一种平板拖把桶,包括桶体以及对拖把板进行清洗的清洗机构,所述的清洗机构包括具有储水区的储水槽,储水槽上具有出水口,出水口朝向拖把板一侧设置,储水槽内的水流向拖把板对拖把板进行清洗,清洗机构上还设有挤压装置,清洗机构对拖把板进行清洗时清洗机构可上下往复运动的套接在拖把板上,清洗机构运动挤压装置挤压拖把板来挤压掉拖把板上的水。
作为优选,所述的清洗机构还包括夹板,所述的夹板与储水槽一体式或固定连接,夹板上具有供拖把板穿过并能在其中活动的通槽,拖把板在该通槽中活动,且拖把板在挤水时拖把板具有擦拭物的一侧朝向具有挤压装置一侧插入。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1-图7所示的一种平板拖把桶,该拖把桶包括桶体1以及对拖把板2进行清洗的清洗机构,桶体1用于存储清洗拖把后的污水,所述的清洗机构包括具有储水区31的储水槽3,储水槽3上端敞开进水,储水槽3上具有出水口32,出水口32位于储水槽3低位,且出水口32朝向拖把板2一侧设置,储水槽3内的水流向拖把板2对拖把板2进行清洗,清洗机构上还设有对擦拭物进行挤水的挤压装置,清洗机构对拖把板2进行清洗时清洗机构可上下往复运动的套接在拖把板2上,清洗机构运动挤压装置挤压拖把板2来挤压掉拖把板2上的水。本实施例中储水槽3中的水可以从桶体1内打水,也可以从外界获得。
本实施例中所述的清洗机构还包括夹板4,所述的夹板4与储水槽3一体式或固定连接,夹板4上具有供拖把板2穿过并能在其中活动的通槽41,拖把板2在该通槽41中活动,且拖把板2在挤水时拖把板2具有擦拭物的一侧朝向具有挤压装置一侧插入。
为了方便拖把板2在夹板4内往复运动,本实施例将所述的夹板4上活动连接有滚轮5,滚轮5设于通槽41中,且位于设有挤压装置 一侧的对侧,当拖把板2在夹板4内上下往复运动时拖把板2与滚轮5抵触,两者之间产生滚动摩擦,减少拖把板2的磨损,也更加省力,本实施例中滚轮5设置有至少两个,且设于通槽41的同一侧。
为了清洗机构在清洗拖把板2时更加方便、快捷、省力,本实施例在清洗机构上连接有方便操持的握把6,本实施例中握把6连接在夹板4上。
为了在清洗拖把板2时拖把板2能够正常在夹板4内往复运动,本实施例将所述的夹板4在连接有滚轮5的一侧的中间位置设有供拖把杆连接处穿过的缺口42,该缺口42的设置使得清洗机构能够清洗整个拖把板2,不需要改变拖把板2的方向,使夹板4能够顺利在拖把板2上活动。
本实施例中所述的挤压装置为刮刀7,刮刀7固定在夹板4上,本实施例中所述的刮刀7固定在夹板4的通槽41中,通过夹板4在拖把板2上的往复运动带动刮刀7反复刮除拖把板2上的擦拭物的水分,实现挤水的目的。
为了能够调节储水槽3内水流量,本实施例将所述的出水口32处设有调节出水量的流量调节机构。本实施例中所述的流量调节机构为一挡水板8,所述的挡水板8活动连接在储水槽3上,挡水板8上设有与储水槽3上的出水口32位置相匹配的漏水孔81,调节挡水板8的位置使出水口32与漏水孔81之间通道大小变化来控制出水量,当挡水板8上的漏水孔81与储水槽3上的出水口32相通时出水量最大,当移动挡水板8使挡水板8上的漏水孔81与储水槽3上的出水 口32位置错开时出水量为最小(可根据需要设置密封装置,使其流量几乎为零),本实施例在储水槽3内壁设有卡位,挡水板8活动卡接在该卡位处,且挡水板8上端具有延伸杆,延伸杆延伸至握把6上,这样方便调节出水量。

在使用本实施例产品清洗拖把时,首先将清洗机构的储水槽3内装水,干净的水可以先存储在桶体1内,然后通过储水槽3在桶体1内打水,也可以从外界将水运送至储水槽3中,然后将拖把插入夹板4的通槽41中并使拖把板2的下端置于盖子9的支撑件91的卡位中,再一只手手持拖把杆,另一只手握住握把6并操纵握把6带动整个清洗机构在拖把板2上上下往复运动,清洗机构在上下往复运动时储水槽3中一边漏水对拖把板2上的擦拭物进行冲洗,另一方面刮刀7也在对拖把板2的擦拭物进行除污、刮水作业,实现拖把板2的清洗、 挤水。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种平板拖把桶,其特征在于:所述的清洗机构还包括夹板,所述的夹板与储水槽一体式或固定连接,夹板上具有供拖把板穿过并能在其中活动的通槽,拖把板在该通槽中活动,且拖把板在挤水时拖把板具有擦拭物的一侧朝向具有挤压装置一侧插入。

  5. 如权利要求2所述的一种平板拖把桶,其特征在于:所述的挤压装置为刮刀,刮刀固定在夹板上。
  6. 如权利要求1-5中任一权利要求所述的一种平板拖把桶,其特征在于:所述的出水口处设有调节出水量的流量调节机构。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种平板拖把桶,其特征在于:所述的流量调节机构包括挡水板,所述的挡水板活动连接在储水槽上,挡水板 上设有与储水槽上的出水口位置相匹配的漏水孔,调节挡水板的位置使出水口与漏水孔之间通道大小变化来控制出水量。
