寻呼拒绝方法、装置、设备及存储介质 技术领域
本公开涉及移动通信领域,特别涉及一种寻呼拒绝方法、装置、设备及存储介质。
背景技术
随着移动通信技术的快速发展和用户的需求的不断提高,越来越多的终端支持多卡能力,该多卡能力也即是终端支持采用多个卡片进行通信的能力。
在终端和网络设备支持多卡能力的情况下,若第一卡片与网络设备处于通信状态,而第二卡片处于空闲状态,此时若终端通过第二卡片接收到寻呼消息以及寻呼原因,终端根据第一卡片的通信状态以及寻呼原因,确定是否响应该寻呼消息。
但是,由于部分网络设备不支持多卡能力,当终端移动到不支持多卡能力的网络设备的覆盖范围内的情况下,网络设备不会向终端发送携带寻呼原因的寻呼消息,导致终端响应寻呼消息的准确性低。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供了一种寻呼拒绝方法、装置、设备及存储介质,充分考虑了网络设备是否支持多卡能力的情况,提高了终端拒绝寻呼消息的准确性。所述技术方案如下:

在处于通信状态的情况下,接收网络设备发送的寻呼消息;
基于所述网络设备的多卡能力信息和所述寻呼消息,向所述网络设备发送所述寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息,所述多卡能力信息用于指示所述网络设备是否支持多卡能力。

图1示出了本公开一个示例性实施例提供的通信系统的框图,该通信系统可以包括:接入网12和终端13。
接入网12中包括若干个网络设备120。网络设备120可以是基站,所述基 站是一种部署在接入网中用以为终端提供无线通信功能的装置。基站可以包括各种形式的宏基站,微基站,中继站,接入点等等。在采用不同的无线接入技术的系统中,具备基站功能的设备的名称可能会有所不同,例如在LTE系统中,称为eNodeB或者eNB;在5G NR-U系统中,称为gNodeB或者gNB。随着通信技术的演进,“基站”这一描述可能会变化。为方便本公开实施例中,上述为终端13提供无线通信功能的装置统称为接入网设备。
终端13可以包括各种具有无线通信功能的手持设备、车载设备、可穿戴设备、计算设备或连接到无线调制解调器的其他处理设备,以及各种形式的用户设备,移动台(Mobile Station,MS),终端(terminal device)等等。为方便描述,上面提到的设备统称为终端。接入网设备120与终端13之间通过某种空口技术互相通信,例如Uu接口。

通常来说,传统的通信系统支持的连接数有限,也易于实现,然而,随着通信技术的发展,移动通信系统将不仅支持传统的通信,还将支持例如,设备到设备(Device to Device,D2D)通信,机器到机器(Machine to Machine,M2M)通信,机器类型通信(Machine Type Communication,MTC),车辆间(Vehicle to Vehicle,V2V)通信以及车联网(Vehicle to everything,V2X)系统等。本公开实施例也可以应用于这些通信系统。

