下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。

雾化装置的种类多种多样,包括用于医疗行业的雾化治疗仪和运用于人们生活中的电子烟等,上述雾化装置在使用时,无法满足人们多种多样的需求。
本申请提供一种雾化装置及过滤嘴,所述雾化装置包括过滤嘴,所述雾化装置可以为医用或美容行业的雾化器,所述过滤嘴可作为医用或美容行业的雾化器的过滤嘴使用,当然还可以是传统卷烟及加热非燃烧电子烟的滤嘴使用,为便于理解,本文以过滤嘴的形态为出发点介绍,其雾化来源为电子烟的雾化器为例进行说明。图1至图21为本申请提供的所述过滤嘴的具体实施例。
参照图1至图21,所述过滤嘴100包括外壳1,所述外壳1沿其长度方向形成有通道11,所述通道11的一端形成有第一开口11a,所述第一开口11a用于供待过滤的气体进入,所述通道11内具有第一填充段(未标示)和第二填充段(未标示),所述第一填充段邻近所述第一开口11a设置,所述第一填充段内沿所述外壳1长度方向填充有第一功能物质2、支撑元件3和聚乳酸棉元件4中两种,所述第二填充段内填充有第二功能物质5、所述支撑元件3和所述聚乳酸棉元件4中一种,其中,所述支撑元件3沿所述外壳1长度方向贯设有气道31。3中设置有爆珠或者没有。
如果有第一物质可以不放爆珠,如果没有第一物质可以放爆珠,如果有第一物质还可以放爆珠,两种口感或口感增加等。
本申请的技术方案中,具体方案中,当所述第一填充段内和所述第二填充段内均填充聚乳酸棉元件4时,由于所述聚乳酸棉元件4的材质为聚乳酸棉,聚乳酸棉能够吸附、截留雾化器中输出的气态物质(电子烟烟气)中的杂质,两个所述聚乳酸棉元件4起到多重过滤、净化所述烟气的作用,当第一填充段的聚乳酸棉元件4和第二填充段的聚乳酸棉元件4相接时,可以为一个整体。当具体方案中有支撑元件3时,所述支撑元件3对所述外壳1起到支撑作用,且所述支撑元件3贯设有气道31,减小了烟气输送的阻力,另外支撑元件3的设置还减小了所述聚乳酸棉元件4在所述通道11内的长度,减小了过滤嘴100的吸阻,当第一填充段的支撑元件3和第二填充段的支撑元件3相接时,可以为一个整体,当具体方案中,所述第一功能物质2和所述第二功能物质5可以为具有药效的物质或者具有香味的物质,通过填充所述第一功能物质2和/或所述第二功能物质5,能够增强所述过滤器输出的气态物质的能效(例如增加香味和/或增加药效),当第一填充段的第一功能物质和第二填充段的第二功能物质相接时,可以为一个整体,本实施例通过在所述第一填充段内沿所述外壳1长度方向填充有第一功能物质2、支撑元件3和聚乳酸棉元件4中两种,所述第二填充段内填充有第二功能物质5、所述支撑元件3和所述聚乳酸棉元件4中一种,优化了所述过滤嘴100的性能,可以根据需要使得所述过滤嘴100与雾化器相结合,从而满足了用户对过滤器的多种多样的需求,提高了用户使用体验。
所述聚乳酸棉的材质为聚乳酸棉,由于聚乳酸棉的密度范围为0.1g/cm3-1.0g/cm3。聚乳酸棉的密度可影响其烟气通过的吸阻,选用该密封范围的聚乳酸棉,可以有效地改善过滤嘴100的吸阻。比如,聚乳酸棉的密度范围为0.1g/cm3、0.2g/cm3、0.3g/cm3、0.4g/cm3、0.5g/cm3、0.6g/cm3、0.7g/cm3、0.8g/cm3、g/cm3、1.0g/cm3。由于聚乳酸棉能够吸附、截留烟气中携带的烟油,起到过滤、降温的作用,则需要合理设计聚乳酸棉的吸油参数,以使其能够更充分有效地发挥作用。可选的实施例中,聚乳酸棉的吸油值范围为5g/g-15g/g,选用该吸油值范围的聚乳酸棉,可以更充分且有效地吸附、截留烟气中携带的烟油,从而起到更好的过滤、降温作用。可选的实施例中,聚乳酸棉元件具有一定的弹性,填充于所述外壳1内,能够弹性抵接于外壳1的内壁面,并且选用合适弹性的聚乳酸棉元件,可以保证聚乳酸棉的设置稳固性,同时也方便聚乳酸棉的填充操作。可选地,聚乳酸棉的弹性回复率大于95%。
