Description

Information processing method, information processing device, information processing system, and computer readable medium
The present disclosure relates to an information processing method, an information processing device, an information processing system, and a program.
Patent Document 1 describes a caregiver arrangement system that arranges a caregiver necessary for a person requiring care who moves using transportation. In Patent Literature 1, the number of staff members (the number of caregivers who can be arranged) is registered for each combination of station, date, and time slot. It also describes that when a request for assistance is received, assistance is arranged to assist the person requiring assistance in boarding or getting off at the departure station, transfer station, and destination station.
However, with the technology described in Patent Document 1, the caregiver needs to be on standby near the registered station during the registered time slot in order to provide assistance. Therefore, for example, if the station where assistance is provided is a small or medium-sized station, and the station staff concurrently performs other work such as handling the counter and assistance work, the number of assistants that can be arranged each time other work occurs need to renew their registration. In addition, when the station where the assistance is provided is an unmanned station, it is necessary to consider the travel time of the assistant to the unmanned station, so there is a problem that it may be difficult to notify the assistant in advance. The reason for this is that caregivers who can provide care are registered for each combination of station, date, and time period.

When communicating with the server 10, the user terminal 20 and the supporter terminal 40 may each log in to the server 10 using an ID and a password. The user terminal 20 and the supporter terminal 40 may communicate with the server 10 using a session such as HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) generated at the time of login. In this case, the user terminal 20 and the supporter terminal 40 do not have to notify the ID (user ID and supporter ID) when communicating with the server 10 .
<<Process when support is provided>>
In step S101, the user terminal 20 receives an operation requesting support from the user. Here, the user terminal 20 may accept an input operation of information indicating the content of support desired by the user. In this case, the user terminal 20 may accept inputs such as boarding station, alighting station, departure date and time, and the like.
Then, the user terminal 20 may acquire from the server 10 and display one or more candidates for meeting places (starting point or ending point of support) with supporters, etc. for each of the boarding station and getting off station. Then, the user terminal 20 may accept an operation from the user to designate a meeting place from among the candidates.
Alternatively, the user terminal 20 may receive from the user designation of a place to meet with a supporter or the like for each of the boarding and alighting stations. In this case, based on information acquired from the server 10, the user terminal 20 may determine whether the user can move to the meeting place specified by the user through a barrier-free route. If it is not possible to move to the meeting place by a barrier-free route, the user may be notified of this fact.
Also, the user terminal 20 may register the meeting place specified by the user in the server 10 as a favorite or the like. Then, the server 10 may allow the user to designate a meeting place registered as a favorite or the like when requesting support from the next time onward.
The user terminal 20, based on the information acquired from the server 10, based on the time required to move from the user's current position to the meeting place with the supporter (required time) and the required time from the meeting place to the boarding gate, Candidates for the scheduled boarding date and time may be displayed.
Subsequently, the user terminal 20 transmits a support request to the server 10 (step S102). Here, the support request may include, for example, identification information (user ID) of the user of the user terminal 20 and information specified by the user in the process of step S101.
Subsequently, the control unit 12 of the server 10 records the desired content of the support in the user DB (database) 601 (step S103). In the example of FIG. 6, the user DB 601 records user information and support requests in association with user IDs.
User information is various information related to the user. The user information may include, for example, information such as the user's gender, age, and details of disability. The content of the disability may include, for example, information indicating the type of wheelchair being used, the presence or absence of visual impairment, and the like. The user information may be registered in the server 10 in advance by the user. Also, the user information may be input by the user in the process of step S101.
The desired support content is information indicating the content of support desired by the user. The content of support request may include, for example, the boarding station desired by the user, the scheduled boarding date and time, the alighting station, and the scheduled alighting date and time. Further, the desired support content may include the start point, scheduled start date and time, end point, and scheduled end date and time of the support desired by the user. In addition, the contents of the request for support include, for example, whether or not to receive support from the supporter, the gender of the supporter, whether or not it is necessary and possible to accompany the person from boarding to getting off (while traveling by public transportation), skills (qualifications) of the supporter, etc. may be included.
Subsequently, the control unit 12 of the server 10 refers to the user DB 601 and the supporter DB 701, and based on the user's desired conditions and the supporter's movement schedule, etc., one or more supporter candidates who will support the user. A person is selected (matched, determined) (step S104). In the example of FIG. 7, the supporter DB 701 records supporter information, supporter traffic information, and scores in association with supporter IDs.
