技术领域
本申请涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息处理方法、装置、设备及存储介质。
背景技术
针对仅具有单发双收或单发单收功能的多订户身份模块(Multiple Subscriber Identity Module,MUSIM)终端,由于终端无法同时与多个网络进行交互,当存在与多个网络相关的业务和/或数据时,终端需要根据寻呼发起原因确定在不同网络间切换。如何确定寻呼原因问题还需解决。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种信息处理方法、装置、设备及存储介质,能够解决如何在返回网络处理业务和/或数据的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请是这样实现的:
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种信息处理方法,用于第一通信设备,包括:
获得第一信息,所述第一信息包括以下至少一项:网络的寻呼原因能力信息,从第一网络接收到的关于终端的寻呼消息,第一指示信息,第二指示信息,终端的寻呼原因能力信息;
根据所述第一信息,执行第一操作;
其中,所述第一操作包括以下至少一项:执行确定寻呼原因的操作或不执行确定寻呼原因的操作;确定第一网络支持寻呼原因功能或确定第一网络不支持寻呼原因功能;终端的AS层将确定的寻呼原因取值发送给终端的NAS层;
其中,
所述网络的寻呼原因能力信息用于指示以下之一:网络支持寻呼原因的功能,网络不支持寻呼原因的功能;

下面结合附图介绍本申请的实施例。本申请实施例提供的信息处理方法、装置和通信设备不限于长期演进型(Long Term Evolution,LTE)/LTE的演进(LTE-Advanced,LTE-A)系统,还可用于其他无线通信系统,诸如码分 多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)、时分多址(Time Division Multiple Access,TDMA)、频分多址(Frequency Division Multiple Access,FDMA)、正交频分多址(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access,OFDMA)、单载波频分多址(Single-carrier Frequency-Division Multiple Access,SC-FDMA)和其他系统。本申请实施例中的术语“系统”和“网络”常被可互换地使用,所描述的技术既可用于以上提及的系统和无线电技术,也可用于其他系统和无线电技术。然而,以下描述出于示例目的描述了新空口(New Radio,NR)系统,并且在以下大部分描述中使用NR术语,但是这些技术也可应用于NR系统应用以外的应用,如第6代(6th Generation,6G)通信系统。
为了便于更好地理解本申请实施例,下面先介绍以下技术点。
多卡终端(也可以称作多卡UE)是一个设备上具有两个或大于两个的用户身份模块(Subscriber Identity Module,SIM)卡。所述SIM卡是电子SIM卡或实体SIM卡。从网络的角度,同一终端设备与不同的SIM卡构成不同的用户设备(User Equipment,UE)。另外,多卡终端也可以称作多通用用户识别模块(multiple universal subscriber identity module,MUSIM)终端。
可选的,多卡终端中的SIM卡可以是属于同一个运营商或不同的运营商。不同SIM卡所接入的无线通信网络可以相同,也可以不相同。
可选的,SIM卡可以包括以下之一:SIM卡、全球用户身份模块(Universal Subscriber Identity Module,USIM)卡、嵌入式SIM(Embedded-SIM,eSIM)卡。SIM卡也可以作为别的命名,比如直接称为“卡”,本申请不做限制。
目前,还存在如下问题需要解决:
问题1:对UE而言,需要解决区分寻呼原因为1)语音,2)非语音(non voice)和3)寻呼原因为未知(unknown)的问题。
寻呼原因为未知表示不确定触发寻呼的数据是语音还是非语音。
一种实施方式中,寻呼原因为触发寻呼的数据的类型,包括数据的业务类型。
所述数据包括控制面数据和/或用户面数据。
问题2:对无线接入网(Wireless Access Network,RAN)而言,需要解 决1)是否执行确定寻呼终端的原因的操作;2)是否和如何发送寻呼原因相关的信元的问题。
-场景1:对RAN共享(RAN Sharing)的场景,存在RAN支持寻呼原因,共享这个RAN网元的网络1和网络2。可能存在网络1不支持寻呼原因功能,网络2支持寻呼原因功能的情况。