具体地,参照图6、图9、图11、图12、图15及图18,所述通道11的另一端还形成有第二开口11b,所述第二开口11b邻近所述第二填充段,所述第二填充段填充所述第二功能物质5,且所述第二功能物质5为粉末状时,通过在所述第二开口11b处设置有防护帽6,防止所述第二功能物质5泄漏,影响所述过滤嘴100的能效,当需要使用时,可以将所述防护帽6卸下以使用,安全且卫生。
需要说明的是,在图6和图11中,由于所述第二填充段的第二功能物质5为粉末状,为了避免所述第二功能物质5进入所述气道31堵塞所述气道31,所述支撑元件3靠近第二开口11b的一侧设置有滤膜7,通过所述滤膜7支撑所述第二功能物质5,保证烟气可以顺利进入所述气道31。
具体地,参照图1、图4、图16和图21,所述第一填充段远离所述第一开口11a的一侧填充所述第一功能物质2,且所述第一功能物质2为粉末状,所述第二填充段填充所述支撑元件3时,由于所述支撑元件3具有气道31,使得所述第一功能物质2存在自处于所述第二填充段的支撑元件3的气道31泄漏的风险,通过在所述第二开口11b处设置有防护帽6,可防止所述第二功能物质5泄漏,影响所述过滤嘴100的能效,当需要使用时,可以将所述防护帽6卸下以使用,安全且卫生。
需要说明的是,为了使得所述过滤嘴安全卫生,在所述第二开口的位置设置有防护帽,由于所述第二开口为人吸食的一端,通过设置防护帽,安全卫生,提高了用户的体验。
具体地,参照图20和图21,所述第一填充段内填充有所述第一功能物质2和所述支撑元件3,且所述支撑元件3邻近所述第一开口11a设置,所述第一功能物质2为颗粒状或粉末状,通过在所述第一开口11a处盖设滤膜7,由于所述滤膜7为透气薄膜,具有一定的透气性,如此使得所述滤膜7能够遮挡所述第一开口11a,且可使得烟气可以有效地透过,并且,所述滤膜7本身具有一定的吸附性,可以部分截留烟油与冷凝液等,同时滤膜7的设置也可有效地防止所述第一功能物质2通过所述支撑元件3的气道31散落。可以理解的滤膜7也可以设置在支撑元件3与第一功能物质2之间。
优先实施方案中,滤膜是跟着第一功能物质2和第二功能物质5设置的,例如,参照图2、图4、图5、图10至图13及图20当所述第一功能物质设置在所述第一开口时,第一开口盖设有所述滤膜,参照图6、图15及图20,当所述第二功能物质设置在所述第二填充段时,且所述第一填充段远离所述第一开口的一侧设置为支撑元件时,所述支撑元件远离所述第一开口的一侧设置有滤膜。
具体地,参照图10至图13,所述第一填充段邻近所述第一开口11a的一侧填充所述第一功能物质2时,所述第一功能物质2为颗粒状或粉末状,所述第一开口11a处设置有滤膜7,由于所述滤膜7为透气薄膜,具有一定的透气性,如此使得所述滤膜7能够遮挡所述第一开口11a,且可有效使得烟气透过,并且,滤膜7本身具有一定的吸附性,可以部分截留烟油与冷凝液等,同时所述滤膜7的设置也可有效地防止所述第一功能物质2散落。
所述滤膜7的材质有多种,例如,所述滤膜7可以是塑料,硅胶等,具体地,在本申请中,所述滤膜7的材质为纸质或乳酸棉,如此,由于纸质和乳酸棉均为透气材料,可以有效使得烟气通过,并且,纸质和乳酸棉本身具有一定的吸附性,可以部分截留烟油与冷凝液等,此外,纸质材料和乳酸棉重量较小,可以有效减小所述过滤嘴100的整体重量。
为了保证所述滤膜7能够供气体通过而所述第一功能物质2和所述第二功能物质5被阻挡,所述滤膜7的孔隙率范围为80-120目,当然,在其他实施例中,所述滤膜7的的空隙范围可以根据需要进行设定,本实施例对此不作限定。
