Description

一种乒乓球挡板的支撑结构和乒乓球挡板 技术领域
本发明涉及球类运动器材技术领域,特别是涉及一种乒乓球挡板的支撑结构。
背景技术
在乒乓球运动中,时常会发生乒乓球飞出至球场外的情况。
为降低上述情况发生的概率,现有技术中使用一种乒乓球挡板,将该挡板围在乒乓球场地周围,由于乒乓球飞出时其高度较低,因此挡板能够有效地阻隔大部分飞出场外的乒乓球,避免捡球费时费力。
现有技术中,挡板框体由长方形框体加上一层软质布构成,长方形框体通常由上部及底部各一条水平横杆及左右各一条竖杆连接而成。框体的支撑结构中,一个挡板框体通常连接有两个支脚。
现有技术中,一般使用条形结构的支脚对挡板进行支撑。
因此,较为理想的挡板的支撑结构应当满足条件:1、在使用时支脚与框体平面之间的夹角能有效可靠地保持在支撑效果良好的90的位置,即保持在支撑位置;2、在收纳时支脚与框体平面之间的夹角能有效可靠地保持在收纳所需体积最小的0的位置,即保持在收纳位置;3、满足使用者便捷地操作支撑结构即支脚在支撑位置和收纳位置之间切换。
为获得上述挡板的支撑结构,现有技术中出现了通过摩擦力进行固定支脚位置的挡板,其包括通过螺栓锁紧的支脚、挡板底部横杆,以及设于支脚和底部横杆之间的橡胶垫片。利用橡胶垫片的摩擦力使支脚保持在支撑位置或收纳位置,支脚转动时,克服摩擦力转动。然而,在使用一段时间之后,橡胶垫片的磨损及老化,导致支脚变得松动,遇到外力时容易发生转动。橡胶垫片磨损和老化后,一方面将导致挡板支撑效果不佳,另一方面将导致挡板不便于收纳。
具体如下:
使用时,当挡板受到预期外的力,如使用者跨越挡板时不经意的碰撞、移动 时不经意的碰撞等过程中,支脚容易受力并旋转,使支脚与框体平面之间的角度变小甚至直接回到0°,从而使支脚失去对挡板框体的有效支撑,挡板发生倾倒,使用者需要重新将支脚转回到约90°的支撑位置,才能使用挡板正常立起。
收纳时,需要将支脚旋转至与框体平面平行的收纳位置,使用者一般需要将挡板搬起,支脚悬空,支脚容易发生转动,容易重新与挡板框体形成一定角度,导致增加收纳工作量。
综上,现有的这种挡板的支撑结构既无法保证稳定的支撑效果,容易发生倾倒,也不便于收纳,增加收纳工作量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种在使用时支脚能够按需求有效可靠地保持在支撑位置上,且在收纳时支脚能够按需求有效可靠地保持在收纳位置上,同时又能让使用者在不借用任何工具的情况下使支脚在支撑位置和收纳位置之间便捷转换的乒乓球挡板的支撑结构和应用该支撑结构对挡板框体进行支撑的乒乓球挡板。
为了实现上述目的,本发明第一方面提供一种乒乓球挡板的支撑结构,包括:支脚、连接在所述支脚上并沿轴线方向延伸的预定轴、用于承载所述挡板的横杆、弹簧,以及设于所述横杆内并沿所述轴线方向延伸的滑动孔;所述横杆在所述轴线方向上叠放在所述支脚上,所述支脚和所述横杆通过所述预定轴转动连接,所述支脚能够绕所述轴线方向在支撑位置和收纳位置之间转动切换;所述预定轴滑设在所述滑动孔内并连接在所述支脚上,所述预定轴能够在所述滑动孔内滑动以驱动所述支脚沿所述轴线方向在固定位置和转动位置之间切换;当支脚处于支撑位置时,支脚与横杆相互嵌合并形成30°-90°的角;当支脚处于收纳位置时,支脚与横杆相互嵌合并形成为0°-30°的角;当所述支脚处于转动位置时,所述支脚能够绕所述预定轴在所述支撑位置和所述收纳位置之间切换;当所述支脚处于固定位置时,所述弹簧能够向所述支脚施加将所述支脚固定在支撑位置或收纳位置的第一弹性力。