-场景2:核心网(Core Network,CN)发起的寻呼和RAN发起寻呼不同。对CN发起的寻呼,如果CN寻呼请求消息中不包括语音指示作为寻呼原因,RAN不清楚寻呼原因是非语音还是未知,RAN是否在关于UE的寻呼消息中包括寻呼原因相关的信元的问题需要解决。
-场景3:一个Uu口的寻呼消息中可以携带至多N(如32)个UE的寻呼请求。当所述寻呼消息中所有终端的寻呼原因为非语音的情况下,是否在关于UE的寻呼消息中包括寻呼原因相关的信元的问题需要解决。
-场景4:当触发寻呼的原因或触发寻呼的数据的类型是多个时,如何包含寻呼原因相关的信息。比如,触发寻呼的数据的类型包括语音;类型的数据和非语音类型的。数据。此时,寻呼消息中仅包含用于指示寻呼终端的原因是语音的信息;或包含用于指示寻呼终端的原因是语音和非语音的信息还不清楚。
本申请一种可选的实施例中,终端的寻呼原因和寻呼终端的原因代表一个意思,可以混用。
本申请一种可选的实施例中,支持寻呼原因功能包括支持指示语音作为寻呼终端的原因。
本申请一种可选的实施例中,寻呼消息中包含用于指示寻呼原因的相关信息或第一寻呼记录列表。

本领域技术人员可以理解,终端1100还可以包括给各个部件供电的电源(比如电池),电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器1110逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。图11中示出的终端结构并不构成对终端的限定,终端可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置,在此不再赘述。
应理解的是,本申请实施例中,输入单元1104可以包括图形处理器(Graphics Processing Unit,GPU)11041和麦克风11042,图形处理器11041对在视频捕获模式或图像捕获模式中由图像捕获装置(如摄像头)获得的静态图片或视频的图像数据进行处理。显示单元1106可包括显示面板11061,可以采用液晶显示器、有机发光二极管等形式来配置显示面板11061。用户输入单元1107包括触控面板11071以及其他输入设备11072。触控面板11071,也称为触摸屏。触控面板11071可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其他输入设备11072可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆,在此不再赘述。
本申请实施例中,射频单元1101将来自网络侧设备的下行数据接收后,给处理器1110处理;另外,将上行的数据发送给网络侧设备。通常,射频单元1101包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器、双工器等。
存储器1109可用于存储软件程序或指令以及各种数据。存储器1109可主要包括存储程序或指令区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序或指令区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序或指令(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等。此外,存储器1109可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,其中,非易失性存储器可以是只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、可编程只读存储器(Programmable ROM,PROM)、可擦除可编程只读存储器(Erasable PROM,EPROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(Electrically EPROM,EEPROM)或闪存。例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪 存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。
处理器1110可包括一个或多个处理单元;可选的,处理器1110可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序或指令等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信,如基带处理器。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器1110中。