The supporter ID is the identification information of the supporter. The supporter information is various information about the supporter. The supporter information may include, for example, information indicating the gender, age, and qualification related to nursing care (for example, service assistant) of the supporter. In addition, supporter information includes information indicating, for example, stations or areas where support can be provided, time zones when support can be provided, and whether current location information can be provided using GPS (Global Positioning System), etc. may be The supporter information may be registered in advance in the server 10 by the supporter.
The score is information that indicates the evaluation (appropriateness) of the supporter's support. The server 10 may, for example, determine the score based on the user's evaluation of the support provided by the supporter. Also, the initial value of the score may be set by the operator of the server 10 or the like. In this case, for example, if the supporter is an off-duty station employee, a relatively high score may be set. Note that the score value may be a value in a predetermined number of stages. In this case, the score value may be, for example, any integer from 0 to 99 indicating a value in 100 steps. Also, the score value may be, for example, one of A to C, which indicates a three-level value.
The supporter's traffic information is information about the movement planned by the supporter. The supporter traffic information may include, for example, information indicating the planned travel time of the supporter, boarding station (departure station), and alighting station (arrival station). The planned travel time of the supporter may include, for example, information on the time zone in which the supporter wishes to board at the boarding station and the time zone in which the supporter wishes to get off at the alighting station. In this case, in the supporter traffic information, for example, the supporter wishes to board at Station A between 7:30 and 8:15, and at Station C between 8:30 and 9:15. It contains information indicating that you want to get off. The supporter traffic information may be registered in the supporter DB 701 in advance based on the information specified by the supporter on the display screen 1001 of FIG. 10 or the like, which will be described later.
In the process of step S104, the server 10 preferentially selects a supporter who has a relatively small difference between the travel time planned by the supporter and the travel time when the supporter supports the user as a candidate. You may choose. As a result, a supporter whose boarding station and alighting station desired by the user are included on the planned travel route is preferentially selected as a candidate.
In addition, if the difference between the time required for movement planned by the supporter and the time required for movement when the supporter supports the user is equal to or greater than a threshold value (for example, 30 minutes), the server 10 may not be selected as candidates. In this case, the server 10 may include and record the threshold for each supporter designated for each supporter in the supporter information.
Further, if the difference between the scheduled date and time of boarding or alighting desired by the user and the current date and time is within a threshold value (for example, 20 minutes), the server 10 stores the current position acquired by the supporter terminal 40 as the user's support date and time. A supporter who is within a predetermined range from the station that desires to be selected may be preferentially selected as a candidate.
In addition, the server 10 may preferentially select as candidates supporters who have purchased (possessed) a commuter pass that includes transportation from the boarding station to the alighting station that the user wishes to use. As a result, for example, it is possible to match supporters accustomed to using public transportation from the boarding station that the user desires to use to the disembarking station. In this case, if the first supporter has purchased the commuter pass and the second supporter has not purchased the commuter pass, the server 10 selects the first supporter as a candidate.
Subsequently, the transmission unit 13 of the server 10 transmits a support request to each supporter terminal 40 of one or more determined supporter candidates (step S105). Subsequently, the supporter terminal 40 receives a support acceptance operation from the supporter (step S106). Here, the supporter terminal 40 may display a display screen 801 shown in FIG. 8 based on the support request received from the server 10 . In the example of FIG. 8, user details 811, support start point 812, boarding station and scheduled boarding time 813, alighting station and scheduled alighting time 814, support end point 815, and support benefits 816 are displayed. When the user details 811 is pressed, the supporter terminal 40 acquires at least part of the user information recorded in the user DB 601 from the server 10 and displays it.
When the support start point 812 is pressed, the supporter terminal 40 acquires from the server 10 or the like a map screen showing the support start point specified by the user and displays it. When the boarding station and scheduled boarding time 813 are pressed, the supporter terminal 40 obtains from the server 10 or the like a map screen showing the boarding station specified by the user and displays it. Also, when the alighting station and scheduled alighting time 814 are pressed, the supporter terminal 40 obtains from the server 10 or the like a map screen showing the alighting station specified by the user and displays it. When the support end point 815 is pressed, the supporter terminal 40 acquires from the server 10 or the like a map screen showing the support end point designated by the user and displays it. When the support benefit 816 is pressed, the supporter terminal 40 acquires from the server 10 and displays information indicating the details of the benefit given to the supporter from the server 10 for this support. Further, in the example of FIG. 8, a button 817 "Available both when getting on and off", a "Available only when getting on" button 818, and a "Available only when getting off" button 819 are displayed.
Subsequently, the supporter terminal 40 transmits a support acceptance response to the server 10 (step S107). Here, for example, when the "available for both boarding and alighting" button 817, "available only for boarding" button 818, or "available only for getting off" button 819 in FIG. 8 is pressed, the supporter terminal 40 Send an acceptance response. The acceptance response may include information indicating, for example, the supporter ID and the content of support accepted by the supporter.
