参照图1-5，本申请一实施例中提供一种衣物护理机，包括：
外壳1，内胆2，护理模块3和配件挂杆4；
所述外壳1包裹所述内胆2，即所述内胆2置于所述外壳1所形成的空间内部，即所述内胆2置于所述外壳1包裹的内部，衣物护理机的护理模块3设置在所述内胆2的顶部，所述护理模块3能够对置于内胆2中的衣物进行护理，即对悬挂在护理模块3下方的衣物进行护理，所述护理模块3包括通风、烘干、熨烫等一项或多项护理功能，所述配件挂杆4安装于所述内胆2的顶部区域，并可绕安装点上下旋转以收纳于所述内胆2的顶部。在一实施例中，所述护理模块3的一面与所述内胆2的顶部抵触，所述内胆2的顶部具有一定的高度，在所述内胆2的顶部的相对的两侧开设安装点，将所述配件挂杆4安装在内胆2的顶部位置安装点处，且配件挂杆4的长度大于所述护理模块3的高度；.可选的，所述护理模块3的一面与所述内胆2的顶部抵触，所述护理模块3具有一定的高度，在所述护理模块3相对的两侧开设安装点，将所述配件挂杆4可以安装在护理模块3的两侧安装点处。在一种实施方式中，所述配件挂杆4安装于所述内胆2的顶部的护理模块3上，并可 绕安装点上下旋转，即沿所述护理模块3旋转，旋转角度从垂直于水平方向至水平方向的90°，当配件挂杆4旋转至垂直于水平面方向时，便可以在所述配件挂杆4上悬挂衣物101、衣物102或悬挂普通家用衣架103以在普通家用衣架103上悬挂衣物，让衣物置于所述护理模块3下方，方便对衣物进行护理，当所述配件挂杆4旋转至水平面方向时，相当于将配件挂杆4收纳隐藏起来，从而腾出更大的衣物护理空间。
本实施例的衣物护理机，通过内胆2，护理模块3和配件挂杆4配合作用，使得配件挂杆4能够绕安装点上下旋转，配件挂杆4可以向下旋转，配件挂杆4离内胆2顶部的护理模块3距离更近，对配件挂杆4上悬挂的衣物的护理效果更好，同时可实现多场景应用灵活切换，当不需要配件挂杆4时，配件挂杆可绕安装点上下旋转以收纳于所述内胆2的顶部，将配件挂杆4旋转藏起，使得衣物护理机不仅可以使用专用衣架的进行深度护理，也可使用普通衣架对多件衣物同时护理，提高衣物护理的效率。
在一个实施例中，所述护理模块3在所述内胆2的顶部朝底部方向的一侧固定连接若干个护理衣架固定座31，可以视为在远离所述内胆2顶部的一侧固定连接若干个护理衣架固定座31，即在其竖直向下的方向上固定连接若干个护理衣架固定座31，护理衣架固定座31固定在护理模块3远离所述内胆2顶部的一侧，能够将专用的衣架连接在所述护理衣架固定座31，从而完成对衣物的护理。在需要使用到护理衣架固定座31对衣物进行护理时，将专用的衣架连接在所述护理衣架固定座31上之前，需要将配件挂杆4旋转至水平方向以收纳于内胆2的顶部，从而避免配件挂杆4影响专用的衣架的连接。而当需要使用配件挂杆4悬挂衣物以对衣物进行护理时，若所述护理衣架固定座31上已连接有专用的衣架，则先将连接在所述护理衣架固定座31上的专用的衣架取下，然后将所述配件挂杆4旋转至竖直向下的方向，所述竖直向下的方向为内胆2的顶部向底部的方向，且所述配件挂杆4的长度不影响所述护理衣架固定座31的放置，从而能在配件挂杆4悬挂衣物以对配件挂杆4上的衣物进行护理。
在一个实施例中，所述护理模块3的护理功能结构设置于所述护理衣架固定座的31一侧。在一种实施方式中，所述护理功能结构设置于所述护理衣架固定座的31的左侧，例如所述护理功能结构为具备暖风功能的结构，将所述护理功能结构设置于所述护理衣架固定座的31的左侧，便可从左侧吹出暖风，实现对衣物的烘干护理。
在一个实施例中，所述衣物护理机还包括若干个护理衣架32，所述护理衣架32与所述护理衣架固定座31可拆卸的连接，当需要护理衣架32悬挂衣物时，将护理衣架32卡接固定在所述护理衣架固定座31上，然后将衣物悬挂在护理衣架32上，便可基于所述护理功能结构实现对衣物的护理，而此时，配件挂杆4应旋转至水平方向，收纳于内胆2的 顶部。