为了丰富所述过滤嘴100的能效,参照图2和图3,填充于所述第一填充段内的所述支撑元件3内设置有爆珠8,所述爆珠8与所述气道31的至少部分内壁面抵接,在所述支撑元件3中设置爆珠8,所述爆珠8在被捏破时流出具有香味的液体,从而赋予了流经支撑元件3的烟气对应的口味,使得电子烟口味多样化。此外,通过利用气道31的至少部分内壁面对爆珠8进行抵持固定,使得爆珠8不易移位,以便于用户定位并捏碎爆珠8。本申请滤嘴使用体验好,具有较强的市场竞争力。
需要说明的是,所述支撑元件3的材质有多种,例如所述支撑元件3的材质可以为纸质,具体地,在本申请的实施例中,所述支撑元件3的材质为安全无毒的硅胶,硅胶具有一定的弹性,不仅便于加工气道31,且当需要在所述支撑元件3内安装所述爆珠8也使得操作简单,在用户挤压所述爆珠8后不易变形,所述爆珠8位于所述内芯的中部,能够防止爆珠8距离所述第二开口过近,进而导致爆珠8破碎时溅出的液体直接飞入用户口中,影响口感,造成安全隐患。且设于所述支撑元件的爆珠8的数量不做限制,可以设置一个,也可以设置多个。设置多个所述爆珠8时,可以选择不同口味的所述爆珠8混合搭配,以组合出更加丰富的口味,也可以选择单一口味的所述爆珠8组合,以增强口味的浓度、延长口味持续时间。
具体地,所述爆珠8包括外壳(未标示)和设于外壳内的液体,当所述爆珠8在外力挤压下破碎时,液体流出,根据液体配方的不同,从而使得电子烟输出的烟气具有不同的口味、香气、功能等。其中,液体可以是具有不同香味或者味道的香味液体,例如奶油味液体、薄荷味液体等,也可以是具有保健功效的药液。具体地,所述爆珠8呈球体,其直径约为2.5~4mm。。
为了减小所述过滤嘴100的阻吸,参照图3,所述第二填充段内填充所述聚乳酸棉元件4时,所述通道11内还具有第三填充段,所述第三填充段设于第二填充段靠近所述第二开口11b的一侧,所述第三填充段内填充有所述支撑元件3,如此,由于所述支撑元件3贯设有气道31,通过在所述第三填充段内填充所述支撑元件3,减小了气态物质输送的阻力,且减小了所述外壳1内所述聚乳酸棉元件4的长度,减小了过滤嘴100的吸阻,提高了用户的体验。
具体地,参照图4,在一实施例中,在所述第一填充段填充所述第一功能物质2和所述支撑元件3,所述第一功能物质2为颗粒状或粉末状且邻近所述第一开口11a设置时,所述第二填充段填充所述支撑元件3,如此,使得所述第一功能物质2能够首先与所述烟气接触,使得所述第一功能物质2能够更好的受热并释放出香味或药效,提高所述烟气的功效,通过在所述外壳1内设置两个所述支撑元件3,两个所述支撑元件3的气道31相连通,烟气直接通过所述支撑元件3的气道31进入吸食者的口腔,减小了气态物质输送的阻力和过滤嘴100的吸阻,提高了用户的吸食体验。此时,两个所述支撑元件3可以为一个整体。
具体地,参照图5,在一实施例中,在所述第一填充段填充所述第一功能物质2和所述聚乳酸棉元件4时,所述第一功能物质2为颗粒状或粉末状且邻近所述第一开口11a设置时,所述第二填充段填充所述聚乳酸棉元件4,如此设置,使得所述第一功能物质2能够首先与所述烟气接触,使得所述第一功能物质2能够更好的受热并释放出香味或药效,提高所述烟气的功效,通过在所述外壳1内设置两个所述聚乳酸棉元件4,两个所述聚乳酸棉元件4的材质均为聚乳酸棉,聚乳酸棉能够吸附、截留烟气中携带的烟油中杂质,起到多重过滤、净化烟气的作用,使得最终排出口感细腻的烟气且更加纯净,提高了用户的口感,用户吸食时,嘴部接触的是聚乳酸棉元件4,相较硅胶,更加绵软、有弹性,触感更佳。此时,两个所述聚乳酸棉元件4可以为一个整体。