Subsequently, the transmission unit 13 of the server 10 provides guidance regarding support to the user and the supporter (step S108). If the server 10 receives acceptance responses from a plurality of candidates, for example, it matches only the candidate who sent the acceptance response first, and notifies the supporter terminals 40 of the other candidates of the cancellation of the support request. may be sent. In addition, if the server 10 receives acceptance responses from one or more other candidates within a predetermined time (for example, within 5 minutes) after receiving the first acceptance response, for example, the server 10 receives a predetermined number of Only (eg, two) candidates may be matched. The server 10 may then transmit a support request cancellation notification to the supporter terminals 40 of the other candidates.
In addition, if the server 10 receives an acceptance response from one or more other candidates within a predetermined time (for example, within 5 minutes) after receiving the acceptance response for the first time, for example, each candidate who has accepted support You may transmit the information of a person to the user terminal 20. FIG. Then, the server 10 may match only the candidate specified by the user from among the candidates, and transmit a support request cancellation notification to the supporter terminals 40 of the other candidates.
In the process of step S112, the server 10 may, for example, transmit to the user terminal 20 and the supporter terminal 40 information based on the support request content recorded in the user DB 601.
In the example of FIG. 9, the user terminal 20 displays the current position 911 of the user terminal 20 and the meeting place 912 with the supporter on the display screen 901 of the premises guide map of the boarding station based on the data acquired from the server 10. ing. The user terminal 20 also displays a barrier-free route 913 from the current position 911 to the meeting place 912 and the required time 914 for the route 913 .
The server may receive a notification from the supporter terminal 40 or the user terminal 20 (hereinafter also simply referred to as "terminal" as appropriate) indicating that the user and the supporter have joined. Then, the server 10 may cause the terminal to display a barrier-free route from the current position of the terminal to the boarding point and the installation point of equipment (for example, a slope) for boarding in a wheelchair. The server 10 may also transmit information for unlocking the electronic lock of the appliance to the supporter terminal 40 . In this case, the information for unlocking the electronic lock of the appliance includes, for example, a two-dimensional code, key data transmitted from the supporter terminal 40 to the electronic lock by non-contact communication, or a one-time password to be input into the electronic lock. information may be included.
In addition, the server 10 performs face authentication based on the face image of the supporter captured by the camera of the electronic lock of the appliance and the face image of the supporter registered in the supporter DB 701. An electronic lock on the appliance may be unlocked.
In addition, the server 10 may transmit information indicating that the supporter selected as a candidate can pass through the ticket gate at the transfer station when the supporter selected as a candidate provides support to the user and the user has to change transportation.
As a result, the supporter can transfer to another route from the route that the supporter is planning to travel to in order to support the user, and when transferring again (returning) to the route that the supporter is planning to travel after the end of the support, without paying a fee. You can pass through the ticket gate. In this case, the server 10 may register the face image of the supporter registered in the supporter DB 701 in a server that performs face authentication at the ticket gate when the ticket gate at the transfer station has a face authentication function. In addition, when the ticket gate at the transfer station is a ticket gate having a payment function with a two-dimensional code or the like, the server 10 provides the supporter with a two-dimensional code or the like for the supporter to pass through the ticket gate without paying the entrance fee or the like. You may transmit to the terminal 40. FIG.
<<Processing after support is provided>>
Processing after the support by the supporter is completed will be described below. In step S201, the user terminal 20 receives an input operation for evaluating the supporter from the user. Subsequently, the user terminal 20 transmits information indicating the evaluation result to the server 10 (step S202). Subsequently, the server 10 updates the score of the supporter based on the received evaluation result (step S203).
Next, the server 10 gives benefits to the supporter (step S204). Here, the server 10 may provide, as a privilege, points that can be used for settlement services provided by transportation operators, for example. In this case, the server 10 may give points with a fixed expiration date (for example, valid only within one month after being given). As a result, it is possible to promote the use of various services provided by transportation companies.
In addition, when the supporter supports either boarding or alighting, the server 10 may give the supporter points for the station ticket paid by the supporter to the transportation operator at the time of support. Further, when the supporter accompanies the user from getting on to getting off the vehicle and supports the user, the server 10 may give the supporter points corresponding to the transportation expenses from the boarding station to the getting off station.
