CN201320320994.6的中国发明专利公开了“一种软胶硅胶奶瓶”,包括奶嘴盖、奶嘴、瓶盖及瓶体,瓶盖将奶嘴固定在瓶体上,瓶体有两种设计结构:其一,瓶体包括硅胶制成的瓶身及由硬度比瓶身硬且能与瓶盖实现螺纹密封的材料制成的瓶口,瓶口的下部内对应瓶身上边缘的形状成型有凹槽,瓶身的上边缘卡于凹槽内;其二,瓶体的瓶口处内嵌有由硬度比瓶身硬且能与瓶盖实现螺纹密封的材料制成的环体。这样的结构设计,使得瓶盖与瓶体间可很稳固地被固定,瓶盖与瓶口螺纹连接时瓶口不会被扭曲变形,也不会因瓶身被挤压而发生变形,即能很好地防止瓶身内的液体漏到硅胶奶瓶外。但是采用该结构的硅胶奶瓶,奶水在瓶体内除了接触到硅胶的瓶体和奶嘴外,仍会长时间接触到瓶盖或者环体,不能做到奶水百分百只接触到食用级的硅胶材质,仍存在安全隐患现在市面上的硅胶奶瓶种类各样,常见的有塑料硅胶奶瓶和玻璃硅胶奶瓶,而塑料材质的硅胶奶瓶有塑化剂等不安全因素,冲奶往往采用沸水,沸水与塑料硅胶奶瓶接触存有一定的安全隐患;而玻璃材质的硅胶奶瓶又存在容易摔坏等问题。因此市面上出现了采用硅胶材质制成的硅胶奶瓶,硅胶材质具有耐摔、无异味、耐高温、可经反复煮沸消毒、不易老化、使用期限长等特点,使用起来大大降低了安全隐患,能够放心给婴儿使用;但是由于瓶身与奶嘴部分都采用硅胶材质的话,硅胶是软质材料,软质材料会发生变形,因而难以实现瓶身与奶嘴的密封连接。较为常规的做法是在瓶身的瓶口处和奶嘴的开口处均设有一圈硬质的紧固件,紧固件多为塑料或金属等材质,在其上设置相互配合的外螺纹和内螺纹,继而使得瓶身与奶嘴组装方便。
采用该连接结构虽然能够解决瓶身与奶嘴的连接问题,但是喂奶时,奶水会经过瓶身、紧固件、奶嘴再喂入婴儿口中;如果紧固件采用塑料材质的话,塑料材质的紧固件在沸水中会产生有害于人体的环境荷尔蒙,该环境荷尔蒙通过奶水传递到幼儿身体而造成安全隐患。其次,紧固件使用的材质也并非是食品级材质,奶水长时间与紧固件接触容易滋生细菌,并不卫生;而瓶身与奶嘴采用是食品接触类的硅胶材料,能够安全接触奶水;所以亟需设计一种硅胶材料的硅胶奶瓶,瓶身与奶嘴连接方便且紧密;此外,奶水在硅胶奶瓶内只会接触到硅胶材质的瓶身和奶嘴。

技术解决方案
本发明克服了上述现有技术中所存在的不足,提供了一种更安全,使用更放心的硅胶奶瓶,该硅胶奶瓶在硅胶瓶体上设有上连接盖,在硅胶奶嘴上设有下连接盖;硅胶瓶体与硅胶奶嘴通过上连接盖与下连接盖之间的螺纹配合连接在一起;且在硅胶瓶体的瓶口处具有上翻边,上翻边搭接在上连接盖的顶端,在硅胶奶嘴的下端开口处具有下翻边,下翻边搭接在下连接盖的内部;瓶身部与奶嘴部连接后,所述上翻边与下翻边上下紧贴在一起以使硅胶瓶体与硅胶奶嘴密封连接;从而使得奶液在奶瓶中只能接触到硅胶材质,不会接触到上连接盖或下连接盖;上连接盖与下连接盖只是起到辅助连接的作用,确保奶液接触的材质百分百安全无害,使家长能够放心给婴儿使用。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种硅胶奶瓶,包括瓶身部以及奶嘴部,所述瓶身部包括硅胶瓶体以及上连接盖,所述奶嘴部包括硅胶奶嘴以及下连接盖;所述上连接盖上设有外螺纹,下连接盖的内部对应设有与所述外螺纹配合的内螺纹,硅胶瓶体与硅胶奶嘴通过上连接盖与下连接盖之间的螺纹配合连接在一起;且在硅胶瓶体的瓶口处具有一圈上翻边,所述上翻边搭接在上连接盖的顶端;所述硅胶奶嘴的下端开口处具有一圈下翻边,下翻边搭接在下连接盖的内部;瓶身部与奶嘴部连接后,所述上翻边与下翻边上下紧贴在一起以使硅胶瓶体与硅胶奶嘴密封连接。
作为优选,所述上翻边向下翻折并使沿硅胶瓶体的瓶口处形成有一圈第一嵌槽,在上连接盖的顶端相应设有一圈向上突起的上凸边,所述上凸边嵌入在第一嵌槽内以使硅胶瓶体的瓶口处维持环状。使得当硅胶瓶体形变时,其瓶口处仍维持环状,使得硅胶瓶体与硅胶奶嘴连接处不会发生形变,有效密封奶液。
