이러한 다양한 콘텐츠를 공유할 수 있는 플랫폼은 통상적으로 영상 기반, 이미지 기반, 음성 기반 등 콘텐츠의 종류에 따라 해당 종류에 최적화된 형태로 운영되고 있을 뿐, 종래에 오프라인에서 로컬박스나 사이니지 등을 통해 지역 기반으로 제공되던 지역 광고나 지역 정보의 범위를 넓혀, 다양한 지역 기반 콘텐츠를 제공할 수 있는 전용 플랫폼은 아직 전무한 실정이다.

서비스 서버(100)는, 설정 지역에 관한 지역 콘텐츠를 제공하는 로컬 미디어 플랫폼을 설정 지역별로 운영하며, 사용자 단말기(200)에 로컬 미디어 플랫폼을 제공할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 서비스 서버(100)는 사용자 단말기(200)로부터 로컬 미디어 플랫폼 요청을 수신하여, 사용자 단말기(200)가 요청한 지역을 설정 지역으로 하는 로컬 미디어 플랫폼을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 콘텐츠 제공자 단말기(300)로부터 수신한 지역 콘텐츠를, 콘텐츠 제공자 단말기(300)가 업로드 요청한 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에 저장할 수 있다.
이를 위하여, 서비스 서버(100)는 네트워크를 통해 사용자 단말기(200) 및 콘텐츠 제공자 단말기(300)와 각종 신호 및 데이터를 송수신할 수 있다. 여기서, 네트워크는 근거리 통신망(Local Area Network; LAN), 광역 통신망(Wide Area Network; WAN) 또는 부가가치 통신망(Value Added Network; VAN) 등과 같은 유선 네트워크나 이동 통신망(mobile radio communication network), 위성 통신망, 블루투스(Bluetooth), Wibro(Wireless Broadband Internet), HSDPA(High Speed Downlink Packet Access), LTE(Long Term Evolution), 5G(5th Generation Mobile Telecommunication) 등과 같은 모든 종류의 무선 네트워크로 구현될 수 있다. 서비스 서버(100)의 세부적인 구성에 대해서는 추후 도 3을 참조하여 상세히 설명하도록 한다.
사용자 단말기(200)는, 서비스 서버(100)에 원하는 지역을 전송하고, 서비스 서버(100)로부터 전송한 지역에 대응하는 로컬 미디어 플랫폼을 제공받아 출력 장치로 출력할 수 있다. 여기서, 사용자 단말기(200)는 원하는 지역 전송 시, 사용자가 입력한 키워드나 사전 설정된 지역 정보를 사용할 수 있으며, 사용자 단말기(200)의 GPS 위치 정보, 이동통신망에 의한 위치 정보 등을 사용할 수도 있다. 사용자는 사용자 단말기(200)를 이용해 설정 지역의 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에 포함된 다양한 지역 콘텐츠를 열람할 수 있다.
콘텐츠 제공자 단말기(300)는, 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에 지역 콘텐츠를 공급하는 콘텐츠 제공자의 단말기로서, 지역 콘텐츠를 제작하고 콘텐츠 제공자의 기준 지역과 매칭되는 설정 지역의 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에 지역 콘텐츠를 업로드하여 사용자와 공유할 수 있다.
여기서, 사용자 단말기(200) 및 콘텐츠 제공자 단말기(300)는 각종 전자 장치로 구현될 수 있다. 전자 장치는 스마트폰, 태블릿(tablet) PC(personal computer), 이동 전화기, 영상 전화기, 전자책 리더기, 데스크탑(desktop) PC, 랩탑(laptop) PC, 넷북(netbook) 컴퓨터, 워크스테이션(workstation), 서버(server), PDA(personal digital assistant), 미디어 박스, 게임 콘솔, 전자사전 또는 웨어러블 장치(wearable device) 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있으며, 웨어러블 장치는 액세서리형(예: 시계, 반지, 팔찌, 발찌, 목걸이, 안경, 콘택트렌즈, 또는 머리착용형 장치(HMD, head-mounted-device), 직물 또는 의류 일체형(예: 전자 의복), 신체 부착형(예: 스킨 패드(skin pad) 또는 문신), 또는 생체 이식형 회로(implantable circuit) 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다. 다양한 실시예들에서, 전자 장치는 전술한 기기들에 한정되지는 않으며, 전술한 다양한 장치 중 둘 이상의 조합일 수 있다.