在一实施例中,参照图14,在所述第一填充段填充所述聚乳酸棉元件4和所述支撑元件3时,且所述聚乳酸棉元件4邻近所述第一开口11a设置时,所述第二填充段填充所述聚乳酸棉元件4,如此设置,通过在所述外壳1内设置两个所述聚乳酸棉元件4,两个所述聚乳酸棉元件4的材质均为聚乳酸棉,聚乳酸棉能够吸附、截留烟气中携带的烟油中杂质,起到多重过滤、净化烟气的作用。所述支撑元件3对外管能够起到支撑作用。支撑元件3具有在所述外壳1长度延伸设置的气道31,以使得通过位于所述第一填充段的所述聚乳酸棉过滤后的烟气能够进入气道31,使得烟气在所述气道31内汇聚,并最终经过处于所述第二填充段内的所述聚乳酸棉过滤,最终排出口感细腻且更加纯净的烟气,提高了用户的口感,用户吸食时,嘴部接触的是聚乳酸棉元件4,相较硅胶,更加绵软、有弹性,触感更佳。此时,若支撑元件3中如有爆珠8,则吸食效果更加。
需要说明的是,所述气道31可以是呈直线设置,也可以呈弯曲状设置,气道31的数量可以设置一个,也可以设置多个,本实施例对此不作限定。
在一实施例中,参照图10,在所述第一填充段填充所述第一功能物质2和所述支撑元件3时,所述第一功能物质2为颗粒状或粉末状且邻近所述第一开口11a设置时,所述第二填充段填充所述聚乳酸棉元件4,如此设置,使得所述第一功能物质2能够首先与所述烟气接触,使得所述第一功能物质2能够更好的受热并释放出香味或药效,提高所述烟气的功效,然后烟气直接通过所述支撑元件3的气道31,减小了气态物质输送的阻力,并经过位于所述第二填充段的所述聚乳酸棉元件4的过滤,由于减小了所述聚乳酸棉元件4的长度,减小了过滤嘴100的吸阻,提高了用户的吸食体验。
具体地,所述第一功能物质2设置为颗粒状、粉末状,如此,使得所述第一功能物质2便于存储在所述第一外壳1内。
需要说明的是,在本发明的实施例中,定义所述第一功能物质2的粒径范围为粒径为0.0001-1000μm,如此,在该粒径范围内,能够保证第一功能物质2在电子烟被抽吸时随气流形成固体气溶胶,而且微纳米级的第一功能物质2也更容易被人体吸收,当然,在其他实施例中,所述第一功能物质2的粒径可以根据需要径向选定,本实施例对此不作限定,另外,在类似图10的实施例中,所述聚乳酸棉元件4的作用是过滤烟气中对人身体有害的物质,而对所述第一功能物质2中的功能物质是不会过滤或者可以部分通过的,保证第一功能物质2中的成分可有效通过。
具体地,所述第二功能物质5为粉末状,如此,使得所述第一功能物质2可以与烟气形成气溶胶随着烟气被带入吸食者的口腔或者鼻腔。
需要说明的是,所述第一功能物质2的制成材料的种类有多种,所述第一功能物质2为具有药效的物质或者具有香味的物质,例如,在本申请中,所述第一功能物质2包括咖啡因、精油、尼古丁、益生菌、玻尿酸或维生素D中的至少一种。
还需要说明的是,所述第二功能物质5的制成材料的种类有多种,所述第二功能物质5为具有药效的物质或者具有香味的物质,例如,在本申请中,所述第二功能物质5包括冻干粉、咖啡因粉末、含尼古丁的粉末、益生菌粉末、玻尿酸粉末及含维生素D的粉末中的至少一种。
另外需要说明的是,所述第一功能物质和所述第二功能物质均由生理活性物质以及包裹生理活性物质的壳体构成。其中,生理活性物质可以是固定化益生菌、益生菌的发酵物、其他具有保健、治疗功效的天然活性物质及其抽提物中的一种或者多种的混合物。保健、治疗功效可以包括清咽利喉,提神醒脑,改善记忆,增强免疫,调节肠道菌群,减肥,改善皮肤,改善,辅助降低血脂血糖,抗疲劳等,实际应用时,可以根据应用场景,合理组合不同生理活性物质,从而起到诸如维护口腔和呼吸道健康、提神、加速醒酒、减肥养颜抗衰老等效果。本实施例中,生理活性物质优选为益生菌或者益生菌的发酵物。其中,外壳1的材质包括环糊精、明胶、海藻酸钠以及阿拉伯胶中的一种或多种,经过外壳1的包裹,一方面能够避免生理活性物质直接与空气接触,从而确保了其活性不受影响,另一方面也使得生理活性物质的选择范围可以进一步扩展到难以雾化处理、容易氧化变性、热稳定性差等活性物质上。
具体地,在本实施例中,所述第一功能物质2设置为冻干粉,如此便于保藏以及机体吸收。具体地,所述第一功能物质2可以加工成粉剂,具体地,可以通过低温粉碎、喷雾干燥、冻干等多种方式获得。