作为优选,所述下翻边向上翻折并使沿硅胶奶嘴下端开口处形成有一圈第二嵌槽,在下连接盖内部上对应设有向下突起的下凸边,下凸边嵌入在第二嵌槽内以使硅胶奶嘴下端开口处维持环状。同样使得硅胶奶嘴的下端开口处不会发生形变,连接紧密。
作为优选,所述上连接盖套接在硅胶瓶体的上端;在所述硅胶瓶体的外表面上设有一圈内凹的第一凹槽,在上连接盖的内壁上对应设有一圈朝其中心突出的第一环形凸台;第一环形凸台卡接在第一凹槽内以使上连接盖与硅胶瓶体相对固定。上连接盖与硅胶瓶体之间采用卡接的方式连接固定,结构简单且连接稳固。
作为优选,第一环形凸台的上端向上凸起形成所述上凸边;上翻边的最外缘直径小于外螺纹直径。上凸边形成于第一环形凸台的上端,使得上凸边的直径小于外螺纹直径;使得上翻边直径不会超过外螺纹直径,不干涉上、下连接盖之间的螺纹连接。
作为优选,所述下连接盖套接在硅胶奶嘴的下端,且下连接盖具有内螺纹的部分向下超出硅胶奶嘴;在硅胶奶嘴的外表面上设有一圈向内凹陷的第二凹槽,所述下连接盖的内壁上对应设有一圈朝其中心突出的第二环形凸台,所述第二环形凸台卡接在第二凹槽内以使下连接盖与硅胶奶嘴相对固定。同样使得下连接盖与硅胶奶嘴卡接固定,结构简单可靠。
作为优选,第二环形凸台的下端向下凸起形成所述的下凸边;下翻边的最外缘直径小于内螺纹直径。使得上翻边搭接在下凸边上后,上翻边最外缘直径小于内螺纹的直径,不干涉上、下连接盖之间的螺纹连接。
作为优选,所述的上连接盖与下连接盖为硬质的塑料材质。成本较低。
作为优选,所述的硅胶瓶体与硅胶奶嘴均采用食品接触类的液态硅胶材料。材质环保安全,放心给婴儿使用。
作为优选,还设有用于保护奶嘴的硅胶奶瓶盖,硅胶奶瓶盖套接在下连接盖上。
有益效果
首先,硅胶瓶体与硅胶奶嘴通过上连接盖与下连接盖之间的螺纹配合连接在一起;且硅胶瓶体的瓶口处具有搭接在上连接盖顶端的上翻边,在硅胶奶嘴的下端开口处具有搭接在下连接盖内部的下翻边;连接后,上连接盖与下连接盖螺纹连接,且所述上翻边与下翻边上下紧贴在一起。虽然硅胶瓶体与硅胶奶嘴均为柔性材质,但是在上连接盖与下连接盖的作用下,能够有效使两者密封连接,防止硅胶瓶体形变导致奶液露出;且硅胶瓶体上的上翻边与硅胶奶嘴上的下翻边紧贴在一起,这就使得硅胶奶瓶中的奶液只能接触到硅胶瓶体与硅胶奶嘴,使得奶液只会接触到硅胶材质;虽然上连接盖、下连接盖为塑料材质,但是奶液并不会与两者接触;最大限度的保障了奶液接触材料的安全,保障婴儿身体安全,提高硅胶奶瓶的使用安全性;真正做到百分百无毒无害。
其次,第一环形凸台卡接在第一凹槽内以使上连接盖与硅胶瓶体相对固定;第二环形凸台卡接在第二凹槽内以使下连接盖与硅胶奶嘴相对固定;继而上连接盖与硅胶瓶体之间的连接、下连接盖与硅胶奶嘴之间的连接均很方便快捷,结构简单可靠。
再者,上连接盖与硅胶瓶体连接后,上凸边嵌入在上翻边形成的第一嵌槽内;下连接盖与硅胶奶嘴连接后,下凸边嵌入在下翻边形成的第二嵌槽内;从而使得硅胶瓶体的瓶口与硅胶奶嘴下端开口处将始终维持环状;使得即使硅胶瓶体与硅胶奶嘴发生形变,两者的连接处仍不会变形;上翻边与下翻边始终紧密贴合;保证连接密封性。

本发明的最佳实施方式
本发明的具体实施方式如下:
