Abstract

The present invention provides a housing for an electronic device, which is provided with an elastic fixing piece with a movable end, wherein the movable end is provided with a fixing portion used for fixing a component mounted on a PCB of an electronic device, and the width of the fixed end of the elastic fixing piece is smaller than a set value. The present invention also provides an electronic device. In the housing for an electronic device and the electronic device provided by the present invention, the housing is provided with an elastic fixing piece with a movable end, so that the position of the mounting hole can not only be adjusted as required in a direction perpendicular to the mounting hole, but can also be adjusted as required in a plurality of directions in the plane of the mounting hole, to ensure tolerance is effectively provided in a plurality of directions.

Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of automobiles, and in particular to a housing for an electronic device and an electronic device.
Background Art
[0002] Components mounted on the PCB of an electronic device, for example, connectors, generally need to be fixed, to ensure they work normally without damaging the PCB.
[0003] If the mounting hole is directly provided on the housing of the electronic device, because of the tolerances in the manufacturing and assembling of various components, long holes are usually used to provide the tolerance. A long hole can only provide the tolerance in the direction of its length, but cannot effectively provide the tolerance in other directions, for example, in the direction of the width of the long hole and a direction perpendicular to the long hole.
Summary of the Invention
[0004] Targeting the problems in the prior art, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a housing for an electronic device, which is provided with an elastic fixing piece with a movable end, so that the position of the mounting hole can not only be adjusted in a direction perpendicular to the mounting hole, but can also be adjusted in a plurality of directions in the plane of the mounting hole, to ensure effective tolerance in a plurality of directions. [0005] The present invention provides a housing for an electronic device, which is provided with an elastic fixing piece with a movable end, wherein the movable end is provided with a fixing portion used for fixing a component mounted on a PCB of the electronic device, and the width of the fixed end of the elastic fixing piece is smaller than a set value.
[0006] Further, a portion curved or bent toward the inside or outside of the housing is provided between the fixed end and the fixing portion of the elastic fixing piece.

Detailed Description of the Embodiments
[0022] As shown in Figure 1, the electronic device of one embodiment of the present invention, for example, a display device, comprises a panel 1, a display screen, a frame 2, a bracket 3, a PCB 4, an energy-absorbing structure 5 and a rear cover 6.
[0023] The housing of the display device comprises the frame 2 and the rear cover 6.
[0024] In this embodiment, the rear cover 6 is a metal housing.
[0025] In other embodiments, the rear cover 6 may also be a plastic injection part.
[0026] As shown in Figure 2, the rear cover 6 is provided with two pairs of elastic fixing pieces with a movable end: the elastic fixing pieces 61 and 62 and the elastic fixing pieces 63 and 64, wherein the movable ends of each pair of the elastic fixing pieces (61 and 62; 63 and 64) are arranged opposite to each other. The elastic fixing pieces 61 and 62 are used for fixing a connector 71, and the elastic fixing pieces 63 and 64 are used for fixing a connector 72.

Patent claims
1. A housing for an electronic device, wherein the housing for an electronic device is provided with an elastic fixing piece with a movable end, wherein the movable end is provided with a fixing portion used for fixing a component mounted on a PCB of the electronic device, and the width of a fixed end of the elastic fixing piece is smaller than a set value.
2. The housing for an electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a portion curved or bent toward the inside or outside of the housing is provided between the fixed end and the fixing portion of the elastic fixing piece.
3. The housing for an electronic device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the width of the curved or bent portion increases gradually from the width of the fixed end to the width of the fixing portion.
4. The housing for an electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein one or more mounting holes for fixing a component are provided on the fixing portion.
5. The housing for an electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mounting hole is a round hole.
6. The housing for an electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing is made of a metal plate, and the elastic fixing piece is formed by punching.
7. The housing for an electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing is a plastic injection part, and the elastic fixing piece is formed in one piece with the housing.
8. The housing for an electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the set value is determined based on the material and the thickness of the housing.
9. The housing for an electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein there are two elastic fixing pieces, and the fixing portions of the elastic fixing pieces are arranged opposite to each other.
10. An electronic device, wherein the electronic device comprises the housing for an electronic device as claimed in any of claims 1 to 9 and a PCB, wherein a first component is provided on the PCB, and the first component is fixed by the elastic fixing piece at a corresponding position of the housing for an electronic device.
