At present, a large number of technological schemes, methods and devices for converting wave energy into electricity have been developed and practically implemented in the world.
A device is known (KR 20100118597 A, 11/05/2010) with floating and fixed floats that move relative to each other and transmit movement to an element that converts rotational energy into electrical energy.
A device is known (RU 2037642 C1, 06/19/1995) for converting wave energy, consisting of a linear generator and a dynamic inertial energy storage device, having a load and elastic elements, it is assumed that the frequency of natural oscillations of the generator rotor is comparable to the characteristic oscillation frequency of a float in water .
A device is known (US2004 / 251692 A1, 12/16/2004), consisting of a float, a linear generator rotor and a stator with turns of an electric winding, which is attached to the seabed, and two hydraulic cylinders of different diameters are coaxially located between the float and the generator.
The disadvantages of all these installations include low efficiency due to the impossibility of using large float elements. Also, the complex conversion of wave energy into electricity provided by such designs leads to a significant complication and rise in price of such power plants. The closest to the proposed solution is a wave power plant (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VtTZ85505ds), containing a float structure located on the surface of the water with the possibility of reciprocating movement on the waves, a coastal support and a mechanism for converting back and forth - translational motion into rotational, which are located on a stationary surface, a lever for transmitting reciprocating motion from the float structure to the motion conversion mechanism. At the same time, the movement conversion mechanism is connected to the electric power generator.
The disadvantages of such an installation include the fact that its manufacture requires significant capital costs, the direct location of the floats near the coast causes inefficient transfer of wave energy, and with coastal water turbulence, the design provides for significant costs per linear meter of the coastline, as a result of which the wave energy acceptance front is limited. . In addition, the design of the installation is poorly protected from excessive sea waves.
The invention is based on the task of increasing the efficiency of the wave power plant by creating the possibility to change the front of the working surface of the float structure, depending on the power of the wave energy.
The problem is solved by the fact that in a wave power plant containing a float structure located on the water surface with the possibility of reciprocating motion on the waves, a stationary support and a mechanism for converting reciprocating motion into rotational motion, which are located on a stationary surface, the reciprocating translational movement from the float structure to the movement conversion mechanism, according to the proposed solution, the float structure contains a float element fixed on the consoles, a rigid connecting element is placed between the consoles, to which the inner ends of the consoles are hinged at both ends, an orienting keel is rigidly attached to the central part of the connecting element, the motion transmission lever is made of two parts, the ends of which are pivotally connected to each other , the other end of one part of the lever is connected to the central part of the rigid connecting element through a bearing connection, the other end of the second part of the lever is connected to the motion conversion mechanism, and the middle part of the second part of the lever rests on a stationary support, and the float structure is equipped with a pumping mechanism for inflating and deflating the float element and a device for folding the float structure.
In this case, the float element can be made in the form of a pair of floats, each of which is placed on the corresponding console.
The consoles of the float structure can be made in the form of two beams, on which the fender liner is fixed, covering the upper part of the float element.
In addition, the float structure is equipped with water disturbance measurement sensors connected to the automatic control mechanism of the device for folding the float structure and the pumping mechanism.
According to the simplest embodiment, the device for folding the float structure can be made in the form of a winch located on a stationary surface, connected to the keel of the float structure.
The mechanism for converting reciprocating motion into rotational motion can be made in the form of a rack and pinion. The proposed design provides for the possibility of folding the floats in cases where strong winds, storms, or other adverse weather conditions threaten to damage the floats. This allows you to create structures with a large working surface of the floats without the threat of their breakage, and thus increase the efficiency of wave power plants.

In FIG. 4 shows the proposed installation (side view), which shows two options for the location of the float structure: in working and submerged states.
The proposed wave power plant contains a float structure 1, a stationary support 2, a mechanism for converting reciprocating motion into rotational 3, a reciprocating motion transmission lever 4. The drawings show an installation where the role of a stationary surface for support 2 is performed by the coast. The stationary surface for the support 2 can also serve as a barge, or another vessel that is not permanently connected to the shore.