등록 모듈(110)은, 콘텐츠 제공자의 기준 지역을 등록할 수 있다. 등록 모듈(110)은, 콘텐츠 제공자가 지역 콘텐츠를 제작해 공유하고 싶은 지역 범위를 기준 지역으로 입력받아 등록할 수 있으며, 로컬 미디어 플랫폼의 설정 지역과 대응되도록 기준 지역을 등록할 수 있다. 여기서, 기준 지역은 콘텐츠 제공자의 거주 지역, 근무 지역, 영업 지역 등 콘텐츠 제공자가 주로 활동하는 지역일 수 있다. 또한, 기준 지역은, 콘텐츠 제공자 단말기(300)에 의해 미리 설정된 기준영역 및 행정구역을 포함하는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나일 수 있으며, 원, 타원, 다각형 등 다양한 형태일 수 있고 비정형일 수 있으며, 복수의 기준 지역이 설정될 수도 있다.
권한 설정 모듈(120)은, 기준 지역을 설정 지역으로 하는 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에 지역 콘텐츠를 업로드할 수 있는 업로드 권한을 콘텐츠 제공자에게 설정할 수 있다. 즉, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에는 설정 지역에 관한 지역 콘텐츠만 포함되는 것이 바람직하며, 이러한 지역성을 효과적으로 유지하기 위해 콘텐츠 제공자의 기준 지역을 설정해 두고 권한 설정 모듈(120)이 업로드 권한을 설정하여, 기준 지역이 설정 지역과 매칭되는 콘텐츠 제공자만 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에 지역 콘텐츠를 업로드하도록 제한할 수 있다.
수신 모듈(130)은, 콘텐츠 제공자 단말기(300)로부터 설정 지역을 특정한 지역 콘텐츠를 수신할 수 있다. 지역 콘텐츠는, 지역 정보를 포함하는 콘텐츠로써, 광고성 콘텐츠, 정보성 콘텐츠, 오락적 콘텐츠 등 콘텐츠의 성격은 다양할 수 있으며, 텍스트, 이미지, 음향, 동영상, 멀티미디어 등 다양한 형태일 수 있다.
한편, 지역 콘텐츠에 설정 지역을 특정한다는 것은, 지역 콘텐츠를 업로드할 로컬 미디어 플랫폼의 설정 지역을 정해서 수신한다는 의미일 수 있다. 수신 모듈(130)이 콘텐츠 제공자 단말기(300)로부터 지역 콘텐츠를 수신할 때, 콘텐츠 제공자의 기준 지역이 설정 지역으로 자동으로 특정될 수 있으며, 콘텐츠 제공자 단말기(300)에 의한 별도의 입력이 있으면 다른 지역으로 설정 지역이 특정될 수도 있다.
예를 들어, 기준 지역이 삼성동인 콘텐츠 제공자가 지역 콘텐츠를 서비스 서버(100)에 송신하면, 수신 모듈(130)은 자동으로 삼성동을 지역 콘텐츠의 설정 지역으로 특정해 수신할 수 있다. 또한, 기준 지역이 삼성동인 콘텐츠 제공자가, 콘텐츠 제공자 단말기(300)에서 가산동으로 지역을 특정해 지역 콘텐츠를 서비스 서버(100)에 송신할 수도 있다.
데이터베이스 모듈(140)은, 콘텐츠 제공자 단말기(300)로부터 수신한 지역 콘텐츠를 설정 지역별로 저장할 수 있다. 즉, 데이터베이스 모듈(140)이 지역 콘텐츠를 설정 지역에 따라 분류해 저장할 수 있다.
권한 검증 모듈(150)은, 콘텐츠 제공자에게 설정 지역의 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에 대한 업로드 권한이 있는지 검증할 수 있다. 즉, 권한 검증 모듈(150)은, 권한 설정 모듈(120)이 설정한 업로드 권한을 검토하여 검증을 수행하며, 해당 콘텐츠 제공자에 대해 등록된 기준 지역과 수신 모듈(130)이 수신한 지역 콘텐츠에 특정된 설정 지역을 상호 비교할 수 있다.
