  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种帐篷支撑架，其特征在于：所述下支撑杆(100)上端具有插接孔，所述上支撑杆(200)上套设固定有限位环(209)，所述上支撑杆(200)下侧端具有两个向下延伸的插接片，所述插接片位于限位环(209)的下侧，所述插接片插接于插接孔内并通过限位环(209)进行限位；所述下支撑杆(100)下侧端固定有支撑脚(101)，所述下支撑杆(100)之间还设置有连接杆(102)。
  10. 一种帐篷，包括如权利要求1至9所述的一种帐篷支撑架和覆盖于帐篷支撑架上的覆盖物。