本申请实施例还提供了一种网络侧设备。如图12所示,该网络侧设备 1200包括:天线1201、射频装置1202、基带装置1203。天线1201与射频装置1202连接。在上行方向上,射频装置1202通过天线1201接收信息,将接收的信息发送给基带装置1203进行处理。在下行方向上,基带装置1203对要发送的信息进行处理,并发送给射频装置1202,射频装置1202对收到的信息进行处理后经过天线1201发送出去。
上述频带处理装置可以位于基带装置1203中,以上实施例中网络侧设备执行的方法可以在基带装置1203中实现,该基带装置1203包括处理器1204和存储器1205。
基带装置1203例如可以包括至少一个基带板,该基带板上设置有多个芯片,如图12所示,其中一个芯片例如为处理器1204,与存储器1205连接,以调用存储器1205中的程序,执行以上方法实施例中所示的网络侧设备操作。
该基带装置1203还可以包括网络接口1206,用于与射频装置1202交互信息,该接口例如为通用公共无线接口(common public radio interface,简称CPRI)。
具体地,本发明实施例的网络侧设备还包括:存储在存储器1205上并可在处理器1204上运行的指令或程序,处理器1204调用存储器1205中的指令或程序执行图9所示各模块执行的方法,并达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,故不在此赘述。
本申请实施例还提供了一种网络侧设备。如图13所示,该网络侧设备130包括总线131、收发机132、天线133、总线接口134、处理器135和存储器136。总线131可以包括任意数量的互联的总线和桥,总线131将包括由处理器135代表的一个或多个处理器和存储器136代表的存储器的各种电路链接在一起。总线131还可以将诸如外围设备、稳压器和功率管理电路等之类的各种其他电路链接在一起,这些都是本领域所公知的,因此,本文不再对其进行进一步描述。总线接口134在总线131和收发机132之间提供接口。收发机132可以是一个元件,也可以是多个元件,比如多个接收器和发 送器,提供用于在传输介质上与各种其他装置通信的单元。经处理器135处理的数据通过天线133在无线介质上进行传输,进一步,天线133还接收数据并将数据传送给处理器135。
在本申请实施例中,该网络侧设备130还包括:存储在存储器136上并可在处理器135上运行的指令或程序,处理器135调用存储器136中的指令或程序执行图10中所示各模块执行的方法,并达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,故不在此赘述。
本申请实施例还提供一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储有程序或指令,该程序或指令被处理器执行时实现上述信息处理方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
其中,所述处理器为上述实施例中所述的电子设备中的处理器。所述可读存储介质,包括计算机可读存储介质,如计算机只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等。
本申请实施例另提供了一种芯片,所述芯片包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现上述信息处理方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
应理解,本申请实施例提到的芯片还可以称为系统级芯片、系统芯片、芯片系统或片上系统芯片等。

    获得第一信息,所述第一信息包括以下至少一项:网络的寻呼原因能力信息,从第一网络接收到的关于终端的寻呼消息,第一指示信息,第二指示信息,终端的寻呼原因能力信息;
    根据所述第一信息,执行第一操作;
    其中,所述第一操作包括以下至少一项:执行确定寻呼原因的操作或不执行确定寻呼原因的操作;确定第一网络支持寻呼原因功能或确定第一网络不支持寻呼原因功能;终端的接入层AS将确定的寻呼原因取值发送给终端的非接入层NAS;
    其中,
    所述网络的寻呼原因能力信息用于指示以下之一:网络支持寻呼原因的功能,网络不支持寻呼原因的功能;
    所述终端的寻呼原因能力信息用于指示以下之一:终端支持寻呼原因的功能,终端不支持寻呼原因的功能;

    所述第一值的取值范围包括以下至少一项:语音,短信,IMS信令,控制面信令。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述确定寻呼原因为第一值的操作包括:确定满足第一条件的情况下,确定寻呼原因为第一值;