其中,终端支持多卡能力,也即是终端安装有多个卡片,终端基于任一卡片与网络设备进行通信。其中,本公开实施例中的卡片可以为SIM(Subscriber Identity Module,用户身份识别)卡,USIM(Universal Subscriber Identity Module,全球用户身份识别)卡,或者为eSIM(Embedded Subscriber Identity Module,嵌入式用户身份识别)卡,或者为其他用于进行通信的卡片,本公开实施例不作限定。终端中的多个卡片对应相同的运营商,或者对应不同的运营商。
在一些实施例中,终端处于通信状态的情况包括:终端支持多个卡片,多个卡片中的第一卡片与网络设备进行通信的情况下,终端处于通信状态。例如,终端安装有第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡,终端通过第一SIM卡或第二SIM卡进行通信时,均表示终端处于通信状态。
在一些实施例中,若终端在第一卡片与网络设备进行通信的情况下,网络设备向多个卡片中除第一卡片以外的其他卡片发送所述寻呼消息,终端基于多个卡片中除第一卡片以外的其他卡片接收网络设备发送的寻呼消息。
例如,以卡片为SIM卡为例进行说明,终端包括第一SIM卡或第二SIM卡,若终端此时通过第一SIM卡与网络设备进行通信,此时终端处于通信状态,网络设备还可以向第二SIM卡向终端发送寻呼消息,终端基于第二SIM卡接收寻呼消息。
在本公开实施例中,终端处于通信状态的情况下,网络设备向终端发送寻呼消息以寻呼该终端,终端接收网络设备发送的寻呼消息,后续终端会判断是否拒绝该寻呼消息。
在一些实施例中,寻呼消息包括寻呼原因。其中,寻呼原因用于指示网络设备发送次寻呼消息的原因,以告知终端本次寻呼所对应的业务的类型。
可选地,该寻呼原因包括语音业务,或者非语音业务。
其中,该语音业务为该终端与其他终端进行语音通话的业务。非语音业务包括移动数据业务、短信发送业务或者其他业务等,本公开实施例不做限定。
在一些实施例中,寻呼消息包括指示信息,指示信息用于指示网络设备发送的寻呼消息的寻呼原因。该指示信息由网络设备设置,或者采用其他方式设 置。
在一些实施例中,该指示信息由paging cause(寻呼原因)值表示。例如,paging cause值为voice(语音)值时,表示寻呼原因为语音业务,paging cause值为non-voice(非语音)值时,表示寻呼原因为非语音业务,或者,寻呼消息不包括paging cause值时,表示寻呼原因为非语音业务。
需要说明的是,上述实施例仅是以由指示信息指示寻呼原因为例进行说明。而在另一实施例中,在网络设备支持多卡能力的情况下,网络设备可以在寻呼消息中添加指示信息以指示寻呼原因,而若网络设备不支持多卡能力的情况下,网络设备发送的寻呼消息中不包括寻呼原因。
230、终端基于网络设备的多卡能力信息和寻呼消息,向网络设备发送寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息。
其中,多卡能力信息用于指示网络设备是否支持多卡能力。终端设备根据该多卡能力信息即可确定网络设备是否支持多卡能力。
在一些实施例中,多卡能力消息通过预设数量的比特来表示网络设备是否支持多卡能力。
其中,预设数量由网络设备设置,或者由操作人员设置,或者采用其他方式设置。例如该预设数量为1、2、3或者其他数值。
例如,该预设数量的比特为1比特,该多卡能力信息包括第一标识时,表示网络设备支持多卡能力,而该多卡能力信息包括第二标识时,表示网络设备不支持多卡能力。其中,第一标识为1,第二标识为0。或者,第一标识为0,第二标识为1。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例仅是以多卡能力信息直接指示网络设备是否支持多卡能力为例进行说明。在另一实施例中,多卡能力信息通过包括其他信息来间接指示网络设备是否支持多卡能力。
在一些实施例中,多卡能力信息包括寻呼原因,该寻呼原因用于指示网络设备支持多卡能力。
在一些实施例中,多卡能力信息中包括寻呼原因的标识信息,该标识信息用于指示网络设备是否支持寻呼原因,进而表示网络设备是否支持多卡能力。在网络设备支持寻呼原因时,表示网络设备支持多卡能力,而网络设备不支持寻呼原因时,表示网络设备不支持多卡能力。