콘텐츠 관리 모듈(160)은, 권한 검증 모듈(150)의 검증 결과에 따라 수신 모듈(130)에서 수신한 지역 콘텐츠를 설정 지역의 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에 업로드하여 사용자 단말기(200)에 제공할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 콘텐츠 관리 모듈(160)은, 권한 검증 모듈(150)의 검증 결과 해당 콘텐츠 제공자에게 업로드 권한이 있으면 지역 콘텐츠를 업로드하고, 업로드 권한이 없으면 업로드하지 않을 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 여행 티켓을 발급해 지역 콘텐츠 업로드 권한을 확장하는 로컬 미디어 서비스 시스템에서, 기준 지역으로 제한된 업로드 권한을 나타낸 도면이다. 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 여행 티켓을 발급해 지역 콘텐츠 업로드 권한을 확장하는 로컬 미디어 서비스 시스템의 서비스 서버(100)는, 업로드 권한의 설정 및 검증을 통해, 콘텐츠 제공자 A의 기준 지역이 삼성동으로 설정되어 있다면, A가 지역 콘텐츠를 업로드할 때 설정 지역이 삼성동이면 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에 업로드를 하지만, 설정 지역이 가산동이면 업로드하지 않을 수 있다. 여기서, 콘텐츠 제공자 A가 별도의 지역 특정 없이 지역 콘텐츠를 전송하면, A의 기준 지역에 따라 자동으로 삼성동을 설정 지역으로 하는 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에 지역 콘텐츠를 업로드하게 되며, A가 가산동을 특정하여 가산동의 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에 업로드를 요청하더라도, 업로드 권한이 없으므로 이를 처리하지 않을 수 있다.
이와 같은 업로드 권한 제한을 통해, 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에는 설정 지역에 관한 지역 콘텐츠만 포함되도록 하여 지역성을 효과적으로 유지할 수 있다. 또한, 콘텐츠 제공자가 잘 알고 있는 거주 지역, 근무 지역, 영업 지역 등의 기준 지역을 기초로 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에서 활동하여, 지역 콘텐츠의 질을 높이고 사용자 사이의 지역적 유대감을 강화할 수 있다.
티켓 발급 모듈(170)은, 콘텐츠 제공자 단말기(300)의 요청에 따라, 여행 지역 및 유효 기간을 갖는 여행 티켓을 발급할 수 있다. 여기서, 여행 티켓은, 지역 콘텐츠의 업로드 권한이 없는 여행 지역의 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에 대해 유효 기간 동안 일시적으로 콘텐츠 제공자에게 업로드 권한을 설정하기 위한 것일 수 있다. 즉, 여행 티켓은 업로드 권한을 일시적으로 확장하기 위한 것이므로, 1개월, 3개월 등 미리 정해진 유효 기간 동안만 유효하도록 할 수 있다.
여행 티켓이 발급되면, 권한 설정 모듈(120)은, 여행 티켓의 유효 기간 동안 여행 지역을 설정 지역으로 하는 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에 지역 콘텐츠를 업로드할 수 있도록, 업로드 권한을 콘텐츠 제공자에게 추가로 설정할 수 있다. 여행 티켓에 의해 추가로 설정되는 업로드 권한은, 여행 지역과 유효 기간으로 지역적, 시간적 범위가 제한될 수 있다.
보다 구체적으로, 티켓 발급 모듈(170)은, 콘텐츠 제공자 단말기(300)로부터 수신한 위치 정보를 이용해 인증된 여행 지역에 대해, 인증 시각부터 미리 정해진 시간 동안을 유효 기간으로 하는 여행 티켓을 발급할 수 있다. 여기서, 티켓 발급 모듈(170)은, 콘텐츠 제공자 단말기(300)의 GPS, 이동통신망 등을 통해 획득한 위치 정보를 전달받아 해당 지역의 방문을 인증하고, 방문 인증이 된 지역을 여행 지역으로 하여 여행 티켓을 발급할 수 있다.