Float structure 1 contains a float element, which can have different designs. The drawings show an embodiment of the float element in the form of one pair of inflatable floats 5, fixed on the consoles 6. Between the consoles 6 is placed hard connecting element 7, to which the inner ends of the consoles 6 are connected at both ends with the help of hinged-spring connections 8. An orienting keel 9 is rigidly attached to the central part of the connecting element 7, the end of which is connected to a device 10 located on a stationary surface for folding the float structure (for example , with a winch). It should be noted that other versions of the float element are also possible, for example, it can be one long float fixed on two consoles, or several pairs of float elements, and, accordingly, several pairs of consoles are provided.
16. The motion transmission lever 4 is made of two parts 11, 12, the ends of which are connected to each other by a hinge-spring connection 13. The other end of part 11 of the lever 4 is connected to the central part of the rigid connecting element 7 through the bearing connection 14, the other end of the part 12 of the lever by a motion conversion mechanism 3, and the middle portion of the arm portion 12 rests on the stationary support 2. As shown in FIG. 1, the lever part 12 may be composed of several elements rigidly attached to each other, which ensures that the parts 11 , 12 are located at the locations adjacent to the connection 13 in line on the water surface. The float structure 1 is equipped with a pumping mechanism 15 for inflating and deflating the floats 5, which is connected to the floats 5 by a hose system 16.
The float structure is equipped with a water disturbance measurement sensor 17 connected to the automatic control mechanism 18 of the device 10 and to the pumping mechanism 15, as well as a pressure control sensor 19 located under the lever 4. A support 20 is installed at the bottom to rest the float structure on it when immersed. According to one of the specific embodiments, the consoles of the float structure can be made in the form of beams, on which the fender liner is fixed, covering the upper part of the inflatable floats.
The floats are made in the form of inflatable balloons, the dimensions and shape of which are optimal for removing energy from the characteristic wave of a particular coast, and the transverse size of the float should provide the maximum range of reciprocating motion for the wave cycle of this region, and the length of the float is determined depending on the length and shape of the waves region. To increase the efficiency of work, the addition of several standard modules with additional pairs of floats can be provided.
The device for folding the float structure 10 can be made in the form of a winch, and the mechanism for converting reciprocating motion into rotational 3 can be made in the form of a rack and pinion. Other embodiments of these devices are also possible.
The proposed wave power plant works as follows. In working condition, the inflated floats 5 oscillate on the waves, occupying an optimal position with respect to the direction of the waves due to the turns of the keel 9. In this case, the reciprocating movement of the floats 5 through the lever 4 is transmitted to the motion conversion mechanism 3, and through the transmission transmits torque to the generator electricity. When excessive sea waves (storm) occur, the lever 4 acquires excessive movement and presses on the sensor 19, which turns on the control mechanism 18. First of all, using the pumping mechanism 15 through the hose system 16, air is bled from the floats 5. The lowered floats 5 are placed in the fender liner and do not create resistance to waves. After forced pumping out of the main air from the floats 5 turns on device 10, for example, a winch located on the shore. In this case, the keel 9 is immersed in the water, dragging the console 6 with the floats 5, and rests against the support 20 located at the bottom, and the part 11 of the lever 4 turns at an angle to the part 12. The sequence of operations is ensured by the presence of hinge-spring mechanisms 8, 13 When the excessive excitement of the water surface subsides, then the sensor 17 sends a signal to the automatic control mechanism 18. At the same time, the operation of the device 10 is turned off and the floats 5 are pumped through the pumping mechanism 15. The floats rise to the surface, and the power plant resumes operation.
The presence of a stationary support 2, on which the lever 4 rests, located on the coast or on another stationary surface, ensures a minimum loss of oscillatory motion. The distance from the floats 5 to the support 2 and the distance from the support 2 to the movement conversion mechanism 3 depends on the terrain, the energy power of the waves and the specific conditions for using the wave power plant. A modular design of the lever is provided, as a result of which it is possible to manufacture levers of the required length on both sides of the support.
Thus, thanks to the use of the proposed installation, it becomes possible to use floats of sufficiently large sizes, which in turn significantly increases the efficiency of work.