多卡能力离开信息用于指示离开当前的业务。例如,终端处于通信状态时,网络设备向终端发送寻呼消息,此时终端需要接受该寻呼消息,此时终端向网络设备发送多卡能力离开信息,以告知网络设备离开当前业务的通信状态,接受寻呼消息。
过滤信息用于指示将对应的寻呼业务过滤。例如,终端发送该过滤信息后,网络设备根据该过滤信息确定终端不接受的寻呼业务类型,若网络设备需要向终端发送寻呼消息,需要先确定发送的寻呼消息是否属于过滤信息的范围,若确定寻呼消息属于过滤信息的范围,则不向终端发送寻呼消息,而若寻呼消息属于过滤信息的范围,则向终端发送寻呼消息。
在本公开实施例中,终端获取网络设备的多卡能力信息,根据该多卡能力信息确定网络设备是否支持多卡能力,进而基于网络设备的多卡能力信息和寻呼消息,向网络设备发送寻呼消息的拒绝响应消息。
下面,将对如何基于多卡能力信息和寻呼原因来确定拒绝响应消息的方式进行说明:
(1)在多卡能力信息包括网络设备支持多卡能力,且寻呼消息不包括寻呼原因的情况下,向网络设备发送寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息。
终端根据多卡能力信息确定网络设备支持多卡能力,且寻呼消息不包括寻呼原因,终端确定无需响应该寻呼消息,也可以理解为接收的寻呼消息的重要程度低,向网络设备发送寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息。
(2)在多卡能力信息包括网络设备支持多卡能力,且寻呼消息的寻呼原因为非语音业务的情况下,向网络设备发送寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息。
终端根据多卡能力信息确定网络设备支持多卡能力,且寻呼消息中的寻呼原因为非语音业务,此时说明终端无需响应该寻呼消息,也可以理解为非语音业务的重要程度低,向网络设备发送寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息。
(3)在多卡能力信息包括网络设备不支持多卡能力的情况下,向网络设备发送寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息。
终端根据多卡能力信息确定网络设备不支持多卡能力,此时网络设备即使发送了寻呼消息,终端也会直接拒绝,向网络设备发送寻呼消息的拒绝消息。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例仅是以终端基于多卡能力信息和寻呼消息确定拒绝响应消息为例进行说明。在另一些实施例中,基于多卡能力信息、寻呼消息和当前处理的业务信息,向网络设备发送寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息。
在一些实施例中,在多卡能力信息包括网络设备支持多卡能力,且寻呼消息的优先级低于业务信息的优先级的情况下,终端向网络设备发送寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息。
终端根据多卡能力信息确定网络设备支持多卡能力,且寻呼消息的优先级低于业务信息的优先级,说明当前处理的业务信息比寻呼消息包括的业务信息重要,此时说明终端无需响应该寻呼消息,向网络设备发送寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息。
例如,语音业务的优先级高于非语音业务的优先级,若寻呼消息对应的业务为非语音业务,而当前处理的业务信息为语音业务,则终端确定该寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息,后续向网络设备发送该拒绝语音消息。
在另一些实施例中,在多卡能力信息包括网络设备不支持多卡能力,且寻呼消息的优先级低于业务信息的优先级的情况下,终端向网络设备发送寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息。
终端根据多卡能力信息确定网络设备不支持多卡能力,且寻呼消息的优先级低于业务信息的优先级,说明当前处理的业务信息比寻呼消息包括的业务信息重要,此时说明终端无需响应该寻呼消息,向网络设备发送寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息。

本公开实施例提供的方法,终端基于网络设备的多卡能力信息确定网络设备是否支持多卡能力,在终端处于通信状态的情况下,基于网络设备是否支持多卡能力来确定拒绝网络设备发送的寻呼消息,充分考虑了网络设备是否支持多卡能力的情况,提高了终端拒绝寻呼消息的准确性。
在图2所示的实施例的基础上,图3实施例示出了本公开一个示例性实施例提供的寻呼拒绝方法的流程图,应用于如图1所示的终端和网络设备中,该方法包括以下内容中的至少部分内容:

在一些实施例中,网络设备为基站,基站向终端发送系统广播消息,终端接收基站发送的系统广播消息,系统广播消息包括多卡能力信息。
在网络设备为基站的情况下,终端若位于基站的通信范围内,基站通过广播的方式将对应的多卡能力信息发送给终端。
例如,基站将多卡能力消息承载在系统广播消息中,向终端发送该系统广播消息。
在一些实施例中,网络设备为核心网设备,核心网设备向终端发送核心网信令,终端接收核心网设备发送的核心网信令,核心网信令包括多卡能力信息。
在一些实施例中,终端可以通过非接入层NAS(Non Access Stratum)信令来接收核心网设备发送的核心网信令。
其中,在网络设备为核心网设备的情况下,核心网设备获取每个基站是否支持多卡能力,再将获取的多卡能力信息发送给终端,使得终端获取基站是否支持多卡能力。
在一些实施例中,该核心网设备为AMF(Access and Mobility Management Function,接入和移动性管理功能)网元,或者为SMF(Session Management function,会话管理功能)网元,或者为其他类型的网元。
在一些实施例中,多卡能力信息以下至少一项:小区是否支持多卡能力,基站是否支持多卡能力,核心网设备是否支持多卡能力。
在本公开实施例中,网络设备发送的多卡能力信息分别不同的粒度。例如,多卡能力信息包括小区是否支持多卡能力时,表示多卡能力信息属于小区粒度。而多卡能力信息包括基站是否支持多卡能力时,表示多卡能力信息属于基站粒度。而多卡能力信息包括核心网设备是否支持多卡能力,表示多卡能力属于核心网粒度。无论多卡能力信息属于何种粒度,终端接收该多卡能力信息后,均确定网络设备是否支持多卡能力,或者,网络设备发送的多卡能力信息还可以包括多种粒度。
本公开实施例提供的方法,网络设备通过向终端设备发送多卡能力信息以告知终端网络设备是否支持多卡能力,进而终端根据网络设备是否支持多卡能力确定寻呼消息的拒绝响应消息,不仅提高了终端获取网络设备是否支持多卡能力的时效性,而且提高了终端拒绝网络设备发送的寻呼消息的准确性。
下面,以基站向终端发送多卡能力信息为例进行说明,参见图4,该方法应用于终端、基站和核心网设备,该终端包括SIM1和SIM2,且终端处于通过SIM1通信的状态,该方法包括:
410、基站向终端的SIM2发送系统广播消息,该系统广播消息中包括多卡能力信息。

    基于所述网络设备的多卡能力信息和所述寻呼消息,向所述网络设备发送所述寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息,所述多卡能力信息用于指示所述网络设备是否支持多卡能力。

    接收所述网络设备发送的多卡能力信息。

    所述多个卡片中的第一卡片与所述网络设备进行通信的情况下,所述终端处于所述通信状态;
    在所述第一卡片与所述网络设备进行通信的情况下,所述接收网络设备发送的寻呼消息,包括:
    基于所述多个卡片中除所述第一卡片以外的其他卡片接收所述网络设备发送的所述寻呼消息。
  13. 一种寻呼拒绝方法,其特征在于,应用于网络设备,所述方法包括:
    在所述终端处于通信状态的情况下,向所述终端发送寻呼消息,所述终端支持多卡能力;
    接收所述终端发送的所述寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息,所述拒绝响应消息由所述终端基于所述网络设备的多卡能力信息和所述寻呼消息确定,所述多卡能力信息用于指示所述网络设备是否支持多卡能力。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    向所述终端发送多卡能力信息。

    接收模块,用于在处于通信状态的情况下,接收网络设备发送的寻呼消息;
    发送模块,用于基于所述网络设备的多卡能力信息和所述寻呼消息,向所 述网络设备发送所述寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息,所述多卡能力信息用于指示所述网络设备是否支持多卡能力。

