本发明实施例涉及终端技术领域,尤其涉及一种携物提醒方法、相关设备及系统。
背景技术
在人们出行的时候,常常需要携带一些物品,而人们在出门时很容易遗忘需要携带的物品,以致给出行带来诸多不便。目前,终端设备可以根据用户出行的时间和地点为用户提供需要携带的物品提示。然而,仅根据出行的时间和地点提醒用户出门时需要携带的物品,提示信息不够准确和全面。
发明内容
本发明实施例公开了一种携物提醒方法、相关设备及系统,用于提高物品提示信息的准确性和全面性。
需要说明的是,本申请提供的各实施例中,各步骤的执行顺序可以有多种可能的实现方式,其中的部分或全部步骤可以先后执行或并行执行。
第一方面,本申请提供了一种携物提醒方法,应用于服务器,该方法可以包括:接收来自第一电子设备的第一数据;根据所述第一数据确定第一身份信息;根据所述第一身份信息确定第一用户所需携带物品;向第二电子设备发送所述所需携带物品。
本申请实施例中,当接收到来自第一电子设备的第一数据之后,可以确定当前出门用户的身份信息(第一身份信息),之后可以根据出门用户确定出需要携带的物品,并将这些物品信息发送给第二电子设备,其中,第二电子设备可以用于提醒出行的用户携带所需物品。通过上述方式,不但可以避免用户在出行的时候忘记携带所需物品,针对当前出门的用户确定所需携带物品,也可以提高所需携带物品的准确性和全面性。此外,为用户提供更加准确和全面的物品信息,可以使得用户的携带物品更加符合当前出行的需要,从而可以提高用户的出行体验。

本申请实施例中,可能存在部分的用户在出行的过程中可以能不携带电子设备。可以采集门口出门用户的语音数据(如,说话声音),并可以根据出门用户的语音数据提取声音特征,之后可以根据声音特征与身份信息之间的对应关系确定出门的用户(第一身份信息)。从而可以保证确定的出行用户的准确性,进而可以提高确定出的所需携带物品的准确性。
在一些可能的实施方式中,该方法还可以包括:根据所述第一身份信息确定所述第二电子设备。
本申请实施例中,当确定出门的用户(第一身份信息)时,可以根据出门的用户确定能够为这些用户提醒所需携带物品的电子设备(第二电子设备),从而可以向用户的电子设备发送对应所需携带物品(即出门用户需要携带的物品可以从自己的电子设备上获得),进而可以保证能够准确地发送所需携带的物品。此外,考虑到所需携带物品可能具有一定的私密性,可以将私人的物品向个人的电子设备发送,将公共的物品向公共的电子设备发送,从而可以保障用户的隐私,以提高用户体验。
第二方面,本申请提供了一种携物提醒方法,应用于第一电子设备,该方法可以包括:当检测到存在用户出门时,获取第一数据;向服务器发送所述第一数据。
本申请实施例中,当存在用户出门时,可以获取第一数据之后,可以向服务器发送第一数据。其中,第一数据可以包括当前出门的用户的相关数据。服务器可以根据第一数据确定当前出门用户的身份信息,从而可以发送向出门用户的对应电子设备发送所需携带物品,从而可以准确地将所需携带物品发送给出门用户的电子设备,以避免物品和用户不对应的情况,进而可以提高用户的出行体验。此外,当用户出门时获取第一数据,可以把握获取第一数据的时机,从而可以提高第一数据的时效性。
在一些可能的实施方式中,该方法还可以包括:检测第一信息;当所述第一信息为预设信息时,确定存在用户出门。
本申请实施例中,可以检测当前是否有用户出门,当存在用户出门的情况下,可以向服务器发送第一数据。服务器接收到第一数据之后,可以根据第一数据发送所需携带物品。从而可以确定发送所需携带物品的时机,即在用户出门的当下发送所需携带的物品,从而可以保证发送时间的准确性和发送的所需携带物品的时效性。
在一些可能的实施方式中,所述获取第一数据包括:获取第四电子设备的标识;所述向服务器发送所述第一数据包括:当与所述第四电子设备之间的信号强度大于第一阈值时,向所述服务器发送所述第四电子设备的标识。
本申请实施例中,当存在用户出门时,可以检测与周围电子设备之间的信号强度,当检测到的信号强度大于一定阈值(第一阈值)时,可以确定发出这一信号的电子设备的对应用户将要出门,之后可以将这一电子设备的标识确定为第一数据。即可以检测门口的一定范围内是否存在电子设备,当与其他的电子设备之间的信号强度要大于第一阈值,可以确定这一 电子设备的标识为第四电子设备的标识。因此,确定第四电子设备需要经过信号强度的筛选,从而可以更加准确地确定出门的用户。
在一些可能的实施方式中,所述获取第一数据包括:通过语音采集装置采集语音数据。
本申请实施例中,当仅仅通过确定第四电子设备的标识来获取第一数据时,可能会遗漏正在出门但没有携带电子设备的用户。因此,可以将通过语音采集装置采集出门时门口周围的语音数据来获取第一数据,从而可以提高检测出门的用户的准确性。当获取的第一数据全面而完整时,可以保证服务器确定的出行用户的身份信息的准确性和完整性,进而可以保证服务器向第二电子设备发送所需携带的物品的准确性。
在一些可能的实施方式中,所述获取第一数据包括:通过摄像头采集图像数据。
本申请实施例中,当仅仅通过确定第四电子设备的标识来获取第一数据时,可能会遗漏正在出门但没有携带电子设备的用户。因此,可以将通过摄像头采集出门时门口周围的图像数据来获取第一数据,从而可以提高检测出门的用户的准确性。当获取的第一数据全面而完整时,可以保证服务器确定的出行用户的身份信息的准确性和完整性,进而可以保证服务器向第二电子设备发送所需携带的物品的准确性。
第三方面,本申请提供了一种携物提醒系统,该系统可以包括服务器、第一电子设备和第二电子设备,其中:

本申请实施例中,可能存在部分的用户在出行的过程中可以能不携带电子设备。服务器可以采集门口出门用户的语音数据(如,说话声音),并可以根据出门用户的语音数据提取声音特征,之后可以根据声音特征与身份信息之间的对应关系确定出门的用户(第一身份信息)。从而可以保证确定的出行用户的准确性,进而可以提高确定出的所需携带物品的准确性。
在一些可能的实施方式中,所述服务器,还用于根据所述第一身份信息确定所述第二电子设备。
本申请实施例中,当确定出门的用户(第一身份信息)时,服务器可以根据出门的用户确定能够为这些用户提醒所需携带物品的电子设备(第二电子设备),从而可以向用户的电子设备发送对应所需携带物品(即出门用户需要携带的物品可以从自己的电子设备上获得),进而可以保证能够准确地发送所需携带的物品。此外,考虑到所需携带物品可能具有一定的私密性,可以将私人的物品向个人的电子设备发送,将公共的物品向公共的电子设备发送,从而可以保障用户的隐私,以提高用户体验。
在一些可能的实施方式中,所述第一电子设备,还用于检测第一信息,当所述第一信息为预设信息时,确定存在用户出门。
本申请实施例中,可以检测当前是否有用户出门,当存在用户出门的情况下,第一电子设备可以向服务器发送第一数据。服务器接收到第一数据之后,可以根据第一数据发送所需携带物品。从而可以确定发送所需携带物品的时机,即在用户出门的当下发送所需携带的物品,从而可以保证发送时间的准确性和发送的所需携带物品的时效性。

本申请实施例中,当存在用户出门时,第一电子设备可以检测与周围电子设备之间的信号强度,当检测到的信号强度大于一定阈值(第一阈值)时,可以确定发出这一信号的电子设备的对应用户将要出门,之后可以将这一电子设备的标识确定为第一数据。即可以检测门口的一定范围内是否存在电子设备,当与其他的电子设备之间的信号强度要大于第一阈值,可以确定这一电子设备的标识为第四电子设备的标识。因此,确定第四电子设备需要经过信号强度的筛选,从而可以更加准确地确定出门的用户。