    其中,所述第一条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述寻呼消息中包含用于指示寻呼所述终端的原因为第一值的信息;
    所述终端为多卡模式。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述确定寻呼原因为第二值的操作包括:确定满足第二条件的情况下,确定寻呼原因为第二值;
    其中,所述第二条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述第一网络支持寻呼原因功能;
    所述寻呼消息中不包含所述终端相关的寻呼原因相关信息;
    所述寻呼消息中不包含用于指示寻呼所述终端的原因为第一值的信息;
    所述寻呼消息中包含用于指示寻呼所述终端的原因为第二值的信息;
    所述第一网络支持寻呼原因功能;
    所述终端支持寻呼原因功能;
    所述终端为多卡模式。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的信息处理方法,其中,确定寻呼原因为未知的操作,或不执行确定寻呼原因的操作包括:确定满足第三条件的情况下,执行以下至少一项:确定寻呼原因为未知,不执行确定寻呼原因的操作;
    其中,所述第三条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述第一网络不支持寻呼原因功能;所述寻呼消息中不包含用于指示寻呼原因的相关信息或第一寻呼记录列表;
    所述寻呼消息中不包含用于指示寻呼所述终端的原因为第一值的信息;
    所述寻呼消息中不包含用于指示寻呼所述终端的原因为第二值的信息;
    所述终端不支持寻呼原因功能;
    所述终端为非多卡模式。
  6. 根据权利要求2或3所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述第一网络支持 寻呼原因功能包括:根据以下至少一项,确定第一网络支持寻呼原因功能:
    从第一网络获得网络的寻呼原因能力信息;
    所述网络的寻呼原因能力信息指示网络支持寻呼原因的功能;
    所述寻呼消息中包含与寻呼原因相关的信息。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述第一网络支持寻呼原因功能包括:所述第一网络的RAN支持寻呼原因功能;
    所述第一网络的RAN支持寻呼原因功能包括:寻呼消息中包含用于指示寻呼原因的相关信息或第一寻呼记录列表。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述获得网络的寻呼原因能力信息包括:从第一网络的核心网CN网元和/或第一网络的无线接入网RAN网元中的至少一项获得所述网络的寻呼原因能力信息;
    和/或
    所述获得第一指示信息和/或第二指示信息包括:终端的AS层从终端的NAS层获得第一指示信息和/或第二指示信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述网络的寻呼原因能力信息包括以下至少一项:
    小区或RAN支持的每个网络的寻呼原因能力信息;
    针对每个区域的寻呼原因能力信息。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述网络的寻呼原因能力信息包括以下至少一项:核心网CN的寻呼原因能力信息,无线接入网RAN的寻呼原因能力信息;
    其中,
    所述CN的寻呼原因能力信息用于指示以下之一:CN支持寻呼原因的功能,CN不支持寻呼原因的功能;
    所述RAN的寻呼原因能力信息用于指示以下之一:RAN支持寻呼原因的功能,RAN不支持寻呼原因的功能;

    根据所述第二信息,执行第二操作;
    其中,所述第二操作包括以下至少一项:
    执行发送网络的寻呼原因能力信息的相关操作;
    为终端执行寻呼原因的相关操作;
    在寻呼消息中包含用于指示寻呼原因的相关信息或第一寻呼记录列表,或在寻呼消息中不包含用于指示寻呼原因的相关信息或第一寻呼记录列表;
    在寻呼消息中仅包括注册同一网络的终端相关的寻呼信息;
    其中,

    CN发送的关于终端的寻呼请求中包含用于指示第一值的信息;
    所述第一网络支持寻呼原因的功能;
    所述终端支持寻呼原因的功能;
    所述第一指示信息指示终端为多卡模式;

    CN发送的关于终端的寻呼请求中不包含用于指示第一值的信息或包含用于指示第二值的信息;
    所述第一网络支持寻呼原因的功能;
    所述终端支持寻呼原因的功能;
    所述第一指示信息指示终端为多卡模式;
