Definitions
- the objective of the present utility model is framed in a portable device for transporting shopping bags and more particularly a carrying handle for supporting and transporting bags, such as shopping and/or grocery bags.
- the portable device for transporting shopping bags falls within the commerce sector, more specifically it is related to a device that is used when people must carry bags with their own hands with the products purchased, whether in the supermarket, shopping malls, etc. free fair, etc.
- the problem with carrying a considerable weight with the fingers of the hand is that due to said weight a great pressure is exerted on a small surface, which translates into pain and discomfort after a while, for which people tend to change hand the bag, in order to avoid discomfort, and even leave the bags on the ground to rest when pain occurs.
- Document GB 2559602 A describes a device for carrying bags comprising a handle to be grasped by the user's hand and a carrying arm that is connected to said handle that can carry one or more bags, wherein said carrying arm can rotate around the handle that allows the transport arm to move between a transport configuration and a compact configuration.
- the handle has a cavity for storing one or more bags, such as a roll of bags, and an opening providing access to the bags contained therein.
- Document ES 1147835 describes a tool for loading bags that, intended to facilitate the loading of one or more bags held with the hands by their handles and avoid the inconvenience caused by their weight, is characterized by being configured from a curved piece, made of resistant material, with an inverted U-shaped arch and with a grooved hole to accommodate the handles of the bags to be transported, and provided with closing means for said grooved hole that prevent the exit of the placed handles in the same.
- Document WO 2017/027935 describes a support for bag handles, comprising a handle with a rounded outer profile with a lower part provided with recesses, the handle having at one end a cut hooked by the tip at the free end of a flexible handle extending from the opposite end of the handle, the handles of the bag sliding on said handle.
- WO 2015/167662 describes a rigid or semi-rigid device for carrying at least one, and preferably a plurality of handbags.
- the device includes a handle, an elongated part integrated with the handle through a central part, and a pair of hooks.
- the hooks are angled upward to extend at least to the height of the handle and are configured to gently receive the plurality of bags and retain the bags in space such that the plurality of bags remains parallel to the person's body.
- Document CN 104643542 describes a multipurpose opening and closing shopping bag carrier device, comprising a handle ring body with an opening; a notch is formed in the body of the handle ring; a button is arranged at the neck; a foreground block connected with the button is arranged in the opening of the handle ring body; the foreground block and the handle ring body form a complete annular ring.
- the multi-purpose opening and closing shopping bag carrying device allows you to hang a shopping bag easily, it is labor-saving and convenient and prevents your hands from being hurt.
- US 6,901,635 B1 discloses a shopping bag carrier including a carrying handle adapted to be grasped by a user, a hook extending from the handle, and a locking member supported on the hook and engageable with the hook. a handle locking surface to secure one or more bags within the hook.
- the carrier is preferably of rigid construction and is made as a single unitary member.
- the locking member is preferably locked and unlocked by a release member using a simple action so that a user can perform the operation with one hand.
- This utility model consists of a product of plastic material in the shape of an extended hook that molds to the palm of a person's hand, and that has two synthetic leather flaps with a sailboat, which adapt and join at the dorsal part hand
- the vast majority of the pressure occurs on the dorsal and not on the fingers, thus reducing most of the weight on the fingers, since the greater weight is transferred to the wrist, allowing mobility to the fingers of the hand that, also receiving some weight, better fulfill a stabilizing and balancing role for the load.
- people will be able to carry bags without inconvenience and exerting a minimum of tightening force, with which it is possible to solve the problem that many people who walk long distances have, carrying bags of considerable weight, especially older adults and people with joint problems in the hand.
- the declared ergonomic device has the utility or technical advantage of preventing poor blood circulation, wounds, fractures, numbness, fatigue, among others, in the fingers. of the hand product of the weight that is being loaded.
- the handles of the bags or similar items from breaking, which would cause the load carried by said bags or similar items to fall to the ground, thus causing the load to deteriorate.
- the fins are made up of two materials that are superimposed in layers, the first layer being one material, such as polyurethane synthetic leather (Pll), denim, nylon, polyester, rip stop, drill, pora, canvas, velvet , cambric, gabardine, linen, velor, flannel (treated not to shrink), grezza, olefin, cut-tex, kevlar, among others and that is at least 0.5 millimeter thick.
- a trim should be added to the edges of the flaps; and said second layer is of sailboat material.
- the first and second Layers are sewn with thread on the outer edges.
- One fin will have a rigid sailboat stitch and the other will have a soft sailboat stitch.
- each fin is inserted into the rectangular holes of the plastic piece, and are joined by a sewing process, thus joining the pieces.
- the first fin that covers the back of the hand and is in contact with the skin is made of synthetic leather, leaving the rigid sailboat exposed to view.
- the second fin covers the back of the hand with the soft velcro, joining them together and exposing the synthetic leather.

- plastic material is made of a rigid plastic material, in such a way that the user can support very heavy bags without twisting or injuring their hands.
- Figures 2 and 3 show a front and rear perspective view of the shopping bag loader, in which you can see the two flaps that are made of FU leather (4), soft velcro (5) and rough velcro (6). ;
- Figure 4 shows a side perspective view of the polypropylene plastic part (1) that has a shape similar to a hook together with its specific construction measurements in centimeters.
- FIGS 5 to 11 show perspective views of the different components that form part of the shopping bag charger together with their manufacturing measurements in centimeters.
- This utility model describes a loader for shopping bags or similar items, which comprises a high-density plastic piece, which covers the palm of the hand, acting as a hook, to which two flaps of material are attached. flexible, which on one side have a sailboat, which folds and joins at the back of the hand. This is how, when bags are loaded with said device, the contact surface is increased, where most of the pressure produced by the effect of gravity falls on the back of the hand and not on the fingers, making it more comfortable to load bags. heavy for a long time.
- the construction design of the present bag loader allows it to efficiently, comfortably and reliably support one or more loaded shopping bags, in such a way as not to cause undue stress or damage to the user's hand and without the inconvenience and pain that occurs in the fingers, due to pressure when carrying a considerable weight.