下面将结合附图对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清除、详尽地描述。其中,在本申请实施例的描述中,除非另有说明,“/”表示或的意思,例如,A/B可以表示A或B;文本中的“和/或”仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况,另外,在本申请实施例的描述中,“多个”是指两个或多于两个。
以下,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为暗示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征,在本申请实施例的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
本申请实施例提供了一种携物提醒方法,通过上述方法可以发送提示信息,提示用户出 门时携带所需携带物品,可以提高所需携带物品的准确性和全面性。
人们出门的时候,可能会因为疏忽或者遗忘没有携带出行时需要的物品,可能会给出行带来诸多不便。目前存在的方案中可以为用户提供出行时的物品信息。一种方案下,可以先获取用户的出行计划,根据出行计划确定出行的场景,之后根据出行的场景确定出行信息。出行信息包括用户出行时需要携带的物品,用户可以通过上述物品整理行李。然而,在这一方案中,仅仅只简单的根据时间和地点区分出行的场景,并不能够了解用户的出行目的。例如,当12月17日用户从深圳出发去海口度假时,需要携带泳衣、防晒霜。相机等;当去出差时,需要携带正装、名片、笔记本、客户资料等。进一步地,不同的身份用户可能携带的物品也不同,例如,病人需要携带药物,女士需要携带化妆品、卫生巾和遮阳伞等。此外,上述的方案仅仅在固定的时间提示用户,而用户出门或者整理行李的时间不确定,当用户出门时还是有可能遗忘携带的物品。因此,上述方案并不能够及时和有效地提供携带物品的信息。另一种方案中,可以在特定的区域范围内检测是否存在电子设备,当电子设备位于特定区域内时,可以获取出行的所需携带的物品,当电子设备位于特定区域外时,可以输出获取的所需携带物品的提示信息。具体地,可以通过判断电子设备与指定区域的网络连接状态判断电子设备是否位于特定区域内。在上述的方案中,当电子设备离开特定区域外时才提醒用户,用户已经出门了,这种情况下提醒用户携带物品,物品信息已然失去时效性。
上述的两种方案中,未曾考虑到由于出行的目的不同,需要携带的物品不同。比如,爬山时需要携带相机、衣物登山杖和水杯等;上班时需要携带工卡、笔记本、上班资料和钥匙等。此外,也未曾考虑到不同的人需要携带的物品也不尽相同。比如,男士出门上班需要携带工卡、钥匙和笔记本等,而女士上班需要携带化妆品、卫生巾、工卡、钥匙和笔记本等。因此,用户所需携带物品的相关提示信息不够全面和准确。所以,如何准确而全面的确定用户出行过程中所需携带物品的提示信息是一个亟待解决的问题。
下面介绍本申请实施例提供的一种通信系统。
请参阅图1,图1示例性地示出了本申请实施例中提供的一种通信系统10示意图。如图1所示,上述通信系统10可以包括电子设备100、电子设备301、电子设备302、电子设备303、电子设备304、电子设备305、电子设备306、交换机和/或网关200、以及服务器400等。上述电子设备均可以通过网络连接到服务器400,服务器400可以是云端服务器,其中,云端服务器可以是硬件服务器,也可以植入虚拟化环境中。例如,云端服务器可以是包括一个或多个其他虚拟机的硬件服务器上执行的虚拟机。服务器400可以接收来自电子设备100、电子设备301、电子设备302、电子设备303、电子设备304、电子设备305和电子设备306等电子设备的数据,还可以向电子设备301、电子设备302、电子设备303、电子设备304、电子设备305、电子设备306和电子设备100等发送数据。本申请实施例中,电子设备100可称为第一电子设备,电子设备301、电子设备302、电子设备303、电子设备304、电子设备305和电子设备306、可称为第三电子设备。
电子设备(例如,电子设备100、电子设备301、电子设备302、电子设备303、电子设备304、电子设备305或电子设备306)可以具有超宽带(ultra wide band,UWB)通信模块,还可以具有蓝牙通信模块、WLAN通信模块和GPS通信模块中的一项或多项的无线通信模块。以电子设备305为例,电子设备305可以通过UWB通信模块、蓝牙通信模块、WLAN通信模块和全球定位系统(global positioning system,GPS)通信模块中的一项或多项向服务器400发送数据,以及可以接收来自服务器400的数据。
电子设备100可以通过UWB、蓝牙、WLAN和GPS中的一种或多种近距离无线通信协议发现附近的电子设备,即电子设备可以通过UWB、蓝牙、WLAN和GPS等方式发现周围的第三电子设备。此外,电子设备100可以包括语音采集装置(如麦克风)和/或摄像头。
本申请对电子设备(例如电子设备301、电子设备302、电子设备303、电子设备304、电子设备305或电子设备306)的类型不做具体限定,在一些实施例中,本申请实施例中的电子设备可以是手机、可穿戴设备(例如,智能手环)、平板电脑、膝上型计算机(laptop)、手持计算机、电脑、超级移动个人计算机(ultra-mobile personal computer,UMPC)、蜂窝电话、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)\虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)设备等便携设备。还可以是音箱、智慧屏、电视机、冰箱、空调、车载设备、打印机、投影仪、智慧门锁和智慧门铃等设备。电子设备的示例性实施例包括但不限于搭载