한편, 여행 티켓을 발급받은 후에, 콘텐츠 제공자 단말기(300)는, 지역 콘텐츠에 설정 지역을 특정하여 서비스 서버(100)에 송신하되, 콘텐츠 제공자의 기준 지역 및 콘텐츠 제공자에게 발급된 여행 티겟의 여행 지역 중 어느 하나로 설정 지역을 특정할 수 있다. 서비스 서버(100)는, 특정된 설정 지역에 대한 업로드 권한 검증을 통해 지역 콘텐츠를 업로드할 수 있다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 여행 티켓을 발급해 지역 콘텐츠 업로드 권한을 확장하는 로컬 미디어 서비스 시스템에서, 여행 티켓에 의한 업로드 권한 확장을 설명하기 위해 도시한 도면이다. 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 여행 티켓을 발급해 지역 콘텐츠 업로드 권한을 확장하는 로컬 미디어 서비스 시스템에서는, 여행 지역이 가산동, 유효 기간이 3개월인 여행 티켓을 콘텐츠 제공자 A에게 발급함으로써, 지역 콘텐츠의 업로드 권한을 가산동의 로컬 미디어 플랫폼까지 일시적으로(유효 기간 3개월 동안) 확장할 수 있다. 따라서 도 4와는 달리, A의 기준 지역이 삼성동이더라도 A가 가산동을 특정하여 지역 콘텐츠 업로드를 요청하면, 여행 티켓에 의해 업로드 권한이 있으므로 가산동의 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에 해당 지역 콘텐츠를 업로드할 수 있다.
티켓 관리 모듈(180)은, 티켓 발급 모듈(170)에서 발급한 여행 티켓을 보관하고, 유효 기간이 지난 여행 티켓을 폐기하는 등 여행 티켓을 관리할 수 있다. 콘텐츠 제공자는 복수의 여행 티켓을 발급받을 수 있으며, 티켓 관리 모듈(180)은 여행 티켓 보유 현황 및 히스토리를 콘텐츠 제공자 단말기(300)에 제공할 수 있다.
전술한 바와 같이, 본 발명에서 제안하고 있는 여행 티켓을 발급해 지역 콘텐츠 업로드 권한을 확장하는 로컬 미디어 서비스 시스템에 따르면, 설정 지역에 관한 지역 콘텐츠를 제공하는 로컬 미디어 플랫폼을 운영하면서, 콘텐츠 제공자의 등록된 기준 지역에서 지역 콘텐츠를 업로드할 수 있는 권한을 주되, 여행 지역 및 유효 기간을 갖는 여행 티켓을 발급하여 여행 티켓의 유효 기간 동안 여행 지역의 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에 지역 콘텐츠를 업로드할 수 있는 권한을 추가로 설정함으로써, 지역 전용 플랫폼의 지역성을 유지하여 사용자에게 로컬 미디어로서 의미 있는 정보를 제공할 수 있고, 방문한 지역에 관한 콘텐츠를 공유하고 싶은 콘텐츠 제공자의 니즈를 효과적으로 해소하여 콘텐츠 제공자의 만족도를 높일 수 있다.
