Description

导电杆及包含该导电杆的灯具 技术领域
本发明涉及照明设备,特别是涉及便于组装的灯具及其导电杆。
背景技术
消费者购买一般的台灯或立灯。若是灯具已组装完成,则通常包装的体积都相当庞大,这不但导致运送与搬运不易,也会使得运费增加。若是灯具需要消费者购买后自行组装,则需要将电线穿入多个杆件内,这存在组装不易的问题。若是电线处于不需穿入杆件内而显露于杆件外的型态,这不但影响美观,还会有拉扯勾倒的危险。因此,有必要提供一种符合市场需求的灯具。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的,在于提供一种组装快速、便利的导电杆。
本发明的导电杆包含外管单元、至少一个绝缘扣件及导电单元。该外管单元由导电材质制成,并具有第一端及第二端,该第一端与该第二端之间以管内空间连通,该绝缘扣件设置于该外管单元的第一端。该导电单元的一端定位于该绝缘扣件,另一端沿该外管单元的管内空间朝向该第二端延伸,且该导电单元不与该外管单元接触。
本发明的另一技术手段,在于该绝缘扣件具有套筒部及位于该套筒部一端的止挡部,该套筒部围绕轴向而形成内部空间,该导电单元伸置于该内部空间内而定位于该绝缘扣件上。
本发明的另一技术手段,在于该绝缘扣件还具有沿该套筒部与该止挡部的径向凹陷的穿槽部。
本发明的另一技术手段,在于该导电单元包括导电条,该导电条具有拉伸段及连接于该拉伸段末端的至少一个定位段,该导电条的拉伸段穿过 该绝缘扣件的穿槽部而使该定位段定位于该止挡部上,且该定位段的末端沿该套筒部的轴向突出于该绝缘扣件。
本发明的另一技术手段,在于该导电条的该定位段具有连接于该拉伸段的颈部及连接于该颈部且突出于该绝缘扣件的尖锥部,该颈部的直径小于该尖锥部的最大直径,该颈部穿设于该穿槽部,该尖锥部抵靠于该止挡部且朝远离该颈部的方向渐缩而呈尖锥状。
本发明的另一技术手段,在于该导电单元还包括至少一个导电片,该绝缘扣件的止挡部具有至少一个定位孔,该导电片插置于该定位孔且部分地显露于该止挡部上。
本发明的另一技术手段,在于该导电条具有拉伸段及连接于该拉伸段的其中一端的定位段,该导电片具有穿伸于该定位孔的第一穿伸段及由该第一穿伸段弯折而定位于该止挡部的连接段,该第一穿伸段具有一穿孔,该导电条的该定位段穿勾于该第一穿伸段的该穿孔。
本发明的另一技术手段,在于该绝缘扣件的该止挡部还具有另一个定位孔,该导电片还具有由该连接段弯折且与该第一穿伸段同向延伸的第二穿伸段,该第一穿伸段与该第二穿伸段分别穿过该定位孔和该另一个定位孔。
本发明的另一技术手段,在于该外管单元包括中空管体及设置于该中空管体的至少一个定位件,该绝缘扣件还具有沿该止挡部的径向向外延伸的凸垣部,该绝缘扣件结合于该定位件上,且该凸垣部抵靠于该定位件。
本发明的另一技术手段,在于该中空管体形成有内螺纹,该定位件形成有外螺纹,该定位件螺合于该中空管体内且能调整相对于该中空管体的位置。
本发明的另一目的,在于提供一种灯具,包含至少一个如前所述的导电杆、结合于该导电杆上方的灯座及结合于该导电杆下方的底座。
本发明的另一技术手段,在于该灯座包括可拆离地结合于该外管单元的一端且由导电材质制成的第一接合部、位于该第一接合部内侧且能与该导电杆的该导电单元电连接的第一导接部、及电连接于该第一接合部与该第一导接部的发光部,该第一接合部与该第一导接部不互相接触。
本发明的另一技术手段,在于该底座包括可拆离地结合于该外管单元的另一端且由导电材质制成的第二接合部、位于该第二接合部内侧且能与该导电杆的该导电单元电连接的第二导接部、及电连接于该第二接合部与该第二导接部的电路板,该第二接合部与该第二导接部不互相接触。