服务器400可以包括有存储器、处理器和收发器。其中,存储器可以用于存储携物提醒的相关程序和数据;存储器也可以用于存储相关的出行信息和用户信息;存储器还可以存储相关电子设备的数据。处理器可以用于当存在用户出门时,根据出门的用户确定出对应的出行用户所需携带物品,之后可以向对应第三电子设备发送所需携带物品。收发器可用于与第三电子设备和/或电子设备100进行通信。
可以理解的,本实施例示出的结构并不构成对通信系统10的具体限定。在本申请另一些实施例中,通信系统10可以包括比图示更多或更少的设备。
下面,介绍本申请实施例中涉及的电子设备100。
请参阅图2A,图2A示例性地示出了本申请实施例提供的电子设备100的结构示意图。
电子设备100可以包括处理器110、移动通信模块120、无线通信模块130、麦克风140、显示屏150、摄像头160和传感器模块170等。其中,传感器模块170可以包括压力传感器170A、触摸传感器170B和指纹传感器170C等。
可以理解的是,本申请实施例示意的结构并不构成对电子设备100的具体限定。在本申请另一些实施例中,电子设备100可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者拆分某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。图示的部件可以以硬件,软件或软件和硬件的组合实现。一种可能的情况下,电子设备100的麦克风140(语音采集装置)和/或摄像头160可以是电子设备自身的部件,也可以是外接的部件。
处理器110可以包括一个或多个处理单元,例如:处理器110可以包括应用处理器(application processor,AP),调制解调处理器,图形处理器(graphics processing unit,GPU),图像信号处理器(image signal processor,ISP),控制器,存储器,视频编解码器,数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,DSP),基带处理器等。其中,不同的处理单元可以是独立的器件,也可以集成在一个或多个处理器中。处理器110中还可以设置存储器和/或外接存储器,用于存储指令和数据。
可以理解的是,本申请实施例示意的各模块间的接口连接关系,只是示意性说明,并不构成对电子设备100的结构限定。在本申请另一些实施例中,电子设备100也可以采用上述实施例中不同的接口连接方式,或多种接口连接方式的组合。
移动通信模块120可以提供应用在电子设备100上的包括2G/3G/4G/5G等无线通信的解决方案。移动通信模块120可以包括至少一个滤波器,开关,功率放大器,低噪声放大器(low noise amplifier,LNA)等。移动通信模块120可以接收电磁波,并对接收的电磁波进行滤波, 放大等处理,传送至调制解调处理器进行解调。移动通信模块120还可以对经调制解调处理器调制后的信号放大,并转为电磁波辐射出去。在一些实施例中,移动通信模块120的至少部分功能模块可以被设置于处理器110中。在一些实施例中,移动通信模块120的至少部分功能模块可以与处理器110的至少部分模块被设置在同一个器件中。
无线通信模块130可以提供应用在电子设备100上的包括UWB,无线局域网(wireless local area networks,WLAN)(如无线保真(wireless fidelity,WiFi)网络),蓝牙(bluetooth,BT),全球导航卫星系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS),调频(frequency modulation,FM),近距离无线通信技术(near field communication,NFC),红外技术(infrared,IR)等无线通信的解决方案。无线通信模块130可以是集成至少一个通信处理模块的一个或多个器件。无线通信模块130接收电磁波,将电磁波信号调频以及滤波处理,将处理后的信号发送到处理器110。无线通信模块130还可以从处理器110接收待发送的信号,对其进行调频,放大,转为电磁波辐射出去。在一些实施例中,UWB通信模块、蓝牙通信模块、WLAN通信模块、GPS通信模块中的一项或多项可以监听到其他设备(如电子设备100)发射的信号,如测量信号、扫描信号等等,并可以通过监听到的信息确定发生该信息的电子设备。
麦克风(语音采集装置)140,也称“话筒”,“传声器”,用于将声音信号转换为电信号。用户可以通过人嘴靠近麦克风140发声,将声音信号输入到麦克风140。电子设备100可以设置至少一个麦克风140。
显示屏150用于显示图像,视频等。显示屏150包括显示面板。显示面板可以采用液晶显示屏(liquid crystal display,LCD),有机发光二极管(organic light-emitting diode,OLED),有源矩阵有机发光二极体或主动矩阵有机发光二极体(active-matrix organic light emitting diode的,AMOLED),柔性发光二极管(flex light-emitting diode,FLED),Miniled,MicroLed,Micro-oLed,量子点发光二极管(quantum dot light emitting diodes,QLED)等。在一些实施例中,电子设备100可以包括1个或N个显示屏150,N为大于1的正整数。
在本申请的一些实施例中,显示屏150中显示有系统当前输出的界面内容。例如,界面内容为用户所需携带的物品。
摄像头160用于捕获静态图像或视频。物体通过镜头生成光学图像投射到感光元件。感光元件可以是电荷耦合器件(charge coupled device,CCD)或互补金属氧化物半导体(complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor,CMOS)光电晶体管。感光元件把光信号转换成电信号,之后将电信号传递给图像信号处理器(image signal processor,ISP)转换成数字图像信号。ISP将数字图像信号输出到数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,DSP)加工处理。DSP将数字图像信号转换成标准的RGB,YUV等格式的图像信号。在一些实施例中,电子设备100可以包括1个或N个摄像头160,N为大于1的正整数。
压力传感器170A用于感受压力信号,可以将压力信号转换成电信号。在一些实施例中,压力传感器170A可以设置于显示屏150。在本申请一些可选的实施例中,压力传感器170A可用于捕获用户手指部位接触显示屏时生成的压力值,并将该压力值传输给处理器,以使得处理器识别用户通过哪个手指部位输入用户操作。
压力传感器170A的种类很多,如电阻式压力传感器,电感式压力传感器,电容式压力传感器等。电容式压力传感器可以是包括至少两个具有导电材料的平行板。当有力作用于压力传感器170A,电极之间的电容改变。电子设备100根据电容的变化确定压力的强度。当有触摸操作作用于显示屏150,电子设备100根据压力传感器170A检测所述触摸操作强度。电子设备100也可以根据压力传感器170A的检测信号计算触摸的位置。在一些实施例中,作 用于不同触摸位置,可以对应不同的操作指令。在一些可选的实施例中,压力传感器170A还可根据检测到的信号计算触摸点的数量,并将计算值传输给处理器,以使得处理器识别用户通过单指或多指输入用户操作。
触摸传感器170B,也称“触控面板”。触摸传感器170B可以设置于显示屏150,由触摸传感器170B与显示屏150组成触摸屏,也称“触控屏”。触摸传感器170B用于检测作用于其上或附近的触摸操作,该触摸触控操作是指用户手部、手肘、触控笔等接触显示屏150的操作。触摸传感器可以将检测到的触摸操作传递给应用处理器,以确定触摸事件类型。可以通过显示屏150提供与触摸操作相关的视觉输出。在另一些实施例中,触摸传感器170B也可以设置于电子设备100的表面,与显示屏150所处的位置不同。
指纹传感器170C用于采集指纹。电子设备100可以利用采集的指纹特性实现指纹解锁,访问门锁,指纹锁等。
应理解,上述仅仅是举例说明传感器模块可能包括的传感器,并不构成限定。
图2B是本申请实施例的电子设备100的软件结构框图。
分层架构将软件分成若干个层,每一层都有清晰的角色和分工。层与层之间通过软件接口通信。在一些实施例中,可以将系统分为四层,从上至下分别为应用程序层、应用程序框架层、系统库和以及内核层。
应用程序层可以包括一系列应用程序包。
如图2B所示,应用程序包可以包括UWB、导航、WLAN、蓝牙等应用程序。
应用程序框架层为应用程序层的应用程序提供应用编程接口(application programming interface,API)和编程框架。应用程序框架层包括一些预先定义的函数。
如图2B所示,应用程序框架层可以包括窗口管理器、内容提供器、视图系统、资源管理器和通知管理器等。
窗口管理器用于管理窗口程序。窗口管理器可以获取显示屏大小,判断是否有状态栏,锁定屏幕,截取屏幕等。
内容提供器用来存放和获取数据,并使这些数据可以被应用程序访问。所述数据可以包括视频、图像、语音和文字等。
视图系统包括可视控件,例如显示文字的控件,显示图片的控件等。视图系统可用于构建应用程序。显示界面可以由一个或多个视图组成的。例如,包括显示界面,显示界面可以显示文字的视图以及显示图片的视图。
资源管理器为应用程序提供各种资源,比如本地化字符串,图标,图片,布局文件,视频文件等等。
通知管理器使应用程序可以在状态栏中显示通知信息,可以用于传达告知类型的消息,可以短暂停留后自动消失,无需用户交互。比如通知管理器被用于告知下载完成,消息提醒等。通知管理器还可以是以图表或者滚动条文本形式出现在系统顶部状态栏的通知,例如后台运行的应用程序的通知,还可以是以对话窗口形式出现在屏幕上的通知。例如在状态栏提示文本信息,发出提示音,电子设备振动,指示灯闪烁等。
应用程序层和应用程序框架层运行在虚拟机中。虚拟机将应用程序层和应用程序框架层的java文件执行为二进制文件。虚拟机用于执行对象生命周期的管理,堆栈管理,线程管理,安全和异常的管理,以及垃圾回收等功能。
系统库可以包括多个功能模块。例如:表面管理器(surface manager)和媒体库(Media Libraries)等。
表面管理器用于对显示子系统进行管理。
媒体库支持多种常用的音频,视频格式回放和录制,以及静态图像文件等。媒体库可以支持多种音视频编码格式,例如:MPEG4,H.264,MP3,AAC,AMR,JPG,PNG等。
内核层是硬件和软件之间的层。内核层至少包含显示驱动,摄像头驱动,音频驱动,传感器驱动。
图2B所示的软件系统涉及到各个应用的呈现,并提供了本申请实施例中的即时通讯服务。其中,应用程序框架层提供蜂窝移动通信服务、WLAN服务、LAN服务等等,内核和底层提供蜂窝移动通信能力、WLAN能力、LAN能力和基本通信协议等。
下面以电子设备302为例介绍本申请实施例提供的一种电子设备(第三电子设备)的结构。
图3A示例性的示出了本申请实施例提供的另一种电子设备302的结构示意图。
如图3A所示,电子设备302可以包括:处理器301,存储器302,无线通信处理模块303,天线304,电源开关305,有线局域网(local area networks,LAN)通信处理模块306,USB通信处理模块307,音频模块308,显示屏309。其中:
处理器301可用于读取和执行计算机可读指令。具体实现中,处理器301可主要包括控制器、运算器和寄存器。其中,控制器主要负责指令译码,并为指令对应的操作发出控制信号。运算器主要负责保存指令执行过程中临时存放的寄存器操作数和中间操作结果等。
在一些实施例中,处理器301可以获取自身相关的用户数据和出行数据。
在一些实施例中,处理器301还可用于生成无线通信模块303和/或有线LAN通信处理模块306向外发送的信号,如蓝牙信号。
存储器302与处理器301耦合,用于存储各种软件程序和/或多组指令。具体实现中,存储器302可包括高速随机存取的存储器,并且也可包括非易失性存储器,例如一个或多个磁盘存储设备、闪存设备或其他非易失性固态存储设备。存储器302可以存储操作系统,存储器302还可以存储通信程序,该通信程序可用于与电子设备100,一个或多个服务器,或附件设备进行通信。
无线通信模块303可以包括UWB通信模块303A、蓝牙通信模块303B、WLAN通信模块304C、GPS通信模块304D中的一项或多项。其中,UWB通信模块303A可以集成到芯片(system on chip,SOC)上,UWB通信模块303A在硬件上(或软件上)也可以与其他通信模块(例如,蓝牙通信模块303B)集成为一体。
