Description

具有中心灯具的折叠帐篷 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种折叠帐篷,具体涉及具有中心灯的折叠帐篷。

折叠帐篷在举行户外展览和产品推广宣传、庆典晚会、展览展销、旅游休闲、野外作业、大排档、歌舞晚会等临时活动中应用十分广泛,也可以作为公园旅游度假区风景区长期的休闲设施,其操作简单、安装容易、轻巧便捷。折叠帐篷的篷架通常包括地面支撑结构和顶部支撑结构,地面支撑结构和顶部支撑结构之间可折叠连接。在夜晚使用时,折叠帐篷内部可以安装灯具以便照明,现有的折叠帐篷多采用在顶部支撑杆上安装条带状灯具,其光源不在中心,且穿线复杂,容易损坏。
实用新型内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种结构简洁、在帐篷折叠展开过程中不易损坏的折叠帐篷。
本实用新型提供一种具有中心灯具的折叠帐篷,包括顶部支撑结构和地面支撑结构,顶部支撑结构具有一中心杆,中心杆顶端为一顶盘用于连接顶杆一端,中心杆下端可拆卸连接一底盘,该底盘用于连接支撑杆的一端,支撑杆另一端与顶杆连接;其中底盘下端设置有一灯具,该灯具可拆卸连接于或固定连接于底盘。
采用上述结构后,当帐篷撑开时,灯具位于帐篷中心位置,可使光线更均匀分布于帐篷内,照明效果佳;当帐篷收拢时,中心杆从底盘中脱出,顶杆向内收拢,连接底盘的支撑杆端向下运动进而支撑杆收拢,则底盘下端的灯具随之移动至收拢位,由于灯具始终处于中心位置且在帐篷的中心轴线上移动,无论支撑杆或是顶杆或是地面支撑结构(脚杆)均不会挤压到灯具,从而保证灯具不会损坏,当收拢后灯具四周有脚杆包围,可保护灯具减少碰撞从而降低损坏率。
进一步的,底盘与中心杆通过卡接实现可拆卸连接,方便中心杆锁定在底盘中或者从底盘中解锁脱出。
进一步的,灯具与底盘通过连接件连接,连接件包括连接头和定位槽,连接头具有向侧面凸起的边缘,凸起边缘可卡入定位槽内。
进一步的,在顶盘上架设太阳能板或者帐篷篷布上设置柔性太阳能板,中心杆与底盘设置有相配合的电连接点,中心杆内设置有连接线可将太阳能板收集转化的电能输送至底盘,底盘与灯具电连接。
优选地,灯具为可充电LED灯。
进一步的,灯具设置有遥控装置。
进一步的,根据实际需要灯具还可集合音响、风扇等装置。

本实用新型具有中心灯具2的折叠帐篷,如图1所示,其包括顶部支撑结构和地面支撑结构,地面支撑结构主要包括脚杆7;顶部支撑结构具有一中心杆3,中心杆3顶端为一顶盘1用于连接顶杆5一端,中心杆3下端可拆卸连接一底盘4,该底盘4用于连接支撑杆6的一端,支撑杆6另一端与顶杆5连接;其中底盘4下端设置有一灯具2,该灯具2可拆卸连接于或固定连接于底盘4。
具体应用中,如图1或图8所示,当帐篷撑开时,灯具2位于帐篷中心位置,可使光线更均匀分布于帐篷内,照明效果佳;如图7所示,当帐篷收拢时,中心杆3从底盘4中脱出,顶杆5向内收拢,连接底盘4的支撑杆6一端向下运动使得支撑杆6收拢,则底盘4下端的灯具2随之向下移动至收拢位,由于灯具2始终处于中心位置且在帐篷的中心轴线上移动,无论支撑杆6或是顶杆5或是脚杆7均不会挤压到灯具2,从而保证灯具2不会损坏,当收拢后灯具2四周有脚杆7包围,可保护灯具2减少碰撞从而降低损坏率。
作为进一步改进的实施例,如图3或图9所示,底盘4与中心杆3通过卡接实现可拆卸连接,方便中心杆3锁定在底盘4中或者从底盘4中解锁脱出。
作为进一步改进的实施例,如图3~6所示,灯具2与底盘4通过连接件连接,连接件包括连接头21和定位槽41、42,连接头21具有向侧面凸起的边缘,边缘凸起使得边缘下部形成凹槽22,凸起边缘可卡入定位槽41、42内。连接件的设置方式可以是连接头设置在灯具2、定位槽设置在底盘4,也可以连接头设置在底盘4、定位槽设置在灯具2。
作为进一步改进的实施例,在顶盘1上架设太阳能板或者帐篷篷布上设置柔性太阳能板,中心杆3与底盘4设置有相配合的电连接点,底盘4与灯具2也设置有相配合的电连接点,中心杆3内设置有连接线可将太阳能板收集转化的电能输送至底盘4,底盘4进一步将电能输送给灯具2。使用太阳能板可更好适应户外无电源环境。
作为更优选的实施例,灯具2为可充电LED灯。LED灯更加节能,且可充电避免频繁更换灯具2或者连接外接电源的麻烦。
作为进一步改进的实施例,灯具2设置有遥控装置,方便控制灯具2开、关、调解颜色、亮度等。
使用时,根据实际需要灯具2还可集合音响、风扇等装置。