    所述第三指示信息指示要求为终端执行寻呼原因的相关操作;
    确定终端的寻呼原因为第二值,或所述数据的类型不为第一值或为第二值;

    在所述寻呼消息中不包含用于指示寻呼所述终端的原因为第二值的信息;
    在所述寻呼消息中不包含用于指示寻呼所述终端的原因的信息。
  18. 根据权利要求12或17所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述执行寻呼原因为未知的相关操作包括:确定满足第六条件的情况下,执行寻呼原因为未知的相关操作;
    其中,所述第六条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述CN发送的关于终端的寻呼请求中不包含用于指示第一值的信息;
    所述CN发送的关于终端的寻呼请求中不包含用于指示第二值的信息;
    所述CN发送的关于终端的寻呼请求中不包含以下至少一项:第一指示信息,第三指示信息,网络的寻呼原因能力信息;
    所述第一网络不支持寻呼原因的功能或未获得网络的寻呼原因能力信息;
    所述终端支持寻呼原因的功能或未获得终端的寻呼原因能力信息;
    所述第一指示信息指示终端为非多卡模式或未获得第一指示信息;
    所述第三指示信息指示不要求为终端执行寻呼原因的相关操作或未获得第三指示信息。
  19. 根据权利要求12所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述执行确定终端的寻呼原因的操作包括:根据所述数据的类型,CN发送的寻呼请求,RAN发起的寻呼,网络的寻呼原因能力信息中的至少一项,确定终端的寻呼原因;
    其中,
    所述数据为以下至少一项:触发寻呼终端的数据,接收到的或生成的关 于终端的数据,终端的下行数据,终端的下行数据通知对应的数据;

    所述寻呼请求中包含用于指示第二值的相关信息,确定寻呼原因为第一值;
    所述寻呼请求中不包含寻呼原因相关信息,但包含第一指示信息,第三指示信息,网络的寻呼原因功能能力信息中的至少一项的情况下,确定寻呼原因为第二值;
    所述寻呼请求中不包含寻呼原因相关信息,但确认网络支持寻呼原因功能,确定寻呼原因为第二值;
    所述数据的类型为第一值或所述数据的包头中包含用于指示第一值的信息,确定寻呼原因为第一值;
    所述数据的类型为第二值,所述数据的包头中包含用于指示第二值的信息或所述数据的包头中不包含用于指示第一值的信息,确定寻呼原因为第二值;
    所述数据的服务质量QoS信息与第一值相关,确定寻呼原因为第一值;
    所述数据的QoS信息与第一值无关,确定寻呼原因为第二值;
    所述数据为NAS数据,确定寻呼原因为第二值;
    所述数据为第二通信设备生成的数据,确定寻呼原因为第二值;
    对并非接收到终端的数据触发的寻呼而是RAN发起的关于终端的寻呼,确定寻呼原因为第二值;
  20. 根据权利要求12或19所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述执行确定终端的寻呼原因的操作包括:确定满足第七条件的情况下,执行确定终端的 寻呼原因的操作;
    其中,第七条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述第一网络支持寻呼原因的功能;
    所述终端满足以下至少一项:所述终端支持寻呼原因的功能;所述终端相关的第一指示信息指示终端为多卡模式;所述终端相关的第三指示信息指示要求为终端执行寻呼原因的相关操作;所述终端为非活跃态或空闲态。
  21. 根据权利要求12所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述在所述寻呼消息中包含用于指示寻呼所述终端的原因的信息包括:确定满足第八条件的情况下,在所述寻呼消息中包含用于指示寻呼所述终端的原因的信息;
    其中,第八条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述第一网络支持寻呼原因的功能;
    所述终端满足以下至少一项:确定终端的寻呼原因为第一值;所述CN发送的关于终端的寻呼请求中包含用于指示第一值的信息;终端支持寻呼原因的功能;终端相关的第一指示信息指示终端为多卡模式;终端相关的第三指示信息指示要求为终端执行寻呼原因的相关操作;
    和/或
    在所述寻呼消息中不包含用于指示寻呼所述终端的原因的信息包括:确定满足第九条件的情况下,在所述寻呼消息中不包含用于指示寻呼所述终端的原因的信息;
    其中,第九条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述第一网络不支持寻呼原因的功能或未获得网络的寻呼原因能力信息;