具体地,所述外壳1包括自内向外依次层叠设置的成型纸层、印刷层以及保护层,如此,所述外壳1由成型纸层、印刷层和保护层层叠而成,不仅能够固定填充于所述第一填充段和所述第二填充段内的填充物,而且可以通过印刷标识、图案等,提高过滤嘴100的美观度和辨识度;保护层能够对印刷层进行保护,一方面可以避免印刷油墨直接接触用户嘴部,减小安全隐患,另一方面能够防水,避免口腔湿润环境以及手部汗液等影响印刷层。
需要说明的是,在本申请的实施例中,所述外壳1的厚度为0.2mm~0.5mm,通过对外壳1厚度的优化,保证了外壳1的透气性,避免了过滤温度过高,造成安全隐患,同时,通过减小厚度,节约了耗材,并相应增大了外壳1内部空间,有助于加强过滤嘴100的过滤、降温效果。
还需要说明的是,在本申请的实施例中,所述外壳1的长度范围为30mm-50mm,如此,使得所述过滤嘴100便于携带且美观。
另外需要说明的是,在本申请的实施例中,所述外壳1的外径范围为5mm-10mm,如此,该范围下,外壳1既能很好地固定聚乳酸棉,并起到阻隔作用,减小安全隐患,又能减少外壳1耗材,降低成本。
当同时限定所述外壳1的长度、厚度及外径时,使得所述外壳1同时具备上述效果,例如,在一实施例中,所述外壳1的长度为41~43mm,比如,所述外壳1的长度可以是41mm、42mm、43mm等,外壳1长度在此范围内时,其内填充的聚乳酸棉长度可以有多种尺寸选择,在保证过滤效果的前提下,选择范围广,加工难度低,且因长度较长,更便于用户拿捏,吸食方便。在一实施例中,所述外壳1的长度为33~35mm,比如,所述外壳1的长度可以是33mm、33.6mm、34mm、34.5mm、35mm等。发明人通过多次试验发现,外壳1尺寸在长度32~44mm,外径4~7mm、外壳1厚度0.38~0.45mm范围内时,能够保证充分滤除杂质,在此条件下,由于外壳1长度缩短,一方面因为聚乳酸棉元件4长度适应性缩短,从而使得聚乳酸棉元件4的透发性更好,使得烟气香味更浓郁,另一方面节省了耗材,降低了成本。此外,该长度的过滤嘴100与目前常规的电子烟烟气发生部件搭配时,长度比更适宜,外观效果更好。在一实施例中,所述外壳1的外径为7mm,所述外壳1的厚度为0.4mm,该尺寸外壳1能够很好地固定聚乳酸棉元件4,并起到阻隔作用,减小安全隐患,又能相应地减少外壳1耗材,降低成本。
具体地,当所述第一填充段填充所述聚乳酸棉,且所述聚乳酸棉邻近所述第一开口11a设置,所述聚乳酸棉邻近所述第一开口11a的一端与所述第一开口11a的口缘之间间距为A 1,1mm≤A 1≤6mm,该范围内,既能避免聚乳酸棉突出于外壳1,又能防止因间距过大而影响到美观度。具体地,所述聚乳酸棉邻近所述第一开口11a的一端与所述第一开口11a的间距可以是1mm、2mm、3mm、3.5mm、4mm、5mm、6mm等。
当所述第二填充段填充所述聚乳酸棉,所述聚乳酸棉邻近所述第二开口11b的一端与所述第二开口11b的口缘之间间距为A 2,1mm≤A 2≤6mm,该范围内,既能避免聚乳酸棉突出于外壳1,又能防止因间距过大而影响到美观度。具体地,所述聚乳酸棉邻近所述第二开口11b的一端与所述第二开口11b的间距可以是1mm、2mm、3mm、3.5mm、4mm、5mm、6mm等。
外壳1的形状有多种,例如,所述外壳1可以是圆筒状,棱柱状等,聚乳酸棉为与所述外壳1相对应的圆柱状或棱柱状,且聚乳酸棉元件4的尺寸与外壳1的内径尺寸相适配。本申请中,所述外壳1大致呈圆筒状,聚乳酸棉元件4大致呈圆柱状。并且装配后,聚乳酸棉元件4的尺寸与外壳1的内径尺寸相适配,如此,聚乳酸棉元件4的外表面可以弹性抵接于外壳1的内壁面,有效地保证了聚乳酸棉元件4的设置稳固性。