如图1-10所示,本发明提供了一种硅胶奶瓶,其包括瓶身部A以及与瓶身部A可拆卸连接的奶嘴部B;所述瓶身部A包括一硅胶瓶体1,所述奶嘴部B包括一硅胶奶嘴2;采用硅胶材质,硅胶材质为公认的安全环保型食品接触类材料,具有耐摔、无异味、耐高温、可经反复煮沸消毒、不易老化、使用期限长等特点,可以放心给婴儿使用。在所述硅胶瓶体1的瓶口处设有上连接盖3,上连接盖3连接在硅胶瓶体1的外表面上;在硅胶奶嘴2下端的开口处相应设有下连接盖4,下连接盖4同样连接在硅胶奶嘴2的外表面上;上连接盖3与下连接盖4均为硬性的塑料材质且在上连接盖3的外壁上设有外螺纹9,在下连接盖4的内部相应设有与所述外螺纹9配合的内螺纹10;其中,在硅胶瓶体1的瓶口处具有一圈上翻边5,上翻边5搭接在上连接盖3的顶端;在硅胶奶嘴2的下端开口处对应具有一圈下翻边6,下翻边6相应搭接在下连接杆4的内部。继而连接时,硅胶瓶体1与硅胶奶嘴2之间通过上连接盖3与下连接盖4螺纹连接在一起;所述上翻边5与下翻边6将上下紧贴在一起。虽然硅胶瓶体1与硅胶奶嘴2均为柔性材质,但是在上连接盖3与下连接盖4的作用下,能够有效使两者密封连接,防止硅胶瓶体1形变导致奶液露出;且硅胶瓶体1上的上翻边5与硅胶奶嘴2上的下翻边6紧贴在一起,这就使得硅胶奶瓶中的奶液只能接触到硅胶瓶体1与硅胶奶嘴2,使得奶液只会接触到硅胶材质;虽然上连接盖3、下连接盖4为塑料材质,但是奶液并不会与两者接触;最大限度的保障了奶液接触材料的安全,保障婴儿身体安全,提高硅胶奶瓶的安全性。
如图2-9所示,所述的上连接盖3从下往上的套接在硅胶瓶体1上端的瓶口处,且连接后所述的上连接盖3与硅胶瓶体1的轮廓相吻合;在所述硅胶瓶体1的外表面上设有一圈向内凹陷的第一凹槽7,在所述上连接盖3的内部对应设有一圈朝其中心处凸起的第一环形凸台8;连接时,将所述上连接盖3套接在硅胶瓶体1上使第一环形凸台8卡入在第一凹槽7内,所述上连接盖3即与硅胶瓶体1相对固定。此外,如图4、5所示,所述的硅胶瓶体1瓶口处的上翻边5向下翻折并使沿硅胶瓶体1的瓶口处形成有一圈第一嵌槽11,在所述的第一环形凸台8的上端相应设有一圈向上凸起的上凸边12,上凸边12向上突出于上连接盖3;连接后,所述上凸边12嵌入在第一嵌槽11内;由于所述的上连接盖3为硬质塑料材质,继而硅胶瓶体1的瓶口在上连接盖3的作用下将始终维持环状,使得当硅胶瓶体1的瓶身形变时,其瓶口不会变形。
如图6、7所示,相应的,所述下连接盖4与硅胶奶嘴2的连接结构与上连接盖3与硅胶瓶体1的连接结构类似,具体是指:在所述的硅胶奶嘴2的外表面上设有一圈内凹的第二凹槽13,在所述的下连接盖4的内部相应设有朝其中心凸起的第二环形凸台14;此外所述下翻边6由硅胶奶嘴2的开口处向上翻折使沿硅胶奶嘴2的开口处形成有一圈第二嵌槽15,在所述第二环形凸台14的下端相应设有一圈向下凸起的下凸边17;继而连接时,将所述下连接盖4套接在硅胶奶嘴2上,使得第二环形凸台14卡入至第二凹槽13内,且下凸边17嵌入至第二嵌槽15内;采用该连接结构,使得下连接盖4与硅胶奶嘴2有效固定在一起;在下连接盖4的作用下,硅胶奶嘴2的开口处将始终维持环状。
如图5-8所示,且下连接盖4与硅胶奶嘴2连接后,下连接盖4具有内螺纹的部分是向下超出于硅胶奶嘴2的底端的;所述第二环形凸台14的下端向下凸起形成所述下凸边17,这就使得连接后下翻边6的最外缘直径小于内螺纹10的直径;如图5、8所示,所述第一环形凸台8的上端向上凸起形成所述的上凸边12,这就使得连接后上翻边5的最外缘直径小于外螺纹9的直径;继而上翻边5与下翻边9不会干涉上连接盖3与下连接盖4之间的螺纹连接。
如图8-10所示,继而所述瓶身部A与奶嘴部B连接时,直接将所述的上连接盖3与下连接盖4螺纹旋紧即可;且重点在于:所述上翻边5是搭接在外螺纹9的顶端的,所述下翻边6是搭接在第二环形凸台14的下端的;继而上连接盖3与下连接盖4连接后,所述的上翻边5将于所述的下翻边6直接相抵;如图10所示,最终上翻边5与下翻边6上下紧贴使得硅胶瓶体1与硅胶奶嘴2直接密封连接;从而使得奶液在奶瓶内只会接触到硅胶材料的硅胶瓶体1与硅胶奶嘴2;不会与上连接盖3或下连接盖4接触;奶液百分百接触硅胶材质,不会接触到塑料材质,确保奶液所接触的材料百分百无毒健康;与现有技术中奶液不仅会接触到硅胶材料还会接触到连接处的紧固件的硅胶奶瓶相比,无疑更加安全,能够避免细菌的滋生;能够放心给婴儿使用。