本发明采用了类似牙嵌式离合器的原理,通过类似于牙嵌式离合器的嵌合和 脱开原理,实现支脚与横杆的嵌合和脱开,进而能够按需求地将支脚可靠地固定在收纳位置或支撑位置,支撑结构支撑稳定且便于收纳。
类比牙嵌式离合器对本支撑结构的原理进行说明,本发明的支脚相当于牙嵌式离合器的其中一个半离合器,本发明的横杆相当于牙嵌式离合器的另一个半离合器,支脚处于支撑位置相当于牙嵌式离合器处于第一种嵌合状态,支脚处于收纳位置相当于牙嵌式离合器处于第二种嵌合状态,支脚和横杆相对可转动的状态相当于牙嵌式离合器处于脱开状态。
类比牙嵌式离合器对本支撑结构的工作过程进行说明,支撑结构的具体工作过程如下:
使用时:支脚和横杆之间相对固定,即相当于牙嵌式离合器的两个半离合器的第一种嵌合状态。此时,通过弹簧的弹性力实现支脚和横杆之间的相对固定,支脚和横杆之间形成优选为90°的角度,这时支脚两端的胶脚距横杆的垂直距离最远,支脚能够可靠支撑横杆,进而通过横杆支撑挡板框体。另外,由于弹簧的第一弹性力保持了支脚和横杆之间的相对固定,因此挡板在使用时,不易受预期外的作用力而倾倒。
切换时:用手沿预定轴的轴线方向拉动支脚,使支脚和横杆从相对固定的状态切换至相对松弛的状态,即相当于牙嵌式离合器的两个半离合器的处于脱开状态。进行切换时,支脚沿预定轴的轴线方向远离横杆一定距离之后,即支脚和横杆脱开之后,支脚能够绕预定轴的轴线旋转,从而能够在支撑位置和收纳位置之间转换。另外,在支撑位置和收纳位置之间切换时,一般只需手动将支脚和横杆拉开至一定距离并旋转一定角度就能实现位置转换,无需借助其它工具,切换迅速、快捷。
收纳时:与使用时的状态类似,支脚和横杆之间相对固定,即相当于牙嵌式离合器的两个半离合器的第二种嵌合状态。此时,通过弹簧的弹性力实现支脚和横杆之间的相对固定,支脚和横杆之间形成优选为0°的角度,此时支脚和横杆平行因此挡板所需要的收纳空间小,进而便于收纳。
本发明第二方面提供一种乒乓球挡板,包括挡板框体和多个第一方面提供的 支撑结构。

相较于现有技术而言,本发明采用了类似牙嵌式离合器的原理,通过类似于牙嵌式离合器的嵌合和脱开原理,实现支脚1与横杆2的嵌合和脱开,进而能够按需求地将支脚1可靠地固定在收纳位置或支撑位置,支撑结构支撑稳定且便于收纳。

需要声明的是,使用时,支脚1和横杆2之间的角度并不一定需要形成90°的角,在支脚1和横杆2形成大于0°而小于90°的角时,支脚1同样具备支撑横杆2的能力,而随着支脚1和横杆2之间的角度越大,支脚1的支撑能力越好,直到在90°时,达到最好。
同理,收纳时,支脚1和横杆2之间的角度并不一定需要形成0°的脚,在支脚1和横杆2形成大于0°而小于90°的角时,同样能够收纳挡板,而随着支脚1和横杆2支脚1的角度越小,收纳所需空间越小,直至在0°时,收纳所需空间最小。
应用在乒乓球挡板上时,被横杆2承载的挡板为长方形结构,挡板包括框体和覆盖在框体上的软质布,其中,长方形框体通常由上部及底部各一条水平横杆及左右各一条竖杆连接而成,以其底部水平横杆作为横杆2,在横杆2上本挡板支撑结构通常设置为两套或多套。优选地,当支脚1处于支撑位置时,支脚1和横杆2在轴线方向上的投影形成30°-90°大小的角度,当二者角度为90°时支撑效果最好。当支脚1处于收纳位置时,支脚1和横杆2在轴线方向上的投影重合。优选地,支脚1的两端分别设有胶脚,以增大摩擦力,进一步提高支撑效果。
具体地,同普通乒乓球挡板一样,每个挡板底部通常设有两个支脚,本方案中支脚1、预定轴3以及弹簧5组成的支撑结构也设有两套或多套,分别设在条形结构的横杆2上间隔设置,即,每个挡板上设置有两个或多个支脚1以对横杆2进行支撑,受图形大小和图形清晰度的限制,附图中仅示出一套。