参照图1和图2,聚乳酸棉大致呈圆柱状,聚乳酸棉元件4的直径范围为5mm-10mm,聚乳酸棉元件4的长度范围为8mm-13mm,如此的设计,既能确保经过聚乳酸棉元件4的烟油被充分过滤,又能避免因聚乳酸棉元件4过长而导致过滤嘴100吸阻增大。可选地,聚乳酸棉的直径为5mm、6mm、7mm、8mm、9mm或10mm,聚乳酸棉的长度为8mm、9mm、10mm、11mm、12mm或13mm,所述支撑元件3的长度为5-10mm,如此设置,能够减小设于所述外壳1内的所述聚乳酸棉元件4的长度,从而减小所述过滤嘴100吸阻,可选地,所述支撑元件3的长度为5mm、6mm、7mm、8mm、9mm或10mm。
参照图1,所述气道31的内径沿靠近所述外壳1内壁的方向呈渐扩设置,如此设置,可以有效地降低烟气流经气道31的吸阻,从而提升用户的体验。
需要说明的是,所述气道31设置有多个,多个所述气道31间隔分布,如此使得所述烟气可以通过多个气道31,可以更有效地降低烟气流经所述气道31的吸阻,且增大了所述烟气与所述多个气道31的接触面积,且当需要设置所述爆珠8时,可以分别在多个所述气道31内均设置所述爆珠8,使得存储在所述爆珠8内的物质溢出时,提高所述烟气携带的所述爆珠8内的物质的浓度,提高了烟气的口感。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种过滤嘴,其中,包括:
    外壳,沿所述外壳长度方向形成有通道,所述通道的一端形成有第一开口,所述第一开口用于供待过滤的气体进入,所述通道内具有第一填充段和第二填充段,所述第一填充段邻近所述第一开口设置,所述第一填充段内沿所述外壳长度方向填充有第一功能物质、支撑元件和聚乳酸棉元件中的两种,所述第二填充段内填充有第二功能物质、所述支撑元件和所述聚乳酸棉元件中的一种;
    其中,所述支撑元件沿所述外壳长度方向贯设有气道。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的过滤嘴,其中,所述通道的另一端还形成有第二开口,所述第二开口邻近所述第二填充段,所述第二填充段填充所述第二功能物质,且所述第二功能物质为粉末状时,所述第二开口处设置有防护帽。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的过滤嘴,其中,所述第一填充段远离所述第一开口的一侧填充所述第一功能物质,且所述第一功能物质为粉末状,所述第二填充段填充所述支撑元件,所述第二开口处设置有防护帽。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的过滤嘴,其中,所述第一填充段内填充有所述第一功能物质和所述支撑元件,且所述支撑元件邻近所述第一开口设置,所述第一功能物质为颗粒状或粉末状,所述第一开口处盖设有滤膜;或,
    所述第一填充段邻近所述第一开口的一侧填充所述第一功能物质,所述第一功能物质为颗粒状或粉末状,所述第一开口处盖设有滤膜。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的过滤嘴,其中,所述滤膜的材质为纸质或聚乳酸棉;和/或,
    所述滤膜的孔隙率范围为80-120目。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的过滤嘴,其中,所述支撑元件内设置有爆珠,所述爆珠与所述气道的至少部分内壁面抵接。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的过滤嘴,其中,所述第二填充段内填充所述聚乳酸棉元件,所述通道内还具有第三填充段,所述第三填充段设于第二填充段靠近所述第二开口的一侧,所述第三填充段内填充有所述支撑元件。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的过滤嘴,其中,在所述第一填充段填充所述第一功能物质和所述支撑元件,所述第一功能物质为颗粒状或粉末状且邻近所述第一开口设置,所述第二填充段填充所述支撑元件;或;