如图1所示,还设有用于保护硅胶奶嘴2的硅胶瓶盖16,硅胶瓶盖16盖在硅胶奶嘴2上;使用时打开硅胶瓶盖16,使用完后再盖上;能够进一步确保硅胶奶嘴2吮吸处干净卫生。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种硅胶奶瓶,其特征在于:包括瓶身部以及奶嘴部,所述瓶身部包括硅胶瓶体以及上连接盖,所述奶嘴部包括硅胶奶嘴以及下连接盖;所述上连接盖上设有外螺纹,下连接盖的内部对应设有与所述外螺纹配合的内螺纹,硅胶瓶体与硅胶奶嘴通过上连接盖与下连接盖之间的螺纹配合连接在一起;且在硅胶瓶体的瓶口处具有一圈上翻边,所述上翻边搭接在上连接盖的顶端;所述硅胶奶嘴的下端开口处具有一圈下翻边,下翻边搭接在下连接盖的内部;瓶身部与奶嘴部连接后,所述上翻边与下翻边上下紧贴在一起以使硅胶瓶体与硅胶奶嘴密封连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的硅胶奶瓶,其特征在于:所述上翻边向下翻折并使沿硅胶瓶体的瓶口处形成有一圈第一嵌槽,在上连接盖的顶端相应设有一圈向上突起的上凸边,所述上凸边嵌入在第一嵌槽内以使硅胶瓶体的瓶口处维持环状。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的硅胶奶瓶,其特征在于:所述下翻边向上翻折并使沿硅胶奶嘴下端开口处形成有一圈第二嵌槽,在下连接盖内部上对应设有向下突起的下凸边,下凸边嵌入在第二嵌槽内以使硅胶奶嘴下端开口处维持环状。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的硅胶奶瓶,其特征在于:所述上连接盖套接在硅胶瓶体的上端;在所述硅胶瓶体的外表面上设有一圈内凹的第一凹槽,在上连接盖的内壁上对应设有一圈朝其中心突出的第一环形凸台;第一环形凸台卡接在第一凹槽内以使上连接盖与硅胶瓶体相对固定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的硅胶奶瓶,其特征在于:第一环形凸台的上端向上凸起形成所述上凸边;上翻边的最外缘直径小于外螺纹直径。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的硅胶奶瓶,其特征在于:所述下连接盖套接在硅胶奶嘴的下端,且下连接盖具有内螺纹的部分向下超出于硅胶奶嘴底端;在硅胶奶嘴的外表面上设有一圈向内凹陷的第二凹槽,所述下连接盖的内壁上对应设有一圈朝其中心突出的第二环形凸台,所述第二环形凸台卡接在第二凹槽内以使下连接盖与硅胶奶嘴相对固定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的硅胶奶瓶,其特征在于:第二环形凸台的下端向下凸起形成所述的下凸边;下翻边的最外缘直径小于内螺纹直径。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的硅胶奶瓶,其特征在于:所述的上连接盖与下连接盖为硬质的塑料材质。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的硅胶奶瓶,其特征在于:所述的硅胶瓶体与硅胶奶嘴均采用食品接触类的硅胶材料。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的硅胶奶瓶,其特征在于:还设有用于保护奶嘴的硅胶奶瓶盖,硅胶奶瓶盖套接在下连接盖上。