具体地,预定轴3可以是多种形式的轴结构,如杆体、螺栓等;优选地,采用铆钉作为预定轴3,该铆钉的两端分别设有翻边,即第一端31和第二端32。

本实施例基于实施例1进行改进。
请参阅图1、图5、图9以及图13,当所述支脚1处于转动位置时,所述弹簧5能够施加驱动所述支脚1从所述转动位置切换至所述固定位置的第二弹性力。
需要明确的是,支脚1的转动位置和固定位置是相对于横杆2而言,支脚1和横杆2相互远离,则支脚1从固定位置向转动位置切换,支脚1和横杆2相互靠近,则支脚1从转动位置向固定位置切换,因此,第二弹性力可以单独作用于支脚1,或单独作用于横杆2,或分别作用于横杆2和支脚1。
可选地,弹簧5可以设置在支脚1和横杆2之间的间隙上,并处于拉伸状态;或弹簧5处于支脚1远离横杆2的一侧,连接在支脚1上并对支脚1施加朝向横杆2的弹性力;或弹簧5处于横杆2远离支脚1的一侧,连接在横杆2上并对横杆2施加朝向支脚1的弹性力。
在一种较佳的实施方式中,弹簧5采用实施例4的方式。
实施例3:
本实施例基于实施例2进行改进。

本实施例中,当支脚1处于转动位置或固定位置时,弹簧5均被压缩,当支脚1从固定位置切换至转动位置时,弹簧5的弹性力逐渐增加,直至支脚1处于转动位置,弹簧5的压缩程度达到最大。使用者用手拉动支脚1时,弹性力逐渐增大,阻碍支脚1的进一步远离横杆2;在支脚1失去使用者施加的外力时,能够带动支脚1恢复至固定的嵌合位置。
在其它方式中,弹簧5为优选弹性元件,也可以是其它弹性元件,如橡胶弹性元件等。

请参阅图2、图6、图10、图11、图14以及图15,滑动孔4贯穿横杆2,预定轴3具有第一端31和第二端32,第一端31连接在支脚1上,第二端32穿过横杆2;弹簧5设于第二端32和横杆2之间,且弹簧5分别连接第二端32和横杆2,弹簧5处于压缩状态,并对第二端32施加第一弹性力或第二弹性力,从 而使得支脚1和横杆2紧密贴合。其中,弹簧5具有第三端51和第四端52。本实施方式中,第三端51连接在横杆2远离支脚1的端面上,第四端52连接在预定轴3的第二端32。由此,在支脚1向远离横杆2的方向移动时,第二端32向横杆2方向移动,弹簧5被压缩,实现弹簧5的弹性力逐渐增大。
具体地,第二端32上形成限位结构,以便于固定弹簧的第二端52。
可选地,第二端32上的限位结构为翻边。加工时,首先将弹簧5套设在预定轴3上,此时弹簧5的第四端52高于预定轴3的第二端32,而后拉动支脚1将弹簧5压缩直至第四端52被低于第二端32高度约1-2毫米,继而冲压预定轴3形成翻边,翻边也就是第二端32,第二端32的直径大于预定孔11的直径,以起到限位作用。同样第一端31也是翻边或钉头的结构,其直径大于预定孔11的直径,也起到限位作用,保证预定轴上串联的元件不会脱落。
实施例5:
本实施例基于实施例1进行改进。
请参阅图9、图10、图11以及图12,支撑结构还包括设于所述支脚1上的多个支撑孔61、设于所述支脚1上的多个收纳孔62,以及设于所述横杆2上的多个配合块63;多个支撑孔61、收纳孔62以及多个配合块63一一对应;当所述支脚1处于支撑位置时,多个配合块63分别嵌入对应的支撑孔61并与对应的支撑孔61形成嵌合关系;当所述支脚1处于收纳位置时,多个配合块63分别嵌入对应的收纳孔62并与对应的收纳孔62形成嵌合关系。
