其中,所述无线充电基体是一具有无线充电功能的设备,该设备包括但不限于无线充电器,也可以是其他具有无线充电功能的电子设备,例如一具有通信功能的移动终端、音乐播放器,等等。
所述保护壳通过磁连接方式定位在一无线充电基体上时,可以是直接磁吸连接在所述无线充电基体上,也可以是通过居中部件间接连接在所述无线充电基体上,例如在所述无线充电基体外部套设一保护套,所述保护壳通过磁连接方式定位在所述保护套上进而定位到所述无线充电基体上。
本实施例中,所述磁定位部包括设在所述本体和/或盖体上的间隔分布的四个磁铁3,所述本体和盖体上各设有两个嵌槽4,每个磁铁嵌设在一个嵌槽中,所述四个嵌槽分别分布在一正四边形的四个角上,相应的,所述四个磁定位部分别分布在一正四边形的四个角上。对应的,所述无线充电基体上直接设置与前述磁铁配合的磁铁或亲磁性物质,或者所述无线充电基体上设置一居中部件,在居中部件上设置与前述磁铁配合的磁铁或亲磁性物质。
在其他实施方式中,所述磁定位部呈圆环形分布。
在其他实施方式中,所述磁定位部包括设在所述本体和/或盖体上的亲磁性物质,如铁块等。
本实施例中,所述本体和盖体连为一体,所述本体和盖体的定位部位可弯折使得所述盖体可打开或闭所述开口。
所述本体和盖体均包括位于所述保护壳外侧的硬质防护层和位于所述保护壳内侧的软质防护层,外侧和内侧是相对所述保护壳而言,位于保护壳外部的一侧为外侧,位于保护壳内部的一侧为内侧,所述硬质防护层为ABS或PC材质的硬质防护层,所述软质防护层为TPU或TPE材质的软质防护层,所述硬质防护层和软质防护层通过注塑一体形成;在其他实施方式中,所述硬质防护层、软质防护层还可以为其他合适的材料以及以其他合适的连接方式连接在一起。
通过外部采用PC材质的硬质防护层,内部采用软TPE材质的软质防护层,采用双料注塑工艺把2种软硬材料结合在一起,可以起到防刮花、防脱落、防摔作用,彻底解决现有的保护壳盖体易脱掉的问题,整体防护性能更好。
在其他实施方式中,所述本体和盖体还可以为分体式结构,其可以通过其他连接方式连接,如通过转轴铰接、通过磁铁磁吸连接,以及通过插接、滑接、卡扣链接等连接方式,等等。
在其他实施方式中,所述定位部还可为胶粘部或卡接部或其他合适的定位部。
本申请还提供了一种无线耳机充电设备(图中未示出),包括无线耳机和容置所述无线耳机的保护壳,所述无线耳机内设有给无线耳机供电的电池组件,所述保护壳采用如上所述的保护壳,所述保护壳的本体和/或盖体设有用于给无线耳机充电的充电模块,所述充电模块包括充电电池和充电电路,所述充电电池与所述充电电路电性连接并通过所述充电电路给所述无线耳机充电,所述本体和/或盖体设有与所述无线充电基体配合的无线充电接收模块,所述无线充电接收模块与所述充电电池电性连接,所述充电电池通过所述充电电路给所述电池组件充电,所述保护壳内设有充电触点,所述保护壳内的充电触点与所述充电电路电性连接,所述无线耳机设有与所述护壳内的充电触点配合的充电触点,所述无线耳机上的充电触点与所述电池组件电性连接。
所述保护壳和/或所述无线耳机设有检测模块,所述检测模块与所述充电模块电性连接或通信连接以向所述充电模块反馈信号,所述充电模块根据所述反馈信号控制是否给所述无线耳机充电。所述检测模块被配置为以下至少一者,检测所述无线耳机是否放置在所述保护壳内、检测所述无线耳机中电池组件的电量多少、检测所述充电电池的电量多少、检测所述保护壳是否放置在一无线充电基体上。
本申请还提供了另外一种无线耳机充电设备(图中未示出),包括保护壳、容置在所述保护壳内的耳机盒和容置在所述耳机盒内的无线耳机,所述耳机盒设有用于给无线耳机充电的充电模块,所述充电模块包括充电电池和充电电路,所述充电电池与所述充电电路电性连接并通过所述充电电路给所述无线耳机充电,所述耳机盒设有与所述无线充电基体配合的无线充电接收模块,所述无线充电接收模块与所述充电电池电性连接。
本申请还提供了一种移动终端(图中未示出),其用于适配如上所述的保护壳和无线耳机充电设备,所述移动终端具有可对外接设备无线充电的无线充电模块,所述移动终端具有磁配合部,所述磁配合部与所述磁定位部通过磁连接方式配合使的所述保护壳定位在所述移动终端上;其中,所述磁配合部可以设在所述移动终端背面的外壳内部或露在外壁的铁磁性物体或磁性物体,或者是设在所述移动终端的保护套上的铁磁性物体或磁性物体。
上述技术方案可以很好的解决如AirPods等无线耳机在使用无线充电时难定位的问题,且移动终端在为无线耳机反向充电时,可以通过保护壳吸附在诸如移动终端的背面等部位进行无线充电,可以改变用户对无线耳机进行充电时的使用习惯。
以上所述者,仅为本申请的较佳实施例而已,当不能以此限定本申请实施的范围,即大凡依本申请申请专利范围及申请说明内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆仍属本申请专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (18)