在一个实施例中，所述内胆2的一侧设置有悬挂护理衣架32的悬挂件；在一种实施方式中，所述内胆2的一侧设置有吸附件，用于吸附从所述衣架固定座31取下的所述护理衣架32，即当不需要护理衣架32悬挂衣物时，将所述护理衣架32从所述衣架固定座31取下，然后将所述护理衣架32通过内胆2的一侧上的吸附件吸附于所述内胆2的一侧固定；在一种实施方式中，所述内胆2的一侧设置有挂钩，用于悬挂从所述衣架固定座31取下的所述护理衣架32；此时，可以旋转所述配件挂杆4至垂直于水平方向，然后在所述配件挂杆4上悬挂需要护理的衣物101、102或在所述配件挂杆4上悬挂普通家用衣架103，从而通过所述配件挂杆4悬挂更多的衣物实现对衣物的护理，增加衣物护理机的适用场景。
在一个实施例中，所述配件挂杆4包括转轴固定座41、转轴42及U形挂杆43，所述转轴固定座41固定连接在所述护理模块3上，在一种实施方式中，转轴固定座41的数量为2个，分别固定连接在护理模块3上相对的两侧；所述转轴42包括两个，一个所述转轴42对应嵌入所述转轴固定座41的转轴孔，所述转轴固定座41固定在所述护理模块3相对的两侧上后，转轴42便可在转轴孔中实现旋转，在一个实施例中，转轴42有嵌入转轴孔的部分，另外还延伸出一延伸部，在一个实施例中，所述转轴42还设置有沿所述转轴孔径向延伸的延伸部，所述转轴42嵌入所述转轴固定座41的转轴孔时，所述转轴42的延伸部位于所述转轴孔的外侧，所述U形挂杆43与所述转轴42的延伸部连接，在一个实施例中，所述U形挂杆43的两个端部与转轴42的延伸部固定连接，所述延伸部上开设有定位孔，然后将所述U形挂杆43固定在所述定位孔，当所述转轴42转动时，便可带动所述U形挂杆43转动。
在一个实施例中，所述U形挂杆43为中空结构，U形挂杆43的两个端部分别对应套设于所述转轴42的延伸部中，再通过延伸部上的定位孔将U形挂杆43的端部与延伸部固定连接。
在一个实施例中，所述配件挂杆4还包括锁扣压板411、锁扣弹簧412和锁扣413；所述转轴固定座41通过锁扣压板411与所述护理模块3固定连接，能够降低转轴固定座41与护理模块3连接的磨损，所述转轴固定座41通过锁扣压板411后再与所述护理模块3固定连接，即在护理模块3与转轴固定座41之间增设锁扣压板411，从而减小转轴固定座41与护理模块3连接处的磨损；另外，还能够对旋转至水平方向的U形挂杆43限位，避免旋转至水平方向的U形挂杆43掉落，在一个实施例中，所述锁扣压板411的第一侧面与所述护理模块3固定连接，远离所述第一侧面的第二侧面上设置所述锁扣弹簧412，所述锁扣弹簧412的自由端上设置所述锁扣413，所述转轴固定座41压覆所述锁扣压板 411设置，其中，所述转轴固定座41上设置有限位孔，所述锁扣413远离所述锁扣压板411的一端为凸头，所述凸头设置于所述限位孔内，所述锁扣413的凸头从转轴固定座41的限位孔凸出，锁扣413通过锁扣弹簧412和锁扣压板411实现弹性锁扣，从而能够实现卡紧旋转至水平方向的U形挂杆43，在一个实施例中，所述U形挂杆43的内侧壁上设置有锁扣固定孔431，当所述U形挂杆43沿着所述转轴42转动收纳至指定位置时，所述锁扣413的凸头适配插入所述锁扣固定孔431中，以保持U形挂杆43的收纳位置，即保证U形挂杆43旋转收纳于所述护理模块3上不轻易发生跌落。
在一个实施例中，所述转轴42还包括卡簧421和垫片422，通过所述卡簧421和垫片422将转轴42嵌入所述转轴固定座41的转轴孔，在一种实施方式中，所述卡簧421为E形卡簧，所述垫片422为波浪垫片，通过所述卡簧421和垫片422能够降低转轴42与转轴固定座41的摩擦，适当调节转轴42嵌入所述转轴固定座41的转轴孔的松紧程度，使得转轴42能够更加顺畅地转动，并且使U形挂杆在旋转收纳时不晃动，体验感更好。
在一个实施例中，所述护理模块3为靴形结构，靴形结构的所述护理模块3由与内胆2的顶部垂直的四个侧面、从所述侧面延伸出与内胆2的顶部平行的两个平面，以及连接两个平面的弧形面组成，其中，两个所述平面高低设置，从而合理配置护理模块3上的护理功能结构，所述护理功能结构可以安装设置于所述弧形面上，所述护理衣架固定座31可以设置于一个平面上，且使得所述护理功能结构在所述护理衣架固定座31的侧下方。其他形状结构的护理模块3亦可以，只要满足所述护理模块3由与内胆2的顶部垂直的四个侧面、从所述侧面延伸出与内胆2的顶部平行的两个平面，以及连接两个平面的弧形面组成。