本实施方式中,通过在支脚1上设置多个支撑孔61并在横杆2上设置多个配合块63,将多个配合块63设置为当支脚1处于支撑位置时与对应的支撑孔61的位置相对并嵌合。同时将多个配合块63设置为当支脚1处于收纳位置时与对应的收纳孔62的位置相对并嵌合,以使得多个支撑孔61能够分别将支脚1可靠地固定在收纳位置或支撑位置;其中,当支脚1处于转动位置时,各配合块63与支脚1在轴线方向上形成间隙并脱开,以便于支脚1转动。优选地,支撑孔61、收纳孔62以及配合块63均设有两个,加工成本低且能够保证可靠的固定效果,两个支撑孔61沿预定轴3轴对称,两个收纳孔62沿预定轴3轴对称,两个配合 块63沿预定轴3轴对称。在另一种实施方式中,也可以将支撑孔61、收纳孔62以及配合块63均设为一个,以尽可能地节省加工成本。
实施例6:
本实施例基于实施例1进行改进。
请参阅图13、图14、图15以及图16,支撑结构还包括设于所述支脚1上的多个支撑块71、设于所述支脚1上的多个收纳块72,以及设于所述横杆2上的多个配合孔73;多个支撑块71、收纳块72以及多个配合孔73一一对应;当所述支脚1处于支撑位置时,多个支撑块71分别嵌入对应的所述配合孔73并与对应的配合孔73形成嵌合关系;当所述支脚1处于收纳位置时,多个收纳块72分别嵌入对应的所述配合孔73并与对应的配合孔73形成嵌合关系。
本实施方式中,与实施例5类似,将多个支撑块71设置为当支脚1处于支撑位置时与对应的配合孔73的位置相对并嵌合,将多个收纳块72设置为当支脚1处于收纳位置时与对应的配合孔73的位置相对并嵌合,以使得多个配合孔73能够分别将支脚1可靠地固定在收纳位置或支撑位置;其中,当支脚1处于转动位置时,多个支撑块71和对应的收纳块72分别与横杆2在轴线方向上形成间隙并脱开,以便于支脚1转动。优选地,支撑块71、收纳块72以及配合孔73均设有两个,加工成本低且能够保证一定的固定效果,两个收纳块72沿预定轴3轴对称,两个支撑块71沿预定轴3轴对称,两个配合孔73沿预定轴3轴对称。在另一种实施方式中,也可以将支撑块71、收纳块72以及配合孔73均设为一个,以尽可能地节省加工成本。
实施例7:
本实施例基于实施例1进行改进。
请参阅图1、图2、图3以及图4,支撑结构还包括第一卡座81;第一卡座81具有朝向支脚1的第一面和朝向横杆2的第二面;第一面上设有供支脚1嵌入的第一适配槽82,第二面上设有多个第一凸起部83,多个第一凸起部83限定形成相互交错的第一支撑槽84和第一收纳槽85,第一收纳槽85的延伸方向与第一适配槽82相同;当支脚1处于支撑位置时,横杆2嵌入第一支撑槽84并与所述 第一支撑槽84形成嵌合关系;当支脚1处于收纳位置时,横杆2嵌入第一收纳槽85并与所述第一收纳槽85形成嵌合关系。本实施方式中,通过将支脚1嵌入第一卡座81上的第一适配槽82,使得支脚1和第一卡座81之间的位置相对固定,能够同步移动和转动。
进一步地,第一支撑槽84和第一收纳槽85之间形成的角度在30°-90°之间,优选将第一支撑槽84和第一收纳槽85之间形成的角度设置为90°。
进一步地,第一凸起部83设置为四个,四个第一凸起部83分别处于平行四边形的四个角上,以限定形成第一支撑槽84和第一收纳槽85。
其中,当支脚1处于转动位置时,多个第一凸起部83和横杆2分别在轴线方向上形成间隙并脱开,以便于支脚1转动。
进一步地,可将第一卡座81设置为与支脚1固定连接或与支脚1可拆卸式连接。
具体地,第一卡座81上设有供预定轴3穿过的第一过孔86。
其中,本实施方式是本发明中的一个较佳的实施例,类比于牙嵌式离合器进行说明,多个第一凸起部83为其中一个半离合器的牙,横杆2为另一个半离合器的牙,横杆2和多个第一凸起部83相互嵌合,达到固定的效果,能够保证支脚1和横杆2之间良好的固定效果,这种实施例的结构生产加工成本低、效率高。
实施例8:
本实施例基于实施例1进行改进。