    所述终端满足以下至少一项:确定终端的寻呼原因为第二值和/或未知;所述CN发送的关于终端的寻呼请求中不包含用于指示第一值和/或第二值的信息;终端不支持寻呼原因的功能或未获得终端的寻呼原因能力信息;终端相关的第一指示信息指示终端为非多卡模式或未获得终端相关的第一指示信息;终端相关的第三指示信息指示不要求为终端执行寻呼原因的相关操作或未获得终端的第三指示信息。
  22. 根据权利要求11所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述执行在寻呼消息 中包含用于指示寻呼原因的相关信息或第一寻呼记录列表的操作包括:确定满足第十条件的情况下,执行在寻呼消息中包含用于指示寻呼原因的相关信息或第一寻呼记录列表;
    其中,所述第十条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述第一网络支持寻呼原因的功能;所述第二通信息设备支持寻呼原因的功能;
    所述寻呼消息中的至少一个终端满足以下至少一项:确定终端的寻呼原因为第一值;所述CN发送的关于终端的寻呼请求中包含用于指示第一值的信息;终端支持寻呼原因的功能;终端相关的第一指示信息指示终端为多卡模式;终端相关的第三指示信息指示要求为终端执行寻呼原因的相关操作;
    和/或
    所述执行在寻呼消息中不包含用于指示寻呼原因的相关信息或第一寻呼记录列表的操作包括:确定满足第十一条件的情况下,执行在寻呼消息中不包含用于指示寻呼原因的相关信息或第一寻呼记录列表;
    其中,所述第十一条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述第一网络不支持寻呼原因的功能或未获得网络的寻呼原因能力信息;
    所述第二通信息设备不支持寻呼原因的功能;所述寻呼消息中的任一终端满足以下至少一项:终端的寻呼原因为第二值和/或未知;所述CN发送的关于终端的寻呼请求中不包含用于指示第一值和/或第二值的信息;终端不支持寻呼原因的功能或未获得终端的寻呼原因能力信息;终端相关的第一指示信息指示终端为非多卡模式或未获得终端相关的第一指示信息;终端相关的第三指示信息指示不要求为终端执行寻呼原因的相关操作或未获得终端的第三指示信息。
  23. 根据权利要求11所述的信息处理方法,其中,执行发送网络的寻呼原因能力信息的相关操作包括:确定满足第十二条件的情况下,执行发送网络的寻呼原因能力信息的相关操作;
    其中,所述第十二条件包括以下至少一项:
    从CN网元获取的网络的寻呼原因能力信息指示支持寻呼原因功能或CN 支持寻呼原因功能;
    RAN网元支持寻呼原因功能;
    其中,执行发送网络的寻呼原因能力信息的相关操作包括以下至少一项:
    广播网络的寻呼原因能力信息;
    所述网络的寻呼原因能力信息为针对RAN或小区支持的每个网络的寻呼原因能力信息;
    在寻呼消息中包含网络的寻呼原因能力信息。
  24. 根据权利要求11所述的信息处理方法,其中,执行在所述寻呼消息中仅包括注册同一网络的终端相关的寻呼信息的操作包括:确定满足第十三条件的情况下,执行在所述寻呼消息中仅包括注册同一网络的终端相关的寻呼信息;
    其中,所述第十三条件包括以下至少一项:
    第一网络的CN和/或第一网络的RAN支持寻呼原因功能;
    第二通信设备支持寻呼原因功能。
  25. 一种信息处理方法,包括:
    发送第三信息;所述第三信息包括以下至少一项:第一指示信息,第三指示信息;
    其中,
    所述第一指示信息用于指示以下之一:所述终端为多卡模式;所述终端为非多卡模式;
    所述第三指示信息用于指示以下之一:要求为终端执行寻呼原因的相关操作;不要求为终端执行寻呼原因的相关操作。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的信息处理方法,其中,
    向RAN或第二通信设备发送所述第三信息;
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的信息处理方法,其中,向RAN或第二通信设备发送所述第三信息的操作,包括:确定满足第十四条件时,向RAN网元或第二通信设备发送所述第三信息,其中,所述第三信息包括以下至少一项:第一指示信息,第三指示信息;所述第一指示信息指示所述终端为多卡模式, 所述第三指示信息指示要求为终端执行寻呼原因的相关操作;
    其中,所述第十四条件包括以下至少一项:
    从终端获得的第一指示信息指示多卡模式指示信息;
    CN支持寻呼原因功能;
    终端支持寻呼原因功能。