  1. 用于无线耳机的保护壳,包括本体和盖体,所述本体具有用于收纳无线耳机组件的容置腔,所述盖体盖在所述本体上以打开或闭合所述容置腔,其特征在于,所述本体和/或盖体设有定位部使得所述保护壳可通过所述定位部定位在一基体上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的保护壳,其特征在于,所述定位部为磁定位部或胶粘部或卡接部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的保护壳,其特征在于,所述定位部为磁定位部,所述磁定位部为磁性物质和/或亲磁性物质。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的保护壳,其特征在于,所述本体和/或盖体上设有嵌槽,所述磁定位部嵌设在所述嵌槽中。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的保护壳,其特征在于,所述磁定位部呈环形分布;和/或,所述磁定位部呈间隔分布。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的保护壳,其特征在于,所述本体和盖体上均设有磁定位部,所述磁定位部被布置成分别分布在一长方形或正方形或梯形或平行四边形的四个角上。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的保护壳,其特征在于,所述本体和/或盖体包括位于外侧的硬质防护层和位于内侧的软质防护层。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的保护壳,其特征在于,所述硬质防护层和软质防护层通过注塑一体形成。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的保护壳,其特征在于,所述硬质防护层为ABS或PC材质的防护层,所述软质防护层为TPU或TPE材质的防护层。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的保护壳,其特征在于,所述本体和盖体为一体结构,所述本体和盖体的连接部位可弯折使得所述盖体可打开或闭所述容置腔;或者,所述本体和盖体为分体式结构。
  11. 无线耳机充电设备,包括保护壳和无线耳机组件,其特征在于,所述保护壳采用如权利要求1至10任一项所述的保护壳;
    所述无线耳机组件包括容置在所述保护壳内的无线耳机,所述无线耳机内设有给无线耳机供电的电池组件,所述保护壳的本体和/或盖体设有用于给无线耳机充电的充电模块,所述充电模块包括充电电池和充电电路,所述充电电池与所述充电电路电性连接并通过所述充电电路给所述无线耳机充电,所述本体和/或盖体设有与一无线充电基体配合的无线充电接收模块,所述无线充电接收模块与所述充电电池电性连接,所述充电电池通过所述充电电路给所述电池组件充电,或者,
    所述无线耳机组件包括容置在所述保护壳内的耳机盒和容置在所述耳机盒内的无线耳机,所述耳机盒设有用于给无线耳机充电的充电模块,所述充电模块包括充电电池和充电电路,所述充电电池与所述充电电路电性连接并通过所述充电电路给所述无线耳机充电,所述耳机盒设有与一无线充电基体配合的无线充电接收模块,所述无线充电接收模块与所述充电电池电性连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的无线耳机充电设备,其特征在于,所述保护壳内设有充电触点,所述保护壳内的充电触点与所述保护壳的充电电路电性连接,所述无线耳机设有与所述保护壳内的充电触点配合的充电触点,所述无线耳机上的充电触点与所述电池组件电性连接;或者,
    所述耳机盒内设有充电触点,所述耳机盒内的充电触点与所述耳机盒的充电电路电性连接,所述无线耳机设有与所述耳机盒内的充电触点配合的充电触点,所述无线耳机上的充电触点与所述电池组件电性连接。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的无线耳机充电设备,其特征在于,所述保护壳和/或所述无线耳机设有检测模块,所述检测模块与所述保护壳的充电模块电性连接或通信连接以向所述充电模块反馈信号,所述充电模块根据所述反馈信号控制是否给所述无线耳机充电;或者,
    所述耳机盒和/或所述无线耳机设有检测模块,所述检测模块与所述耳机盒的充电模块电性连接或通信连接以向所述充电模块反馈信号,所述充电模块根据所述反馈信号控制是否给所述无线耳机充电。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的无线耳机充电设备,其特征在于,所述检测模块被配置为以下至少一者,检测所述无线耳机是否放置在所述保护壳内、检测所述无线耳机中电池组件的电量多少、检测所述充电电池的电量多少、检测所述保护壳是否放置在一无线充电设备上。
  15. 移动终端,其可适配如权利要求1至10任一项所述的保护壳,其特征在于,所述移动终端具有可对所述无线耳机组件无线充电的无线充电模块,所述移动终端具有配合部,所述配合部与所述保护壳的定位部通过磁连接方式配合使的所述保护壳定位在所述移动终端上。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述配合部与所述定位部通过磁连接方式配合使的所述保护壳定位在所述移动终端上。
  17. 移动终端,其可适配如权利要求11至14任一项所述的无线耳机充电设备,其特征在于,所述移动终端具有可对所述无线耳机充电设备进行无线充电的无线充电模块,所述移动终端具有与所述保护壳的定位部配合的配合部。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述配合部与所述定位部通过磁连接方式配合使的所述保护壳定位在所述移动终端上。