이상 설명한 본 발명은 본 발명이 속한 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의하여 다양한 변형이나 응용이 가능하며, 본 발명에 따른 기술적 사상의 범위는 아래의 특허청구범위에 의하여 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 사용자 단말기(200)에 지역 콘텐츠를 출력하는 로컬 미디어 플랫폼을 제공하는, 로컬 미디어 서비스 시스템에 있어서,
    설정 지역에 관한 지역 콘텐츠를 제공하는 로컬 미디어 플랫폼을 상기 설정 지역별로 운영하며, 상기 사용자 단말기(200)에 로컬 미디어 플랫폼을 제공하는 서비스 서버(100)를 포함하되,
    상기 서비스 서버(100)는,
    콘텐츠 제공자의 기준 지역을 등록하는 등록 모듈(110);
    상기 기준 지역을 설정 지역으로 하는 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에 지역 콘텐츠를 업로드할 수 있는 업로드 권한을 상기 콘텐츠 제공자에게 설정하는 권한 설정 모듈(120);
    콘텐츠 제공자 단말기(300)로부터 설정 지역을 특정한 지역 콘텐츠를 수신하는 수신 모듈(130);
    상기 콘텐츠 제공자에게 상기 설정 지역의 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에 대한 업로드 권한이 있는지 검증하는 권한 검증 모듈(150);
    상기 권한 검증 모듈(150)의 검증 결과에 따라 상기 수신 모듈(130)에서 수신한 지역 콘텐츠를 상기 설정 지역의 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에 업로드하여 상기 사용자 단말기(200)에 제공하는 콘텐츠 관리 모듈(160); 및
    상기 콘텐츠 제공자 단말기(300)의 요청에 따라, 여행 지역 및 유효 기간을 갖는 여행 티켓을 발급하는 티켓 발급 모듈(170)을 포함하며,
    상기 여행 티켓은,
    상기 지역 콘텐츠의 업로드 권한이 없는 상기 여행 지역의 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에 대해 상기 유효 기간 동안 일시적으로 상기 콘텐츠 제공자에게 업로드 권한을 설정해, 업로드 권한을 일시적으로 확장하기 위한 것이고,
    상기 권한 설정 모듈(120)은,
    상기 티켓 발급 모듈(170)에서 여행 티켓이 발급되면, 상기 여행 티켓의 유효 기간 동안 상기 기준 지역 외에 상기 여행 지역을 설정 지역으로 하는 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에 상기 지역 콘텐츠를 업로드할 수 있도록, 업로드 권한을 상기 콘텐츠 제공자에게 추가로 설정하며,
    상기 티켓 발급 모듈(170)은,
    상기 콘텐츠 제공자 단말기(300)로부터 수신한 위치 정보를 이용해 인증된 여행 지역에 대해, 인증 시각부터 미리 정해진 시간 동안을 유효 기간으로 하는 여행 티켓을 발급하며,
    상기 티켓 발급 모듈(170)에서 발급한 여행 티켓을 보관하고, 유효 기간이 지난 여행 티켓을 폐기하여 상기 여행 티켓을 관리하며, 여행 티켓 보유 현황 및 히스토리를 콘텐츠 제공자 단말기(300)에 제공하는 티켓 관리 모듈(180)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 여행 티켓을 발급해 지역 콘텐츠 업로드 권한을 확장하는 로컬 미디어 서비스 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 설정 지역은,
    상기 로컬 미디어 플랫폼에 대해 미리 설정된 기준영역 및 행정구역을 포함하는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는, 여행 티켓을 발급해 지역 콘텐츠 업로드 권한을 확장하는 로컬 미디어 서비스 시스템.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 서비스 서버(100)는,
    상기 설정 지역별로 로컬 미디어 플랫폼을 운영 및 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 여행 티켓을 발급해 지역 콘텐츠 업로드 권한을 확장하는 로컬 미디어 서비스 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 콘텐츠 제공자 단말기(300)는,
    상기 지역 콘텐츠에 설정 지역을 특정하여 상기 서비스 서버(100)에 송신하되, 상기 콘텐츠 제공자의 기준 지역 및 상기 콘텐츠 제공자에게 발급된 여행 티겟의 여행 지역 중 어느 하나로 상기 설정 지역을 특정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 여행 티켓을 발급해 지역 콘텐츠 업로드 권한을 확장하는 로컬 미디어 서비스 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서비스 서버(100)는,
    상기 콘텐츠 제공자 단말기(300)로부터 수신한 지역 콘텐츠를 상기 설정 지역별로 저장하는 데이터베이스 모듈(140)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 여행 티켓을 발급해 지역 콘텐츠 업로드 권한을 확장하는 로컬 미디어 서비스 시스템.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서비스 서버(100)는,
    상기 사용자 단말기(200)가 요청하는 지역 정보에 따라, 상기 지역 정보와 대응되는 설정 지역의 로컬 미디어 플랫폼을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 여행 티켓을 발급해 지역 콘텐츠 업로드 권한을 확장하는 로컬 미디어 서비스 시스템.