  28. 根据权利要求26所述的信息处理方法,其中,向RAN或第二通信设备发送所述第三信息包括以下至少一项:
    通过用户设备UE上下文相关消息向RAN发送所述第三信息;
    和/或
    在CN发起的寻呼请求消息中包含所述第三信息。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述在CN发起的寻呼请求消息中包含所述第三信息的操作,包括:确定满足第十五条件的情况下,在CN发起的寻呼请求消息中包含所述第三信息;
    所述第十五条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述数据的类型为第二值或确定寻呼原因为第二值;
    从终端获得的第一指示信息指示终端为多卡模式;
    CN支持寻呼原因功能;
    终端支持寻呼原因功能;
    其中,所述数据为以下至少一项:触发寻呼终端的数据,接收到的或生成的关于终端的数据,终端的下行数据,终端的下行数据通知对应的数据。
  30. 一种信息处理装置,包括:
    第一获取单元,用于获得第一信息,所述第一信息包括以下至少一项:网络的寻呼原因能力信息,从第一网络接收到的关于终端的寻呼消息,第一指示信息,第二指示信息,终端的寻呼原因能力信息;
    第一执行单元,用于根据所述第一信息,执行第一操作;
    其中,所述第一操作包括以下至少一项:执行确定寻呼原因的操作或不执行确定寻呼原因的操作;确定第一网络支持寻呼原因功能或确定第一网络不支持寻呼原因功能;终端的AS层将确定的寻呼原因取值发送给终端的NAS 层;
    其中,
    所述网络的寻呼原因能力信息用于指示以下之一:网络支持寻呼原因的功能,网络不支持寻呼原因的功能;
    所述终端的寻呼原因能力信息用于指示以下之一:终端支持寻呼原因的功能,终端不支持寻呼原因的功能;
    所述第一指示信息用于指示以下之一:所述终端为多卡模式,所述终端为非多卡模式;
    所述第二指示信息用于指示以下之一:要求执行确定寻呼原因的操作;不要求执行确定寻呼原因的操作。
  31. 一种信息处理装置,包括:
    第二获取单元,用于获得第二信息,所述第二信息包括以下至少一项:网络的寻呼原因能力信息,CN发送的关于终端的寻呼请求,第一指示信息,第三指示信息,终端的寻呼原因能力信息;
    第二执行单元,用于根据所述第二信息,执行第二操作;其中,所述第二操作包括以下至少一项:
    执行发送网络的寻呼原因能力信息的相关操作;
    为终端执行寻呼原因的相关操作;
    在寻呼消息中包含用于指示寻呼原因的相关信息或第一寻呼记录列表,或在寻呼消息中不包含用于指示寻呼原因的相关信息或第一寻呼记录列表;
    在寻呼消息中仅包括注册同一网络的终端相关的寻呼信息;
    其中,
    所述第一指示信息用于指示以下之一:所述终端为多卡模式;所述终端为非多卡模式;
    所述第三指示信息用于指示以下之一:要求为终端执行寻呼原因的相关操作;不要求为终端执行寻呼原因的相关操作;
    所述网络的寻呼原因能力信息用于指示以下之一:网络支持寻呼原因的功能;网络不支持寻呼原因的功能;
    所述终端的寻呼原因能力信息用于指示以下之一:终端支持寻呼原因的功能;终端不支持寻呼原因的功能。
  32. 一种信息处理装置,包括:
    第一发送单元,用于发送第三信息;所述第三信息包括以下至少一项:第一指示信息,第三指示信息;
    其中,
    所述第一指示信息用于指示以下之一:所述终端为多卡模式;所述终端为非多卡模式;
    所述第三指示信息用于指示以下之一:要求为终端执行寻呼原因的相关操作;不要求为终端执行寻呼原因的相关操作。
  33. 一种终端,包括处理器,存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,其中,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的信息处理方法的步骤。
  34. 一种网络侧设备,包括处理器,存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,其中,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求11-24中任一项所述的信息处理方法的步骤,或者,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求25-29中任一项所述的信息处理方法的步骤。
  35. 一种可读存储介质,其中,所述可读存储介质上存储有程序或指令,所述程序或指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-29中任一项所述的信息处理方法的步骤。
