connection guide (3.3) developed on the nozzle (3) ensures that the nozzle (3) approaches the body (1) at a certain angle, and locking is performed with the rotation movement for the final connection.
According to preferred agricultural properties in the agricultural sprinkler according to the present invention providing rotational irrigation, while the sprinkler body (1), which comprises thereon a connection pin preferably made of plastic material, can be used with all other components, depending on the choice of design properties, such that all components are the same, the sprinkler body (6) that is formed separately from the connection pin (7), which can be used with the discrete connection pin (7), preferably made of metal material can also be used. Thus, the developed sprinkler can be manufactured such that all the other components can be used with the changes of only the main body (1, 6), connection body (5), pin holder (5.3, 5.4), and the connection pin (1.1, 7).
Claims
1. An agricultural sprinkler providing rotational irrigation that is the subject of the invention, developed for irrigation of agricultural lands and gardens with the sprinkler irrigation technique, characterized in that, it comprises the parts and sections of; a sprinkler body (1), which comprises thereon a connection pin (1.1) that provides the connection of the sprinkler impact leaf (2), a nozzle connection seat (1.3) that enables connecting the connection guide (1.2) and nozzle (3); a sprinkler impact leaf (2) that comprises thereon an impact leaf head (2.1), at least one fixing hole (2.2), at least one weight slot (2.3) formed such that a weight part made of preferably metal material can be positioned therein, at least one centering tab (2.4) that ensures centering and position fixing during connection with the body (1), at least one connection tab (2.5) that provides connection to the body (1), and a centering slot (2.6) that ensures centering the connecting pin (1.1); a sprinkler nozzle (3) that comprises thereon a water outlet
(3.1), at least one connection tab (3.2) that provides connection to the body (1), at least one connection guide (3.3) that guides the connection to the body (1), at least one centering guide (3.4) that provides the connection and centering with the splitter (4), and at least one flow groove-set (3.5) that regulates the distribution of water passing therein; a sprinkler splitter (4) that comprises a nozzle seat
(4.1) that allows the nozzle (3) to be positioned thereon, at least one guide seat (4.2) that enables the nozzle (3) to be connected by centering thereon; a circular connection body (5) that comprises a tab holder (5.1) that provides the connection between the body (1) and the impact leaf head (2) and is connected thereon with the centering tab (2.4) and the connection tab (2.5), a spring (5.2) that provides position control of the rotational movement of the impact leaf (2), a pin holder (5.3) in connection with the connection pin (1.1), and a metal pin holder (5.4) in connection with the pin (7) in the use
of the discrete connection pin (7); a sprinkler body (6) that is developed for the use of discrete connection pin (7) preferably made of metal material and that comprises thereon a nozzle connection seat (6.1) that allows the nozzle (3) to be connected, and a pin slot (6.2) for the connection of discrete connection pin (7).
2. An agricultural sprinkler that provides rotational irrigation according to Claim 1, said sprinkler body characterized in that it is the part manufactured from plastic material in a solid structure so as to comprise thereon the parts and sections of at least one connection pin (1.1) and at least one connection guide (1.2) that provide the connection of sprinkler impact leaf (2) and the connection body (5), at least one nozzle connection seat (1.3) that enables the nozzle (3) to be connected thereon.

An agricultural sprinkler that provides rotational irrigation according to Claim 1, characterized in that, said sprinkler impact leaf (2) is a part comprising thereon the impact leaf head (2.1) that provides the body (1) to be connected with the connection pin (1.1), at least one fixing hole (2.2) that allows users to easily grasp and hold the sprinkler impact leaf (2), at least one weight slot (2.3), in which weight parts, preferably made of metal material, are preferably positioned during use so as to allow the impact leaf (2) to rotate sharply during irrigation and not to be affected by the wind, at least one centering tab (2.4) which ensures that it is connected at a certain position on the body (1) and ensures the sharpness of the limits of the rotational movement, at least one connection tab (2.5), which ensures that it remains connected to the body (1), and the centering slot (2.6), which provides the centering of the connection pin (1.1) in its inner part and the inner part of which is preferably formed in a conical structure.
4. An agricultural sprinkler that provides rotational irrigation according to Claim 1, characterized in that, said sprinkler nozzle (3) is a part comprising thereon at least one water outlet (3.1), on which the
irrigation water is transferred out of the sprinkler, at least one connection tab (3.2) that enables connecting the nozzle (3) to the body (1) by connecting with the nozzle connection seat (1.3) on the body (1), at least one connection guide (3.3), which ensures that the nozzle (3) is initially connected to the body (1) at a certain angle and that the connection is fixed with the rotational movement, at least one centering guide (3.4) that enables the nozzle (3) to be connected by centering on the splitter (4) and at least one flow groove-set (3.5) that provides the distribution of water passing through the nozzle (3).

An agricultural sprinkler that provides rotational irrigation according to Claim 1, characterized in that, said sprinkler splitter (4) is a part comprising thereon the nozzle seat (4.1), in which the nozzle (3) is positioned therein before its connection to the body, and at least one guide seat (4.2) connected with the nozzle centering guide (3.4) such that the nozzle (3) is centered in the splitter (4) and remains in a fixed position.

An agricultural sprinkler that provides rotational irrigation according to Claim 1, characterized in that, said connection body is a part comprising thereon at least one tab holder (5.1) comprising at least one tab slot (5.1.1), in which the centering tab (2.4) and the connection tab (2.5) that are formed on the sprinkler impact leaf (2) will be positioned therein, the spring (5.2) that creates the pressure force that will enable the sprinkler impact leaf (2) to return its previous position after the rotational movement, the pin holder (5.3) that has a guide seat (5.3.1) connecting with the connection guide (1.2) on the connection pin (1.1 ).

An agricultural sprinkler that provides rotational irrigation according to Claim 1, characterized in that, said connection body (5) is the part comprising, in case the connection pin is selected as the discrete connection pin (7), preferably made of metal material according to the usage preference, the metal pin holder (5.4) to which the discrete
connection pin (7) is connected via the pin slot (5.4.1) by using the close-fitting connection technique.

An agricultural sprinkler that provides rotational irrigation according to Claim 1, characterized in that, the pin slot (5.4.1) formed on said metal pin holder (5.4) is the section with a narrower diameter than the diameter of the pin (7) used so as to allow the discrete connection pin (7) to be connected with the close-fitting technique.

An agricultural sprinkler that provides rotational irrigation according to Claim 1, characterized in that, said sprinkler body (6) is a part comprising thereon the nozzle connection seat (6.1) that enables the nozzle (3) to be connected, and the nozzle connection seat (6.2) that enables the connection of the discrete connection pin (7), preferably made of metal material.
10. An agricultural sprinkler that provides rotational irrigation according to Claim 1, characterized in that, said discrete connection pin (7) made of preferably metal material is the part, the surface of which is preferably formed in a jagged form in the sections corresponding to the nozzle connection seat (6.2), on which it is connected on the sprinkler body (6) and the pin slot (5.4.1), on which it is connected on the metal pin holder (5.4).