本发明的另一目的,在于提供一种导电串接组合,用以电连接第一串接单元与第二串接单元。其中,该第一串接单元包含第一外壳、第一绝缘扣件及第一导电件。该第一外壳由导电材质制成并具有第一端,该第一绝缘扣件设置于该第一端并具有止挡部。该第一导电件与该第一绝缘扣件连接而定位于该止挡部上,且该第一导电件不与该第一外壳接触。该第二串接单元包含第二外壳、第二绝缘扣件及第二导电件。该第二外壳由导电材质制成并具有第二端,该第二绝缘扣件设置于该第二端。该第二导电件具有拉伸段及连接于该拉伸段末端的至少一个定位段,该定位段的末端与该第二绝缘扣件连接,且该第二导电件不与该第二外壳接触。其中,位于该第一外壳的第一端的该第一绝缘扣件结合于该第二外壳的第二端,且该第一导电件位于该第一绝缘扣件的该止挡部上的一部分与位于该第二外壳的第二端的该第二导电件的该定位段接触。
本发明的另一技术手段,在于该第二绝缘扣件具有止挡部,该第二导电件的该定位段具有尖锥部,该尖锥部突出于该第二绝缘扣件的该止挡部,且该第一绝缘扣件的该止挡部压制该第二导电件的尖锥部使其压缩。
本发明的功效在于,通过上述结构设计,导电杆只要与底座及灯座旋紧后就能导通,因此组装快速便利,而且灯具不会有外露的电线,同时可拆式设计也能够减少包装体积,降低运送成本。

具体实施方式
有关本发明的相关申请专利特色与技术内容,在以下参考附图的较佳实施例的详细说明中,将可清楚的呈现。在进行详细说明之前,应注意的是,类似的元件以相同的附图标记来表示。
参阅图1,为本发明的灯具的第一较佳实施例,包含导电杆1、结合于导电杆1上方的灯座5及结合于导电杆1下方的底座6。要特别说明是,本发明的灯具适用于低电压的供电源。在另一实施例中,本发明的灯具可以结合多个导电杆1,以增加灯座5与底座6之间的距离。
参阅图2,导电杆1包括由导电材质制成的外管单元2、分别设置于外管单元2的两端的两个绝缘扣件3及穿伸于外管单元2的导电单元4。外管单元2包括围绕出管内空间的中空管体21及设置于中空管体21内的两个定位件22,两个绝缘扣件3分别结合于两个定位件22(例如图2中独立于中空管体21的定位件22)上。在另一实施例中,也可以利用中空管体21的管壁厚度形成凸垣,以供绝缘扣件3定位于中空管体21。中空管体21的两端形成有内螺纹,定位件22形成有外螺纹,因此定位件22螺合于中空管体21内且能调整相对于中空管体21的位置。
参阅图3,每一绝缘扣件3具有套筒部31、位于套筒部31一端的止挡部32、沿套筒部31与止挡部32的径向凹陷的穿槽部33及沿止挡部32的径向向外延伸的凸垣部34。另外,如图2所示,每一绝缘扣件3经由凸垣部34抵靠于对应的定位件22上。也就是说,绝缘扣件3藉由其凸垣部34的卡抵而不会从定位件22脱离。在另一实施例中,止挡部32还具有两个定位孔321,用以完成本发明的灯具的电导通,详如后述。
导电单元4包括导电条41,导电条41具有拉伸段411及分别连接于拉伸段411两端的两个定位段412。其中,导电条41的定位段412与绝缘 扣件3的止挡部32互相抵靠,使导电条41的拉伸段411能够穿伸于外管单元2的中空管体21内,且位于导电条41两端的两个定位段412可藉由绝缘扣件3分别定位于外管单元2的两个定位件22上。每一定位段412具有连接于拉伸段411的颈部413及连接于颈部413且突出于绝缘扣件3的尖锥部414,颈部413的直径小于尖锥部414的最大直径,尖锥部414朝远离颈部413的方向渐缩而呈尖锥状。
参阅图4-1,其说明了导电条41的组装方式,要先说明的是,在本实施例中,导电条41为拉伸弹簧,其具有拉伸弹性,但实际实施时并不以此为限。首先,如图4-1中的(a)所示,将两个定位件22螺合于中空管体21的两端。接着,如图4-1中的(b)所示,将其中一个绝缘扣件3安装于导电条41左侧的定位段412上,配合参阅图2及图3,定位段412以颈部413穿设于绝缘扣件3的穿槽部33,使尖锥部414抵靠于止挡部32而定位于绝缘扣件3上,此时,尖锥部414沿套筒部31的轴向突出于绝缘扣件3。
