Abstract

Procédé de commande d'un appareil (101, 206, 313, 416, 518) permettant de traiter un matériau contenant de la biomasse, ledit appareil comprenant une partie boîtier (104a-b, 208, 417) dans laquelle ledit matériau s'écoule pendant le traitement, au moins un dispositif de mesure ultrasonore (105a-b, 205, 305, 405, 505a-b) étant disposé sur une surface extérieure de ladite partie boîtier, lequel dispositif de mesure ultrasonore est configuré pour transmettre des impulsions ultrasonores dans ladite partie boîtier et pour recevoir des impulsions ultrasonores réfléchies à partir de cette dernière. Le procédé comprend la réalisation d'au moins une mesure (1) à l'aide du ou des dispositifs de mesure ultrasonore pour obtenir des données de mesure indiquant des impulsions ultrasonores réfléchies, le réglage d'au moins un paramètre de fonctionnement (5) de l'appareil ou des appareils sur la base desdites données de mesure provenant du ou des dispositifs de mesure ultrasonore, et la commande de fonctionnement (6) de l'appareil ou des appareils sur la base du ou des paramètres de fonctionnement. L'invention concerne également un système de commande correspondant permettant de commander un appareil de traitement d'un matériau contenant de la biomasse et un appareil comprenant un tel système de commande.