请参阅图5、图6、图7以及图8,支撑结构还包括第二卡座91;第二卡座91具有朝向支脚1的第三面和朝向横杆2的第四面;第三面上设有多个第二凸起部93,多个第二凸起部93限定形成相互交错的第二支撑槽94和第二收纳槽95,第四面上设有供横杆2嵌入的第二适配槽92,第二适配槽92的延伸方向与第二收纳槽95相同;当支脚1处于支撑位置时,支脚1嵌入第二支撑槽94并与所述第二支撑槽94形成嵌合关系;当支脚1处于收纳位置时,支脚1嵌入第二收纳槽95并与所述第二收纳槽95形成嵌合关系。
本实施方式中,通过将横杆2嵌入第二卡座91上的第二适配槽92,使得横 杆2和第二卡座91之间的位置相对固定,能够同步移动和转动。
进一步地,第二支撑槽94和第二收纳槽95之间形成的角度在30°-90°之间,优选将第二适配槽94和第二收纳槽95之间形成的角度设置为90°。
进一步地,第二凸起部93设置为四个,四个第二凸起部93分别处于平行四边形的四个角上,以限定形成第二支撑槽94和第二收纳槽95。
其中,当支脚1处于转动位置时,多个第二凸起部93和支脚1分别在轴线方向上形成间隙并脱开,以便于支脚1转动。
进一步地,将第二卡座91设置为与横杆2固定连接或与横杆2可拆卸式连接。
具体地,第二卡座91上设有供预定轴3穿过的第二过孔96。
类比于牙嵌式离合器进行说明,多个第二凸起部93为其中一个半离合器的牙,支脚1为另一个半离合器的牙,支脚1和多个第二凸起部93相互嵌合,达到固定的效果,能够保证支脚1和横杆2之间良好的固定效果。
实施例9:
本实施例基于实施例1进行改进。
请参阅如图1、图2、图3……以及图16所示,支脚1上设有预定孔11,预定轴3穿过预定孔11,滑动孔4贯穿横杆2,预定轴3穿过滑动孔4。
此时,预定轴3分别穿过预定孔11和滑动孔4的端部上设有限位部即第一端31,第一端31抵接在支脚1上,第一端31的外径分别大于预定孔11和滑动孔4的内径,以防止预定轴3从预定孔11或滑动孔4中脱落。
弹簧5分别由横杆2和穿过滑动孔4的预定轴3上的限位部即第二端32固定,第二端32的直径也大于滑动孔4的内径和弹簧5的内径,以有效固定弹簧5使其处于压缩状态。
本实施方式的限位部即第一端31和第二端32能够有效地防止预定轴3从预定孔11或滑动孔4以及弹簧5中滑出。当设置第一卡座81或者第二卡座91时,第一卡座81或第二卡座91上设置有供预定轴3穿过的第一过孔86或第二过孔96。优选地,采用两端具有翻边的铆钉作为预定轴3时,作为限位部的第一端31 和第二端32为翻边结构。
本发明第二方面提供一种乒乓球挡板,包括挡板框体和多套第本发明提供的支撑结构,应用多套本发明提供的支撑结构对挡板框体进行支撑,挡板支撑效果良好,便于收纳,挡板展开和收起切换方便。优选为一个挡板框体配两套本发明提供的支撑结构,这样的配置既经济也可靠。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种乒乓球挡板的支撑结构,其特征在于,包括:支脚、连接在所述支脚上并沿轴线方向延伸的预定轴、用于承载所述挡板的横杆、弹簧,以及设于所述横杆内并沿所述轴线方向延伸的滑动孔;
    所述横杆在所述轴线方向上叠放在所述支脚上,所述支脚和所述横杆通过所述预定轴转动连接,所述支脚能够绕所述轴线方向在支撑位置和收纳位置之间转动切换;
    所述预定轴滑设在所述滑动孔内并连接在所述支脚上,所述预定轴能够在所述滑动孔内滑动以驱动所述支脚沿所述轴线方向在固定位置和转动位置之间切换;
    当支脚处于支撑位置时,支脚与横杆相互嵌合并形成30°-90°的角;当支脚处于收纳位置时,支脚与横杆相互嵌合并形成为0°-30°的角;