In addition, the server 10 calculates the difference between the time required for the planned route from the boarding station to the alighting station where the supporter is scheduled to move and the time required for the route from the boarding station to the alighting station when supporting the user. Based on this, the privilege to be given to the supporter may be determined. In this case, the server 10 may, for example, make the privilege larger (expensive) as the absolute value of the difference becomes larger. As a result, for example, it is possible to reduce the cost of privileges given to supporters while reducing the occurrence of situations in which support cannot be provided to users. For example, it is assumed that the supporter takes 60 minutes on the scheduled route from the boarding station to the disembarking station, and 80 minutes for changing trains or returning to support the user. In this case, the server 10 may give as benefits a point, a coupon (discount ticket), or the like corresponding to the additional 20 minutes of time required for the support.
The server 10 may determine benefits based on, for example, the difficulty level of matching or support. As a result, for example, it is possible to reduce the cost of privileges given to supporters while reducing the occurrence of situations in which support cannot be provided to users.
Information indicating the difficulty level of matching or support may include, for example, the number of candidates selected in the matching process of step S104. In this case, the server 10 may increase the benefits as the number of candidates selected in the matching process of step S104 decreases, for example. Thereby, for example, when the number of supporters who can be selected as candidates is small (for example, only one), it is possible to increase the possibility that the candidate will accept the support.
In addition, the information indicating the degree of difficulty of matching or support may include, for example, the remaining time until the date and time when support for the user is scheduled to be performed. In this case, for example, the server 10 may increase the benefits as the remaining time until the date and time when the support for the user is scheduled to be performed is shorter (shorter). Thereby, for example, when the remaining time until the scheduled boarding time is short (for example, 30 minutes or less), it is possible to increase the possibility that the candidate will accept the support.
In addition, the information indicating the difficulty level of matching or support may include, for example, the number of supporters who have accepted support among the candidates. In this case, the server 10 may, for example, increase the privilege as the number of supporters who have accepted the support among the candidates is smaller. As a result, for example, when the number of supporters who have accepted the support among the candidates is small (for example, one), it is possible to reduce the possibility that the supporters who have accepted the support cancel the acceptance due to urgent business or the like.
In addition, the information indicating the degree of difficulty of matching or support may include, for example, the difference between the date and time when the support for the user is scheduled to be performed and the date and time when the support for the user is performed. In this case, for example, the server 10 may increase the benefits as the difference between the date and time when the user is scheduled to be supported and the date and time when the user is supported is increased. This reduces the possibility that the supporter who has accepted the support will cancel the acceptance when, for example, the time to get off the train is significantly behind schedule due to an accident in the transportation system or the like.
(About registration of supporter traffic information)
Next, an example of a display screen on the supporter terminal 40 when registering the supporter traffic information in the supporter DB 701 of FIG. 7 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 10 is a diagram showing an example of a display screen when registering supporter traffic information on the supporter terminal 40 according to the embodiment. In the example of FIG. 10, the supporter terminal 40 displays, on the display screen 1001, an input field 1002 for the period of travel, an input field 1003 for the boarding station, an input field 1004 for the time period in which the supporter desires to board at the boarding station, and an alighting station. , and an input field 1006 for the time period in which the supporter desires to get off at the alighting station. In addition, an input field 1007 for whether or not the user has purchased (possessed) a commuter pass including transportation from the boarding station to the alighting station that the user desires to use, a "Register" button 1008, and a "other movement within the same period" A "Continue to register schedule" button 1009 is displayed. When the “Register” button 1008 is pressed, the supporter terminal 40 transmits the information entered in each entry field to the server 10 .
On the other hand, if the button 1009 "Continue to register other travel plans in the same period" is pressed, a display screen for inputting other travel plans in the period specified in the entry field 1002 for the travel plan period is displayed. . As a result, for example, when the supporter's travel schedule is for commuting or the like, the travel schedule for going to work and the travel schedule for returning home can be input more easily.
<Effects of the present disclosure>
There are transportation companies that are promoting unmanned stations and labor saving. On the other hand, it is believed that the number of users who desire support (assistance) is on the rise due to the aging of the population and the like. As a result, it is conceivable that station staff and others alone will not be able to sufficiently respond to requests for support. As described above, in the present disclosure, supporter candidates who provide support to the user are selected based on the supporter's travel schedule. As a result, the burden of arranging supporters can be reduced. Also, it is possible to appropriately match a supporter to a user who desires support.
 <変形例>
<Modification>
In the above example, the case where the server 10 is an information processing device included in one housing has been described, but the server 10 of the present disclosure is not limited to this. Each unit (for example, the control unit 12) of the server 10 may be implemented by cloud computing configured by one or more computers, for example. At least one of the user terminal 20 and the supporter terminal 40 may execute at least part of the processing of each functional unit (for example, the control unit 12) of the server 10. FIG. Such servers 10 are also included in an example of the "information processing apparatus" of the present disclosure.