续参阅图4-1中的(b),将勾拉工具91穿过中空管体21,勾住导电条41右侧的定位段412,并通过勾拉工具91拉动导电条41使其由中空管体21的左侧进入并穿伸于中空管体21内,直到安装在导电条41左侧的绝缘扣件3卡合于中空管体21左侧的定位件22上,如图4-1中的(c)所示。接着,勾拉工具91持续将导电条41右侧的定位段412拉到中空管体21外,如图4-2中的(d)所示。再如图4-2中的(e)所示,并将另一个绝缘扣件3安装于导电条41右侧的定位段412上,再将勾拉工具91拆卸而使其与定位段412分离,导电条41的弹性回复力会使定位段412回到中空管体21内,并使得绝缘扣件3卡合于中空管体21右侧的定位件22上,如图4-2中的(f)所示,由此完成导电条41的组装。通过组装过程中的拉伸动作,使导电条41处于接近绷紧的状态,可以确保导电条41不会与中空管体21接触而短路。在本实施例中,两个定位件22位于中空管体21的内部而未突出于中空管体21的两端,两个绝缘扣件3分别结合于两个定位件22后同样位于中空管体21内,使导电杆1成为两端皆为母端的设计。
再参阅图5,灯座5包括可拆离地结合于外管单元2的一端且由导电 材质制成的第一接合部51、位于第一接合部51内侧的第一导接部52及电连接于第一接合部51与第一导接部52的发光部53,第一接合部51与第一导接部52不互相接触。更详细地说,第一接合部51是金属管,而第一接合部51的末端安装有如前述的绝缘扣件3及导电片42,因此,第一接合部51藉由绝缘扣件3的绝缘特性而与第一导接部52在电性上不互相接触。参阅图6,导电片42具有第一穿伸段421、由第一穿伸段421弯折的连接段422及由连接段422弯折且与第一穿伸段421同向延伸的第二穿伸段423。第一穿伸段421与第二穿伸段423分别穿过绝缘扣件3上的两个定位孔321,而使连接段422定位且显露于相对应的绝缘扣件3的止挡部32上,其中,连接段422即形成图5中的第一导接部52。要进一步说明的是,灯座5的第一接合部51会经由独立嵌设于内部的导电片42a及负极线路92连接至发光部53,而第一导接部52则经由正极线路93连接至发光部53。
参阅图7,底座6包括可拆离地结合于外管单元2的另一端且由导电材质制成的第二接合部61、位于第二接合部61内侧的第二导接部62及电连接于第二接合部61与第二导接部62的电路板63,第二接合部61与第二导接部62不互相接触。更详细地说,第二接合部61是金属管,而第二接合部61的末端安装有如图6所示的绝缘扣件3及导电片42,因此,第二接合部61藉由绝缘扣件3的绝缘特性而与第二导接部62在电性上不互相接触。导电片42同样是以其连接段422形成第二导接部62,在此不再赘述。要说明的是,底座6的第二接合部61同样会利用独立嵌设于内部的导电片42b及负极线路92连接至电路板63,而第二导接部62则经由正极线路93连接至电路板63。
再参阅图5,当灯座5与外管单元2组合时,灯座5的第一接合部51会利用其外螺纹螺合于中空管体21的一端,此时灯座5的第一导接部52会压制导电条41的尖锥部414而形成电连接。参阅图7,当底座6与外管单元2组合时,底座6的第二接合部61螺合于中空管体21的另一端,此时底座6的第二导接部62会压制导电条41的另一个尖锥部414而形成电连接。由于中空管体21、灯座5的第一接合部51及底座6的第二接合部 61皆由导电材质制成,因此,当灯座5与底座6皆与导电杆1确实组合在一起的后,中空管体21、第一接合部51,及第二接合部61会形成电连接而作为负极,或是俗称的地线。另外,灯座5的第一导接部52、导电条41、底座6的第二导接部62也会形成电连接而作为正极,或是俗称的火线,正极电路与负极电路之间利用绝缘扣件3作为绝缘构造,来避免两者形成导通。