  26. 根据权利要求24或25所述的装置,其特征在于,所述多卡能力信息包括以下至少一项:小区是否支持多卡能力,基站是否支持多卡能力,核心网设备是否支持多卡能力。
  27. 根据权利要求22至26任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述多卡能力信息包括寻呼原因,所述寻呼原因用于指示所述网络设备支持多卡能力。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的装置,其特征在于,所述多卡能力信息还包括繁忙指示信息,过滤信息,多卡能力离开信息中的至少一项;
    其中,所述繁忙指示信息用于指示所述终端处于繁忙状态,多卡能力离开信息用于指示离开当前的业务,所述过滤信息用于指示将对应的寻呼业务过滤。
  29. 根据权利要求22至28任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述寻呼消息包括指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示所述寻呼消息的寻呼原因。
  30. 根据权利要求22至29任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块, 用于:
    在所述多卡能力信息包括网络设备支持多卡能力,且所述寻呼消息不包括寻呼原因的情况下,向所述网络设备发送所述寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息;
    或者,在所述多卡能力信息包括网络设备支持多卡能力,且所述寻呼消息的寻呼原因为非语音业务的情况下,向所述网络设备发送所述寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息;
    或者,在所述多卡能力信息包括网络设备不支持多卡能力的情况下,向所述网络设备发送所述寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息。
  31. 根据权利要求22至30任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块,用于基于所述多卡能力信息、所述寻呼消息和当前处理的业务信息,向所述网络设备发送所述寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块,用于:
    在所述多卡能力信息包括网络设备支持多卡能力,且所述寻呼消息的优先级低于所述业务信息的优先级的情况下,向所述网络设备发送所述寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息;或者,
    在所述多卡能力信息包括网络设备不支持多卡能力,且所述寻呼消息的优先级低于所述业务信息的优先级的情况下,向所述网络设备发送所述寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息。
  33. 根据权利要求22至32任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述终端包括多个卡片;
    所述多个卡片中的第一卡片与所述网络设备进行通信的情况下,所述终端处于所述通信状态;
    在所述第一卡片与所述网络设备进行通信的情况下,所述接收模块,用于基于所述多个卡片中除所述第一卡片以外的其他卡片接收所述网络设备发送的所述寻呼消息。
  34. 一种寻呼拒绝装置,其特征在于,设置在网络设备中,所述装置包括:
    发送模块,用于在所述终端处于通信状态的情况下,向所述终端发送寻呼消息,所述终端支持多卡能力;
    接收模块,用于接收所述终端发送的所述寻呼消息对应的拒绝响应消息,所述拒绝响应消息由所述终端基于所述网络设备的多卡能力信息和所述寻呼消息确定,所述多卡能力信息用于指示所述网络设备是否支持多卡能力。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块,用于向所述终端发送多卡能力信息。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的装置,其特征在于,所述网络设备为基站,所述发送模块,用于所述基站向所述终端发送系统广播消息,所述系统广播消息包括所述多卡能力信息。
  37. 根据权利要求35所述的装置,其特征在于,所述网络设备为核心网设备,所述发送模块,用于所述核心网设备向所述终端发送核心网信令,所述核心网信令包括所述多卡能力信息。
  38. 根据权利要求36或37所述的装置,其特征在于,所述多卡能力信息包括以下至少一项:小区是否支持多卡能力,基站是否支持多卡能力,核心网设备是否支持多卡能力。
  39. 根据权利要求34至38任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述多卡能力信息包括寻呼原因,所述寻呼原因用于指示所述网络设备支持多卡能力。
  40. 根据权利要求39所述的装置,其特征在于,所述多卡能力信息还包括繁忙指示信息,过滤信息,多卡能力离开信息中的至少一项;
    其中,所述繁忙指示信息用于指示所述终端处于繁忙状态,多卡能力离开信息用于指示离开当前的业务,所述过滤信息用于指示将对应的寻呼业务过滤。
  41. 根据权利要求34至40任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述寻呼消息 包括指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示所述寻呼消息的寻呼原因。
  42. 根据权利要求34至41任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述终端包括多个卡片;
    所述多个卡片中的第一卡片与所述网络设备进行通信的情况下,所述终端处于所述通信状态;
    在所述第一卡片与所述网络设备进行通信的情况下,所述发送模块,用于向所述多个卡片中除所述第一卡片以外的其他卡片发送所述寻呼消息。
  43. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:
    处理器;
    与所述处理器相连的收发器;
    用于存储所述处理器的可执行程序代码的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为加载并执行所述可执行程序代码以实现如权利要求1至12任一所述的寻呼拒绝方法。
  44. 一种网络设备,其特征在于,所述网络设备包括:
    处理器;
    与所述处理器相连的收发器;
    用于存储所述处理器的可执行程序代码的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为加载并执行所述可执行程序代码以实现如权利要求13至21任一所述的寻呼拒绝方法。
  45. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述可读存储介质中存储有可执行程序代码,所述可执行程序代码由所述处理器加载并执行以实现如权利要求1至21任一所述的寻呼拒绝方法。