在一个实施例中，所述U形挂杆43的旋转角度为90°，即所述U形挂杆43的旋转角度为竖直向下方向至水平面方向。
在一个实施例中，当所述U形挂杆43旋转至水平方向时，所述U形挂杆43收纳于所述护理模块3上，从而避免U形挂杆43影响护理衣架32固定在护理衣架固定座31上。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物护理机，其中，包括：
    外壳，内胆，护理模块和配件挂杆；
    所述内胆置于所述外壳包裹的内部；
    所述护理模块设置在所述内胆的顶部；
    所述配件挂杆安装于所述内胆的顶部区域，并可绕安装点上下旋转以收纳于所述内胆的顶部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理机，其中，所述护理模块在所述内胆顶部朝底部方向的一侧固定连接若干个护理衣架固定座。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物护理机，其中，所述护理模块的护理功能结构设置于所述顶部的所述护理衣架固定座一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物护理机，其中，所述衣物护理机还包括若干个护理衣架，所述护理衣架与所述护理衣架固定座可拆卸的连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物护理机，其中，所述内胆的一侧设置有吸附件，用于吸附从所述衣架固定座取下的所述护理衣架；或所述内胆的一侧设置有挂钩，用于悬挂从所述衣架固定座取下的所述护理衣架。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理机，其中，所述配件挂杆包括转轴固定座、转轴及U形挂杆；
    所述转轴固定座包括两个，分别固定连接在所述护理模块相对的两侧；
    所述转轴包括两个，分别对应嵌入一个所述转轴固定座的转轴孔，其中，所述转轴还设置有沿所述转轴径向延伸的延伸部，所述延伸部位于所述转轴孔的外侧；
    所述U形挂杆的两个端部与所述延伸部固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物护理机，其中，所述U形挂杆为中空结构，所述U形挂杆的两个端部分别对应套设于所述转轴的延伸部。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物护理机，其中，所述配件挂杆还包括锁扣压板、锁扣弹簧和锁扣；
    所述锁扣压板的第一侧面与所述护理模块固定连接，远离所述第一侧面的第二侧面上设置所述锁扣弹簧，所述锁扣弹簧的自由端上设置所述锁扣；
    所述转轴固定座压覆所述锁扣压板设置，其中，所述转轴固定座上设置有限位孔，所述锁扣远离所述锁扣压板的凸头设置于所述限位孔内；
    所述U形挂杆的内侧壁上设置有锁扣固定孔，当所述U形挂杆沿着所述转轴转动收纳 至指定位置时，所述锁扣的凸头适配插入所述锁扣固定孔中。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物护理机，其中，所述转轴还包括卡簧和垫片，通过所述卡簧和垫片将转轴嵌入所述转轴固定座的转轴孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理机，其中，所述护理模块为靴形结构，靴形结构的所述护理模块由与内胆的顶部垂直的四个侧面、从所述侧面延伸出与内胆的顶部平行的两个平面，以及连接两个平面的弧形面组成，两个所述平面高低设置。