在本发明的灯具中,导电单元4利用突出于绝缘扣件3的定位段412与下一个欲形成电性连接的构件(例如灯座、底座、导电杆)接触,进而完成电性连接。在本发明的较佳实施例中,导电单元4的定位段412包含突出于绝缘扣件3的尖锥部414,且尖锥部414呈螺旋形态,当导电杆1与灯座5或底座6完成螺合时,尖锥部414受到压缩而可紧抵于灯座5的导电片42或底座6的导电片42,经压缩的螺旋形态的尖锥部414不会互相叠合,因而能增加其与灯座5或底座6之间的接触面积,达到较佳的电连接效果。
如图1、图5及图7所示,藉由上述设计,底座6、导电杆1、灯座5三者之间只要旋紧就能形成电导通状态,不需要在内部再另外设置电线,也不会发生电线裸露在外部的现象。对制造厂来说,在导电杆1的组装过程中,只要在导电条41的两侧安装有绝缘扣件3,再使绝缘扣件3定位于中空管体21两侧的定位件22上即可完成组装步骤。对消费者来说,只要将底座6与灯座5分别螺接于导电杆1的两端即可使用,对于生产者与消费者皆能简化组装程序。另外,可拆卸的结构设计也能有效缩小包装体积,降低运送成本。
需特别注意的是,在本发明的灯具的第一较佳实施例中,揭露一种导电串接组合,用以电连接第一串接件与第二串接件。举例而言,第一串接件与第二串接件可以分别应用于如图5所示的灯座5与导电杆1的电性连接,或是分别应用于如图7所示的底座6与导电杆1的电性连接;在另一较佳实施例中,第一串接件与第二串接件还可以分别应用于两根导电杆1的电性连接。
在前述第一较佳实施例中,只有使用一根导电杆1连接底座6与灯座 5,形成高度较低的灯具,例如台灯。若是要形成高度较高的灯具,例如立灯,则需要串接多根导电杆1。
参阅图8,为本发明的灯具的第二较佳实施例,包含多个串接的导电杆1、结合于最上方的导电杆1顶端的灯座5及结合于最下方的导电杆1底端的底座6。在多个导电杆1中,其中一个导电杆1a的结构与图2所揭示者相同,而另一导电杆1b的结构则略为不同。
如图9所示,导电杆1b同样包括由导电材质制成的外管单元2、分别设置于外管单元2的两端的两个绝缘扣件3及穿伸于外管单元2的导电单元4。外管单元2包括中空管体21及设置于中空管体21两端的两个定位件22,两个绝缘扣件3分别结合于两个定位件22上。中空管体21的两端形成有内螺纹,定位件22形成有外螺纹,因此定位件22螺合于中空管体21内且能调整相对于中空管体21的位置。其中一个定位件22位于中空管体21的内部,另一定位件22则突出于中空管体21的一端。绝缘扣件3的结构与图3所示者相同,在此不再赘述。
不同处在于,设置于导电杆1b内的导电单元4包括导电条41及导电片42。导电片42与图6所呈现者相同,其具有第一穿伸段421、由第一穿伸段421弯折的连接段422及由连接段422弯折且与第一穿伸段421同向延伸的第二穿伸段423。其中,第一穿伸段421具有穿孔424,第一穿伸段421与第二穿伸段423分别穿过绝缘扣件3的两个定位孔321,而使连接段422定位且显露于相对应的绝缘扣件3的止挡部32上。
导电条41具有拉伸段411及分别连接于拉伸段411的两端的两个定位段412。图9中的位于下方的定位段412具有连接于拉伸段411的颈部413及连接于颈部413且突出于绝缘扣件3的尖锥部414,颈部413的直径小于尖锥部414的最大直径。颈部413穿设于绝缘扣件3的穿槽部33,使尖锥部414抵靠于止挡部32而定位于绝缘扣件3上。图9中的位于上方的定位段412的直径与拉伸段411相同,并以其末端直接穿勾于第一穿伸段421的穿孔424,而定位于导电片42上。要说明的是,在本实施例中,位于下方的定位件22位于中空管体21的内部,位于上方的定位件22则突出于中空管体21的一端,且定位件22能视实际需求而改变长度。藉此设 计,使得导电条41的具有尖锥部414的定位段412位于中空管体21内形成母端,而另一定位段412则突出于中空管体21外形成公端,从而使导电杆1b的两端分别成为公端及母端。