无线通信模块303还可以包括蜂窝移动通信模块(未示出)。蜂窝移动通信处理模块可以通过蜂窝移动通信技术与其他设备(如服务器)进行通信。
天线304可用于发射和接收电磁波信号。不同通信模块的天线可以复用,也可以相互独立,以提高天线的利用率。例如:可以将蓝牙通信模块303A的天线复用为WLAN通信模块303B的天线。例如,UWB通信模块303A要使用独立的UWB天线。
本申请实施中,为实现UWB通信,电子设备302至少具有一个UWB天线。
电源开关305可用于控制电源向电子设备302的供电。
有线LAN通信处理模块306可用于通过有线LAN和同一个LAN中的其他设备进行通信,还可用于通过有线LAN连接到WAN,可与WAN中的设备通信。
USB通信处理模块307可用于通过USB接口(未示出)与其他设备进行通信。
音频模块308可用于通过音频输出接口输出音频信号,这样可使得电子设备302支持音 频播放。音频模块还可用于通过音频输入接口接收音频数据。电子设备302可以为电视机等媒体播放设备。
显示屏309可用于显示图像,视频等。显示屏309可以采用液晶显示屏(liquid crystal display,LCD),有机发光二极管(organic light-emitting diode,OLED)显示屏,有源矩阵有机发光二极体(active-matrix organic light emitting diode,AMOLED)显示屏,柔性发光二极管(flexible light-emitting diode,FLED)显示屏,量子点发光二极管(quantum dot light emitting diodes,QLED)显示屏等等。
可以理解的是图3A示意的结构并不构成对电子设备302的具体限定。在本申请另一些实施例中,电子设备302可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或组合某些部件,或者拆分某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。图示的部件可以以硬件,软件或软件和硬件的组合实现。
图3B是本申请实施例的电子设备302的软件结构框图。
分层架构将软件分成若干个层,每一层都有清晰的角色和分工。层与层之间通过软件接口通信。在一些实施例中,将图3A对应的系统(例如:鸿蒙系统、安卓系统、苹果系统等)可以分为四层,从上至下分别为应用程序层,应用程序框架层、系统库和内核层。
应用程序层可以包括一系列应用程序包。
如图3B所示,应用程序包可以包括即时通讯应用(例如“畅连通话”),相机,图库,日历,通话,地图,导航,WLAN,蓝牙,音乐,视频,短信息等应用程序。
应用程序框架层为应用程序层的应用程序提供应用编程接口(application programming interface,API)和编程框架。应用程序框架层包括一些预先定义的函数。
如图3B所示,应用程序框架层可以包括窗口管理器,内容提供器,视图系统,电话管理器,资源管理器,通知管理器等。
窗口管理器用于管理窗口程序。窗口管理器可以获取显示屏大小,判断是否有状态栏,锁定屏幕,截取屏幕等。
内容提供器用来存放和获取数据,并使这些数据可以被应用程序访问。所述数据可以包括视频,图像,音频,拨打和接听的电话,浏览历史和书签,电话簿等。
视图系统包括可视控件,例如显示文字的控件,显示图片的控件等。视图系统可用于构建应用程序。显示界面可以由一个或多个视图组成的。例如,包括短信通知图标的显示界面,可以包括显示文字的视图以及显示图片的视图。
电话管理器用于提供电子设备302的通信功能。例如通话状态的管理(包括接通,挂断等)。
资源管理器为应用程序提供各种资源,比如本地化字符串,图标,图片,布局文件,视频文件等等。
通知管理器使应用程序可以在状态栏中显示通知信息,可以用于传达告知类型的消息,可以短暂停留后自动消失,无需用户交互。比如通知管理器被用于告知下载完成,消息提醒等。通知管理器还可以是以图表或者滚动条文本形式出现在系统顶部状态栏的通知,例如后台运行的应用程序的通知,还可以是以对话窗口形式出现在屏幕上的通知。例如在状态栏提示文本信息,发出提示音,电子设备振动,指示灯闪烁等。
系统库可以包括多个功能模块。例如:表面管理器(surface manager),媒体库(media libraries),三维图形处理库(例如:OpenGL ES),2D图形引擎(例如:SGL)等。
表面管理器用于对显示子系统进行管理,并且为多个应用程序提供了2D和3D图层的融合。
媒体库支持多种常用的音频,视频格式回放和录制,以及静态图像文件等。媒体库可以 支持多种音视频编码格式,例如:MPEG4,H.264,MP3,AAC,AMR,JPG,PNG等。
三维图形处理库用于实现三维图形绘图,图像渲染,合成,和图层处理等。
2D图形引擎是2D绘图的绘图引擎。
内核层是硬件和软件之间的层。内核层至少包含显示驱动,摄像头驱动,音频驱动,传感器驱动。
图3B所示的软件系统涉及到各个应用(如即时通讯应用、图库应用,文件浏览器等)的呈现,并提供了本申请实施例中的即时通讯服务。其中,应用程序框架层提供蜂窝移动通信服务、WLAN服务、LAN服务等等,内核和底层提供蜂窝移动通信能力、WLAN能力、LAN能力和基本通信协议等。
下面以服务器介绍本申请实施例提供的一种服务器的结构。
服务器400可以为图1所示通信系统10中的服务器400。
如图4所示,服务器400可包括:一个或多个处理器401、存储器402、通信接口403、发射器405、接收器406、耦合器407和天线408。这些部件可通过总线404或者其他方式连接,图4以通过总线连接为例。其中:
通信接口403可用于服务器400与其他通信设备,例如电子设备301-306、电子设备100等进行通信。具体的,通信接口403可以是3G通信接口、长期演进(LTE)(4G)通信接口、5G通信接口、WLAN通信接口、WAN通信接口、以及未来演进的通信接口等等。不限于无线通信接口,服务器400还可以配置有有线的通信接口403来支持有线通。
在本申请的一些实施例中,发射器405和接收器406可看作一个无线调制解调器。发射器405可用于对处理器401输出的信号进行发射处理。接收器406可用于接收信号。在服务器400中,发射器405和接收器406的数量均可以是一个或者多个。天线408可用于将传输线中的电磁能转换成自由空间中的电磁波,或者将自由空间中的电磁波转换成传输线中的电磁能。耦合器407可用于将移动通信信号分成多路,分配给多个的接收器406。可理解的,网络设备的天线408可以实现为大规模天线阵列。
存储器402与处理器401耦合,用于存储各种软件程序和/或多组指令。具体的,存储器402可包括高速随机存取的存储器,并且也可包括非易失性存储器,例如一个或多个磁盘存储设备、闪存设备或其他非易失性固态存储设备。
存储器402可以存储操作系统(下述简称系统),例如uCOS、VxWorks、RTLinux等嵌入式操作系统。存储器402还可以存储网络通信程序,该网络通信程序可用于与服务器400,一个或多个电子设备进行通信。
在本申请实施例中,存储器402中可关联存储其下属的各个电子设备的设备ID,和,拥有该电子设备权限的用户的即时通讯ID。
本申请实施例中,处理器401可用于读取和执行计算机可读指令。具体的,处理器401可用于调用存储于存储器402中的程序,例如本申请的一个或多个实施例提供的分享数据的方法在服务器400侧的实现程序,并执行该程序包含的指令。
需要说明的,图4所示的服务器400仅仅是本申请实施例的一种实现方式,实际应用中,服务器400还可以包括更多或更少的部件,这里不作限制。
下面结合应用场景,介绍本申请中提供的一种携物提醒方法。
在一个人或者多个人以上的家庭中,服务器可以提醒出门的用户携带所需携带物品。其 中,服务器可以是智慧家居云的云端服务器,家庭中的各个用户可以在智慧家居云的服务器注册账号(例如注册身份标识(identity document,ID))。此时,服务器可以存储家庭中所有用户的身份信息、家庭所有的电子设备以及用户与其中一些电子设备的对应关系。
请参阅图5,图5是本申请实施例示出的一种携物提醒方法的流程示意图。如图5所示,该携物提醒方法可以包括以下步骤。
501、当检测到存在用户出门时,第一电子设备获取第一数据。
当检测到存在用户出门时,第一电子设备可以获取第一数据。第一数据可以为确定当前出门用户身份信息的数据。第一数据可以包括图像数据、语音数据和第四电子设备的标识中的一种或多种。相应地,第一电子设备可以包括摄像头、语音采集装置和检测装置中的至少一种。
第一电子设备可以检测第一信息,当检测到第一信息为预设信息时,可以确定存在用户出门。其中,第一电子设备可以安装在家门口,也可以安装在门口周围的家具上(如门口的鞋柜、衣架等),还可以安装在门把手内部或外部。第一信息可以是压力信息,也可以是触控信息,还可以是指纹信息,还可以是距离信息,还可以是门把手的转动信息,还可以是其它能够检测出正在有人出门的信息。
一种可能的情况下,第一电子设备可以检测门口处(如,门内部的门把手或者门内部的触控屏)的压力信息,当压力信息大于一定阈值时,可以确定当前存在用户出门,否则可以判断无用户出门。另一种可能的情况下,第一电子设备可以检测门口处的触控信息,当第一电子设备检测到门口(如,门上的密码锁)的触控信息(如,开门密码)时,可以确定当前存在用户出门,否则不存在。又一种可能的情况下,第一电子设备可以检测到门上(指纹门锁)的指纹信息,当检测到指纹信息时,可以确定当前存在用户出门,否则不存在。又一种可能的情况下,第一电子设备可以检测门把手的转动信息,当屋内的门把手转动方向为预置的方向时,可以确定当前存在用户出门,否则不存在。应理解,第一电子设备可以包括传感器模块,上述的第一信息可以通过第一电子设备的传感器模块获得。
当第一电子设备包括检测设备时,第一电子设备可以检测自身与周围电子设备之间的信号强度,当检测到与周围一个或多个电子设备之间的信号强度大于第一阈值时,可以获取这一个或多个电子设备(即第四电子设备)的标识,得到第一数据。电子设备的标识可以为电子设备的型号,也可以为电子设备的身份标识(identity document,ID),还可以为电子设备的名称,还可以为其它可以唯一标识电子设备的信息。例如,第一电子设备可以通过UWB、蓝牙、WLAN和GPS中的一种或多种近距离无线通信协议发现附近的电子设备,当检测到附近的电子设备的信号强度大于第一阈值时,可以确定对应的电子设备为第四电子设备的标识,既可以理解为这个电子设备对应用户将要出门。其中,第一阈值可以固定的,也可以是变化的,第一电子设备可以预置一个第一阈值,也可以根据电子设备距门口的距离确定第一阈值,还可以根据其他方法确定第一阈值。应理解,当用户携带电子设备(如手机)出门的时候,第一电子设备可以检测门周围的电子设备,此时,检测到的电子设备很可能是出门用户携带的电子设备。其中,电子设备的信号强度可以为第一电子设备接收到其他电子设备的信号强弱,例如,接收信号强度指示(received signal strength indicator,RSSI)。
当确定当前存在用户出门,且第一电子设备包括语音采集装置(如麦克风)时,第一电子设备可以通过语音采集装置开始采集语音数据。此时,第一数据可以包括语音数据。应理解,当有用户出门时,第一电子设备可以采集门口用户的说话声音(语音数据),从而也可以获取第一数据。
当确定当前存在用户出门,且第一电子设备包括摄像头时,第一电子设备可以通过摄像头开始采集图像数据。此时,第一数据可以包括图像数据。应理解,当有用户出门时,第一电子设备可以采集门口用户的图像数据(即视频和/或图像数据),从而也可以获取第一数据。
502、第一电子设备向服务器发送第一数据。
第一电子设备获取到第一数据之后,可以向服务器发送第一数据。
对应地,服务器可以接收来自第一电子设备的第一数据。
503、服务器根据第一数据确定第一身份信息。
服务器接收到来自第一电子设备的第一数据之后,可以根据第一数据确定第一身份信息。
当第一数据包括第四电子设备的标识时,服务器可以根据电子设备的标识与身份信息之间的对应关系,获取第四电子设备的标识对应的身份信息,得到第一身份信息。服务器可以预先存储有第三电子设备以及使用第三电子设备用户的身份信息之间的对应关系。第三电子设备可以为家庭中所有成员使用的所有电子设备。用户的身份信息可以为用户的名称,也可以为用户在家庭中的排序,还可以为其它可以表明用户身份的信息。例如,第三电子设备与身份信息之间的对应关系可以参考表1:

例如,服务器确定第四电子设备的标识为01和02时,可以确定当前出门的用户为甲和乙。应理解,在人们出行过程中,通常会携带手机、便携式设备等,且这些设备一般由个人使用。因此,可以通过检测门口附近的电子设备的标识确定出行的用户的身份信息。
由于不同用户的声音具有不同的特征,因此,可以通过声音特征来区分不同用户。服务器可以预先获取家庭成员中所有成员的语音数据,之后可以根据语音数据得到所有成员中每个成员的声音特性,建立所有成员的声音特征与对应成员的身份信息之间的对应关系,可以得到声音特征与身份信息之间的对应关系,之后可以存储该对应关系,以便后续调用。当第一数据包括语音数据时,服务器可以先根据该语音数据确定第一声音特征,之后根据声音特征与身份信息之间的对应关系,获取第一声音特征的对应的身份信息,得到第一身份信息。其中,所述第一声音特征为出门用户的声音特征。应理解,当出门的用户不携带电子设备时,服务器无法通过电子设备的标识确定出行用户的身份信息。因此,服务器可以获取出门时门口用户的语音数据(门口用户的说话声音),从而可以避免遗漏不携带电子设备出门的用户,进而可以使得方案具有更好的适应性和可靠性。
由于不同用户的图像具有不同的特征,因此,可以通过图像特征来区分不同用户。其中,图像特征可以是人脸特征,也可以是姿态特征,还可以是其他能够区分不同人的图像特征。服务器可以预先获取家庭成员中所有成员的图像数据,之后可以根据图像数据得到所有成员中每个成员的图像特征,建立所有成员的图像特征与对应成员的身份信息之间的对应关系,可以得到图像特征与身份信息之间的对应关系,之后可以存储该对应关系,以便后续调用。 当第一数据包括图像数据时,服务器可以先根据该图像数据确定第一图像特征,之后根据图像特征与身份信息之间的对应关系,获取第一图像特征的对应的身份信息,得到第一身份信息。其中,所述第一图像特征为出门用户的图像特征。应理解,当出门的用户不携带电子设备时,服务器无法通过电子设备的标识确定出行用户的身份信息。因此,服务器可以获取出门时门口用户的图像数据(门口用户的图像和/或视频),从而可以避免遗漏不携带电子设备出门的用户,也可以避免出门的用户不说话时,服务器无法确定出门的用户,进而可以使得方案具有更好的适应性和可靠性。
应理解,服务器确定第一身份信息的方法可以是上述的一种或多种。
504、服务器根据第一身份信息确定第一用户所需携带物品。
服务器根据第一数据确定出第一身份信息之后,可以根据第一身份信息确定第一用户所需携带物品。
在一种情况下,服务器可以预先确定每个计划出行的用户的所需携带物品,并可以建立用户所需携带物品与用户的身份信息之间的第一对应关系。确定第一身份信息之后,服务器可以根据第一身份信息和第一对应关系确定第一用户所需携带物品。
服务器可以根据用户信息和出行信息确定第一用户所需携带物品。其中,第一用户可以为对应第一身份信息的用户,即家庭中存在出行计划的用户。用户信息可以包括第一身份信息,用户信息可以包括家庭成员中用户的不同特征(即姓名、性别、年龄、语音、图像、习惯、爱好和身体状况等其中的一项或多项),第一身份信息可以是出行的用户的某一个或者某几个特性,且这些特性能够区分不同的家庭成员(例如,姓名)。服务器可以预先确定用户信息和出行信息。其中,第一身份信息对应用户存在出行,并可以确定对应用户的出行信息。示例性的,用户信息可以参照表2,出行信息可以参照表3。