    当所述支脚处于转动位置时,所述支脚能够绕所述预定轴在所述支撑位置和所述收纳位置之间切换;当所述支脚处于固定位置时,所述弹簧能够向所述支脚施加将所述支脚固定在支撑位置或收纳位置的第一弹性力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的乒乓球挡板的支撑结构,其特征在于,当所述支脚处于转动位置时,所述弹簧能够施加驱动所述支脚从所述转动位置切换至所述固定位置的第二弹性力。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的乒乓球挡板的支撑结构,其特征在于,所述第二弹性力大于所述第一弹性力。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的乒乓球挡板的支撑结构,其特征在于,所述滑动孔贯穿所述横杆,所述预定轴具有第一端和第二端,所述第一端连接在所述支脚上,所述第二端穿过所述横杆;所述弹簧设于所述第二端和所述横杆之间,且所述弹簧分别连接所述第二端和所述横杆,所述弹簧处于压缩状态,并对所述第二端施加所述第一弹性力或第二弹性力。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的乒乓球挡板的支撑结构,其特征在于,还包括设于所述支脚上的支撑孔、设于所述支脚上的收纳孔,以及设于所述横杆上的配合 块;
    当所述支脚处于支撑位置时,配合块嵌入所述支撑孔并与所述支撑孔形成嵌合关系;当所述支脚处于收纳位置时,配合块嵌入所述收纳孔并与所述收纳孔形成嵌合关系。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的乒乓球挡板的支撑结构,其特征在于,还包括设于所述支脚上的支撑块、设于所述支脚上的收纳块,以及设于所述横杆上的配合孔;
    当所述支脚处于支撑位置时,支撑块嵌入所述配合孔并与所述配合孔形成嵌合关系;当所述支脚处于收纳位置时,收纳块嵌入所述配合孔并与所述配合孔形成嵌合关系。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的乒乓球挡板的支撑结构,其特征在于,还包括第一卡座;
    所述第一卡座具有朝向所述支脚的第一面和朝向所述横杆的第二面;所述第一面上设有供所述支脚嵌入的第一适配槽,所述第二面上设有多个第一凸起部,多个第一凸起部限定形成相互交错的第一支撑槽和第一收纳槽;
    当所述支脚处于支撑位置时,所述横杆嵌入所述第一支撑槽并与所述第一支撑槽形成嵌合关系;当所述支脚处于收纳位置时,所述横杆嵌入所述第一收纳槽并与所述第一收纳槽形成嵌合关系。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的乒乓球挡板的支撑结构,其特征在于,还包括第二卡座;
    所述第二卡座具有朝向所述支脚的第三面和朝向所述横杆的第四面;所述第三面上设有多个第二凸起部,多个所述第二凸起部限定形成相互交错的第二支撑槽和第二收纳槽,所述第四面上设有供所述横杆嵌入的第二适配槽;
    当所述支脚处于支撑位置时,所述支脚嵌入所述第二支撑槽并与所述第二支撑槽形成嵌合关系;当所述支脚处于收纳位置时,所述支脚嵌入所述第二收纳槽并与所述第二收纳槽形成嵌合关系。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的乒乓球挡板的支撑结构,其特征在于,所述支脚 上设有预定孔,所述预定轴穿过所述预定孔;
    和/或
    所述滑动孔贯穿所述横杆,所述预定轴穿过所述滑动孔。
  10. 一种乒乓球挡板,其特征在于,包括挡板框体和多个权利要求1-9任一所述的乒乓球挡板的支撑结构。