通过将具有公端和母端的导电杆1b与两端皆为母端的导电杆1a串接,就能使得导电杆1a、1b再分别与灯座5及底座6进行串接,如图8所示。当然,在实际实施时,也可以将灯座5或底座6的接合处替换成母端的结构,以此与具有公端和母端的导电杆1b直接进行串接。
本较佳实施例藉由具有公端和母端的导电杆1b的结构设计,可以将导电杆1b直接进行串接延伸,视需求来变化长度。
要特别说明的是,在前述各实施例中,导电杆1与灯座5之间、导电杆1与底座6之间,以及互相接合的导电杆1之间,皆可视为一种导电串接组合,利用各实施例中的方式形成公端与母端的结构,方便快速接合之外,再通过使金属制的外管彼此导接形成负极,配合内部的导电条41与导电片42互相导接形成正极,使得上述各元件之间接合即导通,因此具有以下的优点:
一、产线易于组装:每一导电杆1的中空管体21、定位件22以及绝缘扣件3、导电条41、导电片42在组装方面快速便利,因此能够降低产线的组装成本。
二、产品易于运送:导电杆1、底座6、灯座5之间为可拆式设计,因此能够缩小包装体积、减少包材更为环保,同时也能够减少运送费用。
三、模块化设计:消费者只需将导电杆1、底座6、灯座5进行螺合就可完成组装并且导通,因此能够大幅减少外露的电线、避免拉扯勾倒,亦能够提升整体美观。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,应当不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,即大凡依本发明的权利要求书范围及说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆仍属本发明的专利涵盖范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种导电杆,包含:
    外管单元,其由导电材质制成并具有第一端及第二端,所述第一端与所述第二端之间以管内空间连通;
    至少一个绝缘扣件,其设置于所述外管单元的第一端;及
    导电单元,其一端定位于所述绝缘扣件,另一端沿所述外管单元的管内空间朝向所述第二端延伸,且所述导电单元不与所述外管单元接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的导电杆,其中,所述绝缘扣件具有套筒部及位于所述套筒部一端的止挡部,所述套筒部围绕轴向而形成内部空间,所述导电单元伸置于所述内部空间内而定位于所述绝缘扣件上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的导电杆,其中,所述绝缘扣件还具有沿所述套筒部与所述止挡部的径向凹陷的穿槽部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的导电杆,其中,所述导电单元包括导电条,所述导电条具有拉伸段及连接于所述拉伸段末端的至少一个定位段,所述导电条的拉伸段穿过所述绝缘扣件的穿槽部而使所述定位段定位于所述止挡部上,且所述定位段的末端沿所述套筒部的轴向突出于所述绝缘扣件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的导电杆,其中,所述导电条的所述定位段具有连接于所述拉伸段的颈部及连接于所述颈部且突出于所述绝缘扣件的尖锥部,所述颈部的直径小于所述尖锥部的最大直径,所述颈部穿设所述穿槽部,所述尖锥部抵靠于所述止挡部且朝远离所述颈部的方向渐缩而呈尖锥状。