服务器可以根据第一用户的用户信息和出行信息确定第一用户所需携带物品。
可选地,服务器可以先确定待选物品与身份信息的对应关系,以及待选物品与出行信息的对应关系。其中,待定物品为可能选择成为所需携带物品的物品。之后服务器可以根据上述第一对应关系提前确定每个出行用户(第一用户)的所需携带物品。示例性的,(即第一对应关系)待选物品与出行信息的对应关系可以参考表4。

如表4所示,由于甲和乙出行目的是爬山,出行信息对应需要选择运动衣、防晒衣、相机、登山杖、水、食物和防晒霜。由于甲和乙出行时间在两天以上,因此,需要带换洗衣物和洗漱用品。乙的身份信息为47岁的女性,选择的物品还有卫生巾和化妆品。此外,出门还需要带必备物品钥匙、手机和身份证。同理可得,丙的出行需要携带钥匙、手机、身份证、笔记本电脑、工作资料、药物、换洗衣物、洗漱用品。应理解,一些物品为出门时必选物品,每个出行的用户均需要携带这些物品,例如,手机、钥匙和身份证。
需要说明的是,表4仅是示例性的说明,不构成限定,此外,服务器可以根据家庭的携带物品的习惯和个人习惯生成表4,还可以根据生活水平的变化而调整表4,还可以根据其他因素调整。
服务器也可以先确定出行的用户(第一身份信息),之后可以确定出行用户的出行计划和用户信息通过搜索引擎等确定所需携带物品。
进一步地,服务器可以根据出行用户对应的出行时间和出行地点确定环境属性,之后可以根据环境属性与待定物品的对应关系确定用户所需携带物品。示例性的,环境属性和待定物品的对应关系可以参考表4。服务器可以根据出行时间和出行地点确定出行的时段和对应地区的天气状况。例如,服务器可以根据甲出行时间2020.10.2-2020.10.4和出行地点黄山确定对应的时间天气为小雨,温度为15-28度,需要携带雨伞。此外,服务器还可以根据出行的时间确定外部整体的环境,例如,2020年10月期间新冠疫情尚未结束,需要携带口罩。
再进一步地,服务器可以根据出行计划的公共属性确定公共的出行计划中公共属性的所需携带物品。其中,出行计划的公共属性可以是表示出行计划为个人的出行还是公共的出行的属性,即当出行计划中仅有家庭中的一个用户时,服务器可以确定这个出行计划为个人属性的出行;当出行计划中有家庭中的多个用户时,可以确定这个出行计划为公共属性的出行。例如,如表3所示,出行计划1中有两个用户出行,服务器可以确定为出行计划1的出行为公共属性的出行;出行计划2中有1个用户出行,服务器可以确定为出行计划2的出行为个人属性的出行。当出行计划为公共属性的出行时,服务器可以根据待选物品的公共属性确定此次出行计划中公共属性的所需携带物品。示例性的,待选物品和公共属性的对应关系可以参阅表4,服务器可以根据出行计划1中的所有所需携带物品中选择公共的物品为公共属性的所需携带物品,即出行计划1中公共属性的所需携带物品为防晒霜、相机、水和食物。
当服务器确定了出行计划中用户出行时所需携带物品时,可以存储这些所需携带物品,以及可以存储身份信息、出行计划与所需携带物品之间的对应关系(第一对应关系)。示例性的,服务器可以存储第一对应关系如表5所示。

服务器确定第一身份信息之后,可以根据第一身份信息与第一用户所需携带物品之间的对应关系获取第一身份信息对应的第一用户所需携带物品。具体地,服务器确定出行的用户(第一身份信息)和身份信息与所需携带物品之间的对应关系,可以确定出行用户所需携带物品。例如,当确定第一身份信息为甲和乙时,可以确定甲所需携带的物品为运动衣、防晒衣、相机、登山杖、水、食物、防晒霜、换洗衣物、洗漱用品钥匙、手机、身份证、雨伞和口罩;乙所需携带的物品运动衣、防晒衣、相机、登山杖、水、食物、防晒霜、换洗衣物、洗漱用品钥匙、手机、身份证、雨伞、口罩、卫生巾和化妆品。
进一步地,服务器可以判断当前第一身份信息对应的出行计划是否为公共出行,当为公共出行时,服务器可以确定公共属性的所需携带物品。例如,如表5所示,甲和乙的出行计划1为公共出行,对应的公共属性的所需携带物品为防晒霜、相机、水和食物。
确定所需携带的物品之前,服务器可以获取用户信息。一种情况下,服务器可以先获取第三数据,之后可以根据第三数据确定用户信息。另一种情况下,用户也可以直接向服务器输入用户信息,对应地,服务器可以根据输入信息获取用户信息。其中,第三数据可以为用 户身份特征有关的数据,例如,用户的姓名、年龄、性别、爱好、习惯、身体状况、声音和图像等其中的一项或多项。用户信息包括用户身份有关的信息,例如,可以包括用户的姓名、年龄、性别、爱好、习惯、身体状况、声音和图像等其中的一项或多项。当获取用户信息之后,服务器可以存储用户信息。
服务器获取到来自第三电子设备的第三数据之后,可以根据第三数据确定用户信息。
一种可能的方式中,服务器可以根据语义理解确定用户信息。例如,服务器可以获取语料集,上述语料集可以是用户有关信息的语料集。服务器可以根据语料集生成正则表达式库,之后服务器可以根据正则表达式从第三数据中获取用户信息。其中,正则表达式可以为根据语料集的句法结构生成的正则表达式,例如,在主谓结构中生成的正则表达式为“名词库”和“动词库”。当语料为“我这几天感冒了”时,正则表达式中名词库为“我”;动词库为“感冒”。根据语料集中的大量语料生成大量的正则表达式后,可以将大量的正则表达式库合成为正则表达式库。其中,可以根据电子设备与身份信息的对应关系确定出“我”是对应的用户。
另一种可能的方式中,第三数据可以包括第三电子设备监测到的用户身体状态的数据(例如,心率和血压等)。服务器接收到第三信息之后,可以对第三信息进行分析和处理,确定用户最近的用户的身体状态信息。例如,当第三数据包括用户近一个周的血压数据,且已知用户有高血压时,可以确定用户近期的身体状况。
应理解,服务器还可以通过其它方式根据第三数据确定用户信息,此处不构成限定。

确定所需携带物品之前,服务器可以获取身份信息对应的出行信息。服务器可以先获取第二数据,之后可以根据第二数据确定出行信息。其中,第二数据可以包括出行用户,出行目的、出行地点和出行时间中一项或多项。服务器可以根据第二数据确定出行信息和第二身份信息,其中,第二身份信息为计划出行的用户对应的身份信息。

一种可能的方式中,服务器可以根据语义理解确定出行信息。例如,服务器可以获取语料集,上述语料集可以是出行有关信息的语料集。服务器可以根据语料集生成正则表达式库,之后服务器可以根据正则表达式从第二数据中获取出行信息。应理解,正则表达式可以为根据语料集的句法结构生成的正则表达式,例如,在主谓宾结构中生成的正则表达式为“名词库”、“动词库”和“名词库”。当语料为“我去游乐园”时,正则表达式中名词库为“我”;动词库为“去”,名词库为“游乐园”。根据语料集中的大量语料生成大量的正则表达式后,可以将大量的正则表达式库合成为正则表达式库。其中,可以根据电子设备与身份信息的对应关系确定出“我”是对应的用户(即第二身份信息)。并可以确定出行信息中的出行目的等。服务器确定正则表达式库之后,可以根据第二数据确定出行信息和第二身份信息。例如,根据第二数据“张三于2021.3.4-2021.3.10去上海出差”确定第二身份信息是“张三”,出行时间是“2021.3.4-2021.3.10”,出行地点是“上海”,出行目的是“出差”。应理解,获取的第二数据,以及根据第二数据确定的出行信息可以是更加详细或者简略的信息,此处举例说明,不构成限定。
另一种可能的方式中,服务器可以根据第二数据中的用户习惯信息确定出用户的出行信息。例如,当第二数据包括用户丙每天早上晨跑的记录信息,可以确定用户丙的晨跑的出行信息。当第二数据包括用户乙在工作日的打卡信息时,可以确定用户乙上班的出行信息。
应理解,服务器还可以通过其它方式根据第二数据确定出行信息,此处不构成限定。