    所述第一填充段填充所述第一功能物质和所述聚乳酸棉元件,所述第一功能物质为颗粒状或粉末状且邻近所述第一开口设置,所述第二填充段填充所述聚乳酸棉元件;或;
    所述第一填充段填充所述聚乳酸棉元件和所述支撑元件,且所述聚乳酸棉元件邻近所述第一开口设置,所述第二填充段填充所述聚乳酸棉元件;或;
    所述第一填充段填充所述第一功能物质和所述支撑元件,所述第一功能物质为颗粒状或粉末状且邻近所述第一开口设置,所述第二填充段填充所述聚乳酸棉元件。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的过滤嘴,其中,所述第一功能物质设置为颗粒状或粉末状;和/或,
    所述第一功能物质的粒径范围为粒径不小于0.0001μm且不大于1000μm;和/或,
    所述第二功能物质为粉末状。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的过滤嘴,其中,所述第一功能物质的制成材料包括咖啡因、精油、尼古丁、益生菌、玻尿酸或维生素D;和/或,
    所述第二功能物质包括冻干粉、咖啡因粉末、含尼古丁的粉末、益生菌粉末、玻尿酸粉末及含维生素D的粉末中的至少一种;或,
    所述第一功能物质设置为冻干粉。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的过滤嘴,其中,所述外壳包括自内向外依次层叠设置的成型纸层、印刷层以及保护层;和/或,
    所述外壳的厚度为不小于0.2mm且不大于0.5mm;和/或,
    所述外壳的长度范围为不小于30mm且不大于50mm;和/或,
    所述外壳的外径范围为不小于5mm且不大于10mm。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的过滤嘴,其中,当所述第一填充段填充所述聚乳酸棉,且所述聚乳酸棉邻近所述第一开口设置,所述聚乳酸棉邻近所述第一开口的一端与所述第一开口的口缘之间的间距为A 1,A 1不小于1mm且不大于6mm;和/或,
    所述通道的另一端还形成有第二开口,当所述第二填充段填充所述聚乳酸棉,所述聚乳酸棉邻近所述第二开口的一端与所述第二开口的口缘之间的间距为A2,A2不小于1mm且不大于6mm;和/或,
    所述聚乳酸棉的直径范围为不小于5mm且不大于10mm;和/或,
    所述聚乳酸棉的长度不小于8mm且不大于13mm;和/或,
    所述支撑元件的长度为不小于5mm且不大于10mm。

    如权利要求1所述的过滤嘴,其中,所述气道的内径沿靠近所述外壳内壁的方向呈逐渐渐扩设置;和/或,
    所述气道设置有多个,多个所述气道间隔分布。
  14. [根据细则26改正29.12.2021]
    一种雾化装置,其特征在于,包括雾化器和如上所述过滤嘴,所述雾化器在工作时输出高温气体,所述高温气体经过所述过滤嘴的第一开口进入,其中,所述滤嘴包括:
    外壳,沿所述外壳长度方向形成有通道,所述通道的一端形成有第一开口,所述第一开口用于供待过滤的气体进入,所述通道内具有第一填充段和第二填充段,所述第一填充段邻近所述第一开口设置,所述第一填充段内沿所述外壳长度方向填充有第一功能物质、支撑元件和聚乳酸棉元件中的两种,所述第二填充段内填充有第二功能物质、所述支撑元件和所述聚乳酸棉元件中的一种;
    其中,所述支撑元件沿所述外壳长度方向贯设有气道。