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的导电杆,其中,所述导电单元还包括至少一个导电片,所述绝缘扣件的止挡部具有至少一个定位孔,所述导电片插置于所述定位孔且部分地显露于所述止挡部上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的导电杆,其中,所述导电条具有拉伸段及连接于所述拉伸段地其中一端的定位段,所述导电片具有穿伸于所述定位孔的第一穿伸段及由所述第一穿伸段弯折而定位于所述止挡部的连接段,所 述第一穿伸段具有穿孔,所述导电条的所述定位段穿勾于所述第一穿伸段的所述穿孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的导电杆,其中,所述绝缘扣件的所述止挡部还具有另一个定位孔,所述导电片还具有由所述连接段弯折且与所述第一穿伸段同向延伸的第二穿伸段,所述第一穿伸段与所述第二穿伸段分别穿过所述定位孔和所述另一个定位孔。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的导电杆,其中,所述外管单元包括中空管体及设置于所述中空管体的至少一个定位件,所述绝缘扣件还具有沿所述止挡部的径向向外延伸的凸垣部,所述绝缘扣件结合于所述定位件上,且所述凸垣部抵靠于所述定位件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的导电杆,其中,所述中空管体形成有内螺纹,所述定位件形成有外螺纹,所述定位件螺合于所述中空管体内且能调整相对于所述中空管体的位置。
  11. 一种灯具,包含至少一个根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的导电杆、结合于所述导电杆上方的灯座、及结合于所述导电杆下方的底座。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的灯具,其中,所述灯座包括可拆离地结合于所述外管单元的一端且由导电材质制成的第一接合部、位于所述第一接合部内侧且能与所述导电杆的所述导电单元电连接的第一导接部、及电连接于所述第一接合部与所述第一导接部的发光部,所述第一接合部与所述第一导接部不互相接触。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的灯具,其中,所述底座包括可拆离地结合于所述外管单元的另一端且由导电材质制成的第二接合部、位于所述第二接合部内侧且能与所述导电杆的所述导电单元电连接的第二导接部、及电连接于所述第二接合部与所述第二导接部的电路板,所述第二接合部与所述第二导接部不互相接触。
  14. 一种导电串接组合,用以电连接第一串接单元与第二串接单元,其中:
    所述第一串接单元包含:
    第一外壳,其由导电材质制成并具有第一端;
    第一绝缘扣件,其设置于所述第一外壳的第一端并具有止挡部;及
    第一导电件,其与所述第一绝缘扣件连接而定位于所述止挡部上,且所述第一导电件不与所述第一外壳接触;以及
    所述第二串接单元包含:
    第二外壳,其由导电材质制成并具有第二端;
    第二绝缘扣件,其设置于所述第二外壳的第二端;及
    第二导电件,其具有拉伸段及连接于所述拉伸段末端的至少一个定位段,所述定位段的末端与所述第二绝缘扣件连接,且所述第二导电件不与所述第二外壳接触;
    其中,位于所述第一外壳的第一端的所述第一绝缘扣件结合于所述第二外壳的第二端,且所述第一导电件位于所述第一绝缘扣件的所述止挡部上的一部分与位于所述第二外壳的第二端的所述第二导电件的所述定位段接触。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的导电串接组合,其中,所述第二绝缘扣件具有止挡部,所述第二导电件的所述定位段具有尖锥部,所述尖锥部突出于所述第二绝缘扣件的所述止挡部,且所述第一绝缘扣件的所述止挡部压制所述第二导电件的尖锥部使其压缩。