服务器确定所需携带物品之前,可以根据第一数据确定第一身份信息和第一用户的出行信息。服务器可以根据第一用户的第一数据确定出行信息。一种情况下,当第一数据包括语 音数据时,服务器可以根据语音数据确定第一用户的出行时间、出行地点和出行目的,其中的一项或多项。服务器可以根据语音数据确定第一用户(说话的用户)以及语音内容,之后可以对语音数据进行语义理解,并可以识别出用户的出行相关的信息。例如,语音数据中用户丁说“我出去买点吃的”,可以确定此次出行时间为当前时间点,出行地点是附近的店铺,出行的目的是买吃的。另一种情况下,当第一数据包括图像数据时,服务器可以根据图像数据确定第一用户的出行时间、出行地点和出行目的,其中的一项或多项。示例性地,服务器可以先对图片数据中人的穿着与出行目的之间进行映射,并建立映射关系。当服务器接收到图像数据之后,可以根据图片数据和上述映射关系确定当前用户的出行目的。例如,图像数据显示用户丁穿着运动服出门,服务器可以确定出行目的是出门运动。其中,服务器获取第一身份信息的详细描述可以参考上述步骤503的描述。应理解,当出行用户不能够匹配到出行计划中的用户时,可以立即确定当下出门用户所需携带物品。其中,服务器可以确定用户必备的所需携带物品,如手机、钥匙和身份证。
服务器确定所需携带物品之前,可以根据第二对应关系获取第一身份信息对应的用户信息,得到第一用户的用户信息。其中,第一用户的用户信息可以包括第一用户的姓名、性别、年龄、语音和图像中的至少一种。第二对应关系可以为身份信息与用户信息之间的对应关系,示例性的,第二对应关系可以参考表2。例如,当确定第一身份信息是丙时,可以根据表2得到丙的用户信息为:丙的年龄为24,性别为男,图片信息为c,声音信息为C,身体状况为感冒。
服务器确定第一用户的出行信息和用户信息之后,可以根据第一用户的出行信息和用户信息确定第一用户的所需携带物品。
应理解,考虑到用户可能存在临时出门的情况,因此,服务器可以确定针对没有出行计划的用户临时确定一些需要携带的物品。其中,可以包括一些出门必备的物品,从而可以防止有些物品没有携带到来麻烦,进而可以提高用户的出行体验。
需要说明的是,当服务器获取到第一身份信息之后,服务器可以根据第一身份信息确定对应出行计划中当前出门的用户(即第一用户)。当服务器确定第一身份信息时,便可以确定当前正在出门的用户,之后服务器可以确定当前时间段内是否存在出行计划,进一步地,可以比较出行计划的对应的用户的身份信息与第一身份信息,当第一身份信息中的用户与上述出行计划中用户的身份信息匹配度大于或者等于第二阈值时,可以确定出行计划中对应的身份信息的用户为第一用户。当上述匹配度小于第二阈值时,则匹配失败,不能确定第一用户。其中,匹配度可以理解为第一身份信息的用户占出行计划中用户人数的比例。例如,当服务器存储有一个2020.10.2-2020.10.4的10:00有一个出行计划1,有甲和乙两个用户一起去,在2020.10.2的7:10时,服务器检测到的第一身份信息为甲和乙。服务器确定这个时间对应的出行计划为上述2020.10.2-2020.10.4的10:00的出行计划1,此时,服务器可以确定检测到的出行用户与出行计划1中的用户匹配度为100%。假设当匹配度大于或等于60%时,服务器可以确定此次出行的用户与出行计划一致,100%>60%,因此,服务器可以确定此时的出行为上述出行计划1的出行。应理解,上述的第二阈值可以是固定的,也可以是变化的。服务器可以预置一个第二阈值;也可以根据随之出行人数的减少,降低第二阈值;还可以根据其他因素调整第二阈值。
当上述匹配度大于第二阈值时,可以根据第一对应关系确定所需携带物品。当上述匹配度小于或等于第二阈值时,服务器可以先根据第一数据确定第一身份信息和出行信息,以及可以根据第一身份信息和第二对应关系确定用户信息。进一步地,服务器可以根据出行信息 和用户信息确定所需携带物品。具体描述可以参考上述相关描述。

服务器根据第一身份信息确定出第一用户所需携带物品之后,可以向第二电子设备发送所需携带物品。

当服务器确定第一身份信息对应的出行计划中的用户之后,可以根据这些用户确定第二电子设备。其中,第三电子设备可以包括第二电子设备。第一电子设备和第二电子设备可以是用一个设备,也可以是不同设备,还可以是部分相同的设备。第二电子设备可以为提醒用户携带物品的电子设备。
一种情况下,当前的家庭为多个人的家庭时,服务器可以根据第一身份信息确定公共属性的第二电子设备和个人属性的第二电子设备。服务器可以先判断第一身份信息对应的出行计划是否为公共属性的出行,当判断出行计划为公共出行时,可以从公共设备中选取公共属性的第二电子设备,并且可以从个人电子设备中选取个人属性的第二电子设备。当判断出行计划为个人出行时,服务器可以从个人电子设备中选取个人属性的第二电子设备。其中,电子设备的公共属性可以为电子设备是个人使用的属性可以家庭公共使用的属性,个人属性为个人使用的属性;公共属性为家庭公用的属性。电子设备与公共属性的对应关系可以参考表1。例如,当前第一身份信息甲和乙时,服务器可以确定出行计划1为公共出行,根据表1所示,可以将台式电脑、电视、智慧屏和智慧音箱也确定为公共属性的第二电子设备;将手机1和手机2确定为个人属性的第二电子设备,之后服务器可以分别向智慧屏和智慧音箱发送防晒霜、相机、水和食物;向手机1发送运动衣、防晒衣、相机、登山杖、水、食物、防晒霜、换洗衣物、洗漱用品钥匙、手机、身份证、雨伞和口罩;向手机2发送运动衣、防晒衣、相机、登山杖、水、食物、防晒霜、换洗衣物、洗漱用品钥匙、手机、身份证、雨伞、口罩、卫生巾和化妆品。当判断出出行计划为个人出行时,服务器可以确定出行用户对应的个人属性的电子设备,之后可以向所述个人属性的电子设备发送所需携带物品。例如,当丙用户出门时,服务器可以确定出行计划2为个人出行,根据表1所示,服务器可以确定丙用户对应的电子设备(手机3和笔记本电脑)为第二电子设备。进一步地,服务器可以向手机3和笔记本电脑发送对应所需物品信息,其中对阿英所需物品信息为钥匙、手机、身份证、笔记本电脑、工作资料、药物、换洗衣物、洗漱用品、口罩。
应理解,在多用户居住条件下,人们的出行可以分为一个人的出行和多人一起的出行,比如,工作和上学等通常为单人出行,而家庭聚餐、家庭旅行等通常是多人出行。针对这些不同的出行情况,服务器可以将物品进行公共属性和个人属性的划分。在多人出行的时,可以将公共属性的所需携带物品向公共属性的电子设备发送,从而可以保证多人出行时行动到的一致;同时可以将每个用户所需携带物品发送到这个用户的电子设备,从而可以兼顾到不同用户信息的隐私性。
另一种情况下,当前的家庭为单个人(即一个人)的家庭时(独居状态),服务器可以直接确定第二电子设备。即服务器可以不需要区分电子设备的公共属性,可以直接选择第二电子设备。例如,当甲属于独居状态时,服务器确定第一身份信息为甲之后,可以将确定智能音箱和甲的手机确定为第二电子设备。
应理解,当用户独居时,可以不需要区分所需携带物品的公共属性和个人属性,以及不需要区分电子设备的公共属性和个人属性,便可以确保信息的隐私性。因此,可以减少处理过程,从而可以节约处理资源,提高处理效率。
应理解,由于生活中一些物品是有较强的隐私性,所以可以将物品定义为公共属性的物品和个人属性的物品,可以将个人物品推送到个人属性的电子设备上,从而可以保护个人信息的隐私性,进而可以提高用户体验。
506、第二电子设备根据所需携带物品输出提示信息。

应理解,本实施例中考虑到用户的出行信息和每个出行用户个人的身份信息不同,服务器可以针对出行目的和身份信息个性化地生成所需携带物品,可以更加周全和准确定地确定出行行程中需要的物品,从而可以提高用户的出行体验。

另一种情况下,注册信息还可以包括电子设备的标识和用户信息。服务器未注册过此用户的信息时,可以根据注册信息确定第三电子设备的中每个电子设备的标识、对应的用户的身份信息以及电子设备的公共属性,之后可以将这些信息进行存储。例如,用户丁未注册华为的电子设备时,服务器可以根据注册信息确定用户丁的身份信息和用户丁使用的电子设备,并可以将上述用户以及对应电子设备进行存储。
其中,存储信息可以参考步骤503中的表1。例如,服务器为智慧家居云服务器,各个用户可以通过第三电子设备在智慧家居云的服务器注册账号,即用户可以输入第三电子设备对应的用户,第三电子设备的公共属性等。第三电子设备获取上述的注册信息之后,可以向服务器发送注册信息。当服务器接收到注册信息之后,可以进行注册,之后可以对这些注册信息进行存储,以备后续只用。

当未检测到存在用户出门时,服务器可以继续根据第一数据确定是否存在用户出门。

    根据身份信息与用户信息之间的对应关系,获取所述第一身份信息对应的用户信息,得到所述第一用户的用户信息,所述第一用户的用户信息包括所述第一用户的姓名、性别、年龄、语音和图像中的至少一种;
    根据所述第一用户的用户信息和所述出行信息确定所述第一用户所需携带物品。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一数据为第四电子设备的标识,所述根据所述第一数据确定第一身份信息包括:
    根据电子设备的标识与身份信息之间的对应关系,获取所述第四电子设备的标识对应的身份信息,得到第一身份信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一数据为图像数据,所述根据所述第一数据确定第一身份信息包括:
    根据所述图像数据确定第一图像特征;
    根据图像特征与身份信息之间的对应关系,获取所述第一图像特征对应的身份信息,得到第一身份信息。
  8. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一数据为语音数据,所述根 据所述第一数据确定第一身份信息包括:
    根据所述语音数据确定第一声音特征;
    根据声音特征与身份信息之间的对应关系,获取所述第一声音特征对应的身份信息,得到第一身份信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述第一身份信息确定所述第二电子设备。
  10. 一种携物提醒方法,应用于第一电子设备,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    当检测到存在用户出门时,获取第一数据;
    向服务器发送所述第一数据。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    检测第一信息;
    当所述第一信息为预设信息时,确定存在用户出门。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取第一数据包括:
    获取第四电子设备的标识;
    所述向服务器发送所述第一数据包括:
    当与所述第四电子设备之间的信号强度大于第一阈值时,向所述服务器发送所述第四电子设备的标识。
  13. 根据权利要求10或11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取第一数据包括:
    通过语音采集装置采集语音数据。
  14. 根据权利要求10或11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取第一数据包括:
    通过摄像头采集图像数据。
  15. 一种携物提醒系统,其特征在于,包括服务器、第一电子设备和第二电子设备,其中:
    所述第一电子设备,用于当检测到存在用户出门时,获取第一数据,向所述服务器发送所述第一数据;
    所述服务器,用于接收来自所述第一电子设备的所述第一数据,根据所述第一数据确定第一身份信息,根据所述第一身份信息确定第一用户所需携带物品,向所述第二电子设备发送所述所需携带物品;
    所述第二电子设备,用于接收来自所述服务器的所述第一用户所需携带物品,根据所述所需携带物品输出提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示所述第一用户携带所述所需携带物品。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括第三电子设备,其中:
    所述第三电子设备,用于向所述服务器发送第二数据;
    所述服务器,还用于接收来自所述第三电子设备的所述第二数据,根据所述第二数据确定出行信息和所述第一身份信息,根据所述第一用户的用户信息和所述出行信息确定所述第一用户所需携带物品,确定所述第一身份信息与所述第一用户所需携带物品之间的对应关系,所述出行信息包括出行时间、出行地点和出行目的中的至少一种,所述用户信息包括所述第一用户的姓名、性别、年龄、语音和图像中的至少一种;
    所述服务器根据所述第一身份信息确定第一用户所需携带物品包括:
    所述服务器根据所述对应关系获取所述第一身份信息对应的所述第一用户所需携带物品。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第三电子设备,还用于向所述服务器发送第三数据;
    所述服务器,还用于接收来自所述第三电子设备的所述第三数据,根据所述第三数据确定所述第一用户的用户信息。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的系统,其特征在于,所述服务器根据所述第一数据确定第一身份信息包括:
    所述服务器根据所述第一数据确定第一身份信息和第一用户的出行信息,
    所述服务器根据所述第一身份信息确定所述第一用户所需携带物品包括:
    所述服务器根据所述第一身份信息和所述第一用户的出行信息确定所述第一用户所需携带物品。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的系统,其特征在于,所述服务器根据所述第一身份信息和所述第一用户的出行信息确定所述第一用户所需携带物品包括:
    所述服务器根据身份信息与用户信息之间的对应关系,获取所述第一身份信息对应的用户信息,得到所述第一用户的用户信息,根据所述第一用户的用户信息和所述出行信息确定所述第一用户所需携带物品,所述第一用户的用户信息包括所述第一用户的姓名、性别、年龄、语音和图像中的至少一种。
  20. 根据权利要求15-19任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一数据为第四电子设备的标识,所述服务器根据所述第一数据确定第一身份信息包括:
    所述服务器根据电子设备的标识与身份信息之间的对应关系,获取所述第四电子设备的标识对应的身份信息,得到第一身份信息。
  21. 根据权利要求15-19任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一数据为图像数据,所述服务器根据所述第一数据确定第一身份信息包括:
    所述服务器根据所述图像数据确定第一图像特征,根据图像特征与身份信息之间的对应关系,获取所述第一图像特征对应的身份信息,得到第一身份信息。
  22. 根据权利要求15-19任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一数据为语音数据,所述服务器根据所述第一数据确定第一身份信息包括:
    所述服务器根据所述语音数据确定第一声音特征,根据声音特征与身份信息之间的对应关系,获取所述第一声音特征对应的身份信息,得到第一身份信息。
  23. 根据权利要求15-22任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述服务器,还用于根据所述第一身份信息确定所述第二电子设备。
  24. 根据权利要求15-23任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一电子设备,还用于检测第一信息,当所述第一信息为预设信息时,确定存在用户出门。
  25. 根据权利要求15-24任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一电子设备获取第一数据包括:
    所述第一电子设备获取第四电子设备的标识;
    所述第一电子设备向服务器发送所述第一数据包括:
    当与所述第四电子设备之间的信号强度大于第一阈值时,所述第一电子设备向所述服务器发送所述第四电子设备的标识。
  26. 根据权利要求15-24任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一电子设备获取第一数据包括:
    所述第一电子设备通过语音采集装置采集语音数据。
  27. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:存储器、一个或多个处理器;所述存储器与所述一个或多个处理器耦合,所述存储器用于存储计算机程序代码,所述计算机程序代码包括计算机指令,所述一个或多个处理器调用所述计算机指令以使得所述服务器执行如权利要求1-9任一项所述的方法。
  28. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:存储器、一个或多个处理器;所述存储器与所述一个或多个处理器耦合,所述存储器用于存储计算机程序代码,所述计算机程序代码包括计算机指令,所述一个或多个处理器调用所述计算机指令以使得所述电子设备执行如权利要求10-14任一项所述的方法。
  29. 一种计算机可读介质,其特征在于,包括计算机指令,当所述计算机指令在电子设备上运行时,使得所述电子设备执行如权利要求1-14任一项所述的方法。
